Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

One week stay October 2024

We stayed for a week in this hotel with breakfast included. We had a very comfortable stay that was made possible by very helpful and caring staff, especially the restaurant staff serving breakfast.

The balcony was dirty, the hairdryer was broken, it was hard to order food as the iPad/app was not working.

The best

Wonderful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The waiter Edrin who cleared the tables was especially kind and helpful but we couldn’t fault any of the hotel staff. The daily room cleaning was superb too. Excellent choices at breakfast. Can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like except perhaps the immodesty of some guests at breakfast - scantily clad and in their beachwear but then that seems to happen everywhere these days.

It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I didn’t enjoy it at all .. sea water was disgusting full of algae and trash floating … reception staff had an attitud. No coffee machine in the room as in the description . Unclean .it was unenjoyable and I feel we were duped. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in the area like Sofitel, Fairmont and this hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel. I definitely would love to speak to this hotel managements team.

They say the best things come in small packages and C Central is a prime example of this set in the most beautiful of settings on the Palm with the most attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a holiday. The staff give this hotel that personal touch which makes you feel that little bit special. Wonderful experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back in a heartbeat 💓 well done 👏 all of you xx

Lovely hotel, quite small compared to many others but that suited us nicely as nothing was too busy. Rooms were excellent. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly - couldn’t be happier with my stay!

First night there ordered room service. Oder was wrong but staff would not correct the order.

Some rooms are separated with doors thus you can hear all the noise from the room next door

I travel a LOT and this hotel has without a doubt struck gold when it comes to their staff. Everyone is friendly enough without it feeling forced in any way. From the fantastic concierge who are very personable and welcoming to the restaurant and bar stuff they’d remember your orders and you never have to mention anything more than once. A special shout out to the chefs who prefer great meals every day which is certainly a nice change from other all inclusive places I’ve stayed at which almost torture you with the same meal options everyday. The variety and extensive mess of the buffet was perfect. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and your front desk staff were consistently charming and friendly, so easy to approach. The amenities were also top notch with an extra blanket and a pillow in the wardrobe which was a great surprise. Being on the palm is a bit out of the way but I wouldn’t mind staying here again. I do wish the fitness centre was a bit bigger with some more leg machine options but the steam room was a great size and so was the pool. It’s a shame the indoor bar area was under utilised but tbh it suits the mood of a hotel which leans more into being a resort for sure.

Decent hotel

Its a new hotel, new design and new feel to it. Its very clean and the rooms are good. Reception staff are all polite and helpful. However there are few things that makes it 4 stars hotel not 5. The hotel is small compared to others on the island. Pool is small. The calibre of the hotel is not the highest. Breakfast is ok. They overcharge for drinks almost the double. They xharge you to set in huts next to the pool around 70£!! Also it takes you 15min just to get off the island. Its a long ride even from jumairah. Over all its good but not amazing.

Not like it at all

The property is far from 5 star hotel and a resort. It’s a small hotel, clean although the towels are old and gray. It has its own beautiful beach which is a big plus. The staff and cleaning people are nice and caring.

Happy holidays

This was the 2nd stay at this hotel and it was again very enjoyable, relaxing and the staff were great as always. There was a variety of food in the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well recommend hotel to stay.

Honestly just pay an extra 100 dollars and stay in a much nicer hotel. The crows will eat your breakfast, it’s not that clean and they will refuse anything you ask for even if you have a delivery and you want them to bring it upstairs they will say no. Also the staff is not that friendly and I’ve never seen a hotel that calls the room before checkout time to make sure you know checkout is at 12. All-inclusive resort vibes but the price is too high to be even that. I will not be back

Location

Small/medium size hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Food is decent quality. Good medium size pool. Can get quite lively with poolside DJ. Direct access to the beach for one of the Palm canals. A few fish in the water but not enough for snorkling enthusiasts. You can walk to the Atlantis waterpark in 20 minutes if so inclined. Great place to relax and stay for 2-3 nights if you don't want to leave the hotel. If you are planning for several days of lazy 'all inclusive' style, don't go anywhere else, with a family then you might be a little bored after a few days. Not much going on in the evening.

