Everything was great except the hot water , it takes for ever to get hot water at the shower. Other than that , all excellent

This hotel was a great option for anyone looking to hit the road to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. The facilities were super clean, friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was great!

The location of this hotel worked for us. Marina and JBR is only 15mins with car. The hotel itself is clean and services provided was top notch was given water and coffee whenever we requsted it. Shame about VIP perks it was not mentioned to us by the staff.

Nice far away hotel

Nice hotel but far away from the city

Farther away from everything you might think. Pool was unusable, no alc on property. Only plus side: rooms are clean.

Great hotel a little out from the main attractions. However fantastic place to come back from the hustle and bustle. Staff are really friendly, I’d go back again.

Pleasant hotel and staff, but it’s not close to anything. As a result, every service at the hotel is overpriced.

Fantastic hotel, room was comfortable and had everything you needed, friendly staff who were very polite and helpful. There is a lot of building work going on in the area and right next door but this did not disturb us in any way. Ideal place to stay if you have a car to discover both Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Decent enough but construction ongoing either side. Roof top pool is quite small and parking can be an issue although there is free street parking. Room was clean and staff helpful and friendly. In room dining was reasonably priced and very tasty.

Get what you pay for

The hotel is modern, however there is construction to both sides of the hotel. I was facing the rear which faced a multi lane highway which was quite loud and I was woken up a lot during the night. The shower drain hadn’t been cleaned so were hairs. Had to park on the road because the carpark was full, my car got very dusty from the construction. Nonetheless, you get what you pay for, it’s cheap.

The property was very clean. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. Very comfortable stay. There was no gift shop. It seemed to be set in an area where a lot of construction was going on and while it wasn't that noisy, it wasn't very inviting. Other than that, it was great!

Great trip and brilliant hotel.

Nothing wa too much trouble. Food was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable and peaceful. We could t eat breakfast some mornings so hotel Prepared one for us to take away.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Late check out was only until 1:00.

Good value for money. Basic amenities, not in the best location but if you drive it works. Modern design. Noise was an issue as there is a full construction site next door also both mornings there was some reparations noise in the hotel and we got woken up by that although we specified during check-in we need a very quiet room as we wake up late. Staff provided good customer service with the only exception being helping us out when we could not find parking spaces otherwise helpful and courteous.

Amazing hotel I strongly recommend it

The rooms looked nice but the pool was filthy with a ring of scum and dirt around the water line. The staff were not helpful at all almost alway on their phone and did not make my stay enjoyable. Were not helpful at check out and there is nothing close to the hotel at all.

The hotel was so nice and clean! The staff were lovely. We rented a car so we didn’t have a problem getting around! I will stay again here.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family. It was a pleasant stay. We all like the breakfast. Veg dinner options were less. The staff was friendly and helpful, Specially Projjula. We also got VIP perks for booking with expedia. The hotel is away from city but worth staying here.

Although a little further out from most things I did, I would still choose to stay here. Staff (receptionists, chefs, waiters, cleaners) were very nice and welcoming people. I didn't have the converter to plug my chargers in but the front desk was nice enough to loan one to me at no charge. I made sure to return it during checkout for a guest who might've been in my predicament. My room was clean and cozy. The only thing I would ask for is a smart TV for guests to log into their streaming platforms if they wanted to. The hotel itself was nice and the included breakfast was the best. I almost thought it was breakfast at a resort. The surrounding of the hotel had a lot of construction occuring. However, I didn't hear any of it from my room. I'm guessing they only made noise coincidentally during the hours I was away or normal business hours.

Absolutely splendid we will return Manager Mr Khalid is exceptionally amazing he guide us on everything we needed the hotel as an amazing buffet offer several services. Staff 5 star ⭐ service thank you so much we will return again several months 🙏❤️

The property seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but that’s what I like about it. The hotel is quiet, the staff are top-notch, and I like pretty much everything about the Manor by JA.

This property has become my go-to hotel in Dubai. The staff are amazing, the rooms are well-maintained, and I am very pleased with the Manor by JA. 👍

excellent customer service

New and nice hotel, but next to a busy street and a construction site. Rooms are spacious and clean. The minibar is empty and the power sockets are only on UAE standard. No adaptors available at the reception - you need to bring your own or buy one there.

The hotel, room and staff were really great. The location, however, was a little far away, with limited public transport and no shopping opportunities. The area is developing very fast, so that might come very soon.

I had yet another wonderful stay at this property. The staff is excellent and I highly recommend this hotel as it is quiet, inexpensive, and well-maintained.

Great for expo 2020

A new great hotel. Just 12 minutes to expo 2020 by car. Many parking options and good breakfast. A huge restaurants complex just 6 minutes driving. Friendly staff.

