I checked before extending my stay what room category would be available and requested a corner suite. Marco said they would provide that so I extended my stay and bought two more nights after I did that I did not get the room. He promised me in the front desk .Staff are very unhelpful and incredibly rude and so is guest services. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bartenders, Servers and Hostesses were good. I almost missed my flight at checkout because they said the Bellman would not be available for half an hour very very poor customer service
Good resort, not too big and easy to leave and enter into the city. Staff are generally friendly. Food definitely needs improvement, but everything else was good.
The resort was create. Walking distance to some great restaurants.
The property is older but they do a great job of cleaning it. The staff is the best. The food at the buffet is always cold so be prepared for that.
I love this property. The food is wonderful. The staff are all friendly. My only complaint would be that it is hard to get beach chairs. More chair availability would be a boost.
Definitely a 3 star hotel with mediocre food drinks and service
Multigenerational family trip with toddlers to grandparents. Very average resort. Food was somewhat plentiful but very average in taste or authenticity. Drinks were average, watered down. Nothing premium. Specialty restaurants were a regurgitation of the same food and flavour profiles at the buffet. Long Lineups at the outdoor pizza shop, Sushi bar was good during the day. Rooms were relatively clean. Beach was nice. Would not recommend this resort
todo muy bonito
Very loud, if anyone talked in the hallways you could hear it in your room very easy
I really enjoyed my stay!
The entertainment team was the difference. Their show’s were very good, and they were very nice to speak with. Overall this elevated from average to good.
Stayed a week and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are kind and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. The dining options are good - not five star restaurants necessarily but lots of options and service is great. There are time share salespeople but they were not aggressive if you just say no thank you. Location is great with a few shops in walking distance and the downtown area is a $7 US Uber ride away. Don’t miss ArtWalk on Thursday evening. We will definitely stay here again.
Our stay at this property was terrible from start to finish. Bad staff attitudes, cockroaches, bugs in our bed and subpar dining options. Complaining to us nowhere. I will never stay there again.
Meh Hotel
Ugh - I could not wait to leave this hotel. Its outdated, in need of repair, dirty and cheaply appointed. Some things that I can't get out of my head - the room was dirty and cheaply appointed, there are no robes in the room (we paid extra for an oceanfront view but couldn't get a robe unless we were a member of their club), the bed is uncomfortable, the towels in the room are cheap and small, our deck was missing 2 sections of railing, the soap by the sink was in a cheap soap dispenser located on a wall far from the sink, the shampoo/cream rinse /lotion were cheap and runny, the pool grounds were pretty but the cement around the pool was cracking and hurt your feet to walk on it barefoot, you had to have a towel card to get your 1 small cheap towel for the pool or beach - you couldn't get more than one towel at a time, the buffet was gross, the restaurants we tried were better than the buffet, the beach was beautiful with plenty of uncomfortable, old plastic loungers. I would never recommend this hotel.
Great service. Kind servers.
I expected a lot more from the descriptions and reviews I read before booking. Breakfast buffet does not offer typical breakfast meats (bacon, sausage). We learned a few days in that you have to ask for it, and they bring it out very sparingly. There was six of us, and they brought roughly 8-10 pieces. The kids pool area is the only one with a water slide, and you have to be under the age of 17 to use it. The kids area is completely secluded from the main pools, so my kids weren’t able to pop back and forth easily. Housekeeping didn’t do a great job restocking our amenities, I had to call and ask for coffee supplies multiple times. We dined at Marco Polo one night, which was a disappointing experience that left us in line at the buffet. They change the menu daily, so the server was unfamiliar with what was being offered and had to go check with the kitchen twice. The portions were almost laughable in size, I ordered the ravioli and was served exactly three ravioli. The service was so slow, it took over an hour and a half to finish - not ideal when you have kids who have been in the pool all day. The night entertainment schedule was advertised incorrectly, so we planned our evening around the one kid friendly show being offered - only to find at the time of the show that the show they told us was playing, wasn’t playing at all that week. The lunch time/pool lunch options were a time commitment in themselves. 30-40 mins wait for pizza or burger/hotdog.
Royal Solaris was a nice, friendly resort that was walkable to experience other restaurants, live music and shopping. A quick Uber ride to the amazing art walk that happens on Thursdays.
