Push time sharing or reserve points, said it would take 45 minutes but took 1 1/2 hours. Had reservations one night for dinner but restaurant was closed when we arrived. Maids were good, would attend to our room twice daily.
All the staff are so wonderful, they want you to have the best experience possible.
We recently stayed at Paradius Los Cabos for a much-anticipated vacation, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected for an all-inclusive resort. While there were a few positive aspects, the negatives significantly outweighed them. Pros: • The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy. • The staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate guests despite the many shortcomings. • The coffee shop and ice cream store were delightful. The coffee was good, and the ice cream was a nice treat after long, frustrating meals. Cons: • Incredibly long wait times for food: We consistently had to wait an excessive amount of time for our meals. There were extremely long gaps between appetizers and main courses, making it feel like a tactic to make guests feel full and avoid ordering more food. • Food quality and safety issues: The food quality was very disappointing, and some of us even experienced food poisoning after dining at the main restaurant. • Limited lunch options: Despite being an all-inclusive resort, there was only one restaurant available for lunch, which resulted in long lines and repetitive meal choices. • Hidden extra costs: Each restaurant had a selection of items that required an additional charge, which was surprising given the “all-inclusive” promise. • Pool and hot tub disappointment: The heated pool was under construction during our stay, and there was no hot tub
Very good hotel and service, the food was very good.
This is a beautiful resort. Most days we’re not too busy and you could easily find space around the pool. On the quiet side, but some fun entertainment options. Would reccommend
Hotel was beautiful and room was great. The food was not very good, I stayed here 5 years ago and it was good then but something has changed. Pool area and staff are excellent. Clean place. Only negative was food. Reserve not worth up charge.
We had a wonderful stay at the Paradisus. Extremely well-kept, high-quality drinks, and relaxing. Thank you for a great time!
This resort was beautiful! The staff were also very nice and made our experience amazing.
we were overcharged 1250$. We booked and stayed five days and were charges for six.
Paradisus was a wonderful place to stay for our get away! The dining options were outstanding and the staff were very friendly. We were left a couple of times without getting a drink we ordered by the beach or the pool, but overall the staff was very attentive and always doing their best to make you stay the best possible experience.
Beautiful resort
We spent 6 days here, loosing one day because the airline had flight delay that caused us to missed our connecting flight to Los Cabos. The hotel refused to reimbursed us for our one night when the delay was no fault of ours. We booked our trip through Expedia & our bill indicated we had to pay $1.99US per night, per accommodation at the hotel, yet the front desk clerk charged us per person. Overall, the hotel is beautiful & well maintained. Lots of things to do around the property & has a beach front. There’s different activities & entertainments, a coffee shop & ice cream shop that I was a huge fan of. Majority of the staff are amazing, very helpful, kind & friendly, so that was a PLUS. Daisey, our house keeping lady was very attentive & made sure we had everything we requested. Gisela in the dinning area very nice. Our concierge didn’t do much, hardly reached out/checked in to see if we needed anything once we had that initial welcome meeting with him. He still had not sent us the activity schedule for the second week that we were there. They assigned us a room at check-in & when we got there it was already occupied, so they had to give us another room. The room we got was ok, just that every time we showered we ended up with a large puddle of water running onto the bathroom floor from under the shower door. To us this is a big problem as any guest can accidentally slip & fall, but I’m sure they are aware of this problem as one can easily tell it’s not a new problem.
I can't express how accommodating and attentive this staff are at the Paradisus! I was looked after ever so profoundly with my biggest request being moved to the MÉ (sister hotel) because I ended up alone on the trip (unplanned). Yes, they accommodated my request while also providing daily credits. I can't tell you the level of over the top service that Manuel the general manager provided. If you end up staying here, select the Reserve option as the private pool and exclusive restaurant are worth the extra fee! The food is divine otherwise.
This was the best place to stay. The food and property were next level. We will be back for sure.
Lovely surroundings Room okay
We had a lovely time at the Paradisus Los Cabos. The property is beautiful and everyone is friendly and helpful. We just wished we had booked a longer stay. The week went way too fast!
Loved it here!
