Desk clerk was nice and friendly!

Sewage back up in my room but the customer support team was on point and took care of me as best they could.

Room entry door has a full inch clearance under the threshold, ypu can hear every conversation down the hallway, every person walking.

The room was nice, a little older and in need of minor repairs. The staff was very friendly and courteous!

We stay here when visiting family in the Dallas area. It’s clean, comfortable, and convenient for a reasonable price.

Only 1 working elevator. Which made it extremely difficult ( I have both knees replaced and left hip replacement) booked for 2 queen beds, I received 1 king bed and a pull out couch. Bed pillow case was nasty and not replaced from former reservation. Was told and booked for breakfast vouchers, which I didn’t receive on Saturday morning because we left for the day before 7:00 am. Was not told breakfast was not served till 7:00 am. Air conditioner cluncked VERY loud when it turned off all night. Hotel is being renovated and not user friendly. Will not stay here again, ever.

My stay was amazing and my check in was great

We had a air vent that was coated in dust. There was black mold in back of the toilet. The chairs were stained. The bathroom floor was filthy It was convenient to where we had to be each day and it was nice having the food bar opened in the evening

The staff was GREAT, room was great, location and cleaning was fantastic. One observation that could improve, as a gift at check in I was given a water battle and a little bag of nuts, nice, but that is something that could be available in the room with a couple of bottle of waters complementary, knowing that a water bottle is around 10 cents, so a gift at the desk of 10 cents its not that impresive. If you give a gift for being a member of the hotel, something like a cookie or something a bit more valuable (dont have to be much) but a nice cookie might at a nice touch to it and not a 10 cents bottle of water. Besides that we had a great stay and will definitely book the hotel again, this was just more of a suggestion.

Television stations and guide were not synced together

This place was not the usual high standard I would expect from courtyards . The place was dirty , carpets stained and trash left in stairways. AC unit was nosy so it was hard to sleep.

When you first walk into the lobby, it looks so nice. You think you’ve hit the jackpot! But, don’t be fooled like we were. Once you get around the side or back and enter the door to the hallways, you’ll see immediately what it’s really about! Floors and stairs are filthy and stink. Ceilings and walls have water Damage and mold. Multiple room doors look like they’ve been broken into. The entire place stinks so bad and they try to cover it up with strong air freshener. The room that we had looked nothing like what you see in the pictures on the website. It’s very outdated, very small, and not clean. We also had a leak from the refrigerator we believe. There was a cold wet area on the floor the entire time we stayed. The balcony is so tiny, dirty, and bug filled, it’s useless. And the supposed “courtyard view” that we had was terrible. Nothing nice to see at all. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. In all honesty, I could’ve paid way less at the motel 6 and probably had a better experience. I can’t believe that Marriott would even own and operate out of a building in this bad of condition.

Wish we knew property was being renovated -- the renovation noise was an issue.

This was an awful hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. When we arrived at the hotel we checked into our rooms the floors in the lobby were nasty and smelly. It was disgusting. We didn't receive room service until the second day. We had to ask for service. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel and the service.

Only complaint would be the musty smell from the carpet was worse in the hallways than in the rooms, but could still smell it in the room. The carpets need to be replaced or just removed. Everything else was great!

Staff were helpful and efficient with check-in & check-out. Room was clean & cool (which was great, as it was blazingly hot outside). Rooms seem well-insulated for sound - one of the nights I had some pretty noisy neighbors, but between the insulation & the white noise from the A/C, that pretty well drowned them out. Shower was hot and had good pressure (always important!) Overall the same good stay I generally expect at a Courtyard. (I did not check out breakfast/pool/other amenities, so no notes on those.)

The property is right next to a noisy construction site. They start doing construction at 7am and woke me up. Would have been nice if they assigned me a room that was not right next to the construction.

It's a very dated hotel with 1 elevator that we had to walk a country mile to reach, the balcony were full of spider webs & the only way to contact the front desk is to go in person because no one answers the phone from your cellphone because there's no landline phone in the rooms...oh the mini frig on It's highest setting does not chill anything unless you're staying a week or more...smdh

The property was clean but under construction. Issues I had was the bathroom had no towel bars at all! The design of the shower was terrible and I didn't take a shower because I would have had to stand in the water as I turned it on. The shower glass wall was about 3' long and the end of the shower was open allowing the water to splash the floor. My husband had to use towels to wipe up the wet floor. The sink was also poorly designed as the faucet opening was so close to the back edge. ...More puddling. My other complaint was that our stay was for 2 nights but we only had coffee for one. There were no liners in the trash bins, and that isn't very sanitary. On the cheap! and not what I expected from Marriott!!!

