If you have a free cancellation booking and you can cancel it before the cancellation deadline, you will not have to pay any cancellation fees. Please note that in some cases for refundable bookings, you still can be charged for a cancellation fee if you cancel the booking after the cancellation deadline.

If you have a non-refundable booking, you have to pay a cancellation fee that is determined by each property and noted in your cancellation policy. It depends on the terms and conditions of the reservation. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy in your Confirmation email or My Trip for more details.
