Good room, facilities, professional and friendly staff.

We had an amazing time at the Trident. The location over looked the lake and it was a quiet property to relax and enjoy. We want to commend the staff, they specifically made this stay incredible.

Amazing property, great food, wonderful staff

Staff service is great. Dining options are also great. Multiple restaurants with extensive room dining options. But we did not like jaipur as a city. Too much pollution, behaviour of crowd is really bad. If you are visiting with a baby , it will be a nightmare to visit touristic places. Garbage everywhere. We had to cut short our trip and came back before 2 days. But hotel is good and we had enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable accomodation for a 2 night stay. Multicuisine breakfast was fantastic and staff were welcoming and accomodating.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent stay at the Trident Hotel in Jaipur! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warm hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our visit was perfect, with special thanks to Akash and Shriti for their warm, welcoming and attentive service at each of our meals in the restaurant. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the staff was evident throughout our stay. When our daughter came down with a sinus infection, the hotel staff promptly assisted us in securing the necessary medications, ensuring we felt supported and cared for. I was particularly touched when they thoughtfully provided a heat lamp to ensure our comfort during the special Valentine's Day dinner, literally creating a warm touch that turned a challenging situation into a memorable experience. The culinary experience at the Trident was the biggest highlight. Our taste buds were delighted by the delicious creations of chef Himanshu and sous chef Monika, who curated a fantastic selection of gourmet food. Their dedication to offering a true taste of local cuisine was evident in the delectable samplings we had the pleasure to enjoy. Every meal was a celebration of flavors, prepared with skill and passion that reflected the rich heritage of Jaipur's culinary scene. Furthermore, we received excellent travel advice from the front desk staff, making our exploration of Jaipur all the more enriching and enjoyable

The staff is extremely attentive and available for whatever you need. Shail at the kids club was very nice and my 6 year old son really enjoyed his time there. Buffet breakfast is quite good.

Perfect place for a luxurious stay in Jaipur.

The hotel is perfectly located, overlooking the lake and midway between the City Palace and the Amber Palace, so everything is a short Uber ride away which is important in Jaipur given the traffic. The hotel is comfortable, luxurious, and exuding classic Indian charm and beauty. Service is impeccable with friendly and efficient staff. Cuisine is multi cultural and excellent.

Lovely visit to Rajasthan last week thanks to the amazing people at Trident. Special thanks to Mr.Sameer Kaul for taking extra care. We had a small baby and elderly parents and they made sure we had a very memorable trip. The food here is one of the best you will get, Mr. Vaibhav in the F&B section went above & beyond his role to make sure we were very well fed. He would regularly pack some food for us so that our kid can eat given he is not used to spicy food. Highly recommend the place to all my NRI friends when you visit Rajasthan.

The staff here are helpful and kind. Every need was quickly and courteously met. Our room had a beautiful view of Jal Mahal. Can’t recommend it enough.

Truly a Five star experience

The hotel is extremely well maintained, great location and rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we need, especially for our infant. The restaurant and house keeping staff did an excellent job. I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Jaipur, especially if you have kids

Extraordinary hospitality!!

The people at the hotel were extremely generous and kind. They were also very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were kind enough to move us to a quieter room with a better bed when we mentioned that we didn't sleep so well with a kid in the king bed in our first room. We had lake view rooms on both occasions. The food at the hotel is delicious and they were kind enough to cook dairy free options for me. The kids zone is well equipped with games, toys and activities for kids. My kids had a lot of fun. We felt quite pampered throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at the Trident! The level of service we received was absolutely exceptional and truly went above and beyond our expectations. During our stay, our daughter fell ill, and the entire team at Trident stepped in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From arranging medical assistance to checking in on us regularly, they genuinely cared for our well-being and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Their compassion and thoughtfulness were unmatched. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist. This experience has made me a lifelong fan of Trident properties. I will absolutely stay at Trident again and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a hotel experience that combines luxury with heartfelt hospitality. Great Jaipur hotel

Hotel is very close to Amer fort. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Jal Mahal restaurant staff took great care of us all 3 days.

there is a beautiful lake with Jal Mahal, just opposite the hotel, where I liked spending early mornings or evenings. The hotel is a short ride away from the forts and Hawa Mahal. Each of the staff members truly cared about the guest, and made sure that the stay is very comfortable. I hope to stay again.

Great location and excellent customer service! It seems hotel property seems dated and major issue is no sound proofing in the hotel. Otherwise good property to relax in front of Jalmahal palace/lake!

Loved Trident. Roshan in the restaurant was brilliant, considerate, efficient and caring as I was quite sick during my stay. The porters that take your luggage are friendly and hospitable. Cannot wait to come back. Our room was garden view with a balcony. The only downfall was limited access to ste ro such other hotels provide at your own time. You don’t have to book in for it. I missed out on it. Otherwise a great stay.

Excellent 2 night stay in jaipur

Excellent hotel and stay. Thee staff was very accommodating at all times. Breakfast buffet was included in our tariff. The options were great and the service was excellent.

A nice hotel in front of a historic landmark with a very helpful staff. The hotel itself is definitely not a 5 star hotel. At best it is a 3 stars. A large choice of breakfast items but do not expect it to be fresh. This is not your Shangri la breakfast. Got 2 nice coffee mugs with our name on it and an apology from the hotel manager. Nice

Top notch service with great staff.

