Good location

Very good location. Quite many families with children

Hotel staff were very friendly. The apartment with one bedroom was excellent. The sea view was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Location was fantastic. A great Aparthotel. We are booking again for next year.

Wunderbarer Strand Sant Elm.

Wunderbares Hotel direkt an zwei Stränden mit herrlicher Sicht zur Insel Dragonera. Frühstücksbuffet ist aussergewöhnlich lecker. Checkin war auf der Terasse möglich mit einem Glas Prosecco. Freundliches Personal und sehr schön eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer ist auch angenehm.

Excellent place. Great breakfast. I was very impressed with this hotel. Customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean and modern. Well worth the stay.

I slipped on the wet acces to my room on the ground floor ,this ramp is very dangerous after rain ,it is about 1.5 meters wide with no handrais on either side ,extrem caution is required ,I have been told by staff that it has happened to serveral clients before. I would stay at this hotel again.I hope that handrails and non slip surfaces will have been installed. (I am a 75 year old man lift access is only from road level to ground level .(the hotel is about 5 floors high so not the best for any one with mobility issues ).

Idyllic

Great place to stay and will will be booking again.Our cleaner was was one of the best we have had when staying in Hotels/Apt.The buffet was great and staff in all parts of the Aparthotel was 100% perfect. The Aparthotel was spotless in all parts and your own terrace to die for.Thank you for a great holiday.Colin.

Really lovely 2 night get stay here with breakfast. Welcome reception with excellent customer service. Apartment was immaculate & very comfortable with fabulous terrace overlooking the bay. Would stay again for sure.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Will definitely come again. Our apartment was perfect. It was up a lot of steps right at top of hotel not good for any mobility issues so make sure you specify if not keen. But I loved it up there. Amazing sea views and great glutes at the same time!!!

Clean, lovely decor, most of the staff were friendly. Thought the breakfast and dinner buffett were overpriced but couldn't beat the location and access to the beach! Feel like including beach towels, coffee, laundry and little things like that would've made our stay feel much more luxurious rather than getting charged for those simple things.

A great discovery.

The hotel is very well maintained and spotless but above all the staff are really friendly and helpful. Location is great and a short 2 minute walk to the beach/town and nice and quiet.

Great view in a quiet beach area. Opportunity to cook some meals in kitchenette in room. Wish they provided basic things like oil, salt, pepper. Love the large balcony, watching sunset and relaxing. Nearby restaurants close early around 10-11pm. Beach is walking steps from hotel. Pay extra for using the safe and beach towels.

Great setting for the villas with swimming pool and view out over the bay.

Ideal family holiday site

Ideal family vacation. Beach an easy 2 minute walk. Great pool. Well air conditioned. Lovely walks in town and local forest plenty of restaurants or great kitchen for home cooking. Six family members in villa was comfortable.

There were 3 adults and 1 child staying in this 3 bedroom villa, so plenty of room. We paid for a sea view, but it was really only a partial sea view. The view was blocked by a row of trees on the ground floor terrace, the better views were from 2 of the upstairs bedrooms (which was't really appreciated as we spent most of our times eating etc downstairs). The villa was clean and housekeeping were meant to come every 2 days. After 3 days they still hadn't been in and we had to call to remind them. They just provided fresh towels and made the beds - didn't go anywhere downstairs. There were a couple of issues when we arrived - the plug in the kitchen sink did;t work, a window shutter was broken and the terrace light had gone - but all were fixed promptly once we reported them. We could have done with more kitchen utensils etc - only a couple of pans, large spoons and just 1 kitchen knife! Great proximity to the beach, restaurants and the main hotel. The pool area was lovely and not used by many people. Has a great view over the bay,

Exceptional holiday

Despite some poor weather days we were so sorry to have to leave and go home. Sitting by the villa pool is brilliant, sun trap and out of wind! The village of Sant Elm is lovely we always enjoy wandering around and finding new views of La Dragonara. Only disappointment is we find the beds too firm.