Excellent from arrival to departure

Excellent service, very clean and tidy nice food. Great pool and beach. Close to Atlantis.

The bits I liked about the property were the good selection on offer for the buffet - although some of the items appeared on the menu for breakfast that were on the menu for dinner - but all in all the selections were good - Staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were great ( too many to name ) The free shuttle service to the Malls - a great bonus . The negatives - The hotel is situated on a building site - I paid for a deluxe double with sea views and balcony - I could not use this as it overlooked the building sites to the front and side . The noise started from 06.00am in the morning till 6.00pm . The bin lorry coming at 04.30am on Sunday and Friday mornings was bad enough making all the noise. On check in I had been up 24 hours and had to wait an hour and a half to get into a room , but was told I was lucky as check in was 3.00pm and made to feel that I should be grateful. there were other things like the sun loungers on the beach were cheap and really uncomfortable to lay on , the TV channels did not work as it was cloudy !!! Room cleans were after 4.00pm on a couple of days ( but this was soon altered when I spoke to housekeeping ) All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all

Honestly, when we were passing different hotels on the shuttle, it looked like this hotel was the worst. It doesn’t qualify to be a 5 star. Towels are grey, way past their life. Lounge chairs are ridiculous as their beach towels. Very dirty. Always construction even till midnight. On our last night, I woke up at 11:30 due to noise next door, turns out staff were cleaning next room. How unprofessional. I was highly disappointed for what I got with the price I paid.

Lovely resort with friendly staff. We would stay there again

Hotel and the service was quite good. There were a couple of minor items not working in the room like one electric socket. Also one down side is the next door construction, which was very noisy in the day time. Some times it was difficult to find an umbrella at the beach. We were told many of them broke during the recent wind, but not fixed yet. Overall the staff was polite and helpful, pool bar was good, although slightly slow during high demand.

Our stay was lovely. All the staff were very friendly. Peter was exceptional a delight to chat too. Front staff were pleased to see you return & welcomed you home. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was so comfortable. We had a sea view & it was lovely to sit on the balcony & enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was very nice, a great choice. I have no negative about this hotel. Just a little too far out & we spent a lot on taxis.

Not impressed at all - overpriced and noisy

HORRIBLE STAFF I WAS VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY CHECK IN - OUT DATES. I WAS CHARGED ONE EXTRA DAY THAT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND!! REFUSED MY REFUND EVEN AFTER PROVIDING PROOF THAT I CHECKED OUT ONE DAY EARLIER

Stayed for 3 days and we really enjoyed our stay. Great modern facilities and lovely location. Friendly helpful staff especially of note Collin and Samuel.

Great beach and pool

Hotel clean and tidy service very good, pillows a little hard, they play loud music Saturday and Sunday afternoon (very loud) could be I’m getting a little older, building next door but it did not disturb us bringing on the back facing the palm, only recommend turn music down

it was great! the property is a little small but overall it was a great experience.

Good food, good views, good beach, decent amenities, most of the staff is wonderful. However, the valet service is horrible, always trying to rip off customers, also very unwelcoming when you arrive with a taxi that wasn’t from the hotel. Cleaning is not the best, most of the staff are amazing, keeping the hotel very tidy but the cleaner assigned to our room was lazy. Our room only got cleaned twice in 9 days (this was when we went out of our way to request a different cleaner since ours hadn’t done her job).

