Overall great but not for a peaceful break!
The hotel was of a good overall standard and in an ideal location. Beds and bedding good quality. My only criticism was that the pool area, over which most of the rooms look, is very noisy, with both loud music and even louder, amplified entertainment staff. Fortunately there was a nice private area on the beach across the road to escape to, but forget going back to your room for a quiet siesta. Food okay but never hot enough. We were on B&B which was ideal as there is a good choice of restaurants close by.
Good hotel with very good food and really nice and helpful staff, easy access to the beach(5 minuts walk). Roms was ok but wasn't so clean, old fashioned, very old towels in our room, some rooms are in very noisy area.
Reception staff where not so helpful at times with assistance and dont have the best listening skills.
Very nice hotel, near the sea. Several pools with activities . They have amazing dining both breakfast and diner. Dr. Tawfik
Only down side was all talks was in French. Otherwise excellent
Was good location beside the see. A lot of green areas , good outdoor pools. Staf are very polite and professional . Goog variety of food for diner. Dr. Tawfik Alkusayer Saudi Arabia
We did the all inclusive option. Overall for the price it was a great stay! Staffs super friendly and helpful. They had entertainment throughout the day in the evening which was fun. Dinner is buffet style. Drinks are super strong. Dont love that you had to make deposit for pool towels. Any questions feel free reach out on instagram @05karina05 :)
Highly recommend
I couldn’t fault this hotel, staff were amazing, excellent selection of food, great entertainment, can’t wait to go back!!
All the staff were very kind and patient; the food was incredibly varied and to a very high standard. It's very close to the beach, but the pool was great for a splash and a few lengths. The locals are very warm too. I would highly recommend this resort.
The staff is always friendly and ready to help.
The hotel itself is just beautiful surrounded by a beautiful garden, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it!!!!
Bit too noisy around the pool sometimes.
Friendly relaxed atmosphere from arrival. Easy check in, all staff super friendly from start to finish. Had booked half board which was great for our needs. Food good quality and plenty of choice. Room was comfortable, although it felt a little tired in places. Worth bearing in mind that this hotel caters for a wide range of guest and the bravo club activities and ‘buzz’ around the pool every day may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Although the easy access to beach and the hotels own beach area was a great alternative option. Very good value for money and would recommend. Thanks
Perfect family friendly location
A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were so friendly and hard working. A great selection of food. Lots of pool activities, perfect if you have kids, not so great if you want peace and quiet but you can get that on the hotel's enclosed beach area (once you get past the hawkers, who are in their own way, lovely people). The beach has some of the nicest sand I've ever experienced and, even in February, warm water. I was pleasantly surprised by the wider area of Agadir
The restaurant is buffet-style for all meals and the food is excellent. Plenty of choice and all well-cooked, especially, of course, the Moroccan tagines. The food is not spicy, and there's plenty of other options for those less adventurous e.g. pizza, salad bar etc. The property is very clean and the garderners work hard to create lush gardens around the hotel grounds. The staff are helpful and speak multiple languages (inc. English), and a porter can help with your luggage if you wish. On the downside, the hotel is very noisy - can hear the entertainment from the rooms and also can hear other guests, so if you want an early night bring ear plugs! I found the bed uncomfortable as the matteress was very hard. The rooms are showing signs of wear and damage to the decor and the public toilets in reception and by the pool are in a poor condition.
Overall it was a good stay for 5nights. Good location very safe. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Disadvantages was the food being repetitive. The housekeeping wasn’t great needed to call them to come and clean.
This was our 2nd stay at an all inclusive hotel in Morocco - Based on the experience we had at the 1st one, Allegro was a bit disappointing. We were not too happy with the hotel's service. Here is a summary Pro's : 1. Very short walk to the beach and has a separate seating area set for people staying at the hotel 2. Amenities are there to be used if you are staying for 2 days or more Con's : 1. Had messaged them few days before check in asking if they could decorate our bed as it was our anniversary - got a response saying it has been noted but nothing was done on arrival. 2. Major security issue as the rooms are not lockable from the inside. Any employee with a card can open it. When we asked about this - we were told all rooms are like this. Also the door handle was sort of broken for our room, 3. Food seemed just average - not many options especially chicken options and didn't see many options for vegetarians either apart from salads. 4. Few parts of the hotel seemed like they needed refurbishment 5. AC was making a loud noise when put on the max fan speed 6. The service speed could be better during BF Lunch and Dinner
Little gem
A little gem of an Hotel. Great location, private beach over the road. A pleasant 30 mimute walk to the marina. Food on the all inclusive very good.