Room
Absolutely loved how welcoming they were right when w walked in. The rooms were great, the staff was excellent and the food was good (granted it wa sour first all-inclusive). They provide great entertainment and great service throughout our stay. Will definitely be returning.
The property was absolutely lovely and the food was exquisite. Very happy with the staff and how wonderfully they treated us. The only thing we had a problem with was our shower not draining. We would recommend this facility and will most likely return in the future!
Meh Hotel
This would not normally be a hotel I would pick after reading the ratings but, we stayed there to be with a large group who were all going to the same wedding. This hotel is outdated, rundown, and has cheap amenities. The layout of the hotel was nice and everything was very accessible. The beach was beautiful. Unfortunately, the beach chairs were plastic, old and very uncomfortable. The grounds by the pool were pretty, but, once again, the cement by the pool area was old and needed repair. It hurt your feet when you walked on it. The room was in need of repair and updating. The amenities in the room were nonexistent. There were no robes. If you wanted a robe, you had to join their timeshare club. There was a soap dispenser in the room that was similar to one you would see it at a 7/11! The shampoo, cream rinse and lotion were cheap and watery. We paid extra to have an oceanfront view. Our balcony was missing two sections of railing! The cleaning lady never went out to clean our balcony. The bed was hard, the sheets were rough, and the water bottles were very difficult to open. The food was meh. There was a big room where they served a buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast was probably the best meal although you had to ask for bacon as there was no bacon sitting out. Lunch was the worst. They served leftovers from the dinner the night before. All and all - I would never go back.
Great place
I thought the place was great. Dinner reservations were a little tough would be my only complaint. Great service, clean rooms, good food.
It was our first time in Cabo it was defiantly amazing the hotel was beautiful and the spa was amazing
It was a great stay! We loved it.
Excellent location to walk wherever. Staff very cordial!
Kids area was great, majority of slides are all well kept, few need some TLC, super cute little kids bathroom. Didn’t like that the servers and restaurants catered primarily to hotel premium members. We waited almost 1.5 hr for dinner at Marco Polo Restaurant, while we watched food go outside to the members patio. The pool servers catered to members primarily for drink service. Security would go and take peoples towels off chairs causing problems because if you lose your towel you have to pay 30 USD for a new towel card. I got yelled at by a guy accusing me of stealing his chairs and towels. Wrecked my whole day. Pizza and beach bbq was delicious. Hot water in the showers was intermittent the entire trip in multiple of my family’s room. Overall buffet was subpar and had strange opening times. Wouldn’t go back.
Everything about this property was amazing. ALL the staff were awesome. Highly recommend this place. Would definitively be coming back.
Food was NOT very good especially in the Buffet. With respect to the a la carte food was mostly warm not hot.Everyone at this hotel complained about it. Showerhead kept falling over had to use elastics to hold it up. Could only get water if you ordered it through service
Nicely maintained property. They celebrated new years eve in style.
Please be mindful when booking this location via Expedia. There are different packages offered here. We got a regular package and there was limited food and drink options for this package. The food portion sizes and meals at the restaurants were limited based on package you got. There was also no where near enough pool chairs for the amount of people who were there. Also if you’re looking for a diverse group of people to be around this is not your place.
Liked the relaxing hotel environment with well-maintained pools and easy access to food services. The Italian food was dry and overcooked. Would like to have had access to whole-grain cereals. Had over 20 cockroaches in the room one morning that apparently entered the bathroom through a defective toilet seal -- it was fixed. Found water on about 40 sq. ft. of the bedroom floor on that morning that came from the bathroom. Lost the opportunity to go on a prepaid excursion on that morning.
I found the value for the cost of this property to be very reasonable, the service and staff were exceptional and the quality of drinks were on par with what I paid. The breakfast buffet was adequate, tho it does have budget vibes - alcohol is not available unless you have a timeshare and luxuries like bacon have to be ordered from the servers. Lunch is great, exceptional pizza and sushi in addition to the usual burgers etc. Dinner is a bit more of a challenge - hard to get resos, lukewarm food and a very limited and lukewarm buffet. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful. I would plan to dine out at the many great restaurants in the area for the rest of the dinners. The property is older but it's well maintained. The rooms were surprisingly modern. Overall I think this property is one of the best in the area in this price tier.
One of my favorite all inclusives I’ve ever been to. Pool is amazing, adults only area is quiet and pristine, beach is huge and clean, food is delicious with a lot of options, room was great, and staff was wonderful! Will definitely be coming back!
