Jed McCaleb is an American programmer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Prior to co-founding Stellar, he founded and served as the CTO of the company Ripple until 2013. A serial entrepreneur, Jed also created the peer-to-peer file sharing networks eDonkey and Overnet in the early 2000s.

David has been a professor of Computer Science at Stanford University since 2005, where he leads the Secure Computer Systems research group and co-directs the Center for Blockchain Research and Future of Digital Currency Initiative. His research interests include Operating Systems and Distributed Systems, with a particular focus on security.

Denelle joined the Stellar Development Foundation in May 2019 after 10 years at Mozilla, leaving her role as COO. Prior to Mozilla, she worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at Yahoo. She holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California.

Jason holds a B.A. in mathematics from Cornell University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School. Having originally started his career as a tax and corporate attorney, he switched to the technology industry when he joined Palantir, and has since led teams to build tech solutions to industry wide problems.
