Very good quality rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff in central Location in Chiang Rai. They even offer free breakfast.

They originally said there was no room availability even though I had a booking. After 10 minutes they gave me a room. Nice room. Quiet. Clean. Ok breakfast. Easy parking.

Great hotel in great location

Very clean rooms in nicely renovated hotel. Very close to the night bazaar. Staff were excellent and breakfast was great.

Nice place but...

Overall, it was a nice room—somewhat close to the bus terminal and modern. Had a great breakfast buffet. Would have given five stars, but had no wifi for our entire three day/2 night stay. I would suggest contacting the property to make sure this was resolved, as no explanation was given to us during our stay.

Viaje solo

El desayuno muy bueno, buena zona y gran a encino. Lo único malo es que no había caja de seguridad en la habitación. Dan un lunch en el check out, gran detalle!

Place is recently built! Staff is okay! Located in a quiet street so you won’t be bothered by noise or anything of that sort! There’s a parking lot so taxis and other car can lick you up easily! It takes about 10 minutes to go to the night market and other fun locations. The room is super big and clean! Superb place to stay in chiang rai!

Good hotel at convenient location

Staff spoke minimal english, but was very friendly and nice. Location was good, walking distance to the bus stations, temples, and night markets. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for stay in Chiang Rai.

The exteriors look better than interiors. Wifi disconnects frequently, tv is small and bad. Bed sheets, towles too old but the staff members are all awesome & very friendly. If they do some revenations it will be a great place.

Nice room and comfortable

Newly renovated. Breakfast was good. Only thing is that you need to login to the WiFi every time after it's been logged out. Other than that everything's good.

New Hotel

This a newly constructed hotel. Rooms are large and modern. Very quiet. Buffet breakfast was tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Most tourist sites are within a 5 - 10 min walk. A 10 min walk from the bus station.

3.5 star standard at 1 star price

Really nice new room. All are good only noisy outside. Located in intersection so loud traffic and non- soundproof wall. I changed to no window room which was quiet. Perfect buffet breakfast, friendly staffs.

Room was renovated & value for money. Breakfast which was included has a simple and decent spread. Hotel is very near the Saturday night market and not too far from the night bazaar. There are good restaurants, cafe and laundromat nearby (within a few minutes walk) too.

strong recommand

very nice hotel. even a little bit far from downtown. friendly front desk. i have an issue with internet. the girl help me change password and username again and again in early morning. one minutes walk away from airport bus stop. will be stay here next time.

Great staff and up and coming hotel

The staff was amazing but the hotel is being worked on so it's still under construction a little. Not the best area for walking to but we used grab to get around. The staff really was super helpful.

Good for value

Newly renovated hotel. I booked a room with a little terrance but found out they gave me a room without windows, so the room was always dark. Since I stayed only 2 nights so it was unacceptably acceptable, just beware during check in.. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable with two pillows for each person. Like the bathroom setting. Staffs were young but very kind. General Thai style breakfast buffet. Very good for value with this price including the service and breakfast.

Good but emergency exit blocked and road noise

Nice clean hotel good located. Room very large as well as bathroom. Nice and clean bed and linnen. Breakfast better than expected. Vegetables, rice porridge, chef making eggs. Parking just outside. Unfortunately all rooms available was on street side. The negative was that you must always use elevator. Stairs, which is also emergency exit, were blocked on level 2. You must also use the only card for room to be able to use elevator. So if one want yo leave the one remaining in room will be out of electricity. But overall a ok stay.

O melhor em Chiang Rai

Excelente hotel, bem localizado, tudo muito limpo, cama confortável e uma equipe extremamente atenciosa. Em 30 dias na Tailândia foi o melhor local em que me hospedei.

Hotel a nos 10 minitos del centro... las habitaciones bien, limpias, amplias y comodas.

Superbe hôtel. Propre et confortable a bon prix. Le seul inconvénient le personnel ne comprend pas l'anglais.

Posizione ottima. personale al check-in cortese ed efficente. Prezzo ottimo. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita. L'unica nota negativa: la colazione, non c'era roba dolce, solo marmellata e pane tostato.

The AC is not cool enough, super warm and the water drops from the AC all night. It’s new hotel but need to improve a lot and not acceptable

ที่พักติดถนนใหญ่ มีที่จอดรถเยอะ สะดวกมากสำหรับคนมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว. ใกล้ห้าแยกพ่อขุน ห้องพักแบ่งเป็นสองโซน. โซนด้านในห้องพักเงียบสงบ ห้องน้ำกว้าง. ส่วนอีกโซนจะติดถนนใหญ่ . ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงจะได้ยินเสียงรถดังพอสมควรช่วงดึกๆ. . ห้องน้ำโซน shower อาจจะเล็กไปสำหรับคนตัวใหญ่คะ. สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักค่อนข้างครบครัน ยกเว้นตู้เซฟ. โดยรวมถือว่าดีเหมาะสมกับราคาคะ

Polite staffs and new hotel

New hotel under renovation, room is very big and staffs are very polite and helpful, about 15-20minutes easy work to bus station 1.

Bijna onmogelijk te vinden. Link in bevestigingsmail expedia ging naar verkeerde plaats. (Een fabriek) Hotel is heel nieuw, personeel vriendelijk, matig Engels sprekend. Kamer was ruim. Prima bedden. Badkamer zat vol met verfspatten van plafond. Mooi uitzicht over druk kruispunt maar er was ook veel geluidshinder van het verkeer. Keuzebuffet ontbijt positief.
