The staff were kind and accomodating, able to hold my luggage until check in that afternoon. Good breakfast with unlimited espresso. Shower leaked a little on the floor but nothing major.
All staff are good..good services good manner..they try the best to make you feel at home..even thought there is no receptionists..the staff on site is excellency..thumb up to Romel..Karan..Sebathian
I like the fact that they use QR Code to open the door.
A very pleasant stay . The room was excellent very comfortable with lovely linen . Didn’t really like to QR code entrance system. The breakfast was a bit limited . Some fresh fruit would be nice . But ok for continental . Staff was extremely helpful and friendly .
Had a great stay. Rooms are small but I think that’s normal in Paris. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Try another hotel, this one is not worth the money, Mold in the bathroom , the rooms are old and musty odor present , usually I don’t leave negative remarks, but on this one , is a must , to leave the remarks for everybody to know .
Great place to stay, would highly recommend
Nice room, great value, close to metro, good neighbourhood lots of bistros shops etc close by
Overall very good cheap and good distance to everything you need highly recommend.
Good for the price. Seemed safe. Bathroom a bit dated. Great neighbourhood.
Dirty. And gross. It was the worst experience ever.
Where do I start? If I could give this property a negative 10 star I would. We arrived and wanted to take a warm shower and the water was lukewarm, as time went on, it got ice cold. The next day, we had NO warm water at all. The room was dirty and our bedcovers were stained with blood. I guess they do not clean or change the bedsheets every day and/or if new people check-in. Our TV remote had no batteries. Some of the towels were dirty upon arrival and we had to ask multiple times to get new ones. There is no staff available bc it is self-check-in, so if you need anything you have to time it right to make sure you can talk to someone. Wifi is spotty or none existent. Make sure your phone is charged so you can get into the hotel. You have to use a pin number and QR code to get into the hotel and room. Overall not the best experience. Save your money and find another accomodation.
All staff we met at this property are very helpful. We were especially grateful for the staff on duty on Christmas Day. My child was sick and the staff on duty for breakfast went out of her way to help us to get ambulance and made sure the ambulance staff met with us before taking off. The area is served by multiple bus lines and subway lines. There are also many dining options, bakery and convince store within walking distance. The room and hallway are small, similar to other major cities but it had what we need. The neighborhood feels safe and we didn't see any problematic figures around. Staff speaks English. Even though the website says that there is no front desk, there is usually one staff in the lobby area or working in the building, so guest can ask for help if needed. You can also store luggage after checking out.
Rooms are too small, no cabinets for clothes, carpets has stains. One good reason for me to stay is that staff are very nice and helpful.
quiet environment, convenient shopping nearby, and major attractions can be reached on foot.
This is a fantastic stay.
Really enjoyed staying here so quiet, such a nice neighbourhood, close to lots of thing! Nice decor and friendly staff!
I liked how clean my room was and you ask for something else and they would get it thank you
My stay here was really great! Despite not having a receptionist per say they do usually have a staff member there during the day and also one at nights. Room decor was top tier! Which was a pleasant surprise. Didn’t see that design in the photos. Sebastian was really friendly and helpful. We walked to the arc de triumphe a few times (under 20 minutes). Breakfast at the hotel is a bit limited.. so I would suggest going down early to eat. They don’t seem to prepare much food. There’s a restaurant right next to the hotel, however I didn’t eat there. Not sure if it is good. Shops aren’t that close… but if you’re willing to walk about 10-15 minutes to the main roads you can find bakeries and shops. To note if you have a toddler: I came with a toddler, I had to climb a few steps and use the lift with the push chair which was a bit frustrating, hallways are also quite narrow and lift is tiny and I couldn’t get the room changed. It’s a Little less convenient with a toddler that needs a push chair but not impossible
I was never able to open the door of my room with the code sent to me several times. Never got fixed. The room was not replenished with more coffee, creamer, etc and the dirty cups were not replaced. It’s always inviting to have a friendly staff at a hotel.
The worst wifi service I’ve ever had at a hotel
Very nice hotel with not reception, pricey but comfortable
Accès in the room .ussing QR code is not essy.
Heating system was loud and did not receive a fimely response when i contacted the staff. This affected my sleep. The sink was broken, water settled in sink. Angry guest was yelling in hallway.
The kindest, most helpful jobs!
Place was ok. Cleanliness was ok.
