Beautiful wooden furniture interior detailing

Beautiful beach and gardens. Our room was right outside a water feature so was a lovely sound to wake up to. The beach is cleaner than Long Beach. The restaurant at Mango Bay next door is fantastic. the room was designed with thought and well executed. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely fruit bowl on the first day. The wifi didn’t work at all the entire time...

Great attention & care to make guests feel welcome

Nice & relaxing room with lots of warmth and wooden details. Friendly staffs with big smiles as they greet you. Very attentive to the guests’ needs... at breakfast, a waitress asked me for my room number; next day, she knew I was checking out that day, and asked me when they should have the shuttle bus ready for me. Further, they have gone completely out of their way and taken me to the next resort I was staying, as this next 5 star resort wanted me to go 22km back to the airport in order to catch their complimentary shuttle bus, only to come back this same 22km as I was already more than half way through the ride to their location. I wonder... who is really providing a 5 star hospitality & guest service?

Right on the beach with great comfort

For me, everything was perfect. I liked the proximity to the beach which is by far the best one in Phu Quoc. Also, the room was clean and spacious. I would come back again.

The position on the safe sandy beach was perfect and the room was good. Breakfast was good though the evening menu was rather limited and would have benefitted from grilled fish and a pizza oven

Improved services, beach getting busy

This used to be our ‘go to’ to get away from it all. It’s still a lovely place and they’ve improved restaurant service and speed 100%. At the time we went, first week of January, it was very crowded on the beach (compared with before) and so many new accommodations along the beach road have opened up that you have to fight for the sun loungers that belong to coco palm. A constant stream of tour boats drop anchor right in front of the beach adding to the noise and number of people as well as blocking the view. We love coco palm, but unfortunately will choose somewhere else next time due to the development of the area. A great place for people who want some life, there are lots of bars, restaurants etc and availability of basic supplies nearby now.

Right at a very nice sand beach

Simple but beautiful. Perfect for a romantic time if you still enjoy talking and spending time with your partner. Easy check in an out.

Great small resort

Working hard on service.

Stayed here a few times now and each time an improvement in service is noted. Restaurant/bar staff really try their best & are friendly. Umbrellas left outside the room when raining were appreciated.

A bit overpriced, but a lovely area!

I felt like the hotel was older and more rundown than the price would suggest. The room was small and smelled musty. However, it was clean and the staff were all really great! The beach directly in front of the hotel was lovely, but right next door was a public beach that was full of garbage. Not Coco Palm's fault, but still not nice to look at. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel, but look for a discount or deal!

Perfect location but a 2 star hotel services

Mixed feeling about this hotel. Perhaps I was unlucky as I was there just before closing for renovation. Plus: - location on the beach - staff friendliness - cleaning Minus: - no TV - no Swimming Pool (even if is a beach hotel) - Transfer to/from airport (even if announced and agreed... at the end is just a taxi service) - Breakfast (no buffet) - no touristic info

Great location with beach access

Nice setting with a nice beach. Breakfast was adequate with plenty of food. Staff were lovely and obliging.

Beautiful place away from the bustle

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The beach is beautiful and generally clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us to set up our trip to the next destination and it all worked smoothly (from the taxi to the ferry to the bus). The massages on the beach were a great addition to an already relaxing stay. The beds, however, are quite hard.

A Poor Choice And Not A Resort Or A Spa!

We spent three night here during Tet holidays and would not recommend it. When we arrived Jack, the receptionist insisted on keeping our US Passports and Visas. I told him I didn't want to give them up as we always have traveled worldwide with passport on our person. He insisted he would need them overnight then agreed to give them back after he wrote down some info. He then took my Visa and tore off the bottom half inch or so as I watched him. Not knowing the Vietnam custom I didn't think anything of it. Fast forward to leaving Vietnam at Hanoi Airport I am told at customs that there is an important part of my Visa missing. My wife and I are then detained, not fun when you are halfway around the world, and told I would need a new Visa and that there are penalties for altering a Vietnam Visa. My explanation, an hour of lost time being detained and $25 later we are allowed to leave and told we were lucky we were not fined as they believed that Jack had been the one to deface my Visa. I sent two emails to the hotel with photos of the receipt for the new Visa and a photo of the copy of it stating that I expected the "Resort" to reimburse us. Those emails were ignored for a week while I waited patiently before writing all my reviews. Having some difficulty finding their phone number and knowing that their staff does not speak understandable English for the most part I decided to see if Hotels.com my booking agent could help out. Hotels.com paid us back, thanks!