Very clean and good pool area always easy to get a sun bed. Entertainment team very friendly and helpful
amazing
It was lovely, room was nice, bed was comfortable and food was fantastic
Terrible
Comfortable rooms with modern upgrades and pleasant decor. We used our balcony in the evenings to enjoy the late day sun and views of the sea. It was great to be able to walk across the street and use the hotel’s private section on the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel has a happy, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was good and we particularly enjoyed the Thursday night Moroccan buffet dinner. We would certainly consider staying at the Allegro again.
Good stay but bad food
Food was bland & repetitive, no flavour to the food, the lack of quality food is a let down for what would have been an amazing stay. Other than the food, staff were great, friendly and always welcoming with a smile. Great beach experience. Please improve on the food and pool quality - thanks!
Very nice place to stay,Location, service, food and staff are cery friendly .
excellent
fantastic hotel with great facilities, right on the beach too!!
The hotel stuff is just amazing ! They are making the stay wonderful! No one can be compared to them . special thanks to Fouad . Receiptioist and all stuff are just more than exceptional ! But there are some minus in technical points . The phone in room is not working , there is no room service , there is no bathrobe . The cleanliness should be developed. The floor in the room is not cleaning every day . Also the bed clothes is not changing . And there is no two bottles of water upon the check in as it used everywhere . Otherwise the hotel stuff is just is more than wonderful and the location is pretty nice also . Thanks!
Very clean. Hotel is laidback and relaxing. Could always get a sunlounger and the private section of beach was wonderful. Food was very good.
Amazing hotel
It was amazing, very friendly super clean great service, I went for my husband birthday They made the room birthday decorations delicious fresh cake, bouquet of flowers, my husband loved it, I really recommend this hotel.
Best staff ever
Extremely friendly staff. Unlimited free drinks all day. Huge selection of buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner Very close to the beach But the friendliness of the staff is definitely taking a gold medal
Perfect for your family.
Best destunation for family with young kids. Staffs are amazing and kids friendly. Fahad was amazing at arranging tours.
Friendly and attentive staff, facilities clean and well maintained gardens. close to beach and corniche - great for evening walks with kids. Hotel is family friendly, happy to visit again
Very helpful staff especially ibrahim at reception. Can not fault the hotel, food variety and quality was good. Entertainment on point.
The staff were not very friendly or helpful. We did not feel welcome. The GM of the hotel barely cracked a genuine smile at us. I always initiated the greetings. The service staff were obscenely flirtatious with select guests. The men would totally ignore me, or look busy the other way, to avoid me asking them for anything. On the other hand, they were way too friendly and helpful to my wife and other women. The "mini-club" for kids is a great concept, and has the potential to be a successful service. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with them. The monitor of the mini-cub, Nina, didn't make an effort to bond with our 4-yr old son. She kept her distance from him, never really felt comfortable leaving him with her. One day we ran into her at the hotel's restaurant, my son recognized her and was looking at her, smiling, thinking she would say hi to him, but she didn't. She quickly waved hi to me, and turned away, never even smiling or waving at him. I was shocked. How could she not have that passion for the kids she is supposed to look after? At another resort we stayed previously, the kid's club had a monitor that was wonderful with all the kids! She would acknowledge and call on my son by name, be friendly with him, even outside the bounds of the kid's club. It was really unfortunate because the kid's club was one of the most important factors we considered for booking the resort. Needless to say, we won't be back.
Allegro
The reception staff were excellent and the welcoming. The restaurant staff excellent as well but the cleaning staff don’t do the their job well. The cleaning wasn’t great and bath towels were not given on time . You have to wait for them. The rest of the staff were welcoming and helpful.
