Very close to the plaza, quiet and convenient to walk around.

No top sheet on bed

I loved it, especially the location. But my bed did not have a top sheet. Only a duvet. And it was too hot for a duvet. Everything else was fantastic.

Very convenient location for finishing the Camino.

Great location right next to the cathedral. Only issue was that the hotel is unmanned and everything is digital (access, room key etc) and instructions were in Spanish. We weren't expecting this after a very tiring long walk from Arzua, but we should have read our emails more carefully before we arrived!

It is in Old Town and convenient to all the attractions. Taxi stand is also immediately outside of the hotel. Staff was also very accommodating.

Great location, very helpful staff

Hotel is just next to Santiago Cathedral. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff, especially Anxo and Diego, are very responsive and helpful. Thankful managed to book a room in this popular hotel. 🙂

It was centrally located to all the sights and experiences. We enjoyed our two nights there. The lady who was the cleaner was very helpful. Our tour guide was remarkably knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy check in process. We had the upper loft room, only window is in the bathroom. It was rather stuffy

We want to be refunded as we did not take the room

We never stayed here once we saw our room!! We are requesting a refund after speaking to the management that we couldn’t possibly stay in the room allocated to us! He said that he would sort it out with Hotels.com and wouldn’t charge us … but we were charged … and I want to be refunded! The room was literally situated in the attic or roof with no air conditioning nor any windows… it was 30 deg outside and at least 45 deg in this room in the roof … so very hot that we couldn’t even breathe properly!!

The property is very well located in the historic center of the city, near to the mayor attractions. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. Also the staff is very friendly and professional.

La ubicación es ideal, al lado pza.Obradoiro. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero si estás pocos días son suficientes. La habitación del último piso es tipo abuhardillada y más grande. La relación calidad/precio es muy buena. Repetiría

Alojamento desagradável: não recomendo.

Não recebi antecipadamente os códigos para entrar na acomodação; e, como não há uma recepção, foi difícil falar com a pessoa responsável. Fomos alocados em um quarto no sótão e sem janelas - somente havia duas claraboias e apenas uma delas abria. O teto era rebaixado e isso provocou mal estar, além do banheiro ser apertado e com pouca iluminação e apenas uma prateleira pequena para colocar os artigos de higiene pessoal. A falta de janelas dava uma sensação de enclausuramento. colocaram um novo rolo de papel higiênico no banheiro e nem reabasteceram as cápsulas de café na máquina que fica na entrada.

Al reservar al hotel, no podia pensar que iba a ser tan fenomenal. Está en el centro de todo, a unos pasos de todo lo que hay que ver en Santiago. Nos dieron todas las facilidades al tener un poco mermardas nuestra movilidad. Un hotel tranquilo donde poder relajarse despues de jornadas de visitas alargadas. Al lado de la catedral, cerca de plazas y monumemtos, con la hosteleria a la vuelta. En fin, en vez de 2 dias, pasamoa 7. Como dixe su nombre, como en casa.

La habitación y el entorno estupendos. Las zonas comunes estaban un poco descuidadas.

It is only a few steps to the cathedral, this is phantastic. Our room (101) was very small and extremely noisy. Through the door you hear everything that happens inside the hotel: guests coming and going, preparations for breakfast, in addition all sounds from the neighbour rooms - even the notifications of new messages on your neighbours phone. If the windows are closed, it gets very warm in the room. If they are opened, it gets noisy as the wall opposite to the hotel reflects the sound of whoever stands under your window. Even with the windows closed it is not silent. I recommend earplugs if you want to sleep. The bathroom was very nice, however.

Fue una tercera planta tipo buardilla (techos inclinados y ventanas abuardilladas) algo pequeño y no tiene ascensor. Situación privilegiada, junto a la catedral y todo el ambiente peregrino. Y muy cerca del parking Juan XXIII y estación de autobuses.

Me gusto la ubicación, lo peor no hacen camas ni cambian toallas al menos cada dos dias, y tratándose de peregrinos la mayoría de los alojados sería primordial un poco más de higuiene en las habitaciones, el desayuno mediocre

Ótima localização.

Lugar acessível a pé a partir da estação de trem. Localização ótima para passear. Quarto muito agradável, banheiro espaçoso. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Café da manhã parco em opções, mas suficiente e saboroso. Atendimento muito cordial. Único ponto negativo é que selecionei no site a opção de pagar em dinheiro e, quando cheguei, haviam feito a cobrança no cartão. De todo modo, atendente foi muito prestativa para fazer o estorno e cobrar da forma prevista.

Wir hatten in Santiago die letzte Station unser Pilgerwanderung. Sehr netter Empfang, teilweise in sehr gutem Deutsch. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super. Am letzten Tag bekamen wir noch ein Lunchpaket für den Rückflug. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Hélemaal in de sfeer van kathedraal en monumenten

Dit verblijf is echt uitstekend gelegen: tegen de muur van San Martiño Pinario aan, op een flinke steenworp van de kathedraal. Je kan nauwelijks meer in de sfeer van aankomende pelgrims zitten dan hier. Voor sommigen kan dat een nadeel zijn, zo hoor je bijvoorbeeld de hele dag en vooravond, op een flinke 100 meter afstand, de doedelzakspeler aan de doorgang waar de pelgrims de Praza do Obradoiro opkomen. Maar verder is het hier zeer stil: 'bij het ontwaken de zingende vogels en geen geluid van de stad. Voor zijn prijs is dit een zeer goed verblijf. Minder vonden wij het ontbijt: je betaalt 6 EUR (meer dan in de stad) voor een beperkt ontbijtje met - nergens ooit meegemaakt - in twee gesneden croissants. Het "automatische inchecken" hoefde voor ons niet: er was iemand toen we in de namiddag aankwamen en bij ons vertrek was de dame er voor het ontbijt.
