The staff was very professional and friendly. I was early from airport. They could not arrange early check in but stored the luggage and moved in to my room before I came back later. The location is very near to democracy monument. There are number of buses around. Mcdonald is in 4 min walking distance. Also you have smaller food places in walkable distance. There is a 7/11 within 4 min walk. It does not have any lift but I was in 2nd floor so it was not bad. The room was small but was enough for single person. No soap in the bathroom. I booked my taxi to airport from the lobby and it was very convenient. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Quiet hotel located in a nondescript area in a narrow side road. Staff were very accomodating, allowing for early check in, luggage storage and a washeoom to freshen up while waiting. No elevator on site. Use of stairs only.

Good value for money

Good location with various places of interest nearby - not near the metro but buses and taxes are round. Mattress is very hard, so couldn't sleep properly by the end of the stay. Good value for money overall.

The property was clean but location was in a lane way which was shady especially coming home late at nite. The lobby and reception are could use some air conditioning when front desk is closed. All and all not a bad place to stay.

I'd definitely come back here again! The staff were fluent in English and very helpful. The only things to be aware of is that there is no elevator in the building and there is no AC (other than your hotel room).

Stay downtown Bangkok

Hotel is very central to the main attractions in Bangkok. It is a suite type hotel with a small kitchen, living room and bedroom. No elevator so limited mobility people should not stay here. The staff are off at 10 pm TIL 5amor there a bouts. Breakfast is fine. Rooms are fine.

Great staff, location, and clean room.

The receptionists are super nice. They helped us a lot with where to go and what price to go for. Packed breakfast is available If you are leaving early for your tours (which is great). Room is very clean and comfortable with enough space for all of our luggage. The hotel is very close to Khao San Road. In addition, there is a school near the hotel. You can get some delicious local food at an (student) affordable price during after-school hour!

Very central location

The room was very nice with a lot of space. The breakfast was a bit basic and not replenished too often. Service was friendly and helpful. They changed our towels every day even though we hadn't thrown them on the floor which I can see where it comes from but is pretty wasteful in my opinion. I can use the same towel 4 days, no problem.

Clean, Great Location

I have stayed here several times and I am always very happy with it. It is a great location...quiet street yet only a few minutes walk to Khao San road area. The apartment was very clean and the breakfast is good. The only thing that could be better is the internet connection. For the most part it is decent but can slow down a lot at times, especially in the evenings. It is very good in the lobby and the box was right outside our room on the third floor but it seems to need a bit more of a boost so I imagine distance is a factor.

Great location

Wonderful location, very close to all the sights with great transport options locally and to the airport. A quiet side street so easy to get to sleep even though very central. I stayed in a standard room on the 3rd floor and it is not as attractive as the photos on this listing show it as. I couldn't find the pc to use in the "business centre" so I think that is long gone, too. No lift, so if you have large luggage, you are going to struggle up those stairs! The breakfast was great and catered for all - I noticed someone said nothing for vegetarians but thats not true. The bathroom is small and needs refurbishing, but overall it was a good size for one. Staff weren't friendly, but approachable. I would stay here again, though, as even though the room was basic and unattractive, it was clean and good value for money.

We had a lovely stay, good location airport shuttle stop 3 min walk away. Close to most of the main attractions 20 mins walk. Very clean, staff very helpful, good breakfast only downside is there wasn’t a lift (not an issue for us not elderly or not as mobile people may struggle) over all excellent stay

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in all of Asia

The people who own this building are the worst. I left my phone in a cab and tried to get it at 5 am. I learned that the building door is locked so I had to get the key from behind to meet an Australian guy who tried to kidnap me to his house. There was no security to prevent such a thing. In the morning, the staff told me they had film of me leaving and wanted to call the cops. I had a flight to catch but she had a cop follow me to the police station. The cop didn’t speak English but he did block me from leaving to a taxi to the airport. I was forced to go to the police station on the way to the airport since she called a cop who spoke no English to explain her side of the story only. I finally explained the whole thing to the tourist police who laughed at the situation and how crazy this person is. I would never recommend for anyone to stay here based on how rude and insane the owners are. The day before I asked them for salt to make a scrub. They told me they couldn’t fill a bowl with salt because they were running low. I then checked their salt shaker and found out it was filled with salt. These people are bad at their job and awful. Even the breakfast is awful and they refused to feed us because we are vegetarian and can’t eat their food.