Hidden gem! Best beach!

We had the best time ever staying at Cocopalm for six nights! We stayed in the superior sea view room and it was clean and spacious. The bed was a bit firm, but it didn't really phase us because the resort is so lovely. The beach at Cocopalm is the best beach on Phu Quoc. My husband and I rented a motorbike and went to a bunch of others around the island and none were as good. This beach is quiet, secluded, peaceful, and has small waves. It's perfect for taking a swim and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our days sitting on the loungers under the umbrella. You can even order food from the beach. The breakfasts were delicious with plenty of Western options, and also Vietnamese. The location is a bit outside of town, but if you're looking for quiet and peaceful, this is the perfect place. The restaurant food is not bad, but not fancy. If you want something fancier, head next door to Mango Bay. I have to say that the staff at Cocopalm really made our stay the best. They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We got lots of recommendations, and we loved how they seemed to enjoy their jobs, too. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they even surprised us with a cake in our room! A big shout out to Jack, who was constantly helping us out, chatting us up, and made our experience unforgettable. Our stay at Cocopalm was the highlight of our time in Vietnam and we will definitely be back!

Perfect on the beach location

Great location if you're looking for quiet with your own private beach. Not much to walk to in the area. Water is calm and clear. On site massage is conveniently located on the beachfront. Staff is accommodating and excellent. Top marks to the bartender who has amazing skills. Beach bar is fun. Menu is pretty good with lots of options (over 100 I think). All juices or drinks containing juice is made from fresh fruit. Booked 3 nights, ended up staying 8 nights more. Breakfast, if included in your room price, ends a bit early for my liking. It ends at 9:30am which is about the time I wake up, so I ended up missing breakfast more than half the time. Would help for management to consider extending the breakfast hours for the late risers. Also, my sister had her birthday here. Staff was able to order a home made cake, provide flowers and a custom vegetarian dinner.. which went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, would return

Lovely hotel, well run. Pleasant staff. Beach is beautiful. Only complaint would be the boatloads of people who are dropped off each day right in front of the hotel - mars the quiet view a bit.

The true meaning of relaxation...

This resort is quiet, but the location is beautiful! The beach is so clean and water crystal clear, the rooms are set in a exotic tropical rain forest feel...bring plenty of insect repellent, and something to read for night times as the bar an restaurant are only open until 10pm...it's the perfect place to go and relax and unwind...staff are extremely helpful...will definitely go back again...

Sjarmerende resort

Resorten er liten, ligger rett ved stranda og har mange gratis solsenger. Rommene er store og sengene nydelige. Frokosten god, men på kveldene gikk vi ofte til plasser i nærheten for å spise. Mye god mat i gåavstand. Dette er en resort vi gjerne besøker igjen.

Like from a drawing book - Pearl in secret garden!

Unique beach hotel and garden. The location is superb with spectacular sunsets and ocean views, and from your room you just have to take some small steps through the tropical, well maintained, botanic garden. The gardener is the sweetest guy with the biggest smile - a nice experience on your way to the breakfast. The breakfast room is at the beach front. The exterior and interior are amazing wooden style, combined with the garden and the sea view it makes it feel authentic. The hotel is small, cosy and very special. The downside are as other mentions the wood work and buiding project behind the hotel - a neighbor are building a new hotel. While the projects on, there will be som noise and smell fra burnt wood. But I will say the location otherwise, makes it worth this inconvenience. There will be times of silence, and its not dominant in the beach area. Breackfast and sun beds are free for guests! A less pleasant experiences are to everyday feel lost in translation, this is also up to english-speaking travelers to prepare for. Still it is hard that what believed to be "international words" are not understood, sometimes also pretended understood. The manager at the hotel have no problem with communication. I believe a small team effort together to develop understanding of typical word and also make routines for room cleaning - the staff will level up to perfect! Otherwise - all smiles :)

Fantastisk hage og rett på stranden!

Et utrolig sjarmerende hotell med meget god service. Sengene er perfekte og rommene er store. Rommene kunne hatt et hakk bedre renhold og vedlikehold, men likevel var det et perfekt sted å bo i 11 dager. Prisene på restauranten er litt høyere enn i gaten, men likevel billigere enn de andre Strandhotellene. Book dette stedet om du ønsker å sitte i skyggen av store palmer og blomster, og ønsker stranden rett utenfor rommet ditt.