Birthday Trip was a success! Thank you
Property was mostly closed. And they kept telling us they were full. Poor accommodations. Restaurants were closed half of the evenings. Not many options for vegetarians. Mexican restaurant staff was rude.
Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean propriety.
Property was very safe, extremely quiet and safe. Very relaxing and calm environment. I would have liked if they had more activities or entertainment.
My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days, short trip. The food and drink was great, and restaurants were pretty good too. The extra nice treatment from the Expedia crew was really nice too, they really took extra steps to make us feel like royalty. We were greeted with a welcome drink and great service right away. Only complaint is the pool was freezing cold. The swimmable beach on the property was very relaxing, worth going down to and spending some time soaking that in. Would definitely return to this resort.
The service was really good but the food was a let down.
We loved staying here, the property is stunning. The staff were so accommodating, the food was delicious, and the drinks kept coming.
Awesome. Would stay there again.
Great place and even greater staff. Everybody is there to make your stay perfect.
Clean. All personnel was very polite.
Clean, beautiful property and food was better than expected. Got automatically upgraded to Reserve through Expedia which was huge. Only downside was no jacuzzi
Very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly
I wish there were more food options for all inclusive. Additional options require premium membership. Some restaurants were closed on various nights making selections even more limited
Bad attitude, poor service, checked us in 1 hour late, did not gave us the room that we paid extra and couldn’t use spa services
Beautiful resort. We felt very safe. The staff was exceptional. We can’t wait to go back.
We were at The Reserve, it had a quieter pool, was more relaxing and intimate. We also had access to The club lounge and 2 other restaurants. The main pool was nice but noisier.
Beautiful property. The food and drinks were better than expected for an all inclusive. The concierge service was a disappointment did not hear from our designated concierge the entire stay. We are supposed to be booked at cabana and that never happened, but there were plenty of other comfortable places to enjoy the sun. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Didn’t sleep well at all.
By far the best “ all inclusive” hotel we’ve stayed at! “Adults Only” policy helped but it was the attentiveness of the staff that boosted this review. The food was also a step above with special attention paid Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners.
Beautifully appointed 5-star resort located on one of the only swimmable beaches north of Cabo San Lucas. The food was hit and miss and the included wine was undrinkable, but other than that, highly recommended.
A relaxing time at this property. I loved that it was adults only. Just what I needed! Gracias ☺️
The breakfast and buffet facilities are fine but the menus in the Cielo and Sante restaurants are rather limited. I would prefer to see a wine list with reasonably priced options rather than wines with unaffordable price tags. Chilean wine is barely drinkable, so having $50-100 priced wines would be nice.
Everything about this resort was absolutely amazing.
It was everything I had hoped it would be
Great location.
The pool and atmosphere was perfect for a parent getaway. We came home feeling so relaxed
Beautiful resort! Clean, relaxing, and accommodating! Everything about this place was amazing. Highly recommend and will be back!
Wonderful
Great Service.
Great place should be on everyone's most stay in cabo
Fun place
Best resort!
Staff was excellent. Room service was impeccable. The restaurants were first rate. Beautiful grounds and beach. Can't think of anything that was not perfect.
Well maintained, quiet resort with access to beach front and swimable waters. No enough entertainment, amenities and access to food options.
nice
Paradisus is a beautiful property! The staff, service and accommodations went above and beyond. The food quality is excellent, and there is plenty of variety. Highly recommend!
1000% recommend.
Excellent property and loved the adults only resort here. Great food. Service was fantastic. Hardly ever went without a drink in your hand by the pool. Expedia guests get additional benefits which were nice. Coffee shop and ice cream shop on site were nice perks. Quiet part of Cabo. They also have baby Sea Turtles! They help save the turtles by sheltering nests and we were able to watch the release of two nests. Over 200 baby turtles headed to sea for the first time. So fun! Highly recommend this resort
The property is good to stay however he value is not there against charged amout for the stay.
Awesome customer service. Premises well maintained.
Love everything
The facility is gorgeous. Half the staff was happy and warming the other half seemed like they didn't want to be working. Once we arrived i had my go pro stolen from my luggage. It was taken out of it and after that i was on edge and high alert. The pool is gorgoues but was not warm. The swim up pools were nice and were a little warmer. Also there was no hot tube
Food was mediocre at best.
