The Waffle House view is excellent!

Toilet barely attached to floor or wall, tub drain inoperable. I still have a contact high from the balcony blunt smoking neighbors. On the upside my truck was safe because the police were either in the parking lot or waffle house across the parking lot. Miss manners 🙄 at the morning shift didn't care in the least about the dysfunctional bathroom. If that was a Quality experience, the bar is too low .

We stay here consistently. We are currently renovating out home and are staying here in the interim. We wouldn’t choose another place. It’s super safe, quiet, and convenient to Walmart, Waffle House, and the conveniences of 278. Nice kept secret. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

We checked in Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. We were at another hotel in another part of the city and our vehicle window busted out. But here at this Quality Inn location, everything from the customer service at the front desk from the young lady to the room was immaculate! It seemed like they updated the rooms, and it paid off. The room was spacious also. It has a fridge and microwave. It was convenient to the highway, shopping and dining. It wasn’t far from the town square also. Which has more shops and restaurants and a park to enjoy! Perfect hidden gem in Covington. Love this town. We felt so incredibly safe there. We will be back very soon actually. See you all later next week! Thanks for the amazing experience.

There was not hot water for two day, bath tub and sink water does not drain slowly hence dirty water. The hotel has homeless people coming and use the bathroom and eat the breakfast which was horrible.

Easy access

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Very convenient to walk across parking lot to the Waffle House which is right next door. Parking is a little tight. Very conveniently positioned just off the Interstate exit. Lots of other food options nearby.

There were people walking around that weren’t employees that would linger around room doorways and were very loud at all hours of the night. Everything seemed unorganized.

Pool was advertised and wasn't available upon check-in. Receptionist on check-in was rude.

The property met our needs. I strongly dislike how motel rooms always smell like smoke even when they are considered non-smoking. Overall, staff was great.

It was a roof over your head for the night. Door had gaps around it n loosly closed. Linens blood stained n cigarette burns plus a hole in the wall next to the bed. Plumbing fixtures in bathroom area loose.

This property was much better than expected. The rooms are modern and sufficiently clean. Please note: the fitness center does NOT exist.

Comfortable stay for family

Although the proprity was convenient for the time and lenth if my stay not what i expected.u have stayed in many hotels the property meaning Rooms can uses some upgrades.

Clean and quiet

Not a lot of space in parking lot to move but was decent location by Walmart and food options.

It was a nice stay.

The first night we stayed there, people were partying in the parking lot drinking and screaming till about 1am. At one point a verbal fight started and they started banging on rooms doors. The rooms weren’t very clean and everything in the room was beaten up, broken, or filthy. Staff was kind but weren’t helpful in answering questions.

Okay enough but not good

Surface level fine at first. Room floors are not cleaned. Bare feet on floors = noticeably dirty feet. Tub didn't drain with any ease so water was ankle deep week before you'd be showering for 3 minutes. Out of date and word furniture, burn marks (in a non smoking room) even.

Safe,clean and very comfortable

Checkin was very slow! No one was at check in so I waited 15 min for assistance. Floors were dirty and stained sheets! Roaches!!!!!!!!! I was very disappointed and uncomfortable and no answer when calling the front desk

Best prices in town close to a lot of shopping centers & Walmart clean quite & a good breakfast with waffles

My first introduction was not friendly, speaking thru a tiny hole in the window. No welcomed smile or all the information about the facility. My room was dark, not all the lights worked, floor dirty, drawers were not clean and the internet was down for most of my stay. I will never stay at another Quality Inn because of this facility. Having said this, the lady at the front desk (day time hours) was friendly and informative.

It was a nice hotel and was close restaurants and shopping.

Room was very damp. Air conditioning was not working properly

Carrie was outstanding, ready to help in anyway, happy and enjoyable. The person who checked us in was a little sharp, did not acknowledge any request but the hotel was clean and comfortable.

1.Great location among various food outlets. Clean rooms. Cute towel swans on the bed. Staff ensured I had a first floor room because of my travel equipment. 2.What's with not providing a channel lineup? I know there is an installed guide; dislike having to surf thru ALL the channels to find the guide. 3.THE LAST SURVEY QUESTION IS OFFENSIVE ON SO MANY LEVELS AND SHOULD BE REMOVED.

Nice and quiet

Bed sheets were dirty, bathroom knob was broken. Overall would not stay there.

The hotel still now like they’ve used tons of cheap cleaning products.

We only stayed one night, but for the night it was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. Only small thing that was there, but didn’t effect us since we only stayed the night, but by the toilet and behind it was wet like it maybe was leaking couldn’t tell, but other than that it was good!