Pleasant stay
Everything was very good
First, I will take responsibility for not seeing that there was not front desk staff on duty, had I known this I would have not booked this hotel, as this is very inconvenient. When we got there, we had no way of getting in, as the email we received was all in French. I continued to ring the security bell when finally, someone came and let us in. He gave us a security email in English with a code to get in and or scan to get in our room, we were scheduled to stay for 2 nights, the reason we choose this hotel was the website said it was 5 mins walking to the Elfie tower; however, it was not, but it was ok, we just found a taxi. Once we got back to the room, the air was not working had no one to ask, called the emergency number could not understand her, but someone came and said it was working, that's how their air works, we opened a window and slept hot. Needless to say, we ended up leaving the next morning, losing the extra nights money we already prepaid.
I booked a stay for me and my partner for her birthday. Everything upon our arrival was smooth until we were informed by the hotel we would receive our PIN code to access the hotel/room 24 hours before arriving. It got to the day we arrived in Paris and we had not received anything about our room code. 3pm which was checkin time and nothing still so my partner on the phone over an hour to Expedia to try and see how we can get into our hotel. We were then told we would have to change hotels due to all numbers not working so could not reach anyone working there. This was very worrying as I have paid a lot of money for 3 nights and this was the treatment we received. Luckily a cleaner was working and she let us in but still could not get through to her manager. Overall comfy stay but very very disappointed in the situation we was left in.
Great rooms and location. Staff was really responsive and helpful.
Quiet and they fixed the bed, change garbage bags and provided us with extra towels .
Location is close to many subway stations and bus stops that can conveniently transport you to the popular tourist sites. There are plenty of dining options around the area (5-10 minutes walking). The staff was cordial and prefessional. Thank you for making my stay in Paris hassle-free. Will be back soon!
Amazing clean rooms with the best restaurants all walking distance
I like the location. everything was close. the only thing I didn't like is the facts that halls and bedrooms aren't spacious but it's safe, staff and service are great, really nice. Thanks.
The hotel is on a quiet block the rooms are very quiet the key open your room is on your phone and they use a code to get in front door the room wasn’t to small I can’t complain it was just what I was hoping for
It is very strange not to have a receptionist or someone with information. The communication via email was difficult
Make sure to pay attention to the emails, there’s no front desk available, digital check in only
Right in the centre I would highly recommend
Hard to bring up luggages through the stairs
Great location! Beautiful surroundings. Staff answer your questions but could be friendlier The hotel doesn’t offer shampoo, conditioner, etc. So it would be good to have a “bathroom kit” with his things to purchase extra.
Very good location.
Really good area . Amazing price . Pretty clean rooms and aesthetically pleasing lobby . The only thing hotel doesn’t has a front desk , before your stay they sent you a QR code via email to enter your room (don’t miss out on that and recheck everything ) and the second thing that I didn’t quiet enjoy is extremely thin walls , could hear even people sneezing from rooms far away from ours . Other than that I would rate 8.5-10 . Recommending this hotel if you are staying in Paris
Makom Pereire was a great hotel in a good location. I felt like the area was more of a residential area than a tourist area, though. I didn't have any issues. When I arrived to Paris, it was after dark and I walked to the hotel with my luggage from the metro station. It was about a 4 min walk to the metro train station and there were lots of restaurants along the way that stayed open pretty late. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Sebastian took care of all my needs whenever I needed anything. Please be aware that there is no front desk staff whenever you arrive but they do send you a pretty detailed email on how to get into the building and into your hotel room (QR code to gain access to your room). There is a QR code in each room that you can use to get in contact with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, however, I feel like they provide everything you would need in the hotel room. Lovely, lovely hotel, I would definitely recommend staying here.
It was walkable to a lot of tourist places. Easy location. The only thing we didn't like was the QR code to access the room. It wasn't easy to scan.
Parfait
Overall it was a really nice stay! The staff were so helpful, the room was fairly priced with nice sheets and a court side view!
Very Cozy laid back.
Not quiet and small
Loved the area, the hotel and Room.was nicer than l expected. A Beautiful neignborhood, away from the busy areas, but walking distance to Arce de Triompe and metros. I Loved my room for the price. Bathroom was nice, tub/shower had great water pressure. Just a very pleasant location and Room. Felt safe as a solo female traveler!