Loved staying at this hotel. Hotel is located on Palm Jumairah, outside of downtown, although it’s not a far drive. Hotel has a very nice pool for adults and kids and has a private beach area also. Loved staying at this hotel. Very clean everywhere and the rooms also! Highly recommend

The staff is very friendly and supportive due to construction Next Door. It’s very noisy. Overall hotel is nice small clean and cosy. If you thinking of all inclusive if you spending time at the hotel, maybe it’s worth it but variety is limited and if you decide to explore the city all inclusive not a good idea

Great location, rooms and service. Value for money

The hotel is in a great location, right in the Palm Islands. Beautiful private beach access and outdoor pools just nest to the beach. The room had a balcony with a view of the beach. Also, it's within 2 mins walking distance from the boardwalk, a great spot to view the Dubai skyline. I had booked for 2 queens but they have upgraded my room to king size for free. Great service. Beautiful room. Also big and delicious breakfast buffet spread. A total value for money. Strongly recommend

I stayed here during the half term break 10th Feb to the 17th Feb. I read some of the other negative reviews but the hotel was the cheapest I could find on the Palm, so needs must. I was told resorts on the Palm were ideal for families. Turns out the negative reviews were accurate. Overall, I give this resort between 2 and 3 star poor to average. In coming to my rating I have taken into account the room rate which is equivalent to a 5 star hotel in London. This resort does not come close to any other 5 star I have been to. As with everything in Dubai you do not get value for money. The hotel is surrounded by building work. This obstructs what otherwise would have been beautiful views. Our room was right next to the construction site, the work starts at 7 am in the morning and at times was loud. The resort is not child friendly - the play room is small, it has a small ball pit and that’s about it. There is a tiny shallow pool for babies/ toddlers again not great. The private beach is perhaps the only good thing but fills up very quickly. No slides or child toys in the pool etc. Do not go for all inclusive- it is NOT all inclusive. My understanding of all inclusive means all is included, well turns out everything isn’t included. Only drinks during meal times, that is fizzy and alcoholic drinks etc. Hot drinks are not included. You cannot get a drink whenever you like. Ice creams from the poolside are not included. On the positive side the staff were friendly and the food ok.

Facility did not have hot water. Lots of construction and noisy early in the morning. Gnats in the room. Drainage issue in the bathroom that had to be addressed multiple times. I would not go back there and you should not recommend this on your travel site.

Would not use for business trip again. Overpriced for what is offered especially the Buffet Dinner which at AED199/US$54 is not worth the money.

This resort is beautiful and great for the price. The only thing I did not like was the location. If you want to stay on the Palm only then stay here but its not convenient to all that Dubai has to offer and the Dubai traffic can make it expensive to get around from that location. The food is very expensive on the resort as well and it can be hard to have food delivered via Careme. I will say that the hotel had a few standouts—Johnson who I think was a bellman was very nice and assisted in getting me a cab.

The hotel staff were all very accommodating and polite. The food was delicious everyday but towards our 4th day it was becoming boring because of the same dishes. We went half board in which no house wine or beer was included which I thought was a hard pill to swallow.

Staff were great, but the food in the hotel was not great (breakfast). Also shower in the room was cold and noisy surroundings due to construction.

The cleaness is not up to standard. There were pee stains around the toilet seat when we first checked in. Staff are very nice and helpful. Food is good. Price is very reasonable.

Lovely hotel, all the staff are friendly & courteous, great food & cocktails. Beautiful pool & beach, we had a room on 4th floor overlooking the Palm with stunning views, lovely & quiet at night, extremely comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, 30/40 minutes from the airport & 10/15 to Dubai Marina

The property looked very new and was clean. The reason for the poor review is the fact that for 5 days of the 7 that we were there building work started right next to and behind the hotel at 7.15am. It was very clearly audible from our room and woke me up despite me being a deep sleeper. Also we could occasionally smell tar and other burning smells when sitting by the pool. We were not warned at all about this during the booking or lead up to the stay. Though we did get messages trying to force us to buy the NYE gala dinner. When we complained to the management we were told they could only offer us a late check out which we didn't need. Our request for other compensation was rudely rejected. Additionally messages I sent asking for an early check in were completely ignored. This is not the experience or management style I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I do have to give credit to the service staff who were great but I will not be staying here again.

