It’s a bit out of town but has a good shuttle service. Rooms are lovely, not many people staying here so pretty quiet. Breakfast average. Staff nice and helpful.

Property ( Hotel ) is Great with Large Room Area is very Quiet Only the water presure is a little weak and the Hair Dryer only blows cool air

The quality of breakfast's food is really terrible. I have lost my iPhone and I'm absolutely sure that was in my room but no one have found it.

Hotel has everything one would expect from a Pullman. However it's quite out of town and one needs to take the shuttle to reach the city centre. Major problem for me: airport pick up confirmed but nobody showed up and i had to catch a Taxi.

The property’s landscape is extremely beautiful and the stay is very comfortable . The rooms are spacious and very clean. Futhermore the services from all the staff there is exceptional and very helpful especially front desk receptionist ms velra . We would definitely choose to stay here if we visit luang prabang again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was excellent. I will definitely stay at Pullman on my next visit to Luang Prabang.

The staffs are great and friendly. They are providing excellent services and we have a great time there. There is room for improvement on the mattresses and pillows and the patio’s furniture.

Fantastic location, 5km out of Luang Prabang centre but the free shuttle service made it really easy! Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and they arranged all of our trips for us. Would definitely stay here again!!!

An amazing excellent hotel

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in during our 40 years of travelling. There are rice fields and ponds in the hotel's area' lovely plantations and view. So quiet and tranquil. The hotel upgraded us and decorated our room due to our anniversary. They also welcomed us with cakes, fruits and flowers. The staff was helpful and their service was amazing.

Amazing cozy resorts

E hotel is like 45m from the airport. The hotel is on the way to the falls.

Very spacious property although if you come in end of Jan or early Feb, local farmers might be burning their land to prepare for the next harvest and it could get smoggy, not the fault of the property though.

The property is very spacious. The grounds are impessive as are the rooms. The bed and pillows are luxerious, i only wish i had those pillows at home.

Group cannot be trusted

Excellent aside from accounting which cheated me by refusing cancellation of 2 days This seems to be endemic & fault of the management Will never stay with them or any of their group again unless no other option

Leisurely stay

Room was spacious and comfortable. Amazing view out to the rice paddies and mountains. Pools were spacious and well kept. Service was a bit lacking at the poolside bar, but otherwise fine. Breakfast bar selection was somewhst limited but adequate for the price range. Resort is overall spacious without being gigantic and hits a nice balance.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The food was excellent, the staff was very helpful, our rooms were huge and there was plenty to keep children entertained. If I have the opportunity to return to Luang Prabang I would stay at the PULLMAN.

A beautifully serene oasis outside the town with rice fields and mountain views. Extremely attentive, welcoming and accommodating staff. Shuttle service provided. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hot water is a problem It takes over 10 minutes to get hot water Water pressure in shower too low Room was not adequately heated especially when the temp are low Staff could not help raising it Overall good Food good Prices reasonable

We chose this hotel based on the great reviews and paucity of alternatives in the town. It's a nice enough property for conventions or large groups, but for us and the other couple we were traveling with, it was too far from town - despite available free shuttles. The dining room was expensive for Laos ($12 for a nice buffet breakfast ). The rooms are quite beautiful, but the light switches are tough to figure out - we never really did over a 4 night stay - and the storage is a little funky. The staff is vey friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Thoney and Mr. Mook, but we heard "2 for 1 massage" at the Spa (which is lovely and staffed by capable masseuses) only to find later that there was no such generic deal. The manager ended up giving us a 25% discount, but I paid more here than anywhere else in SE Asia even after the discount.

Setting worth being out of town

Beautiful setting. Willing staff but relatively low levels of comprehension. To be fair, this is Laos and anyway so much else at the hotel makes up for this. Breakfast and restaurant food are fine but nothing special. Room rates are very fair compared to equivalent hotels in town and I would be happy to pay +10-20% for enhanced breakfast offering and food at the restaurant. Not for you if being in town important but it’s an easy ride in and out and you get a serene environment you cannot get in town even at the smartest hotels at x2+ the price.

Great hotel if you are in the area

Our stay was most enjoyable with the amazing mountain view. The hotel staff where exceptional. My only one comment is the hotel transport into town needs to be more frequent.

I loved it here! As a solo traveler, it was wonderful to find a peaceful place but also somewhere that was close enough to get to the places I wanted to see. The shuttle to town was perfect and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Everyone always had a smile and a friendly greeting for me.