It definitely was an experience checking in to a hotel and the procedure was contact less. The room was a bit small, but so are the others in Paris so it was expected. Aside from that it was pretty nice. The shower being in one room and the toilet in another was different. Both were clean. The shower was very nice. I will be using the concept for my own bathroom at home. The only thing I didnt like was being told that I couldn't sit in the lobby at night because it was a safety issue... and there was no elaboration. Aside from the fact that the other person with me was also a guest at the hotel, the lack of elaboration had us wonder if safety was an issue at this hotel. I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay here again, but I would need clarity on what the gentleman meant when he said sitting in the lobby is a safety issue.
The room was small but clean. I didn't like the toilet much but it is ok. It is a few minutes walk from the train stations and bus stations. Close to restaurants. It was a quiet hotel.
All good
We didn't like the cleanliness. There was dust everywhere.
Hotel was clean ans conveniently located near everything if you're going on but the check-in process that have been easier and better.
DO NOT BOOK HERE: Pros- good water pressure, the bed is comfortable, need QR code to get in room Cons- only 1 outlet in entire room, no vent in the bathroom so it’s humid and toilet paper gets wet just from humidity, toilet is literally next to the shower, no curtain or door for the shower so the toilet and floor get drenched in water, dirty carpet, tight hallways, cramped elevator, black mold in the bathroom, no deadlock so you can’t lock room from inside, QR code did not work for the second night, customer service sucked and emails wouldn’t go through, tv connection is horrible

It was overall ok and budget friendly
10 minutes walking to Tour Eiffel. Nice neighborhood.
This was my first solo trip to Paris. I chose this place because it's only a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and there are plenty of restaurants around the area along Rue Pariere. It's not as busy as the touristy areas, and I find it to be safe. Additionally, it's just a few minutes away from the metro, making it very convenient. At first, I was skeptical about the self check-in process. I had to email the property for my check-in info and had to keep in touch with them, asking questions before my arrival. I hoped for a quick reply to my email, but unfortunately, there was a delay. So, I made sure to have a screenshot of my QR code and access to the property, in case you don't have internet while on the way. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially when I encountered an issue with the AC on my first day. The WC and shower were small, which seems to be common in Paris. If you're not from Europe, don't forget to bring your adapter for they have different electrical outlets. Overall, I still plan to book this place when I return to Paris.
Very easy and accessible. The QR code is great and building is safe with a locked coded entrance. Close enough for transport, and walkable to distance to main areas
Walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything in the room next door - doors opening and closing, talking, showering... The key card QR code they gave us didn't work at check in. No front desk so you have to contact them via Whatsapp. They do not clean your room or give you fresh towels or anything unless you request it. Asked them to help us turn on the AC and didn't respond until 3 follow ups. Kettle in the room had white mold inside.
Beautiful location, hotel is ok.
Nobody on reception, air con didn’t work, stayed 6 nights and towels changed 1 time, bed not made room not hoovered/ cleaned. Tea/ coffee supplies not restocked. Room was ok. But door did not open well on entry to my room and I had to squeeze in. Chair at workstation was very loose so could not use. There was also a fire alarm during my stay and I did not feel safe at all. The girl had no idea what to do.
Great property in a great location! Lovely and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
Clean and spacious, staff very friendly, near many attractions, it is safe to stay here, rooms are very good
.
Good
Good location but the rooms are not cleaned every day. We had to ask for fresh towells.
Listing of what I didn't like about this place; - The pillows were awful. - There was no mirror inside the room, only one in the bathroom which was high up so you couldn't see your outfit. - The shower room had a see through door, and the shower room layout wasn't well done, with the shower for some reason next to the door which caused the water to sometimes flood into the room. - There was a connecting door to another room to which had no sound proofing at all, could here everything from the person in the room next to us, such as blowing their nose. - They use QR codes for the door, which is quite annoying considering if you run out of battery on your phone you won't be able to enter. The QR code initially didn't work. - Had a strange smell, perhaps they just use a lot of cleaning products to combat the water leakage. Some of the good points about this hotel - The bed itself was comfy - The area was nice with good bakerys nearby, and with the metro only a few minutes walk away. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay here was okay, but wouldn't book to stay here again.
Was a pleasant stay
A lovely little space to stay and the workers we came across were all very accommodating. tea, coffee and kettle were provided as well as lots of towels which were all replaced mid stay. A very convenient location as we just walked into the centre of paris everyday and were even closer to the arc de triomphe. Also very close to the metro which made travel to and from the airport very easy. Close to a supermarket and also very safe as you had personalised qr codes to scan into rooms and a pin code to access the building. A lovely place to stay I would reccommend
Room was so clean, there’s no front desk but thats ok because they have a rlly good system going on. Only complain is that the walls are a little thin and my AC wasn’t working. Thankfully I didn’t need it to much cause I had 2 huge windows that gave good air flow.
