As a system, the Internet of Things includes mechanical and digital elements endowed with an identifier and the ability to transmit data. The IoT company Jasmy specialises in buying/selling data, and the Jasmy platform connects two categories: service providers and data users.

JasmyCoin’s mission is to establish a secure environment where users can exchange data in a trustless, peer-to-peer manner between IoT devices and decentralized protocols, giving users full control over their personal information.
Kunitake Ando assumed office as CEO of Jasmy in April 2016. Prior to Jasmy, Ando served as the President and COO of Sony Corporation, President and COO of US Sony Engineering and Manufacturing of America, Chairman of Sony Financial Holdings, and Chairman of Sony Life Insurance Co., Ltd. He is also currently the director of the Japan Innovation Network and Chairman of the University of Nagano.
Former CEO of Sony Style.com Japan Inc., Operating officer of Sony Marketing (Japan) Inc. and President of Sony Style Company, managing director of Sony Style Japan and operating officer of Sony Marketing Inc., Head of the Sony Corporation Creative Center, Chairman of BJIT Group, joined the Jasmy Board of Directors in April 2016, COO of Jasmy Incorporated from November 2018.
After passing the JICPA examination in 2008, joined KPMG AZSA LLP. He has been engaged in statutory auditing for listed companies across industries, including broadcasting, construction and manufacturing, as well as IPO support services with which his client successfully went public. After 11 years’ experience at an auditing firm, he joined Jasmy as CFO in January 2020. In addition to managing accounting, finance and taxation, he is also responsible for investor relations.