I believe his name was Dale. Total rockstar. Expedia had an issue but he helped the process. Absolutely recommend this place.

Comfortable stay

I enjoyed my stay. It was a little stuffy in the open areas and hallways not sure if it was from the extreme heat outside or the hotle. For the most part it was an enjoyable stay.

A Real Review

The website says that there was free breakfast. 1)The breakfast i had, I had to pay for it. 2) The hallways were very warm. The room had an unusual smell 3) Bathroom accessories were limited unlike other hotels.

I would never recommend this place or stay here again. Front desk clerk had trouble logging into the computer and took forever to check us in. First impression walking down the hall were walls damaged and dirty. Then we got to the room and the ceilings had water damage there was a silverware set on the floor and cobwebs on the lamps. Run from this location. Marriott can do better

Hotel and room were fine and as expected. Problem was a room across the hall with barking dogs for about 1.5 hours. I assume the owners finally got back to their room around 11:30 pm and that stopped it. Hotel staff said they really couldn’t do anything. I would think you would have to be able to do something if your policy is to allow dogs. It shouldn’t effect other customers from sleeping

Great stay

Stayed here for a game at ATT Stadium. About a 30min drive. hotel had everything you need and towels. The pool provides towels too. Starbucks inside for drinks and food. Breakfast you had to pay for.

The Hotel was not what was presented on websites the property is an older property with much more needed work to be done. The outside of hotel was beautiful but inside was shabby and carpets were stained and dirty, air was not cooling off just average. And the toilet in my bathroom leaked when you flushed. This is ALL a result of the renovation I’m sure and had I known I would not have booked this location.

Need new mattress

Disappointed with the fact that I was told it would have a walk in shower and there was a tub in the room. I have trouble getting into a tub and I did mention that. Otherwise the room was good.

Great place to stay if you are staying in the Addison area. The hotel seems to have been recently remodeled -- the service at this hotel over my stay was extraordinary. I am a Marriott regular -- and I have stayed at just about every Marriott brand -- my experience here was equally amazing as JW Marriot 5 Star Experience! Highly recommended that you stay here!

You get coffee a bar and you can order hot food as well.

Rooms were under construction so the second floor was dirty and smelly. Two days and no housekeeping.

Property was difficult to find. New signage needed.

Extra curricular

Everything thing was fine with our stay except the strong smell of marijuana on the second floor. Real turn off for me. Fortunately you could not smell it in our room.

I didn’t like that all the rooms down the entire hallway from us were being worked on. Trying to relax and could just hear construction. Also, assuming because of the construction the TV kept going out..

Plumbers generated lots of noise during the day referbing floor above two of my four days

Gentleman at Check-in was very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is designed strangely with the elevator at the far end of the entrance and not centrally located.

Hotel needs updating and better cleaning

Staff were helpful and friendly. Food at bistro was good. This is a hotel which badly needs to be updated. The carpet is our room was very dirty, staining our feet and socks.

I enjoyed my stay however, but the mattresses seemed worn out and noisy. Other than that, it was quiet and clean.

The check-in was easy, they allowed us into the room early as the room was ready. Quick and simple check out as well. I really enjoyed the hotel and would love to stay there again.

Rooms should be updated. Not the cleanest, especially in corners like behind window coverings. Windows were dirty and broken (wouldn’t open)

Beautiful Hotel, and nice and friendly staff. We had a very nice big room, with patio door on first floor which was just steps from the pool. Very convenient.

Was waking up at 7 AM to noise coming from upstairs PERIOD come to find out that they were renovating and was never notified when we checked in that they’ll be renovating. It was very inconvenient and remind you we were on vacation.

We stayed for 4 nights. Lovely and comfortable. Tho we did not get a welcome package at check-in. We were still treated very well by the employees.

Good exoerience

Part of property under construction and our room 239 was across from all the activity. Chk it was slow. Really expected more from courtyard Marriott. This was at best a 2-3 star hotel. Not recommended.

They only provide maid service every other day, and don't let you know that in advance. The room keying system is quirky.

Old property that is redone and all is ok for a short stay.

There was no daily service, no shuttles, and no complementary breakfast.

Stayed here for work it was clean the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again:)

Clean and well maintained. There was an error with a charge on my credit card but it was rectified. Warm and kind staff.

I love this hotel. The staff is friendly & personable. I’m very picky about my room having cold AC. I’m hot blooded & need it 65 or below. Mario made sure I had the perfect room. Also, love the dog park right next door.