Excellent vacation! Staff were over the top. Everything from the room to the restaurants, beach swimming access to swim, and pool was amazing. Lots of shade spots to sit for everyone. Not just the early risers. Whales jumping right out front and enjoyed a baby turtle release. Best all inclusive I have stayed at. Highly recommend.
The Paradisus was very nice but the food was not good enough they need to do better especially the sushi restaurant I get better in a supermarket
It was beyond our expectations. A very good all inclusive resort. I have been tried many but this was one of the best. The staff, foods, variety of restaurants for dinner( no reservation was needed but for Sal). The beautiful beach was over our expectation, white sand, nice water and lots of cabanas on the beach as well as the pool side. Free transportation was very convenient as well. The first come first serve cabanas was adding up to our comfort of the day. Hotel needs to be updated as is dated on some areas but it doesn't make a huge difference of the guests experience.
Great stuff, food and drinks. Cristina helped up our throughout our stay and was amazing!
This was our second time as guests at Paradisus hotel. We booked through Expedia and received VIP perks that made our trip extra special, including VIP check in, reserve lounge access and a concierge. This hotel is accessed through security check in only and has a swimmable beach with free cabanas and bar service. If you are looking for a modern, adults only chill vibe, then Paradisus is for you. We enjoyed this about the hotel. The food options were great, the service was impeccable and the hotel was always clean. We had a great stay and strongly recommend!
It has the best beach in Cabo
Beautiful
Staff was great, they would even get the brand of mezcal we like even if it wasn’t available at that bar. Food was great, drinks as well. Friendly staff and clean hotel, would definitely recommend.
Great place, loved it
.
Beautiful property, room was amazing. Stayed on the reserve side.
Absolutely amazing. Staff was great! Such a calming experience.
This a beautiful property and well-maintained. There are several restaurants to choose from; most the the food was good, but lacked variety. The only two exceptions were Malva for breakfast, and Agua Marina for lunch. The food, the staff, and the margaritas (at Agua only) were exceptional. The room was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, but the staff were quick to try and fix it, although it still needs to be replaced. The only compaint would be a lack consistent entertainment at night. The two exceptions were an amazing guitarist, and a family band, with a 15 year old vocal sensation (everyone around agreed she should be on The Voice). Overall, we had a great time at this resort...and really appreciated the exceptional people who work there.
I loved the property and everyone was so welcoming
The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms well kept, supplies well stocked and the maid staff are outstanding. We enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere and never had any issues getting seated at dinner or finding sun chairs around the pool. Although the dining choices are plentiful, the food was average and wines, that are not part of the all inclusive package, are extremely over priced. That being said the bars did serve top shelf liquors at no extra price. I world definitely return to Paradisus Los Cabos in the future.
This was an amazing location for our honeymoon. The service was beyond exceptional!!!
The property landscape was beautiful. The main pool was nice but needed some tile cleaning but not bad. Our room was clean I just wish they had a door on the outside of the bathroom not just the toilet area. The double shower head on each side of the shower was perfect. The bed and bed sheets felt like heaven. The only thing I didn’t agree with is the steak house was not apart of the all inclusive and some stuff on the menu was an up charge.
The hotel is very beautiful with a close by swimmable beach. Dining options are good. We also enjoyed the room service, 24 hours with great menu options plus the wait time is pretty decent. The only thing we somewhat didn’t like is the accommodation. We paid for the reserve to have that VIP experience but it felt like we paid extra for nothing. We were asked to sit in the bar area for someone to check us in but we waited for about 30 mins before someone approached us. We didn’t feel like the concierge did anything special for us. Our only communication was during the check-in. Our perks like the free bottle was never received during our stay. Overall didnt meet our expectations. We always go on vacations in all inclusive resorts and every time that we have special occasions, the resorts we’ve been too never fails to surprise us except here where we pretty much got nothing.
