We both woke up with insect bites, terrible mattress. This reminded me of a motel six. Don’t waste your time on this hotel!

My room was small. No good place to place luggage. No closet. There was a small area above the microwave to hang stuff, but my dressed went beyond the area and ended up touching the microwave.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Clean. Nice breakfast. Only complaint is room a little small for a 2 bed room.

Room was very clean and well furnished. Shower was a good size. Lemon body wash was very refreshing. Everything worked without any problems. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had many choices and everything was tasty.

First time was a charm. Came back the same day after checking out and got a room that was dirty. Earlier in the day tried asking a housekeeper a question, she told me she didn't speak english. Later she see me with dog food and a bowl and asked if i had a dog and followed to see what room i was in.

This is my second stay at a Tru this time in Ft Worth and I specifically picked it due to my previous experience in Dayton. I especially like the lobbies which are very homey. I spent I think more time in the lobby than in my room. Snacks drinks games and comfortable seats bring me back.

I loved this hotel very clean comfortable no carpet no smell, loved the shampoo and conditioner, the breakfast is wonderful fantastic staff I would give it 6 stars

Stay was comfortable the only draw back was the highway noise. Had to put in ear plugs

Exceeded Expectations...

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked it due to its proximity to where I was picking up and then loading a U-Haul. Exceeded my expectations by a lot. Very clean and the free breakfast was excellent. I will be staying at Tru hotels in the future

Hotel was clean but weird smell in room. Breakfast was ok convenient close to a lot of restaurants , not quiet at night could hear all the cars on freeway. No pool. Good overall

My flight from Houston to Dallas and I wasn't able to travel due to the hurricane Beryl! And they refuse to refund me! That’s a shame and nonsense!

Kids loved the foosball table. Decent breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included and free parking. The only upgrade they can do is replace the pillows which are extremely soft and thin. Next day waking up with neck pain. Not just me but my daughter and wife as well. We need to put some of our clothings underneath the pillow for better neck support. Overall is great experience with this hotel.

You can never go wrong staying at a Tru by Hilton. They are always clean and very modern. Typically always in a safe location.

Fairly new, very clean, excellent service, convenient location. Negatives? The only desk/table in the room was a foot away from the AC. Bedcoverings, blankets were thin and sparse. Zero overhead lights, very, very little free floor space. Only chair was a basic desk chair. TV was placed to only watch from bed. Well lit bathroom, great large shower. Below average breakfast.

Quick business

Quick stop for business, only stayed to sleep and leave early. Area was loud with road noise and no blackout curtains so it was Cory bright lights and highway traffic all night. Clean enough, not sure about any amenities.

Very nice and can’t be the price! It’s nothing fancy but it’s clean and a nice facility.

The only issue I had was they did not make up the room or provide clean towels. We had to ask the front desk for clean towels on day 2 of our stay.

Nice, inexpensive Traffic on 35W was louder than I expected. It was Saturday night and there a bunch of loud cars and motorcycles racing on the interstate

BYO Comforter & $100 "incidental deposit" added

This wasn't the worst hotel I've been in and it wasn't the best. First off, our room was pre-paid for but upon check-in I had to pay a surprise $100 incidental deposit that would be "refunded in 5-7 business days." Then, the first room we received smelled like men's cologne trying to mask tremendous body odor. We asked for another room, The clerk was very nice and apologetic. However, the 2nd room smelled like cologne as well. The 2nd room didn't have the body odor smell, but when we laid down late that night we noticed that the comforter smelled dirty like it hadn't been washed in a long time. Upon further investigation we noticed how dingy it looked. We ended up taking it off and just sleeping with the sheet. I'm assuming they're using some kind of cologne smelling air/fabric refresher to mask the smell of not washing the comforters. Aside from being out an extra $100, the smelly 1st room and the nasty comforter, everything else was perfect and the staff was friendly.

Weekend trip to Fort Worth

Overall our stay was good, the hotel was very clean. Kid and puppy friendly. Breakfast was ok we mostly enjoyed the pancakes. I would book this hotel again.

Not nearly enough hotel for the money

Room was as bare bones as they come. Very small, no coffee, no closet, no blankets, terrible pillows. Traffic noise from the freeway was terrible all night long. Nowhere near as nice as other hotels costing considerably less.