Had an amazing time! Close to the beach which had horseback riding, people set up to perform massages and local vendors. Love to be able to support local people. Want to give a BIG thanks to Luis, a server who was such a hard worker and so kind to me and my daughter! He always made us feel welcome with his beautiful smile! Give him a raise!
Horrible experience overall very poor customer service and staff was beyond rude from front desk, restaurant, and pool service. I was given a room with black mold in the shower the hotel was notified and instead of coming to clean it or put me up in another room which I requested multiple times they left it and didn’t even bother to come clean it. The hallways to my room were filled with roaches and some dead were left for days before staff cleaned it. At the restaurant Marco Polo I was told I couldn’t order a second appetizer because our table ordered too much food I was under the impression that I’m at an all inclusive. During our week stay they had one bar closed and the outside open buffet closed the whole week which they did not tell us about when we arrived. The restaurants and snack bars were very inconsistent with open times during breakfast and lunch hours and only had one person working the station which made huge lines and wait times and I’m sure this was done intentionally so they can save on food and have people leave the line. They have birds flying around in the restaurant and kitchens and they are all in the food which was very disgusting one person in the group got food poisoning and was out for more than half the vacation. Please do yourselves a favor and do not stay at this resort I came here with my hard earned money with my friends and family only to be treated with the utmost disrespect! Shameful staff will not be coming back here in my life!
They are very pushy for members sign up. The room we were suppose to have ( ocean view) was down graded to city view and they would not let us switch this. They also charged us extra when we had to make changes due to flight delays and would not accomadate. They had room so there was no reason for this. Also they charge for tranport to and from Airport? This should be free with this hotel. And watch when you exchange money at front desk. They tried to take $20. Had them recount.
This was our second time here and each time there was always have something fun going on. The staff was also amazing!
Small property so good if you have smaller kids to tend. Walks on the beach are amazing...beach goes on forever. Location is good and walkable to shops. Food was ok. Breakfast buffet was good with sufficient variety to please most. Lunch also had a good variety with fresh and amazing pizza bar, grill with burgers, hotdogs, fries, fruit, salad, sushi bar and bbq grill on most day. The issue was the service. All of them had line ups and you'd wait 20-30 mins to get served. The staff worked really really hard but it's impossible to serve so so many people when you're severely understaffed. They are overstaffed in the buffet at lunch so reassign some to the other venues...it really is just poor management. Buffet at supper was also just ok. Ala carte we're also understaffed and service at Monte Carlo was extremely, extremely slow. We waited over 2.5 hours to be served our 3 course meal....food was good but slow service unacceptable. Japanese restaurant was very good with great service.
Hotel was clean, convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool areas were busy but great. Water slide area for kids was fun. We spent most of our time at the beach which also had activities like volleyball. Food was good and a lot of choices. End of trip area was very much appreciated after checkout so you could still enjoy the resort before your departure from the hotel.
Enjoyed the partial ocean view from our balcony and access to walk the beach (not a swimming beach). Hard working staff and excellent service for drinks and dining. Could not get the drain cleared in the sink basin though, after asking several times. Clean and spacious rooms. Would have liked hair conditioner in the shower.
Check in was so long and not efficient.
Thank Lea And Augustin for help. They are the best
Excellent experience
This resort is quite nice. The property is beautiful and right beside the ocean (though there is no swimming in the ocean in this area). There are many pools and places to eat with a variety of food option. Our room was typical. Some of the difficulties we encountered include: -airport pick up - was to be included but we did not receive the correct information and had to pay both ways despite sending emails for support and more info -poor check in -long wait to get checked in and many items were not given to us (towel cards, map of property, info about the app needed) which meant we had to return many times to get all we needed - line ups for food were often quite long, especially for pizza -buffet food started to all taste the same throughout our week - simpler options needed in place of overly cooked overly sauced meats and veggies -bedding - the bedding included a top sheet and a thin blanket and a cover sheet - housekeeping removed our cover sheet and we had to make several requests to have it back as the thin blanket was not soft. We ended up grabbing what we wanted from the service cart and hiding it in our luggage so it wouldn't get taken back -drinks were plentiful, but long lines even to get water -pool side loungers were filled very quickly and there were not enough for all guests -there are off-limit areas for "members' only that were empty -I got food poisoning from something I ate or drank -Outside of the resort there are a few shops to browse and a mall close
We had a great time …yes we will be back
We liked the location and cleanliness of the resort. All staff very friendly and accommodating.