전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 방도 깨끗했고, 레스토랑에 음식도 좋았습니다. 사장님이 이것 저것 많이 신경을 써서 그런지 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 호텔과 해변이 붙어 있어서 물놀이 하기도 좋았고, 정원도 아름다웠습니다. 몇가지 단점은 호텔에 수압이 좀 약했습니다. 그리고 일시적인것 같은데 호텔 방안에서는 와이파이가 잘 되지 않았습니다. 그것 이외에는 큰 단점은 없습니다.

ダウンタウンからは少し離れており周辺はとても静かで、ダウンタウン南のリゾートホテルが密集しているエリアに比べるとこじんまりしていることもあり、のんびり過ごせます。ただし建物は綺麗に保たれているものの古いため、シャワーのお湯が途中から出なくなる、虫が出るなどあり、ある程度清潔感のある場所とサービスを重視する方にはおすすめしません。（そう言う方は5つ星ホテルを選ぶのが無難です）また食事はあまり美味しくないため、徒歩圏内にあるレストランに通いました。フーコックでトップ10に入るレストランがすぐそばにあります。

Här gjorde vi ett utmärkt val av boende, snudd på lyxboende med ett kanon läge vid stranden. Hela hotell området var vackert med mycket växtlighet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, gratis transfer till flyget (om man bor minst 2 nätter).

Прекрасный отель на пляже, свои лежаки . Отличные завтраки , вежливый и тактичный персонал. Бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт, обещали бесплатный трансфер и из аэропорта, но не нашли автобуса отеля, пришлось добираться на такси за 15 долларов.

En lugn skön och mer avskild resort, som ger dig möjligheten att relaxa fullt ut, men samtidigt ge dig in i den Vietnamesiska hetluften på ön närhelst du önskar!

Sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Jeden Abend tolle Life-Musik. Schade, dass manchmal kleine Schiffe davor ankern und auch mal ihren Müll ins Meer kippen.

Great hotel but overpriced restaurant

this hotel was really great. We were staying in an ocean view second level bungalow close to the beach. Room are really clean and comfy. Nice balcony and plenty of space to put your stuff. The only negative point is the restaurant in the morning the buffet is not really great. There is a lot a bugs on everythings as it is not covered. The restaurant is way too overprice. Food is acceotable but the price is hight. You pay for the beach view. We had fun visiting other restaurant outside this resort (bamboo resto, three house resto and the crêperie where they serve the best nutella crêpe ever)

Отель очень понравился. Хорошие завтраки. Прекрасный пляж с пологим входом в море. Бесплатные лежаки и полотенца. Три раза в неделю барбекю на пляже по доступным ценам. Живая музыка в ресторане. Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта и в другой отель. Остались очень довольны. Будет возможность ещё приедем отдохнуть на более длительный срок.

Как на даче у моря все по семейному, тепло и уютно

Снимали номер с видом на море до него 10 метров. Иногда прибивало мусор но сотрудники отеля его сразу убирали. На пляж выходит общая дорога из-за этого много людей. Завтраки хорошие, нет особого разнообразия, но суп фо и яичница с омлетом всегда, свежевыжатые соки, кофе достойный! Цены в кафе не низкие смузи манго 70к донгов =300₽=3$ ужин на двоих из двух блюд около 500к донгов без вина. Кафе работает только по меню. Нет свежих морских гадов. Можно взять байк в отеле 150к донгов. Персонал не говорит по русски, но очень хочет понять и помоч.

Чудесный отдых в Coco Palm

Отель - великолепный! За два года, что мы здесь не были, произошли большие изменения: весь персонал говорит на английском языке, все приветливые и дружелюбные. Построили новую веранду в ресторане. Мы вновь замечательно отдохнули в отеле Coco Palm Beach. В день рождения моей подруги мне помогли заказать цветы и испекли для нее торт. Было очень приятно и неожиданно. Трансфер был бесплатным в обе стороны, что невозможно приятно удивило. Завтрак в отеле стал по типу шведского стола. Завтрак очень разнообразный, вкусный, тут можно было найти блюда и вьетнамской кухни, и европейской. Спасибо огромное всем сотрудникам отеля за заботу и гостеприимство! Мы обязательно вернемся!

Emplacement parfait, services au top, chambre de belle taille et bien entretenue, établissement de petite taille et calme. Très belle plage.

