Chambre et salle de bain vieillissante. Nombreux insectes. Pas de climatisation

Language barrier. Communicating in French was a big challenge because i speak English. Very quiet and serene atmosphere. Good breakfast.

Comfortable stay for 4 nights; enjoyed the space and location

Budget Hotel.

Budget hotel for one night pass thru stay. Not for longer stays. Front desk and people were very friendly and helpful. Shower tub has no enclosure - may be you were supposed to take only bath?! Lol!! Corridors are bit smelly due to no ventilation.

It nice quite area, for dining you can go to near by hotel Devon which has bar and restaurant.

It was clean and at a nice location. The staff were very sweet as well and their breakfast was great!

BEWARE - very limited supply of hot water. Just enough for two quick showers if you wash up with water from the kettle. We reported it at reception and they basically told us it was a feature of the hotel and we had to put up with it. Basic room, limited cooking utensils. Although bed comfortable we wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay here again

Simple but good amenities. Very good value not just for Divonne but for the West part of Lake Geneva and easy access to Geneva and airport. Good location, easy walk to town. Basic but useful cooking and food storage make it easy to feed young kids and keep snacks and drinks handy. Quiet location, friendly staff. Washer / dryer available for rent on premises. Free Wi-Fi.

Simple stay for reasonable price

The facility was very simple. Without a car, it will be very difficult to move around. You need to clean your utilities and dishes, and empty the garbage as well. It is more like an apartment than the hotel. Overall, it was nice stay and the price was very reasonable. They have very little staff, so the receptionist does the breakfast as well.

Comfortable budget hotel within reach of Geneva

This hotel offers excellent accommodation at tremendous value. Whilst a budget type hotel , rooms have kitchenette and the hotel us within easy walking distance of town. An easy distance from Geneva at 1/5 of the prices.

Great value room with kitchenette

This is great value room in a quiet location as long as you have a car. A bit tricky to find but has plenty of parking. Room large and clean with desk and plenty of storage. I could not get the heater in the bathroom (shower and tub) to work but that was not an issue for me. Well equipped kitchenette is a real plus if you don’t want to eat out. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby in Divonne. If going to Geneva the border crossing at Chavannes is very busy at rush hour but there are alternative routes. Once on the motorway it is an easy drive to the airport or to Geneva. Good wifi. Can’t comment on breakfast as I made my own. I think reception closes at 8pm. My check in was very quick.

Okay stay

Arrangement was strange. A toilet at the entrance, but no sink, so had to walk through living area to the bathroom to wash hands. No toilet in the bathroom. No coffee. Beds were very uncomfortable, Cleanliness so-so. Breakfast was delicious however-fresh from the bakery! And the staff were friendly-however, did not speak much for English at all, which was not our experience travelling anywhere else.

Nice hotel close to Golf course and Thermal Spa. Ideal for those who wants and seeking for tranquility. Great location on the border of France and Switzerland, you just need to bring or hire a car. This town hosts a weekly market with all the foods that you could imagine.

Homely and quiet stay

Hotel experience was very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were great very clean and comfortable. Had everything we were after in a hotel.

Amazing town with lots to do

Basic room with all the necessary amenities. Mini kitchen and fridge makes a difference as local shopping makes for easier eating. Sunday market is a must , streets and streets of amazing smells of fresh bread and fruit. The automatic door closure in the hall and access to outside are very loud when closing.

Very nice place to stay that is clean in a beautiful quiet surrounding near a golf course. Excellent place to stay if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel near Geneva and the airport.

French Prices - Almost in Switzerland

One night stay arriving late and leaving early, and for that it is fine. It is just somewhere to sleep for the night, and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. At the price it was perfectly acceptable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Family trip

Very bad experiece. Everything so bad. I will not recomend this hotel to anyone. I am talking about confort. So bad. That is not a bed !!! It is not a shower... No coments.

Quiet, small city, nice setting, beatiful lake around. Worth coming for night over or longer stay.

Great & Inexpensive Option in Excellent Location

Great little hotel in excellent location for exploring the Divonne-les-Bain & Rhone Alp. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Location was very peaceful. Room includes full bath & kitchenette & was spotlessly clean. I had a car so can't vouch for getting around on public transport but by car Geneva & Nyon are less than 20 minutes away & Gex is less than 10 min. Plus free parking at hotel. No cable TV if that is important but there's a fabulous natural thermal spa less than 2 mins walk away & a golf course behind the hotel. All of Divonne's lovely restaurants are 5 mins walk away which offers wonderful but expensive options including Oriental /Indian, Lebanese, Italian and some great French café's. For cheaper options you could go to pubs, mobile pizza van in plaza or supermarket. The hotel relies on you washing your own dishes (soap & sponge provided ) and taking out garbage but small price for the very efficient cost. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing.

Mouldy bathroom, you have to squat in the shower, internet didn't work for three of the days we stayed.

+ Located in the French border close to Geneva airport & even Lausanne (30 mins) with plenty of on-site parking - perfect if you have your own car. Great value for money especially given the sky-high room rates in Switzerland Comes with a kitchenette - great for families. Hassle-free automated system for late-night key pickup - perfect for over night stays. Friendly, courteous staff. - Breakfast could be better.

Convenient Location

This experience was very nice, the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for our drive to the airport. If you expect to arrive after 9pm make sure to call to obtain the code for the night door.