The hotels service and food were great
Most of the staff were excellent
Had a nice stay would come back sometime
All resteraunts had extra menu items but with purchase options. It’s an all inclusive…also prioritized club members halfway through making my drinks. It was a nice place to honeymoon.
They don't tell you they have "event" people in the hotel pressuring you to sign up for events and pay. They offer "discounts" if you attend a time share style meeting. The staff are all amazing. The food was decent but cold, especially in the buffets but most tasted good. I wouldn't return because of the high pressure you feel from the event people.
Great staff View from our room on first floor level and yard was not well maintained
Solid 7
The staff were very good. The hotel is worn out, tiles missing throughout the pool areas, crumbling facades and the pools were very cold. The so called 'hot tub' could in no way be considered hot.
Excellent All inclusive Resort!!
Great stay
Wonderful stay, beautiful property. Although this was an adult trip, I did notice they had a great play area for children. The pools are clean & very nice. Can walk right onto the beach.
Good beach location. Easy walk to DT
Property was ok but not what you see in pictures staff not good the food can’t even eat for the high price I paid all inclusive was reticular I had to go out and eat and waste more money on top what a paid for all inclusive
Great location and amazing staff. 3 (or 4) different options for restaurants inside the hotel, each of them with kinda unique experience
More a 2 or 3* property with very poor food. But the worst is the sales people who constantly want you to join their "membership". It made the trip very unpleasant as they act like concierge but are really trying to make a sale.
The front desk staff was very unhelpful but the rest of the staff was wonderful. The food was decent. The location was great. The kids club was awesome.
When I checked in at the hotel lobby. One of the guys reached out asking me to join the share house program, to compensate the time I spent there, they will provide two tour tickets. Notes: those agents have office and desk in the hotel, so it seems like the hotel has close collaboration with those agents. We went to the event and spent 3-4 hours listening to their program. They sent us to the tours as they promised. But surprisedly, after I am back to US, the charge of two promised free tour tickets are not from them as they promised, the charge are from my credit card. I called them trying to explain what happened and they said they will investigate it and never got back to me. They charged my credit card without my permission. It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel, if you want to have an amicable vacation experience, choose another hotel.
Waiting times when in buffet or new years were too long and food was undercooked or overcooked and dry, my room had a deficiency on the A/C which would stop and one second later start over again which would make me wake up all night for the loud noise plea a beep right after it would stop
I didn't enjoy the beach
Drinks were weak and food was poor. The location was good.
This is a budget resort, everything is fairly average. The food is mediocre, the sheets on the bed were very rough. But the price is good so you can't expect much. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
Overall average property, getting dinner reservations is hassle. They run out of food, or have limited supply. Member only events need to be open for everyone, considering cost of this resort. Most of waiters/staff are good but some have attitude. Fun activities like beach volleyball and water arobics, black jack. Really bad design for kids wrist band, one lady at reception told me next time she will charge me if the kids wrist band gets to tight :) Kids slide area and staff is really good. AVOID Amazing photos, RIP OFF, photos are as good as we click on phone and prices are outrageous, they try to extract money and don't tell prices beforehand.
This was by far the worst experience we’ve had in Mexico, and we travel here often. There were no available dinner reservations. App opens at 4 PM, and by the time we tried to book, everything was already taken this was within minutes . We were left with no dinner options, forcing us to go outside the resort. Don’t be fooled by the “all-inclusive” claim—it’s truly not. The food quality is cafeteria-grade at best, and the buffet selection is extremely limited with long lines. We couldn’t wait to leave. Thankfully, the resort next door, Casa Azul, offered amazing dining at a reasonable price.
This was our first time at Royal Solaris and it did not disappoint. The food at the buffet was good with lots of options , the restaurants were great especially Pancho. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The beach and the views were breathtaking. Lots of activities for kids. Rooms were good for a family of 4. We will definitely be back.
Good stay, with some minor details
Hotel was great and clean… we arrived pretty tired and the music was too loud at the pool that was impossible to take a nap. The following days were pretty good on that. Staff was very nice, food was good, just uncomfortable that they were pretty insistent on selling you a tour on their new building for free tours… we just needed to rest and stay, we didn’t need to see any other facility. My hotel app didn’t work to make any dinner reservation any day. We used the Mexican and the Asian places for dinner, both were great and with very friendly staff.