Great Overnight Stay

My husband and I stayed here overnight on our way to Alabama, so we could check out some of TVD sites in Covington and Conyers. Check in went smoothly, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and water pressure was AMAZING! They were doing some maintenance to the property while we were there, and the manager apologized for the noise, but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The hotel has a fitness center listed as an amenity...this is INCORRECT. They do not have one on site. The rooms are exterior entry (just fyi). My shower handle was loose – to the point where I had to call the front desk and have the lady come up and turn it on for me. The breakfast options were minimal and not very allergen-friendly. Overall, it does the job if you need a quick and more budget-friendly place to stay, but if you are looking for nicer-quality accommodations and higher-end amenities, consider elsewhere.

Check in was very quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was noise from the road, which can't be avoided. Overall, it was a good experience, however.

Heat did not work and they would not put me in another room. Gave me a 8 inch box heater and said that’s all they were going to do. Next day heating unit was fixed and room was cleaned and they did not leave any towels so 9 at night I’m out trying to get someone to come to the window so l can get towels

Stay at your own risk

Due to covid, you have to check in at the night time window. They offer a brown paper bag for breakfast. The lady at check in was very short. She just stuck her hand out the window expecting you to know what she wanted. She has to give a demonstration on how to turn on the shower. Ours was really hard to get. Upon arrival, outside of hotel looks nice. It's in a convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. At first look, the room wasn't bad either. We noticed the huge gap in the door. Heat worked good. Toilet was very wobbly. You could hear when someone would sit down on it. The toilet paper holder was broke. They had it sitting on the tub. When it was time to take showers, we noticed only having 2 towels. Someone went to get more and was told they only allow 2 per room. Even though we had 4 people. I understand exchanging dirty for clean ones but only being allowed 2 for 4 people was ridiculous. Also, while there, we had family staying a few rooms away so we'd leave the door propped open just a tad. One of those times, we had someone that kept looking in our door. He worked there. When I asked if I could help them, they took off. The lock on the door was also broke and barely hanging on by some caulk.

The location was convenient for our needs. We checked in after 9:00pm and had to use the outside window. The breakfast was minimal but adequate.

It was all wonderful and clean

Room was clean and we had enough towels and blankets. Roomn needed some repairs

The property had a cute gazebo near the pool. Was relaxing to sit and enjoy the evenings.

The pillows are terrible. The room was cold, but damp. Someone left bathroom exhaust fan on. Lights on night stands

Businnes trip yo Covington.

Nice business stay in an older hotel. It isnt new but clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Staff was nice and room was a good value for the price. Bed was very comfortable and I got very solid sleep which rarely happens the first night in at a hotel. Good location in relation to where everything is in town.

This place was perfect for what I needed. I was going to be checking in late after a UGA game and the hotel called to confirm if I was still coming. The hotel itself is old but was updated nicely and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was a wash cloth that had brown dirt/soil/something of the like on it. Check in and out was easy and the staff was very friendly.

Bugs

We saw several bugs and overall cleanliness was dismal

We had a very good experience with our stay. The only problem was having to ask for toilet paper, there was no extra in our room just the roll that was in the holder.

Five Stars sll the way

This place was amazing compared to whst i experienced the night before, i felt like i was st a Five Star Hotel

This place looked nothing like the pictures. The whole room smelled disgusting, there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, and the door would not shut properly. I had to put a chair under the door because I was concerned for my safety.

Staff has great customer service my stay with them was wonderful.

The room was so humid even with the air conditioning on that the carpet was damp. By the morning, all of our things that were not in the suitcase were damp as well.

Oh boy. Self and 3 teen girls. Bad choice. Outside room. Ground floor. Door lock apparatus falling off (I got a screwdriver from the car and fixed it). Coffee machine broken. toilet moved when sat on. Pool closed and covered no explanation. And whatever is going on in the back lot … was enough to have us checking out within the hour and not getting a refund. Felt super unsafe. Room was clean but couldn’t have slept in the room. Door closed left big gap even after I fixed the lock. Single pane window did not feel secure.

It was ok just a regular motel but had a lot of Mexicans out playing loud music guess just there working other than that there’s a Waffle House in walking distance it’s not so bad

Great Service, Great Location.

This is a "Motel" not a "Hotel". Since I was there for business I almost left immediately due to no where to discuss anything in the lobby. HOWEVER, I was so pleased with the staff and attention to detail to every little concern that I decided to stay. Was a little loud in the area but nothing a set of ear plugs couldn't solve.

This is a very nice motel (not hotel). If you are looking for a clean place to sleep, nice bedding, and a warm shower with good water pressure, then this is the place for you. The pool is not open (7/2021), and Covid has changed the continental breakfast to a bag of things like a muffin & granola bar, but there is a Waffle House right next door. For dinner, there is a Chili’s within 2 miles.