Divonne Les Bains

Cracking place and great value for money. Hotel is of the Apart/hotel kind. Large room with mini-kitchen and large bathroom with bath and shower. Television was great with plenty of channels, internet access even better with no problems and smooth fast access, perfect as I was on a business trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Make sure you take some food if you want to eat in (to save money), if not, then a supermarket is under 10 mins walk away. Kitchen has cooking utensils, 2 large hot-plate rings and a standard size fridge with a freezer compartment. Room was warm with the heating on, quiet and spacious. Would sleep 2 no –problem. Would happily stay here again, and if you get a car from GVA airport, you will save a bundle than that of staying in GVA.

Not a bad budget hotel once we found it

Was actually a decent budget hotel, with fully self contained rooms that were well kitted out. The main issue was it was listed as being in Geneva, Switzerland – so we spent about an hour searching around before we tried putting France into the Satnav - and it was still hard to find, out the back of another building with no signage.

Excellent 2 Star hotel in Beutiful Affluent Area.

A small clean hotel,with one balcony overlooking the golf course and one overlooking the streams which run down from the Apls.The rooms had kithenette's which were adequate although as always lacking a kettle!The public transport is available but a hire car would've been much better being 18km from Geneva.The town was realy beautiful with good selection of Resturants.Would definatley go back!!!!!

Bon hôtel mais accueil déplorable !

Accueil de cet hôtel lamentable, car la réception était fermée à 19h, ce que je n’ai jamais vu dans aucun autre hôtel ! J’ai contacté le réceptionniste, lui indiquant que j’arrivais à 19h15, et en lui demandant s’il pouvait m’attendre, il m’a répondu qu’il ne faisait pas d’heures supplémentaires… À part ce désagrément, la chambre était spacieuse, équipements convenable et la propreté irréprochable

D'habitude je n'ai pas à me plaindre mais là ils m'ont mis dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée alors que je suis un client régulier.

Très bien, nous sommes revenus pour le travail mais franchement pour le prix j’ai été très satisfait au top. Je reviendrai.

Nel complesso va bene , ma se controllate la pulizia, soprattutto sotto il mobile del bagno , troverete di tutto , bisogna pulire a fondo anche dove l'occhio non arriva!! Andare a vedere , io me ne sono reso conto , perché cadendo mi un oggetto,ho dovuto recuperarlo sotto il mobile , e li ho trovato un mondo parallelo di sporcizia!!!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lausanne et Genève, manque d' ustensiles pour la cuisine. Accès dans certaines chambres pas très pratiques, pour accéder au parking.

Een heel fijn hotel om te verblijven. Redelijk tot goed appartement. Slaapkamer een beetje klein maar wel heel goede bedden. Zeer vriendelijken behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt goed. Stel geen hoge verwachtingen maar er is voldoende keus. Prijs kwaliteit is goed.

Rapport qualité prix très correct. Un peu de vétusté dans la salle de bain : des joints de carrelage avec des couleurs dégradées. Pour la cuisinette, une éponge et du produit à vaisselle seraient bienvenus (comme chez Pierre&vacances ou All Suites Hôtel).

Le mobilier est vétuste et non fonctionnel ,pas d eclairage au niveau du lavabo, robinet de la cuisine ne tiens pas, porte coulissante du placard ne coulisser pas ,le volet roulant est tres difficile a manœuvrer. Intervention du technicien sans succès.

Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, simpele kamer, wel een keukentje. Opgezet voor de wintersport, in de zomer weinig inspirerende omgeving.

Zu teuer für den Zustand. Undichte Eingangstür, Zimmertüren und Fenster quietschen, Badewannenverkleidung sehr abgenutzt und unschön, Duschkopf fiel bei Gebrauch auseinander. Entsprach nicht den Bildern im Angebot! Lage war super!

J’avais réservé 2 appartements pour ma fille et ses amis. Elles m’ont dit que la literie était très bonne avec plein de coussins y compris le canapé lit. Elle m’a aussi raconté que la dame a l’accueil avait été extrêmement gentille car elle leur a ramené du dentifrice et un fer à repasser (qu’elle a pris chez elle…). Ça c’est du service au client! Merci! Rapport qualité prix excellent. Grand parking devant et a distance de marche du centre ville.

A éviter si vous avez besoin d’internet

Il n’a été possible d’avoir une connexion internet pendant la totalité du séjour. La société prestataire de maintenance n’a pas été capable d’intervenir…

Le personnel de la réception est désagréable et n'écoute pas le client il a fallu que je demande 4 fois les draps et la télécommande de la télé ne marchait pas, vraiment inacceptable

Hôtel à destination des curistes avec cuisinette. Pratique pour se faire un café certainement moins pour cuisiner (avis d’un prof de cuisine). La 1ère nuit a été compliquée à cause d’un chien qui s’est mis à aboyer longtemps et à une musique au loin avec bcp de basses. Le personnel est admirable de gentillesse et de serviabilité. La salle d’eau mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement (panneau de la baignoire bien abîmé côté sol) et une lampe aurait pu être changée… Le ménage n’est pas assuré tout comme le linge de bain ce qui différencie l’établissement avec un hôtel classique.

Hotel avec appartements confortables . A l'accueil, tout c'est bien passé. C'était très rapide et pro. D'ailleurs, la personne était très agréable et souriante. La chambre est grande avec tout l'équipement pour cuisiner avec un réfrigérateur. La literie est confortable. L'hôtel est très calme. C'est propre. En revanche, une rénovation serait la bienvenue. Mais bon tant que c'est propre et confortable.

Etablissement très calme.Rien à redire sur l'accueil,la propreté ou l'installation elle-même,mais nous pensons que les "3 étoiles" ne sont pas vraiment méritées: -Pas d'ascenseur dans la partie où nous étions - Accès WIFI très compliqué - WC non séparés dans la salle de bains.
