No housekeeping. No towel change. Not by MGM.

Appears that this listing is from a private party and not MGM. Which means, you get no MGM perks.no housekeeping either. No towel change, no toiletries. Had to call 4 different numbers to finally reach a 3rd party cleaning service who charged separately to come for housekeeping. The room is dated. The master shower leaked water all over the floor. Dirty tub. Dirty blanket and couch. Pay an extra $10 and book directly with MGM to get a better room.

I liked staffs and their services. Whenever I have questions, they answered me kindly and it was helpful. Their free Valet parking service was so quick and convenient. Only downside was I have to contact the 3rd party when I need services-on request because I made a booking through Expedia.

2ND Class because Hotels.com was a 3RD Party

My wife and I couldn't get the same treatment as the other people because hotels.com was considered 3RD Party. If we had any problems like trouble with a television, we had to contact hotels.com and not the front lobby. We couldn't check in early even though the room was ready because we went through a 3RD Party. Room was nice.

Would recommend

Perfect location for family’s. Access to MGMs pool, the monorail was ideal. Secluded from the hustle bustle of the strip, but a short walk puts you right into the action. Loved having a balcony. The room was clean, minus a few hidden items in the couch. L

The signature tower property itself is old and since this is an owners unit this is no way a review on the hotel. This unit is old. It needs some plumbing and electrical maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. The garbage disposal is seized so the kitchen sink drains slower. One sink in the master bath doesn’t drain. The water in the master bath shower doesn’t get hot so we used the other shower. We also decided if it was 100 outside a lukewarm shower would be fine and the outlets on the stove side of the kitchen do not work. We called about the sink and the outlets with no response. I’m sure they have been informed of these issues and since all in all those things are minor they figure a person could live without it for a few days. On the plus side the view is great!! The bed was super comfy and great pillows. I like the fact that you can use the mgm pool complex but you’re also competing with that hotel’s guests for a chair. The signatures pools are nice as well. We like to walk and it’s a very conveniently located hotel.

The room provide by Expedia at the MGM Signature was filty, carpet had cigarette burns, room smelled like smoke, faucets leaked, toilet valve needed to be replaced, TV did not work and light bulbs were burnt out. Never stay at the MGM Signature. These are privately owned units that are not taken care of nor inspected for cleanliness by MGM.

Amazing Stay + Fully stocked with supplies!

Great stay! The room was clean and organized and fully stocked with supplies. Kitchenware and silverware with pots and plates were all there for me. More than enough! (not sure why people are cooking anyways when in vegas...Vegas has really good food so go enjoy?) The unit also came with a water kettle (extra perk!) and a coffee machine. Had a great time! If you run out of something (i.e. toilet paper, coffee filters, need new towels, etc.), just call up and ask. Nothing hard about it, and they'll provide it right away.

When I checked in, my room was filthy. It was never cleaned from the last guest. Since this property is not an MGM property, MGM did nothing. I was told to reach out to Expedia, that MGM was not affiliated with the rooms. Expedia had maid service there within two hours & Expedia was very responsive. My room was cleaned upon my return. But not cleaned well. Globs of hair in the tub & shower. Rubber bands with hair laying around. Basically the towels & sheets were swapped, the room was wiped down but not cleaned. This is not okay, especially in covid times. I was left with only two clean towels. I did not have hand towels or wash cloths, they did not leave toilet paper. I did not have a comforter to sleep with. Again, MGM would not help, even with a roll of toilet paper. I had to get a friend staying in another hotel to bring me some. Finally my last day there, I received extra towels & toilet paper, which was frustrating. The only thing I loved about this stay was the layout of the room & my balcony. Everything else was a nightmare. I will stay at an actual hotel for now on when I go to Vegas. This experience has ruined air-b-n-b’s for me.

Take us about 45 minutes to get checked in. They claimed somebody else booked it and I was a second person on the booking. We had to wait for them to clarify that it was my card paying for it. I am the only one that booked it. It was obviously an error on their end. The lady was rude about it didn't even apologize. Then in the morning the shower shot out black liquid. The other shower flooded because it was clogged.

Very disappointing

It was not what we were expecting. It was a time share not a hotel room. We had a horrible flood the first night and it didn’t get fixed or cleaned until the next morning. The room needs a LOT of maintenance. The kitchen was not stocked as advertised and there was not daily cleaning...not good! The beds were horrible as well. In addition, in our tower there was never anyone at the front desk. I will say that it was spacious...so there is that. It was just over all disappointing as we were so excited after seeing the pics online.

Signature rooms

The hotel in general is very nice! Easy check in and out. The hotel room we got was a 1 bedroom suite. Very nice room except we question on how well they clean the room. My wife had found a pair of underwear hang on the inside closet door. Other than that it was ok.

Great location & loved the layout of room but disappointed in service / quality. Security latch in main door was broken & couldn’t lock the balcony door which was concerning since we had young kids. Also was weird there were no locks on bathroom doors or bedroom door for privacy. Most disappointed with hotel staff not being accommodating w/ extra linens for pull out bed or extra towels because they said it was a private rental & therefore they don’t provide any. But overall loved the pools / access to lazy river at mgm & our kids had a good first visit to Las Vegas.

Great experience!

I have stayed in the Signature before. This experience was much better, mainly due to having the full 1 bd suite. Especially in a place like Las Vegas, where even a cup of coffee is very expensive being able to stock the kitchen with breakfast items, snacks, and water was super helpful. The entire hotel is clean and has great amenities. I highly recommend this one for your stay.

Great stay EXCEPT extra cost$$ (wrong room info)

Spacious and clean room. Nice to have appliances in the room with both dining table and bar stools along the kitchen. 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs. Since this room is owner owned (not hotel owned), you don’t have to pay the daily resort fees ($45). Valet parking is included. No need to walk a long way from self parking to your room like other hotels/casinos. No crowds, great workout gym and Starbucks in the lobby. Indoor walkway connects hotel to MGM casino (about 3-4 min walk). Great location! The room and facilities are great BUT my biggest complaint is the advertisement listed the room contains king bed, Queen bed and sofa. The room actually only has queen bed and sofa bed. Due to the misunderstanding, I had to pay an extra $285 for 2 nights to book an additional room. Hotels.com only offered $29 credit coupon for future stay. In my opinion, $29 is not an equitable compensation for the mistake.

Everything was overall great. Awesome view, bedroom was gorgeous, bathroom was amazing. The only thing that was a bummer was that the remote for the TV in the living room did not work. Other then that, great time.

Awesome weekend

Our stay there for one night was awesome. Just things are just not up to standard. The oven was not cleaned, floor tiles are cracked in the kitchen and a few light bulbs in the unit are not working. Overall, our stay was nice. We a had a great time. Thank you.

The Signature at MGM was a great place to stay. My only beef was the fact that the room we booked was apparently owned by a separate individual. This was not disclosed to me prior to paying for the room so when we arrived the front desk notified me. And when house keeping didnt come by to clean our room after the first night, the front desk literally could not help us. They couldn’t even give us clean towels. I had to make a bunch of phone calls to try and get a hold of the owner to get some clean towels and house keeping. Very frustrating given the amount we paid for the stay. Will not be returning.

When we arrived everything was nice. Gate staff was friendly. Check in took about 15 minutes. We had to wait in line. Our room was beautiful. Spacious. A beautiful one bedroom with two bathrooms. Carpet was stained in a couple places. The second night, when we wanted to use the whirlpool it had bugs and dust. If hadn’t been cleaned. When we left the parking attendant didn’t acknowledge us. We tipped the valet every time we picked up our car. It’s beautiful with the exception of the whirlpool. Private pool and secure location.