Das Hotel ist Dank seiner Mitarbeiter und der wundervollen Lage für uns als Familie perfekt geeignet. Der mehr oder wenige eigene Strandabschnitt, die Nähe zu zahlreichen tollen Restaurants und die Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge von hier aus machte einen tollen Urlaub möglich. Die Fähre auf die vorgelagerte Insel rundet alles ab. Das Hotel selbst ist mit Kindern perfekt geeignet, da Kinder frei spielen können und zugleich geschützt bleiben. Einziges Problem ist die Parksituation, mit ein paar Minuten Fußweg aber alles gut machbar.

Ein wahnsinnig schönes Hotel, welchem auch der Aspekt der Nachhaltigkeit am Herzen liegt. Die Essenauswahl war begrenzt in der Vielfalt, aber immer reichlich vorhanden, so dass man nicht das Gefühl einer Massenabfertigung hatte. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Perfect verblijf.

Zeer goede ontvangst met een drankje. We kregen een gedetailleerde uitleg over het verblijf. Het ontbijt en het avondmaal in buffet vorm is een aanrader. Zeer nette en ruime kamer.

Personal muy amable, comida muy rica y variada.

Had a great stay, fantastic balcony. Very close to the beach. Parking can be hard to find, you have to park on the street and while I found parking everyday, expect to walk around 5 minutes from the hotel to the car.

Séjour détente.

Studio bien équipé, literie neuve et petit balcon dans un hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la mer ( plage ou crique au choix). Privilégier les appartements en étages supérieurs pour avoir une belle vue mer. Attention pas de parking ni d'ascenseur. Sant Elm est un joli village plutôt tranquille.

Super séjour ! Je planifie déjà d'y retourner l'an prochain! le service est trés bon, les maisons sont confortables et bien équipées, juste un petit raffraichissement sera bienvenu. Le plus difficile fut de trouver la maison qui est n'est pas située dans l'enceinte de l'hotel, et le plan n'est vraiment pas clair. Sinon le village est magnifique, et la plage à quelques minutes à pied et l'accès aux 2 piscines est super !

Villa 3 chambres vue mer

Nous avions loué une villa avec vue mer, qui s'est révélée très faible (un petit coin entre les arbres). De plus il y avait de fortes odeurs d'égouts dans la chambre principale, et la climatisation était très insuffisante pour deux des trois chambres, nous avions trop chaud pour dormir avec la clim au maximum. Pour le prix demandé pour la semaine c'est inacceptable. Côté positif la villa était plutôt bien équipée, avec ménage tous les 2 jours, elle est bien située dans la station de Sant Elm (plage et restaurants à 5 minutes à pied) et la piscine commune aux villas est top. L'accès peut se faire en voiture car la villa a un garage en sous-sol, c'est très appréciable vu les problèmes de parking dans les environs.

Nydelig sted og hus, eneste : altfor få solsenger rundt villa-bassenget. Og kjedelig mat på hotellet.

Universaldon Camilo-great but room for improvement

Fantastic location and great villas, but the house smelled somewhat of mould from the basement. Unfortunately we had to complain about the cleaning, having bloodstains on the bed sheets two days in a row and without any apology

Nur mit Mietauto empfehlenswert damit man mobil ist. Parkplatz bei Villa direkt, perfekt.

Gerne wieder

Die Villa war für eine 5- 6köpfige Familie absolut ausreichend. Die Lage war ruhig und strandnah. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Leider ist während unseres Aufenthalts von 4 Tagen keine Reinigungskraft aufgetaucht,was vielleicht an Karfreitag lag. Alles andere war spitze!

1 Wöchiger Aufenthalt in den Herbstferien Halbpension, Pool war etwas kalt dafür das Meer perfekt

Super hotel med villaer i dejlig by.

Villaerne på hotellet er store og rummelige og har alt man har behov for på ferien. Der ligger en dejlig pool lige bagved villaerne og strand og gågade med restauranter og butikker er kun 5 min gang derfra. Alt i alt.en dejlig ferie og et sted der varmt kan anbefales.