AC in room did NOT work throughout our stay. I placed 4 calls to the front desk to have it checked out and did not get fixed. It took 2 attempts to unclogged the shower drain . Had to upgrade our room for 400 US dlls extra.
Customer service is subpar. Someone had smoked from the room upstairs and dropped the cigarette stubs and ashes down in our balcony. The front desk did not take any action and this kept happening for multiple days.
Review for Royal Solaris, Cabo San Jose 3/10 I recently stayed at Royal Solaris in Cabo San Jose, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. First, the food was consistently disappointing. Dishes were either undercooked or overcooked, with very little variety throughout the stay. For an all-inclusive resort, I expected far better quality and more options. To make matters worse, the drinks were off-brand, watered down, and often had a grainy texture that left me with headaches rather than enjoyment. The amenities were not as advertised. The rooms were dirty, with stained bedding that raised serious health concerns. The water pressure in the showers was almost nonexistent, making it difficult to feel clean. It’s clear the resort is cutting corners on basic upkeep and hygiene, which is unacceptable. The transportation service they partner with is a complete scam—be prepared for unexpected fees and delays. The spa was another letdown. Male clients are apparently unwelcome for certain services like waxing or massages, which felt discriminatory and unprofessional. Additionally, the lack of communication between staff and guests was frustrating. Non-members and members seem to receive completely different levels of service, but this distinction isn’t made clear at any point. The concierge was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues.Overall, Royal Solaris fell short in every category—poor food, misleading amenities, and terrible
Food on the day 1 was worst
We were disappointed with our stay at the Royal Solaris. The service was not good, the drink offerings not great! Lack of food options even in the buffet. The restaurants will not accept walk ins so if you do not get a reservation you are stuck with the buffet. And you can never get reservations on the day you check in! We are a vegetarian family and they were not accommodating at all with the food options. They would not make veggie tacos since the stand offered meat tacos. All they had to do was not add the meat!! Literally!! Never going back to this resort!
Food was terrible, only one restaurant open at a time, if other restaurants were open had to make reservations the day before, charged you for room service, time share people hounded you for over 3 hours, security was rude to my daughter for a broken wrist band, bathrooms we’re disgusting, overall cleaning was not good, house cleaning was minimal, workers were always grouchy and never smiled. Entertainment was only for little kids, had to always travel, need to be open about ocean availability to play in, activities were not like advertised, time share meeting was such a joke and our guy was full of lies. ABSOLUTELY Disappointed!!!
Good place
I love that they have a kids club and waterpark. Although quite small, it is the only waterpark in San Jose, making this my first choice when traveling with kids.
Karen the Dr. on site was amazing when my wife fractured her foot. All the staff we spoke to were so very helpful and nice.
Check in was good and easy Room accessibility was good We booked room with partial ocean view. Room was not even closer to this. Can't see bit of ocean unless we step out of patio all way to garden/pool area Now come to food part and drinks part. Isn't that main thing in all inclusive resort. That was a JOKE Buffet place was terrible. You reach in last 2 hours of closing, they will stop replenshing items. Quality of food and selection was terrible. You can get oatmeal but no nuts to put in it. For speciality restaurants, they had 3 of them. If you don't get lucky in making reservation, then best of luck to deal with buffet. They told us to use app to book which NEVER worked in whole stay of 5 days. Only one omlette station in morning so most times lines will not encourage you to even dare to get it. People were getting 3-4 at a time Only one pizza station in whole resort and only one person working. He would do whole process from start to finish so lines will be huge all time. Timings were only 12-6 so means you have to plan Same with snack bar. No vegetarian options. Chicken nuggets and fries were as bad as you can get. Nachos were okay. Drinks were all/most crap. No good scotch or whiskies. Most drinks seem like water down so even if we will ask for double, it was not good. So with all above, we end up eating few times outside resort. Will not stay with this next time for sure.