The bathroom had dirt on the floor. We could hardly understand the person who checked us in. The pool was closed but on the website it did not state that. We had to go get more towels because there was omly two in the room when there were 3 occupants.

After seeing the conditions of the property and room (shower didn’t even work). I asked for my money back and found another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel

Minimal Issues

I had 2 rooms on my reservation for two king beds for me and 1 for my parents. My room was perfect! However my parents room was not up to standards. They had 2 double beds and the shower did not work. They had to wash off in the sink.

I was there on business and I would stay there again. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend to others. Good location for eats too.

Carrie was amazing in the office! She was so professional and made the check-in process easy! Our room was really nice and clean. We had a great vacation, stayed 3 nights and will definitely book this king-size room again!

AWESOME STAY

It was amazing. Didnt realize it was as far from where I had to go the next morning, but it was worth the drive. I checked in about 8 or 9 pm on a Dunday night, the lady was awesome. I will definitely make the drive when I go back in a couple weeks.

Clean room at a good price

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The linens were clean. The extras -shampoo, etc. we’re minimal but expected for the room rate. However the shower didn’t work, and when we went to call the desk, the phone wasn’t connected. The main room light didn’t work. At check out, they gave me a $25 credit, so I am happy. I would stay there again, but I would check everything out upon check in.

Clean room and nice workers, the hotel is next to a Waffle House and many other stores right off the highway. If you are unfamiliar with the area as we are, we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and area.

This stay wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible either. We got a non smoking room, however it smelt just like smoke. It stayed pretty warm in the room bc the air wouldn’t stay turned on AND while we were out we realized someone had came in to fix a hole in the wall which wouldn’t be an issue but we refused room service twice already and were not told and my pants were ruined by paint, also there were 3 more holes in the wall so if they came in to fix one without permission with all of our stuff why not fix them all? But the room served its purpose bc it was the less pricey hotel in the area.

Our room smelt like weed and cigarettes. I opened a few of the drawers and there were cigarettes ashes in there, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Our door didnt completely close unless slammed and our toilet didnt flush half the time. The experience overall was really weird. If youre wanting somewhere cheap and dont mind the things listed above, then you'd be fine here. If smoke bothers you, dont.

Clean but scary

The check in was easy and the lady who did it was so sweet and kind. The room was clean and the hot water worked great. The only issues i had was the bed was hard as a rock and i watched multiple drug deals go down in the parking lot and what appeared to be prostitution going on. My friends and i felt the need to push the table up against the door when we went to bed because we felt quite unsafe. The price was cheap but i guess you get what you pay for

Stay was ok, but I would hope the staff would take more time making sure the room was well cleaned with better kept linen and hand towels.

The lady checking us in was very nasty. When I asked for a receipt she said " you'll get it when you check out" very nasty to me. Our room smelled heavily of smoke, the mirror was broken, the bathroom door was off the hinge and wouldnt close. We called to complain and all she said was "the cleaning staff must be smoking". No offer to move us or correct anything. We went to do laundry and 1 washer was missing all the knobs. The other washer didnt have instructions. When we asked for help the lady was so nasty when she came to explain it to us. She rudely told my teenage daughter to get out of her way. Unfortunately we had paid for the 3 nights there and couldn't afford to go anywhere else. There are people living here and they are very loud late at night and start again around 7am. The whole experience was horrible! We will NEVER stay here again. I wished I knew the lady's name. She needs to be reported for her rude behavior.

JUST DONT!

I chose this hotel as it had the best reviews and was close to our destination. Needless to say I would literally NEVER stay here again and would NEVER recommend any friends or family to either. The pictures make this place look very clean but that is absolutely not the case when you get there. The rooms are outdated and are not even close to what the pictures show. The towels were stained, the sheets and comforter stunk! We had to change rooms 3 times for a 2 night stay due to them putting us in an occupied room, our second room stunk like someone had just smoked a joint it in and the third one well it had a bed. There was confusion in their end and we were locked out of our third room and had to argue with the front desk about our reservation. I showed them proof of when we were checking out and they still argued about it. I tried to speak to management about all our issues and asking because of all these problems if we could get a refund for one of the nights and they flat out said no. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

The refrigerator broke and I was not offered anything for the food I lost.

Our stay at this hotel was less than enjoyable. We were excited about the price because we were offered such a low rate for booking two nights; however, the front desk service was rude to both of us upon reaching out to her regarding our room key suddenly not working for our room and upon our bringing our dog (that we had already previously paid for) into our room—which was strictly an issue of miscommunication between staff members due to incomplete documentation. No staff member greeted us throughout our entire stay nor did they apologize for being so disrespectful at the front counter nor over the phone. I will not being stay here again.