The property was clean. Decor is somewhat dated but functional. Had issues with receiving check-in information due to third party booking filtering messages. This was awkwardly resolved. Suggest you contact the hotel prior to your arrival to avoid these issues.
The property is conveniently located near the subway, multiple restaurants and other shops. Had problems communicating with them for getting the room code. Problem with booking company they should work out. Overall a good experience.
Really good experience! Clean all the time. My boyfriend and myself stayed for 6 days no issues. Near to any buss station and metro. Walked around the block really safe and a lot of food options. Offered breakfast really good and affordable. Definitely I will come back
My room was spacious for one, nice big bed, plenty of room to relax after sight seeing all day 🙂
Enjoyed the stay
Enjoyed the stay. It was nice to be away from the hustle of the city
Hall and room smelled bad, ac did not work well, wifi did not work at all, TV did not work, poor cell reception and no one to talk about this issues. They just give you access codes and that’s it. We will never come back.
Small
Pas de service d’eau en bouteille. Téléviseur ne fonctionne pas bien
Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I've booked in my life. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a room. The room was so hot (no air conditioning) and we discovered in the middle of our stay that the room was infected with mold. We immediately contacted the emergency number and they changed us to another room, but the other room was no better (same problems, no fans in the bathroom and the bathroom stank so bad...). I couldn't even eat in the room without having my nose hidden. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And to top it all off, they have the worst customer service. There is no receptionist; you have to contact someone via WhatsApp and that person sometimes doesn't answer. I'm going to ask for a refund. We had no other choice but to stay there has they were no refund policy. I'm definitely seeing my doctor for molds as I started feeling sick during our stay...worst place ever..

The property was perfect for a business stay. No frills but clean, comfortable and convenient.
Excellent service and the room perfect and clean!
The walls were thin, the bathroom had mold, and there was no shower curtain or door so when the shower was used the whole bathroom floor got wet. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures provided. The bathroom was not updated like the pictures showed.
Weekend in Paris
Nice, clean and good positioned hotel. Room a bit small but no issues whatsoever. Recommended
It was very standard. No microwave or fridge but it did have an electric kettle. The shower was open to the bed but I was by myself so no problem.
Everything was great! Each staff member is e countered was very nice 😊
Good
Black Mold. The entire 2 weeks we were there we had to keep the windows open in the cold weather to keep from gagging on the smell of black mold. No use in complaining because what else were we to go? Also, the other hotel guests kept smoking and their smoke kept going up and into our room. Horrible experience.
Good service
All the Staff were professional and courtesy, and very very friendly and eager to help
Good location, worth the money
10/10 Exceptional Stay
Great stay! Check-in without in-person reception is super easy if you’re tech-savvy. We stayed four nights and on the second day our room was cleaned and new towels were provided to us (we didn’t even ask!). Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also staff present at various times throughout the day. Close to metro so in a good location as well. Saw some other reviews about mold in the bathrooms but if you stay at any hotel in Europe you’ll find this is extremely common, bathrooms just don’t have vents. However; there was very little mold in our bathroom and it appears as though they regularly tend to the mold so that it does not spread. There was just a little patch on the ceiling (compared to our hotel in Rome which had mold all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom). Again, it’s common here but they appear to tend to it. Overall, great stay and would recommend to anyone!
Property was clean, with well furnished rooms. Staff were very accommodating and willing to help in any way. For the price, would highly recommend this property
Clean location with metro station a few minutes away. Great restaurants and cool neighborhood. All staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, tv, toilet and shower work well with no problems. The only somewhat negative thing we encountered were the not so sound proofing walls. Not a big deal so we would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This Hotel was wonderful! It was right by the train station which makes it super easy to walk to. The staff were very friendly and (as an American who can only speak a little bit of spanish) speak English very well. There are so many options for food, with breakfast in the building, a restaurant right next door, and the MOST AMAZING KOREAN FOOD EVER!!! I highly suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Paris :).

Room and bathroom were very small but worked for us. The shower was dicey because it was so small (water ended up on the floor) and shower curtain was too long. Molly who worked and cleaned was AMAZING. She is the reason I didn't give it an average rating. Location was close to the Metro. There were maps showing the area but no maps available showing the local transportation. I felt very safe.
