Great 4-Day Stay

Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. It was a busy hotel but we never waited for service, or an elevator, or anything. It is convenient to the highway and KOP mall. Our room was clean- no complaints. I’ll likely specifically book this hotel next time I’m in town.

We were not given the room we booked. Toilet was dirty.

I had a nice time with my family during our first visit to the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, but our room needed maintenance. The bathroom door didn’t open or close properly, and the refrigerator was completely disconnected, so we had to plug it in ourselves to cool our food. Additionally, the curtains were dirty with chocolate stains, and the tables were covered in dust. Despite these issues, it is a good hotel, and we were still able to rest comfortably.

The overnight accommodations were good. Our breakfast was a bit cold but nice restaurant and lobby decor.

It is a great hotel, with a wonderful staff that is professional and extremely accommodating. Located in King of Prussia, less than one mile from KOP Mall, the fourth-largest mall in the US, it is a wonderful Hilton Doubletree property.

Comfortable, modern room. Staff pleasant

I did not like that Hammer and Fire did not have enough staff, especially Saturday evening.

I spent two days in that room breathing whire dust. They removed some but the room was full of it next day. My black pant has turned into white because of dust on the bed and elsewhere. I came back sick and cannot do anything since three days now.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel was really nice. It looked exactly like the pictures online. It was clean, nicely decorated, every staff member that I came in contact with was nice and friendly. I definitely would stay here again

I liked that I was able to check in quickly, and received a nice, warm cookie along with a courteous staff. The room was generously sized, comfortable bed and well lit room had me very relaxed. I would look to stay at this location in the future.

Nice place to stay

Just a one night stay, but everything was clean, new, and comfortable. No problems.

Pillows were small in size for a king sized bed. Both my husband and I complained about not sleeping well. Please consider increasing the size and number of pillows to accommodate the bed size. Also, our coffee and sugar was not refilled after day 1 of 2. Thank you.

Clean, safe, staff was very nice. Little issue with the Thermostat in the room but, it was a nice room. Easy check in and out.

The room was excellent and even my dog would write a good review. I selected this Hotel for its pet-friendliness and I was very satisfied. The pet fee seemed on the high side but all things considered I was happy.

Love this place!

This was our third or fourth time staying and it’s always a great experience. Check in was easy and smooth, we had the restaurant and grab-n-go available, and check out was simple as well. Every staff member we came across was beyond kind and went above and beyond and it reminded us why we love coming here. This is always our first choice for a staycation in valley forge!

Avoid the cafe

The cafe gave itself a tip of 100%by not giving an option to avoid tipping. Secondly, while I was overall very satisfied with the condition of the room the bathroom door looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months.

Great stay only issue was got a to-go order from the restaurant inside the hotel and my order was wrong unfortunately didn’t realized u til we got to the room. Besides that great stay. Love the contactless check in and check out.

The food here was excellent. The aervixe at the bar was great. Both are rare finds in hotels these days. The rooms are ad to he expected. Upgrade if you can. Overall very good experiennces 3 out of 4 stays.

Very clean inside with nice layout and nice bar section. Front desk staff was very nice upon arrival, even gifting me a warm cookie ! The rooms was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed so it was a great stay overall.

Frank the shuttle driver is so nice, and very knowledgeable of the area and makes great suggestions

Parking was free but very far away from the hotel unless you used the valet.

Front desk at checking in were not helpful and THEY DO NOT TAKE EXPEDIA status into consideration. Besides being rude, dismissive, and not making any eye contact at all they claimed I did not pay in advance and had to double pay only to get a room right away. I knew Expedia was going to end up assisting once I showed the paid in full receipt which associate did not want to review when offered. On the other hand, Spot was clean there was also a Starbucks in the location and the environment was quiet and relaxing.

I was impressed with how good of a stay this was. Clean room with changed bedding daily. I was able to text with the front desk to ask for special requests. I asked for a bottle opener to be brought to my room and the request was never fulfilled even tho I reminded the staff an hour later.

I really enjoyed my stay, this was my second time staying here and is my only option when I visit Philly.

Couple Retreat

Was Great only complaint is the room temperature. The wall unit didnt go to the actual unit so had to manually adjust the room.

Dust Bowl Conditions

The room was terribly dusty. It deteriorated the quality of our stay and perception of welcome.

Property was nice, close to the mall and lots of dining options in the hotel and nearby. We had an issue with our keycard and got locked out of our room in the morning when the door battery died. It made us late leaving and the hotel did everything they could to get us back in our room to get our belongings. It was a major inconvenience, that they said doesn’t ever happen.

Property was nice and convenient. The lobby and bar area are really nice. The staff was very nice as well. Rooms could use a little updating. But overall very comfortable.

While it was only one night's stay, I cannot stop saying how fantastic the staff were at every interaction. They seemed quite genuine. The room was exactly as we expected the quality to be and I found it to be supremely comfortable.

This was a nice hotel. The parking was easy, check in was easy but the hot water took a little long to get warm. The lobby was well designed and the room was a nice size .

Management needs to look into house keep. Gross , blanket had fresh blood on it. Bathroom had pubic hair on wall, mirror was dirty had tooth paste and water splatter.

Kennedy rocks. Best in customer service. Goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes the process super seamless. I literally go to this property because of the service she provides.

Hot water issues

Room was nice. Large TV and comfortable bed. It was a little noisy and a lot crowded due to a soccer tournament. The main critique is the water temperature. First night it took 15 minutes of running the shower to get any hot water (a maintenance person was there checking it out for us) and it did not maintain temperature consistently during a quick shower. Next day the water was warm enough to shower but never got very hot. We couldn’t change rooms due to the hotel being fullly booked.

My Stay Was Ok...

My stay could have been better. When i arrived, there were no two bed rooms available due to other customers switching rooms. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past 630pm before i was called and advised I had a room. Then I visited Alloy at going on 8pm and ordsred a burger and ceasar salad. I waited well over an hour and when i got the burger, it was VERY salty. I'm pregnant so disputing wasn't an option I was just ready for my stay to be over.

Good reception, clean room. However, too few towels for 2 people.

Nice roo. Just bad service.

Check in is at 3. We got there at 515PM and were told no rooms were available. We went to dinner and tried back at 7PM no rooms were available. Finally at 715PM our room becomes available. Over 4 hours of no room.

All was good except the avacodo toast for breakfast. the avacado was not fresh and tasted bad.