Like: Safe, Secure, Clean, Comfortable, Service, Location, View, amenities and many more... Dislike: Price (too high) and quality of few restaurants. Not many option at Mexican and quality of food at Italian
This was our first time in Cabo , And Paradisus don’t disappoint wow the property was beautiful, landscaping , ocean view A . Amazing staff willingness to do and go the extra mile for the customer. The front desk staff was top notch, Yessica thank you so much from the start we were like family , Check out the Reserve !!!! Yen was our personal concierge , she assisted us with dinner reservations, spa days , entertainment or whatever we wanted or needed…. THANK YOU!!!!
My husband and I stayed at Paradisus for a total of five days. We opted to take this trip because it’s only a two hour flight from our location and it looked very nice from the Web site. It was appealing to us because everything was all inclusive and also adult only. Being parents to three children we decided to try an adult only property as part of our break. The property is situated on a beautiful beach and everything is white and serene. However, the waters are too rough to swim in, but they do have a designated and roped off swim area To experience the ocean. We were lucky enough to be a part of The Reserve and Reserve Lounge and they totally take care of you. Everybody here is very welcoming and always happy to help. I had a little mishap with the request of having decaf coffee in my room upon my arrival, which was not met. Whenever the staff learned about the small mistake Roberto went above and beyond to correct the situation. Our concierge Juvenito, Gerardo, and the manager Diana were an integral part of making sure our stay was pleasant. Everything is treated as a group effort which makes everything very easy. The housekeeping ladies were so very sweet and always offered any extras if we needed them. The food is all inclusive so some items are to be desired but overall not bad. You can opt to pay for premium items like lobster and steak. Overall our stay was a 5 Star experience. Thank you Paradisus for the wonderful week had. We hope to be able to return again soon.
Stayed in a Reserve Room w/ swim up pool. The room was perfect and the concierge service a bonus but what makes these hotel shine is the excellent and friendly service by ALL the staff!! Loved that the beachfront has a roped area that allows swimming and has a lifeguard. The only disappointment we had was that the food served at the restaurants did not match the 5 starts of the staff and hotel. In my humble opinion, the food was only good/ okay, 3 starts. Most of the dishes looked beautifully plated and fancy but it only tasted mediocre. They need to focus on fewer dishes but make them great! If they improved the quality and taste of the food, the hotel would be amazing!
Room cleaners were amazing
Exceptional property and service all around! Great food and extremely clean facilities and pools. Easy beach access and they have nice toiletries, a beach bag, and sunscreen for your use so you dont have to pack them. My only complaint was a strong smell of mildew in my room toward the end of the stay; I'm sure that's no fault of the hotel, just the humid climate. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for your best Cabo experience!
We had a wonderful week here. Our concierge, Juventino was phenomenal and our time was effortless and relaxing. I would give more stars if they were available!
Property was clean! Food is the best I have had in Cabo. Not a party hotel- missing entertainment.
My family and I would love to thank all the staff here that made our stay here relaxing. We stayed from September 15th - 20th 2024. Everyone was beyond helpful from when we arrived (timely rides) until the end (answering questions, requests etc.) In particular, we'd like to thank the following people who had excellent customer service: Roberto and Roxana (bartenders from the pool), Jair (direct concierge contact), Ceasar (who assisted us with our luggage upon arrival) Rosaura and Axel (during our morning breakfast at Malva), and Elizabeth, the chef at Cielo. The service here was on point from everyone, but these were the people that we continuously interacted with during our stay. My family and I loved the variety of food that was offered here! We felt like we were getting a taste of Mexico in each restaurant. The only thing we wish there was more of, was visible printed/picture allergy cautions on the menu or next to the food items during the breakfast buffet (e.g.,"contain peanuts", "contains dairy" etc.). One area that could use improvement was the music. Music is a special cultural component that allows people to experience culture more. It was great to see a mariachi band on 9/15. Disappointingly, this was the extent of celebrating such an important date. A side of Cumbias or Spanish music every once in a while would have been great with our tequila. Other than that, everything was great and we'll consider coming back to this adult-only resort.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Paradisus. We had a great time dinning , listening to live music, swimming at the beach and pool area. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location And very relaxing. Thank you, Paradisus.
The hospitality was amazing!
