We didnt like the small space for a shower, but overall it was safe, secure and easy to get around Hong Kong. We would stay here again.
Cheap and Small small small room.
Full of smell in the room and too small of bathroom. Was not cleaned like several long hairs
Without the small room everything is good 👍
Short weekend stay in Hong Kong
We stayed in a twin room, the bathroom is a lot smaller than in the pictures and not as clean. We didn’t have any hand soap and asked reception and they didn’t have any to give us. The shower was dripping and the whole floor was soaked which is inconvenient. The room doesn’t have a fridge which you may not notice when booking the room. The curtains over the bed let in bit of a draft. But the bed was comfortable and at least the hotel has a lift.
The Worst
The Worst Nightmare Small, cold and dirty room and smelly in bathroom Sex workers around the entrance of the hotel Killed a tiny bug on the bed Crashed it so hard couldn’t tell what was it Woke up in the middle of the night because of the coldness of room found a tiny bug at the end of my bed again. This time it went away still didn’t know it was roaches Bed Bug or something else Dared not laid on the bed again I sat on the tiny stool for the rest of night for 3 hours and checked out at 7 Just stayed In the room for less than six hours for a one night stay
An acceptable cheap option close to the Kowloon / West Kowloon stations and the Temple St. Night Market.
Having stayed in Kowloon some years before, I knew space would be at a premium, however my only real concerns were: 1) The plug socket was very loose 2) The wallpaper was peeling off the wall 3) The 'bathroom' consisted of a tiny basin where you couldn't wash your face fully; the shower was next to it, however when using it all the water disappeared down the plughole in the floor and all the splashing of the water just soaked everything including the toilet ehich was situated next to it. The only plus points were air conditioning in the room and a really comfortable bed! I was there for 4 nights with my 16 year old son and we paid £416 for the hotel which was definitely not worth the money: even half the cost would've been a liberty to be honest!
Great stay ❤ HK
So amazing. This neighborhood is fantastic and the room was great, super small of course it's HK, and the bed was very clean and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The shower over the toilet is crazy to an American, but you just shut the door and take a super hot shower which is key, and it's all good. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Friendly tip: Eat as much as you can at the Temple Street restaurants and most definitely get a massage right by the hotel, great massage service.
Great location
Besides location is great, nothing impress me. Convenient to walk to few MTR and HSR statuon. In order to had a better comfort I had book family suite as the room is small. Poor and slow house keeping. Room condition need to upgrade. Poor ventilation cause the bath room stink. Room rate is on the high side. One lift for house keeping and hotel guest.
Very small room, but right next to the night market and close to the subway stop. Not a lot of English spoken. The room has a combination shower/bathroom/toilet. It is very small but has everything I needed.
Very nice hotel, close to all the action. Jordan station 2 min walk away, multiple restaurants and bars around, very clean room.
Overpriced Squeezee! Look elsewhere
Overpriced, overly small, never to come again to this hotel
Good deal
Good location, nice interior, no iron avail. I will come back
Stay for 3 night, room too small even we choose a family room , can’t even walk .. toilet brokerage, cannot flush ..room leakage water coming in . The worst is last night , whole building black out ..very bad experiences.. Not recommended! Suck
Very small room. OK if you have no luggage and only need a cheap room to sleep.
I will not recommend this property to anyone at any circumstances.
good location and clean room
not a bad choice for the price. room is small but clean.
Good location and clean
This hotel is in a good location. The room is kinda small but you get what you pay for. good for a short stay. Also it was really clean.
feedback on our short stay
the room is old and out of condition. the twin bed, each bed are so small and not comfort at all. not recommend if the they dont improve
Room was clean, close quarters. Surrounding area was active, city noise throughout the night. Was not disappointed. The staff was helpful.
Great location
Great location near mtr and temple street but very very very small room
Very small, bed too hard but staff were fantastic
Room very very small but cheap. Shower in toilet which is ok if on your own. Biggest issue is the bed is very very hard so uncomfortable. I slept on the duvet and turned the air-con off.
Budget choice in Hong Kong
Great location, next to temple street, which has the night market, great street food of all kinds. Many transportation choices, bus, metro, small red vans on set routes. Red van 26 on Jordan and shanghai will take you to Hong hum intercity train station. Also E23 bus on Jordan is a cheaper option to the airport than A21 from the hotel.
Think twice if you dislike small spaces
Hotel is quite near to Temple Street Night Market. Walking distance to MTR Jordan Station takes about 15-20mins. The rooms are really small (we took a double double room and a triple sharing room) and the toilet is extremely small with water flowing to the room area during shower despite the door are fully closed. I totally understand HK houses are small but this is something out of my expectation. Staff are super unfriendly too (even with me speaking Cantonese) and always have the attitude face given. Wifi always breaking as well.