Overall, I had a great experience at this Hotel, staff was incredibly helpful. The room was wonderful, clean and you can’t beat the price.

The only thing I didn't like is the noise you hear at night, the cars, the footsteps, etc.

Very clean and the front desk guy was so nice he even checked if we needed anything when we walked out our room while he was going to help someone who needed help. Wish I would have gotten his name. God bless him! Love this hotel. And they have a lot of games in the hotel.

Recomend and will stay there again

Hotel was very clean and the front desk evening gentleman was very polite and helpful. The room was gray. The bed was a little harder than I liked but overall a very good stay. Breakfast was great! Several options to choose from.

Staff is very accommodate Only thing the bed frame needs to be cleaned and the glass shower door was lose from the hinges

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the property was nice and clean. The bedroom was very spacious snd clean. The bed, linens and pillows were perfect. Very satisfied with my stay, would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service

The morning front desk manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that we had everything we needed. I was there on business and had several deliveries to the hotel. She checked in frequently to update me on deliveries and even helped me load them up when I arrived. At the end of my stay she folllowed up. I can't say any better things about my stay there. It made what could have been stressful, easy and enjoyable!

Bring a flashlight

I stayed at the hotel a total of 10 business days over the last three weeks. 5 of those days the power in my room went iff multiple times in the morning and evening. Apparently they are having electrical problems.

Staff were amazing answering questions about the area and were very knowledgeable & helpful. Modern appearance. Special little touches like work cubicles, Foosball tables, & plenty of places to sit & visit in the lounge. The breakfast was a "Top It" bar. Regular breakfast staples like toast, English muffins, bagels, eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, etc with lots of unique topping like mini chocolate chips, Oreos, sprinkles, & whipped cream. There were M&M's as well. Great fun for the imagination & they even offer the convenience of a bagel slicer! Our 3-night stay did not disappoint with easy access to the freeways, multiple pillows, & great water pressure. It is a great hotel to fit into the budget without the convenience cost of a pool. Great location. Only complication was Google maps did not direct us to the parking lot & we had to use intuition to find the hotel about a block away behind the Staybridge hotel.

The walls in this property are extremely thin and you can hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms and the hallway. I was hoping to get some rest after a late night but the alarm in the room went off at 6 am for some reason and the housekeeper was knocking on the door every 30 minutes beginning at 9:30 even tho checkout wasn’t until noon. It wasn’t a good experience overall I wouldn’t stay there again

Everything was great when i stayed. The staff was kind and the coffee was always delicious! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is because my bathroom had long hair in the shower.

Was on the second floor. I heard kids on third floor riding the rolling chair until midnight and again at 7 the next morning.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. It was noisy being right on the highway, but didn’t keep me from sleeping. I’d stay again.

A motel that they attempted to make look modern but with the same old appliances from the motel. Cant use the heater bc it smells horrible, when it rains you can smell mildew in the hallways, and the toilet does not flush unless it’s an hour after the last flush. Definitely will not be going back.

The room was very small, 2 queens and barely room to walk around! The beds were not comfortable, mattresses hard and they set on a wooden frame! Every time I got on or off the bed, the mattress moved! I nearly fell a couple of times! For the price I paid, I expected a much bigger and comfortable room! I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that was much more comfortable! Will never stay there again! The lounge area was beautiful!

Thermostat in our room was not working on a very cold night. Was told no other rooms available and would have to wait till about 3am to see if rooms would open up.

I was very pleased with my stay at Tru.I would highly recommend to family and friends.The only thing was the shower head would not adjust the settings.I think the idea with the squeeze bottles of soaps and lotions and shampoos...Very nice.Would definitely stay again.

Delightful

Friendly staff, helpful with accommodations. We aren't from the area so we booked a room bring very unsure if we going to be there for one night or stay a couple days. To be truthfully honest pictures on a webpage does not do any real justice on the actual condition of a hotel is actually in. Upon arrival, the manager was on duty that evening and she was just amazing. Had a smile on her face, super helpful, and attentive. We were able to continue our stay even in the same room, even though we had booked through a third party. Our room was delightful and calming as soon as you open the door. The whole stay was amazing. Just what the hubs and I needed for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this location.

The rooms are not much better than motel 6, the lady at the front desk told me they are efficiency, I told her not at 185 a night. So many better options in this are for a cheaper price.