Absolutely great hotel with fantastic service, good cleanliness, beautiful pool/beach and amazing staff…let down by terrible evening dining. While breakfasts were fantastic, particularly the gentleman making fresh eggs, the evening food was genuinely awful. On our first night, they had a Mexican theme. I love Mexican food and was extremely excited but the food was cold, dry, bland and not at all what I’d call Mexican (besides the taco shells). We arrived 30 minutes after the restaurant opened but the desserts were obliterated with no replacement for the only ones that sounded appetising. The main courses were cold, dry and seriously lacking in any flavour at all. The next day for regular dining was awful. Again, we arrived within 30 minutes of the restaurant opening but a lot of the food was almost stale, lukewarm and flavourless. On our last night, even though we’d paid for hotel dining, we decided to just get food delivered from outside instead. It’s a shame because the front of house dining staff were so helpful and courteous, as were the porters, cleaning team and front desk. The hotel itself is phenomenal, the location is beautiful, everywhere was spotless, the beach and pool areas were gorgeous. The tech in the room was a lovely touch and the team made sure to congratulate my wife and I on our honeymoon and we’re so great. In terms of the spa, the steam room was great once it was turned on, though the hot tub was very cold but could be forgiven for the views.

Very good although I had mosquitoes in my room. Ended up with 4 bites……Hotel did clean and spray the room, but I found another mosquitoes 2 days later. I’m not sure how they are getting in as there are no opening windows.

Overall it was good except the on going construction neighborhood .

Not what specting . I book for city view they I recive street view. Plus there was a new hotels in construction (noise,no view at all . Only workers and equipment. Almost 2000 dls for the room I too much spencive ,I understand is Becouse the location , but still to height (not planning to rent this place again. But there is a person that he help a lot and he give us different room for (smaller of course ) better price.

I have traveled extensively throughout my 50 year professional career, for business and for pleasure, and I can say unequivocally that the staff at C Central is the best I have ever experienced. Also the food is great, no complaints whatsoever. Also the location, the beach, the view of the major downtown building is beautiful!!!

Decent and new, with helpful staff. Noisy: Construction outisde the room, and neighbors flushes loudly heard in the middle of the night. There was no hot water in my room.

Never a 5 star

There are a lot of positives about the hotel, the location. The lovely sizes room, very clean and spacious with a view towards the palm/city. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, lovely beach with pool behind and the staff at reception were very accommodating. However there were also several negatives. The staff at the pool bar itself were not particularly friendly, the bar prices were ridiculous, I don't mind paying high for a cocktail at the Burg al Arab or at Attic etc, but I felt I was being ripped off at the C Central Resort. The happy hour was I think more expensive than other times. Aa an example a pint of beer normally 65 Dhm - happy hour 2 for 1 but only Amstel and they were small cans which was 60 Dhm. They do themed food nights - Wednesday was Mexican - not much else available if you don't like Mexican though. My wife chose some food at the poolside bar which had no peppers according to the menu as she has an intolerance to peppers, when she bit into it it was full of peppers, no apology from the staff , reluctantly they offered to make it again without peppers, and offered her some water, when it came it had a portion of fries with it as some sort of compensation. Still charged us for the food. It may be 5 star but the food wasn't, the staff at the poolside bar weren't and there are much better 3 and 4 star hotels than this in Dubai . Also a new Hotel next door is under construction lots of noise! I won’t be returning.

Disappointing

Basic hotel and certainly not 5 star. Everything was chargeable including ice. Both of us were bitten by bugs throughout and beach beds were basic. Nice spot in beach and most staff good. Did disturb valet trying to steal wheel but from daughters car parked around the corner!

Very nice place , However there is a large buirling going up nezt door , i am sure you would hear the construction, we were forunate to be there on national day, a holiday so no work. Very nice place otherwise

property was amazing and clean, some staff epically Julian at the pool & CJ were amazing and then when i mentioned i had 2 people possibly coming to visit me at beach the front desk was rude unaccommodating and got security involved and was last day of vacation ruined and spent money with friends elsewhere yet public can come and eat at restuarants. horrible.