Cheap but central
Very small room and bathroom with no space to put luggage and a wet floor. Location is excellent. Bus A22 from the airport stops on Shanghai Street, just a two minute walk from the hotel
Had much higher expectations based on the photos
I've never stayed in this part of Hong Kong before so I didn't really know what to expect. The room was small - so small that I had trouble finding space to open my suitcase. There was no closet/hangers of any kind so I ended up having to throw my jacket on the end of the bed. The bathroom, while somewhat clean was incredibly small. The shower was in the same space as the toilet without a screen door or curtain meaning that any time you take a shower everything gets wet. There was also constant noise from the street well into the night. The proximity to the night markets probably did not help things here.
Affordable hotel in central location
Centrally located in lively surroundings. Check out Temple Street market. Clean and compact with air conditioning and a small shower this hotel provided all our needs. If you want luxury this hotel is not for you but you will have to pay more.
Small but good location For night market
Room is small to accommodate 3 peoples limited spaces. Even I booked a room that can accommodate 3 person. Toilet is sandblasted glass only. Where people can still see blur image of what a person is doing inside which just next to bed only. Top part of toilet door is open a gap where smell can go into the room. Shopping item need to put under the bed frame since no space. One thing is good is next to night market since I'm staying in 6th floor noise are less noticeable. And next to Jordan road and nearby station. For family trip maybe not good if just couple OK.
Great location, good price
I stayed for four nights in a single room and was pleasantly surprised. The location is very convenient to the subway and Nathan Road a few blocks away as well as only a block from the Temple Street Night market. I was concerned that noise might be a problem with the market nearby, but I didn't hear anything from outside on the third floor. My room was near the elevator so I did hear other guests because the door had a small gap at the bottom but otherwise it was quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was extremely small with barely enough room to stand in the room with the door open. But for the price it was fine and Hong Kong hotel rooms are often quite small even at more expensive hotels. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English and there was an English tv channel as well. No safe in the room but a kettle and some tea bags were provided. If you are on a budget this was a good choice and I would stay here again.
Convenient & near the places I need to visit
The room given to me is disappointed as it is a odd sharp room and still to house 2 single bed. The toilet and bath room is well arrange in the same small area.
Nice hotel & 5 mins walk to a nite market
Room with a daily cleanup & free WiFi hotel..a friendly & helpful staff who helped to open my luggage when i hv noticed that my luggage numbers padlock was damaged when reach hotel! Only issued was the distances for MTR station..will need to walk quite a distance from hotel but it was convenient from Airport to & from hotel coz there's a bus which only need 3 stops for reaching...
Convenient and clean, nice Staff.
This type of accommodation is very typical of HK. The room was small but quite adequate for one person though a large person would find the bathroom cramped!. Very clean. To be honest I think it is a bit pricey for the class of accommodation, even with discount but prices in HK are very high. I know places where I can get very similar standard for less. However I was on short notice so not many options. Jordan subway is only 5 minutes away and airport bus A21 is convenient on Nathan road. Two streets over. The staff, mainly girls, were very friendly and helpful. Especially when I had difficulty getting WIfi going. Which was mainly my own fault as I do not normally use Wifi. I would stay here again if price was right.
Good Location
Staying in this Hotel Is convenience of buses transport and eating spot .
Compact and great location
The room is very small and the beds are really stiff, but the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. Location was very close to the metro so exploring the city was easy.
Good Location
Decent hotel with good sized rooms, complimentary wifi access, good connection.
Very basic room
I stayed one night while transiting through Hong Kong. The room was small, but had a small bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Everything worked and the room was comfortable to sleep in. There is only wireless internet, which I don't like using because it's not so reliable, but that was all that was available. You have to use Microsoft Internet Explorer to use the hotel's wifi. Other web browsers don't work. Also, because of the location, there's a lot of noise all night if you open the window for fresh air.
Clean and modern. Good value.
Some may feel the rooms are small, but they are what should be expected in Hong Kong for this price. This place is a good value.
立地が好き
周辺は飲食店が多く、便利です。部屋は狭いけど、一人なので、不自由はありませんでした。
Very good
Very very good

Unbelievable... Unbelievably small but full price!
I have heard about such hotel rooms in Hong Kong but fortunately never had to use one before January 2025. Heavy travel Calendar/Lunar New Year season leads to wild price hikes by ripoff owners in HK - eg. high rate for closet with toilet in tiny corner washroom. Receptionist friendly, space (cannot be called a room) was clean though no waste basket. Probably would not be legal in Guangzhou. GZ far beats out HK style capitalism for fair rates & higher quality accommodation.