Clean hotel. Terrible breakfast. Service ok. We have been located on 4th floor with no lift. Noisy on night due to air condition fans working outside. Bed uncofmortable. Plus for location. Would not be back to this hotel anymore.

Small, clean hotel, not far from Khao San Road, but in creepy place.

The staff was wonderful, especially the woman who worked in the morning during breakfast. Room was good. Only problem for me was my room was directly at the top of the stairs so I would get woke up when kids come back from partying on Khao San. Overall wonderful stay though

lovely hotel with great staff and in a prime location.Close to Khao San rd but not in the main street. Could have more ammenities and I was very disappointed with the breakfast coffee being instant coffee

Great value for price

Good location to walk or take tuk tuk to the major sights and kao San (if that is desired). Clean and quiet. Nothing fancy but thats not what we expected for the price, plus we were not planning on spending much time there other than sleeping. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. some real coffee would have been nice. internet worked great. Thank you guys!

Excellent location for temples, grand palace and kao sahn road. Easy to locate. Really clean apartments with large fridge and tea and coffee. Good choice of breakfast but only luke warm. Would stay again

Lovely apartments in a great location. One small low point was after travelling to Bangkok from the U.K. And arriving at the hotel early in the morning, we were not allowed to check in until 2pm and were not offered early check in, which we would have happily paid for. As a couple used to backpacking, not a major issue for us, but would be horrible for a family or someone wanting that bit of comfort after a very long journey.

Good for couples or single travellers. Would not suggest staying with kids specially if you get room on top floors.

Great location, close to Khaosan Rd and The Grand Palace. Bus lines very close by so getting around is easy. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was excellent and the shower was hot. Breakfast had good options and the service was fast. Only down side was the bed was extremely firm/hard but this is to be expected.

Great location in Bangkok, walking distance to KhoaSan Road, nearby to tourist attractions including Grand Place and reclining Buddha. Room is a one bedroom apartment with additional single bed in living/lounge room.

For a budget hotel, this place is surprisingly comfy. We were impressed by the size of the room and happy to have two air conditioners to ensure refuge from Bangkok's unbearable heat. Our bed was large and easy to fall asleep in after a full day of walking around the city... great location for seeing the Grand Palace and other awesome temples. It is right next to Khao San Road if you're into that, but far enough away from it if you're not.

Reasonable price hotel near the Bangkok temples

The hotel is a little difficult to find, as it is down a back alley. The breakfast can be a good introduction to Thai food options. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only real complaint is that the extra roll out bed had a thin mattress which ment it was more comfortable to sleep on sofa.

Good for the price!

This hotel is located 5min from Koah San Road. It's somewhat old, but clean and very comfortable. For the price it's quite good. The service is good, but some desk employees can't speak english at all.

Netter Aufenthalt. Die bekannte Party Meile und auch viele Tempel super Fußläufig erreichbar. Auch Einkaufsläden genug in der Nähe Personal war sehr nett und immer super Hilfsbereit Zimmer war in Ordnung. Es war sauber, Klima hat super funktioniert, Safe und Kühlschrank auch vorhanden. Einzige was etwas störend war, dass aus dem Fenster keine Aussicht war und man auf andere Hotelzimmer geguckt hat. Aber für "nur zum Schlafen" vollkommend ausreichend

O hotel e quarto eram simples, porém confortáveis e com o que precisávamos para a estadia. A equipe sempre atenciosa e pronta para ajudar, nós não pedimos serviço de limpeza todos dias, pois não sentimos necessidade, mas todos dias deixavam papel higiênico extra e água na nossa porta. Localização boa com opções de restaurantes e mercados próximos.

The stuff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is 1-2 min close to the democratic monument and easy to be found even it’s not on the big street. McDonald’s and 7-11 are also near, could walk to Khoasan road. The hotel room was so clean, big and not noisy outside. Even there is no elevator in the hotel, I’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

Pros:This is a really great hotel, very close to the grand palace and Khao San Road, the staff right here is very helpful and they willing to deal with the issue I have met and give me great suggestions for traveling, at the same time, the free breakfast right here is pretty good, and the room is spacious enough to hold 3 person when I booked a family room.The overall experience is pretty good. Cons: The WiFi coverage right here is not good, our room cannot connect to WiFi because the signal is too weak, at the same time, the hotel is a old building and have no elevators, also no swimming pool and free parking lot, but the overall quality is good 我会推荐大家来这里（I will recommend the family come here and enjoy the vacation).