Nice property and decent rooms. Wonderful staff. Issue is the food. Asian is quite terrible and some of the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Italian is barely any better. Mexican was closed. Steakhouse is not included. Need to vastly improve the food quality
There were plenty of food options. And the staff were all friendly
Came for a family gathering the hotel was quiet and access to the beach was nice
Our stay was fantastic! From check in with Yessica, so our concierge Ivan checking in on us throughout the week- the staff is very attentive and helpful! The property is gorgeous, clean, spacious and everything you can ask for for a relaxing vacation. Every restaurant had amazing food- definitely try the risotto at Capella as well as the red snapper and the steak at Tokimeku! I recommend trying out the spa, the couples massage we had was perfect! The outdoor pool at the spa is super relaxing as well. Overall this was a fantastic vacation and a must stay when visiting Cabo, we will definitely be back!(:
Paradisus is a beautiful hotel with an amazing views, variety of restaurants and a beautiful pool. The staff is very attentive to guests. I had a lovely staycation!
Food: Good Service: Sometimes slow Excellent views The most important problem was that the Hotel need a very serious plan for the animal in the surrounding area.Do'nt just pay attention to the turtles, cats are domestic animals and need our help. Don't wait for the guests to get in the habit of sometimes giving them food. Have a quick action plan to save and give these little animals a decent home.
It was clean and peaceful with great service.
Great property. We booked months in advance for a king size bed but ended up with double beds. Found a roach in the room and the evening cleaning staff gave us dirty cups in the room 3 days. Overall good property and the food was very good.
Was quiet as it was not at full capacity when we were there mid August. We upgraded to reserve, but would not have been necessary as the reserve amenities were not that great. Don’t waste your money or time at Sal. Food was awful! Sashimi and rolls at tokimeku was the worst we’ve had!-bad quality sashimi cuts and they came soaked in soy sauce! The best food was at Aqua Marina with ocean view. Cielo was ok. We didn’t try Capella but seemed crowded in the evenings. Nothing else to do around the hotel. We took a 30min bus ride into downtown. We preferred over Uber or taxi for the experience. Having an assigned concierge was nice with the reserve but the general concierge were helpful too. Their beach area-Waves are strong but the enclosed area was swimmable and there were two lifeguards on site.
Unfortunately, the time of year we went was very humid. I wish more restaurants were air-conditioned to make the dining experience more Pleasant. The staff was great. The grounds were beautiful and the food was exceptional.
Stayed here for my Boyfriends birthday. We stayed in the Reserve Suite, worth the extra money. The trip was too short ! The staff and service was amazing, the resort was beautiful and clean. We had our own concierge that assisted us in our stay. The Spa was amazing . Only regret was not making out to try Sal Steakhouse but this resort was a 10/10 a very romantic feel. My boyfriend is a foodie and said this was the best resort food her ever had. This was well worth it! Servers aren’t grasping for tips you feel compelled to tip because the service is just that good! If I was not all “Mexico’d” out (I have been here 12 times lol) I would totally come to this resort again . It makes me want to try the Other Melia resorts . Thank you Paradisus for making this such a special special stay.
Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we were treated to an unforgettable experience of luxury and relaxation. The resort's facilities are breathtaking, perfectly blending with the natural beauty of Los Cabos. The staff, Roberto our concierge, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, always with a warm smile and genuine care. The security in and around the facility was outstanding, making us feel completely safe throughout our stay. The dining options were delicious. Whether lounging by the clear blue pools, enjoying the private beach, or just relaxing in our swim-up suite, there was never a dull moment. While we did notice that the daily fruit basket, which was supposed to be left in our room, was occasionally missed, and there were a couple of instances where we needed to remind the staff about room cleaning, these were really not big deal. Roberto was incredibly responsive whenever we brought anything to their attention. These small oversights did nothing to diminious our enjoyment. What truly sets Paradisus Los Cabos apart is their commitment to excellence and attention to individual guests. It's clear that they continuously strive to improve and perfect their already impressive offerings. Our stay was flawless, creating memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a slice of paradise in Los Cabos, look no further. We can't wait to return!

The property was beautiful, staff was great