The rooms have only recently been refurbished, The room is a decent size and the beds are actually really comfortable. It can be a little bit noisy in the corridors at night nothing to cushion the noise. The pool is excellent but unfortunately people do reserve Sunloungers, and many of the Sun lounges are empty for most of the day because of this. But we always found a Sunlounger. The food is really good and plenty of choice, and the bar is well stocked with decent drink. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and it’s a brilliant price awesome.
Stay away
We only stayed at the hotel for two nights and we’re very happy it wasn’t longer. The staff was arrogant and incompetent. When we arrived, the receptionist didn’t provide us with any information and we had to figure out everything on our own. Most of the areal was in horrible condition. Our key cards stopped working three times during the short stay. The coffee at the breakfast was undrinkable and the food was just very very basic. We’re glad we didn’t get all-inclusive. Will not come back.
The staff at the hotel were nothing short of excellent. I stayed during my birthday week and they were kind enough to prepare a cake. The pool and food and drink facilities were excellent and there were lots of fun activities throughout the day put on by the staff such as darts, table tennis, water polo, to name a few. It was incredible value for money and I would recommend the all-inclusive package for anyone considering staying here!
Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the beach. Decent selection on the menu. Avoid the orange juice as it’s not fresh, watered down. Other then that we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return
The room was nicely decorated with a shared balcony overlooking the pool area. Well kept gardens and clean outdoor area. The lobby area was clean and staff were kind and helpful. The corridors leading upto the rooms themselves were not as clean and we saw a cockroach there and also found one cockroach in our room. When we let staff know they did remove it swiftly although it wasn't very pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffets were well presented if a little limited. The pool area was nice although we didn't have time to use the facilities on offer. The hotel was in a good location close to the beach which you could access via the rear of the property. There is a lot of work on the road outside the front of the hotel and leading down to the main part of agadir beach which means it is difficult to walk down the road due to lack of pavement - this is particularly difficult with a stroller but as i mentioned you can access the another part of the beach from the rear of the hotel.
Very clean. Staff are friendly, Manager Mohamed is always there, I will recommend anyone to stay in. Swimming pool is clean. Agadir is wonderful place to visit
Hotel was just opening up and lots of cleaning and planting going on and at the time very few guests about a dozen.Good quality bedding and towels. Shower was quite excellent . It is well located almost on the sea front within 50m.
Nice hotel. Great location.
Very Friendly hotel. Viko and Nur was
Nice place
Nice place to travel with family...
Confort-clean-
Good clean hotel superb room
Could become great, not there yet.
Overall satisfied, pool area great, south facing, central round pool heated, plenty of sun beds. All inclusive food not great, bit of protiens, carbs, salads and desserts. Dessert and fruit selection small. Same with the rest of food, but taste wise ok, you won't go hungry. Needs fresh ingredients, better flavours, more dessert and fruit options. Breakfast amd lunch same as above. Rooms need updating, matress soft foam/spring but some like it that way. Fridges dated, scuffs and grime on furniture, fixtures loose etc. Needs fresh paint, updated furniture, tea/coffee making facilities, some colour too. Lobby smallish, not grand, has got seats, bar and south facing balcony. Animation on thursday and friday, but didn't attend so cannot comment. If they made few improvements then it could become great as location is spot on. Left out the hotel walk down the high st up to clubs beach. Back entrance leads straight to beach 3 min away. Right out the hotel leads to small shops, restaurant etc. They are painting the hotel amd saw maintenance people around so perhaps making improvements in time for Easter.
The property is run down, definetly NOT 4 star, however the sorroundings is nice and good food
Allegro Agadir
Nice hotel close to the beach. food was nice, but could do with more choices
The location is amazing. A lot of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything
Very well equipped. Great food. Nice room. Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money. Great location.