シャワーの温度が低すぎた為温度を上げようと温水器を触った後シャワーホースを掴んだら感電した。仕方なく翌日も水でシャワーを浴びた。

Schönes zentrales Hotel mit sehr leckerem reichhaltigen Frühstückbuffet, praktische Anreiseinformationen davor per Email Kein Aufzug, aber das wussten wir schon davor

L'hôtel est tenu par une responsable peu aimable et près de ses sous, qui m'a fait payer un supplément pour chaque nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Le motif de ce supplément: Avoir une chambre avec fenêtre, Alors qu'il n'est précisé nul part que la chambre réservée était sans fenêtre. Le reste de l'équipe, soumis à cette responsable est plutôt sympa et souriant, mais ne parlant pas l'Anglais. Mais le plus gros problème de cet hôtel et son emplacement dans une allée sale, sombre et bruyante et le manque d'insonorisation de cet hôtel. il y a du bruit en permanence et en particulier aux moments où on aimerait qu'il n'y en ait pas. Impossible de trouver le sommeil et de le garder jusqu'à une heure décente: Les murs, les fenêtres et les portes sont très mal insonorisés (on dirait du carton), ce qui fait que l'on entends ses voisins, on entend les montées et descentes permanentes et on entend ce qui se passe dans la rue. Impossible d'avoir un moment de répit sans boules Quiès. Heureusement j'étais logé au 1er, mais il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans cet hôtel, pas top pour les bagages.Si vous voulez faire une grasse matinée, votre chambre ne sera pas faite, car le service ne se fait que le matin, curieux.... Bref, vous trouverez certainement de meilleurs hôtels à Bangkok et je ne recommande pas celui-ci.

2階以上は階段のみですのでご注意ください。また、ヘアドライヤーが壊れており、使えませんでした。気づいたのが夜中で、夜中は従業員の方が在中していない？ため、申し出ることができませんでした。

넓고 카오산 로드까지 걸어서 10분 정도 밖에 안걸려서 좋았어요 그리고 근처에 편의점도 있고 깔끔하고 화장실도 넓고 가격도 저렴한데 아주 맘에 들었습니다

除了無處不在的螞蟻，其他不錯，服務人員大多數有禮貌，都願意幫忙，語言方面簡單英文可以。 在房間食物要掛起來，放在桌子上都會引到螞蟻。

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Demokratie Denkmal entfernt. Bis zur Khao San Road sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Das Hotel liegt etwas zurück gebaut in einer kleinen Seitengasse. Hotel wurde vor nicht all zu langer Zeit renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Leider kein Aufzug vorhanden, aber da das Hotel nur vier Etagen hat, kann man damit auskommen. Ein kleines Frühstücksbufett ist im Hotelpreis eingeschlossen. Im Bereich der Rezeption können gekühlte Getränke erstanden werden. Preise sind sehr günstig. Das Demokratie Denkmal ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Zur Khao San Road ca. 20 min. zu Fuß. Königspalast, Wat Arun usw. sind in der Nähe.

엘리베이터가 없어서 4층까지 다니기 좀 불편했습니다 샤워기도 좀 약하고 찬물은 없고 뜨거운물만 나옵니다 와이파이도 4층은 약해서 방으로 들어가면 됐다안됐다 합니다 얘기했지만 똑같습니다 끝으로 조식은 2일동안 같은 메뉴라 좀 지겹습니다 3일째되니 메뉴한두계 바뀌네요

카오산로드 걸어서 7분 위치도 좋고. 우선 청소상태가 최고. 매일매일 수건, 생수 다 갈아주시고 침대시트도 갈아주심. 조식도 뭐 그럭저럭 먹을만 한 편이고 방도 진짜 넓음. 짱짱

Rigtigt fint hotel til billige penge. Ligger rigtig centralt til alt i Bangkok, det meste kan man gå til. God morgenmad. Rene og gode værelser. Altid god service, meget hjælpsom med forskellige muligheder. Klart et sted jeg vil bo igen, hvis der skulle bruges nogle dage i Bangkok