Overall our stay was great. This place is good for families. The kids enjoyed the water park and the pools very much. The beach was beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Never had to wait long for mixed drinks or beer. The bar tenders were amazingly fast and served up some really nice tasting mixed drinks. Some areas that could use improvement are food options and quality, and the beds in the rooms. We had two small beds for two adults and two children. Two of us barely fit on one bed and they were not the firmest. The food and the buffet was mostly the same every day and most of it was unappealing. There were not many lunch options except for a pizza stand, which was great, but a long wait time to get an order in. And there was a place that served burgers, hotdogs, fries, chicken nuggets, and a few other items. My kids usually like chicken nuggets, but not the ones from this place. For dinner there were about four restaurants that require reservations. The catch is you have to try to make the reservation the day before via an app. And some restaurants may not be open on certain days. We preferred the food at the restaurants over the buffet.
The property location is good and I think thats the only positive part of this resort. They advertise it as an all inclusive resort but there is nothing really good there. They were short staffed at most places. They stopped refilling different stations in the cafeteria around 9pm even though the dining room is open till 10pm. Nothing good in dining options as such - you ask for anything and their answer is that its not available even though its on the menu. Their pizza is good but very long wait times there and the poor single person there has to handle all customers. He does a good job though. We ended up going out most of the time or filling ourselves up with the pizza. Best part is that the beach is walkable and very clean and quiet. I am not paying this much for an all inclusive resort. I would rather pay and get good food.
N/A
Beautiful ocean views
The property is ok… the building is old and needs updating specially al the furniture and the rooms and buffet restaurant is grossly and dirty .. the stuff are entitled and not friendly with the national Mexicans.they did have 3 people working there ready friendly, and professionals. Diana at front desk , monseth and Eduardo at the buffet
it was not a good experience. The resort was dirty and had limited dining.
Old
I did not like that they charge a service fee for room service , and they are very limited on the availability for food and do not have many options. Also, the poeple that are travel agents in the front area of the resort are always trying to sell you an excursion after kindly declining multiple times, they are very insistant.
From checking in to check out, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The property was clean and organized and not too crowded.Dee my concierge was amazing. Checking in with me throughout the day to make sure my needs were met. I will be back to this property.
There is good beach and beautiful view.
Property is nice that's about it. Very disappointed about the quality and varity of food. Restaurants and buffet were the wost i have seen so far. Beverages were decent but need major improvement on the food. Ex. No parmesan cheesse for Italian food, no beacon, Sausages on brekfast menu, they offer capresse appetizers (Basil, tomatoes and cheesse) instead it comes with lettuce, etc. FOOD ITS A JOKE....
Beautiful place
Worst and limited food , alcohol quality sucks
Staff not friendly and food options are limited so please check twice before going to this place
Really enjoyed the stay. Staff made a fantastic vacation. Found the food fresh with fresh fruits and quality drinks. Service was over and above.
the lattes from the deli were wonderful, that's the one nice thing I can say. Ridiculously long wait to checkin, inconsistent wifi across the property, no Prosecco/champagne offered as part of the all inclusive despite many of their promotional pics and videos showing champagne. Sometimes the bars had Absolute or Stoli but often the only vodka they had was Smirnoff. The buffet/ hot meats seemed to have sitting awhile and were often dry and unappetizing, the "fresh squeezed" OJ was absolutely not fresh squeezed and it tasted more like an orange drink/soda than juice. The guacamole was watered down to the point it was not flavorful. No hair conditioner provided. I could go on. If you still decide to go, make sure to ask for extra "towel cards" at checkin, if you don't you can only receive one pool towel.
I loved it!!
Hotel transportation was very easy and good. Hotel has construction going on so our room had quite a banging. Air conditioning was not the best however the cleanliness was very good. Felt very safe at all times.
Probably poorest experience I had with all-inclusives… The food was bad quality and not tasty… The beaches in the area are not swimmable due to high waves and viscous sands. There is only one pool in the property, and it’s not heatable; almost no entertainment during the day aside of the mid-day aqua-aerobics. In addition, there are member-only areas in the property, where regular customers are not allowed (with better quality amenities, food and separate pool). Overall, you are better off with a regular hotel, since you will end up looking for some better food and some entertainment, and will eventually need to travel quite a bit to reach any swimmable beach (Palmilla is the closest, Chileno is the other one). Very disappointed! Waste of money!
Royal Solaris Los Cabos & Spa - All Inclusive | Home in San José del Cabo | Travala.com
Smelled really good. Only downside was there was only 1 bar open after all the pools shut down. Long wait time in long lines.