Emplacement idéal

Situé quasiment sur la plage cet établissement où nous avons passé 5 nuits nous a laissé un très agréable souvenir. Chambre et petits déjeuner plus que corrects pour le prix. Personnel plaisant. Location de scooter géré par l’hôtel. Très calme la nuit. A recommander sans hésitation !

走幾步路就是私人沙灘 非常棒 如果是純度假是一個很安靜的地方 晚餐食物 氣氛都非常不錯 唯一比較不方便的地方是 我覺得應該要有機場接駁會比較 美好一點～

Entspannt, sauber und ein kleines Paradies

Absolut schön und ruhig gelegene Anlage mit fantastisch gepflegtem Garten. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Veranda davor schattig und gemütlich. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, besonders an der Rezeption, aber auch im Service. Auch mangelnde Englischkenntnisse wurden durch Aufmerksamkeit wett gemacht. Essen schmackhaft und im Vergleich zu den Restaurants entlang der Straße, auch nicht überteuert. Frühstück üppig und für jeden was dabei (wir waren 4 Personen). Der Strand wurde regelmäßig liebevoll von einem älteren Mann gesäubert, dem das Übermaß von Plastikkonsum jeden Tag vor Augen stehen dürfte. Zu Bemängeln ( wen es stört) wären lediglich die vielen Ausflugsschifffe, die diese Bucht und ausschliesslich den Teil vor dem Hotel, anlaufen. Viele jauchzende Chinesen in Schwimmwesten. Nach unserer Anfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sich hier eben nicht um einen Privatstrand handelt. Dies könnte auch in Zukunft ein Problem werden, denn es ist fraglich, wo die vielen Bewohner der im NeubAu befindlichen Anlagen aus dem Hinterland, in Zukunft an den Strand sollen. Zur Zeit werden die Liegen in der Anlage an diese vermietet. Das könnte irgendwann knapp werden. Ansonsten, alles top und sicher einer der entspanntesten Plätze auf der Insel.

relaks, relaks, relaks

Ten hotel to bajka. Byliśmy 5 nocy i nie chcieliśmy stamtąd wyjeżdżać. Hotel jest nad samym morzem z dostępem do własnej, przepięknej plaży z palmami kokosowymi. Mieszkaliśmy w bardzo ładnym domku z widokiem na morze, przy samej plaży. Śniadania serwowane są na tarasie na plaży, pokoje były bardzo ładne, obsługa na najlepszym poziomie. Blisko sklep oraz uliczka z licznymi lokalnymi restauracjami, barami, w nocy też było co robić. Cudownie!

Прекрасный отель на пляже Онг Ланг

Прекрасный отель, с великолепным пляжем, почти у всех бунгало есть вид на море. Прекрасная зеленая территория. Великолепное обслуживание, все очень учтивы и обходительны. Шеф-повар ресторана прекрасно готовит, многие жители ближайших отелей приходят в ресторан на обед и ужин. Очень вкусные завтраки.

Хороший пляжный отдых

Хороший уютный отельчик для пляжного отдыха. Симпатичные домики среди пальм и бананов, до пляжа меньше минуты, вечером под шум моря можно на террасе попить чай..пляжные полотенца, лежаки и зонтики присутствуют, правда в сезон их могут занять более шустрые обитатели соседних отелей, за этим, к сожалению, никто не следит, а ведь мой лежак практически вошёл в стоимость проживания. Вайфай есть, но видео не тянет. По дороге от отеля есть пара массажных салонов, качество хорошее, пользовалась в основном White lotus, чуть подальше, но обстановка получше и подешевле. Такси из аэропорта смело можно заказывать от отеля и не мучиться, стоимость около 250 местных рублей ( ок 10-12 баксов). Ресторан в отеле понравился больше всего, и коктейли, и еда, чуть подороже, но гораздо вкуснее, чем по дороге. Завтрак с видом на море-отдельная песня:-) для меня был хороший выбор по меню, омлет, яичница, блинчики, фрукты, свежевыжатый ананасовый сок, вкусный кофе. Море чистое, с хорошим заходом. Пока на наедут корабли с вьетнамскими туристами, но это издержки хорошего пляжа. Для любителей плавать раздолье, вдоль буйков, за которые корабли не заходят. Правее и ближе к камням можно поплавать с маской, немного кораллов и рыбок. В целом отель подходит для релакса без приключений. Единственное, чего не доставало, немного вечернего шоппинга, он отсутствует как факт. Можно съездить с экскурсией на север, посмотреть на джунгли и попробовать силы в каякинге, или на юг-снорклинг на островах.