The lush greenery of the compound is stunning and it's so peaceful and quiet.

The team was absolutely fantastic, especially Hugo and Pheng. The property needs a bit of work when it comes to the AC. In general, we had a good stay but had some higher expectations from a 5 star, working at one.

We had an amazing stay at the Pullman Luang Prabang. This new resort is just outside of town in a beautiful setting. The resort provides a shuttle service to and from town making the sights/restaurants in town easily accessible. The grounds and rooms were spacious and lovely. The service was absolutely top notch- the staff was so friendly and eager to help with anything. I would highly recommend staying here!

It was good value for money. The room was nicely furnished and large. However, the details of a good 5 star hotel is not there. The air condition was not cold and were not fixable apparently, the pool was not properly cleaned with green moss, the room service closed at 10:30pm when the in-room menu says 1am. The shuttle is every 2 hrs and stops at 9pm which is quite early.

View and atmosphere were so nice. Service and staff were great. What to improve is cleanliness of swimming pool and breakfast taste.

The place is quiet and peaceful. I love the spa there. It was happened that my room air-con got problems and could not be fix, two night sweating

This new hotel is set in the midst of a working farm. AS such it is slightly away from the city, offering little distractions, and lots of opportunity to rest and relax in a serene ambience. There is a shuttle that takes you into town so i did not feel isolated in any way. The staff were amazing, and went above and beyond to make my stay feel special. This is a new hotel, they are still working out some minor kinks, but nothing that took away from my experience.

I love the staff, they are very friendly and very accommodating and always greet us with smiles. They are very helpful with all of our concerns. Our room has been free upgraded to premium. The room is big and beautiful with patio. I love the bathtub and shower room. The bed is big and comfortable. Very clean as well. The hotel has a lot of nice amenities (gym, shower area, view deck, cart service, yoga, infinity pool, bar, etc) They offered free scheduled shuttle service going to downtown which is 15 mins away. This place is luxurious and peaceful, away from busy downtown. I just wish we went there not the smokey season but still we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely go back. 10/10

Staff extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Fantastic setting. Room was superb. Food at the restaurant was excellent.

Good service, beautiful hotell especially the lobby area And restaurant. Nice garden and garden deck. Ms.Moey from the receptionist also very helpful.

I was able to make very good memories with Pullman Luang Prabang. The large grounds, the beautiful room pool, the correspondence of the staff was also kind and comfortable. The spa will make you look like a dream very well.

It was all good. Single point to comment is about some scheduling miscomunication that could have bid did not cause any issues. Menu at the restaurant needs to be more diversified to give diverse customers more choices

Nice place to recharge your battery

It was great, we enjoyed the Hotel because it was so peaceful and quite in the rice fields Service staff is great and helpful all the! Really everything was perfect! Can highly recommend this Hotel! Great Plus is also the free shuttle to town!

Brand new property and the rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A little bit far from the city; but wasn't a problem as many tok toks are available to take you around. Definitely; recommend this hotel to everybody.

Big ground, serene surroundings

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Luang Prabang. It is a huge property, surrounded by mountains and greens, which is situated about 15-minute drive from the old town. Worry not, one can make use of their regular shuttle bus service to and fro the old town to shop at the night market, eat, and visit some of the popular landmarks in Luang Prabang. We were upgraded to their Premium Deluxe room and it was huge. The room was lacking of a few somewhat trivial amenities, like a water boiler and safety box. We highlighted this to the management after checking out and hopefully they could get it rectified for the next guests. The highlight of our stay was perhaps the hotel staff. The hotel was still in their soft opening stage and we could see that the staff was still learning and adapting to their job, but they always went the extra miles to meet our needs and never failed to smile while at it. Many of them had to multi-task to cover one another and to cope with the busy holiday season. We had their breakfast buffet, which had a really good spread and was delicious, and wished that we had a chance to try their dinner buffet as well (oh well, perhaps in next visit).

A beautiful hotel and location! What a great surprise to find the Pullman! The staff from Chef Marc to Jet to everyone else at the Pullman were fantastic. So helpful and made our visit quite enjoyable. Thanks to all at the Pullman!

Great surprise! Everyone in the hotel is accommodating. Property is beautiful. Breakfast is wonderful, plenty of variety for any taste and high quality to match! A bit far from town, but transportation is available.