Shopping at the Souks, weather and amenities on beach
Allegro is the best from agadir hotel all inclusive one price good for me because I left my passport wallet money not to worry robbery so I am computable in allegro all so
Property wasn’t clean, that includes the toilets in reception area where only one stall had a working lock. Reception staff were not helpful or polite (porters were great). Food choice was limited and similar every day. No fridge in room, coating missing off of bath tub, taps were rusty, TV was very small and not a single channel had good reception, clearly a bird had been in the room as there was bird mess on curtains and in bathroom. Decor was dated throughout the resort with numerous scuffs and chips out of the paint work. Certainly would say this is not a 4 star resort by any stretch of imagination despite the entertainment team and the pool guy working hard to seem like one.
Very nice hotel and the stuff it's great a speacial thanks to the AGM and the food and beverage manager and his team
Clean and staff are helpfull . Not enough sunbeds roumd the pool in the high season .
Didn't get what I paid for.. (Double room with king size bed, free WiFi, deep bath and clean room?) (got room with 2 single beds, very noise couldn't sleep, uncomfortable bed, no way of taking bath, dirty room and no WiFi) Drinks selection very poor.. Beer never cold, no cutlery or napkins most of the times, food selection same every day
Beautiful I love it I will go back again very very nice I missed their
The services we received is not what we expected the hotels inside is not the same as advertised
Vary good staff and hotel vary friendly enjoyed out stay
I arrived a few hours before checking in time, was received by very friendly reception staff and was allowed on the premises straight away, the staff were very friendly from reception, the serving staff to the animation team and cleaning ladies, it had a family feel to it though I only stayed for 2 nights, the pool and the premises as a whole very clean, very tastefully done, meals were excellent with a large variety and always some changes following day, location was excellent as you only crossed a minor street and were by the beach already, I can totally recommend the hotel, thank you for such a pleasant stay and nice welcome...
I went with my son. We loved staying at Allegro Agadir. There was nothing we could fault. The entertainment crew were brilliant in engaging with everyone and getting everyone involved in activities, etc. The food, the entertainment, the amenities and activities all were excellent. We didn't have to go out for anything because there was so much going on inside. The bravo club staff were very friendly and welcoming, keep it up. Will definitely come back and have already recommended to friends and family. The only downfall was the WiFi, which only worked in the reception area and was temperamental.
Allegro
Friendly staff, clean hotel. Excellent food
Loud at night, semi clean, very dated, some nice staff.
Very large terrace
Room was of good standard together with a very large terrace, such large space can't be found in newer planned hotels (opening after a large renovation from another hotel before). Clients get a room card together with a print out of all essential information, missing was a telephone number for direct calls from outside into the room (if possible).
the accessibility information is a lie
Unfortunately, the accessibility information on the hotels.com page was a lie. The ramps to the pool area were so steep that, as a former Paralympic athlete, I couldn't get up them on my own. Also, the hotel's only public "disabled toilet" was strangely in the pool area and not at the reception. To get there, you had to go up a really steep ramp or a detour where the bushes scratched the wheelchair user. There were also pool chairs loaded in front of the disabled toilet in the pool, and it would have been impossible to get to the toilet with, for example, an electric wheelchair. It was really difficult to get to the toilet in the room. The door is too tight. There was an opening about 30 cm wide into the shower, into which I had to jump from the wheelchair, always hurting myself when I wanted to go there. No shower chair. Had to sit on the floor. There were only stairs in the theater for the evening program. And in the sports bar where there was a disco in the evening, a wheelchair couldn't get to the bar counter. The same also applies to the hotel's lobby bar, where you can't order drinks in a wheelchair. The hotel also did not respond to my contact several months in advance or told me that they cannot provide the accessibility wishes I presented and that the information they provided about accessibility is false. we were able to check into the hotel only 2 hours later than promised without refunds, and we had to spend more than half of the trip with only one room card,

Nice resort.
Friendly staff. Pretty clean resort. Rooms are comfortable , especially the beds. The breakfast needs to be better. They should have hash browns and standard baked beans. They should also have a better coffee machine as the coffee machine in the restaurant is really bad. Aside from that, it’s a good resort and I really enjoyed my stay. The entertainment group were great and very friendly too. The cleaning lady was also very friendly as were the reception staff. Please just sort out the breakfast. Lunch and dinner were really good.