The property is in the middle of nowhere, but the customer service and property itself more than make up for the lack of convenient location.

Amazing place to stay, I stayed 1 week and it was the best decision.

Property was brand new and housekeeping was top notch. We also enjoyed the breakfast which had enough options.

Staff was cooperative specially Ahmed and Arsalan at the front desk, there was a small issue in the bathroom door which was not a fixable problem and i adked Ahmed to change the room and he changed the room without delaying, location was good because i was there to visit expo dubai 2020 and that hotel was 15 to 20 minutes drive, i have enjoyed my stay there.

Amazing interior design and perfectly clean!

I stayed at this location because it's about a 15 min. ride to the expo. Other than that, it's located in a remote part of the region, and you need to use a vehicle to get around. They have a nice rainfall water shower head, but the heated water takes a few seconds to kick-in. I paid out-of-pocket for the intercontinental breakfast and it was decent. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Impressive Hotel

We were impressed by the Manor by JA. The value was very good and the staff are amazing. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. We will stay there again.

Business Trip

It was a great stay. Everyone including staff were professional and courteous. Any time I needed anything, my needs were met almost immediately. I would absolutely book here again for my future business trips.

Great Stay!

It was my birthday when i checked in this hotel to have some relaxation away from the city. I experienced the best service from the reception and cafeteria staff. Thanks to Somesh, Jaspreet and Govinda they are all customer oriented people. The room is new and cozy. Thanks also for the nice piece of cake on my birthday.

Just wish there were more parking. I saw parking near the tennis court and underground. I should have looked around the building to verify. I ordered room service and it was made with love and on time. But this place is nice and affordable. 5 stars from me.

Lovely hotel and great value for money. Room was very clean, spacious, and tidy. Bathroom was modern, again spacious, and functional. Would stay there again and recommend to family and friends looking for a value hotel.

Very good budget hotel in Jebel Ali

It was only a quick stay and wasn't able to check out the facilities, but the room was clean and spacious enough - with some modern touches. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from most places. Good value for money.

Modern - best hotel we’ve stayed in Dubai.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Dubai. Very very modern deco and everything was just spot on! The location is in Jebel Ali which is where the Expo 2020 was meant to be and hence it’s a little out the way but it’s still only 12 minutes from Marina and JBR. This hotel is most definitely worth the money. Lovely place with really good internet too!

Bad service

They never answer the phone, I need to go to the hotel eveyday to speak with my family, I complained but nothing happened

Extra level of service

Was a little busy during new year’s weekend check in however we (older generation) were given drinks and asked to have a seat. After a while of being seated one of the staff members came and asked for our ids to check us in.. took some time however we appreciated the extra level of service.

Such a lovely hotel..

Such a lovely hotel.. must say they got all the right things going for them.. where do I start... the location was a bit tricky with all the construction in and around the area.. we were greeted by Shaw a very polite gentleman...checking in was pretty quick.. the rooms were super clean.. Wouldn’t expect anything less especially during these times, also adding to the fact its a new hotel everything was brand new.. we had a small issue with the AC called the reception, shaw personally came up with our new room key and the staycation carried on.. Everything was jus simple... that’s probably the charm... I generally hate wen they hav a password in hotels but here it was open I was able to use my plug in my MiBoX and stream content... the pool was clean, the elevators didn’t take much time, the parking was quick and accessible. The bathroom bright and clean. Their breakfast was reasonably priced and pretty generous for what we paid, i like my eggs a bit running, it was spot on... We had the pleasure of interacting with Fasmaa the server and she was an absolute delight, very polite and courteous. Im a fan of my morning cappuccino, many hotels try to save money by charging the guest separate on their breakfast and which in my case is often a deciding factor wen I choose to dine in..here they serve and that made my experience all the more premium. Overall It felt comfortable and would definitely visit again..

Beautiful Hotel! With great services, Rooms are nice and clean with confortable bed and pillows soft white sheets. I will definitely come back just for that.The service is very good, very helpful Staff and friendly especially Jaspreet he helped me ordering some food and even sent me the restaurant menu and i kept it and used it all my stay in Dubai. Virginia also offered a wake call to take the hotel free shuttle bus to Ibn Battutta i didn’t know the hotel provide a free shuttle it was nice from her. Amazing hotel I enjoyed it.

Only positive is that it was new and clean. But there was no hot water in shower or sink! Room service food arrived cold and incomplete. Took multiple tries to reach the reception desk by phone. There's a light in the exposed part of the closet that is hard to figure out how to turn off, making a terrible night's sleep because the room is never dark! Also the property is far from DXB or city center, even without traffic.

Great hospitality but unfortunately we had to chnage our room as our first room didnt have warm water in shower. Second room had same issue. But they tried there best to fix it. As a good gesture they offered us free beakfast for a person