Loved it, from beginning to end. The staffs were amazing, food was good, location was perfect to visit Amber Fort and right front of Jal Mahal. The chef's Bhanupratap and Ajay was good and always asking if we needed anything. I will definitely recommend it.

Loved the pool especially in the hot days! Friendly staff always ready to assist.

Amazing hospitality and great property

Fantastic stay, wonderful service

The hospitality and service of the staff was second to none. Everyone went out of their way to ensure I had the most comfortable stay. As a solo female traveller, I really appreciated the effort everyone went to make me feel welcome. Everyone on the housekeeping team were so thoughtful and took really great care of me and my possessions. It was the little touches they offered that made everything so comfortable. I had a massage which was incredible. I think the therapist's name was Thei Thei. She was lovely and the massage was wonderful and made me feel very relaxed. I must mention the staff at the restaurant and Chefs Monica and Ajay who were so kind to me during my stay at breakfast and dinner. They went out of their way to ensure that I tasted some delicious Rajasthani dishes and some special treats. As I was dining alone, I really appreciated the time they took to come and speak to me and make me feel welcomed. They ensured I took packed food with me when I wasn't able to have breakfast/lunch at the hotel. It was these little personal touches that made my stay so wonderful. I won't forget the hospitality and kindness of all the staff at the Trident Jaipur. Thank you!

The property was away from the hustle and bustle of the city which I liked. The room i used was quite comfortable and the view of the Jal Mahal was an added touch. I had breakfast which was great service and deliciously made to my request. The boutique jewelry store has amazing pieces to which I avialed as did my relatives. I had a wonderful stay as I did 14 yeas ago with my wife and 2 boys. It was a sentimental return for me.

Trident is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The service they provide is really good. And staff.. omg the staff is exceptional, they make sure that your stay comfortable. We loved it so much that we extended our stay with them😊will stay here anytime we are in Jaipur👍👍

Great location for visiting Jaipur - staff were amazing and good was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. Bar staff went out of their way to make drinks exactly as we liked them. Only constructive feedback, bathrooms looking a bit tired and ready for re furbish

Nice hotel. The staff was really very professional and friendly. Nikita who helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. But everyone including staff wo helped with our baggages and those in dining were truly professional.

The property is well kept, the rooms and facilities are clean. The staff are all attentive and friendly. We stayed for our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it a special experience. The location is across from the lake and beautiful for evening walks as well.

Pleasant stay for a family with kids

Conveniently located on the outskirts so day one avoids the throes of city traffic. Lush garden on-property in the same line of sight as the lake on the other side of the outer road is a welcome sight. The kids' room is a boon to fill those time gaps in the trip when you are not out and about but the kids are not resting either. Kids loved the options in the kids' room and all their time in the well-kept pool. Based on all our previous experiences staying with 5 star properties, the hotel rooms were a bit cramped and the in-room dining was a tad overpriced. However, the ever helpful staff made it worth our dime and time, not allowing the concerns to fester. The convenience of every single staff member (restaurant, reception, valet, floors, room service) being prompt, cheery and agreeable is what sets the best hotels apart in India. Thank you Trident team!

Trident is superb. The staff is truly fantastic and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay. I would have to say that that the staff is among the best I’ve seen anywhere. The location of the property is perfect if you plan to visit must do place in Jaipur. The restaurant has great food. I would highly recommend Trident if you plan to visit Jaipur.

It was s great stay. Staff is wonderful especially at breakfast and dinner. I got sick (caught the flu) and the staff kept making me hot tody drink for my throat which helped. They even packed a lunch box for our long drive to Jodhpur. Spa service was nice too. The only thing, there were no robes in the room but upon check out when i mentioned, the staff told me they were available on request. Also on the one occasion we stayed at the pool, the pool staff not once approached us if we wanted a menu or a drink but they did go to other guests.

Very Inefficient Check in staff ..Could not explain 'Credit card' billing .Loudly announced booking Tariff in front of the family(We were giving them a surprise holiday)_Welocome Drink was loaded with Sugar..Almost an hour to sort our Guests ID issues...Lifts very far from the rooms...Can definitely reduce usage of Plastic.Food was very average --though, after pointing out Chef cooked bacon properly .Had a blocked Wash Basin.Good Staff at the entrance,Resturant .Wonderful notice re tipping

I stayed at the Trident Jaipur after staying at the Trident in Gurgaon and the difference was enormous. The Trident in Jaipur is in need of a revamp - my room was old, the taps in the bathroom weren't working properly and the shower drain was blocked. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food options were good.

I love this hotel super clean. Friendly staff. Safe environment. We will come back

Stay was good

Excellent property & services at the hotel and the staff were friendly and very responsive, I was in India for a month-long trip and this hotel gave me the best experience I stayed in a couple of 5-star properties like The Claridiges Delhi, and Taj Agra but there is no comparison to the services provided by the trident jaipur, highly recommended for a stay in Jaipur because of its proximity to all touristy places & historical landmark and old city.

A wonderful stay at the Trident - the rooms were great, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond for our celebration. It was a very satisfying stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent property and especially the staff is very very helpful. Shantaram of housekeeping along with both of the chefs were exceptional and the check in staff and front desk. Everyone was super great.

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was beautiful from the moment you pull up outside. The check in process was very easy, as we were given a ginger drink and were led to a couple seats to sit on while the staff came to us to complete the check in process. The concierge showed us to our room and explained how everything worked. We had laundry done immediately since we were arriving in the middle of our vacation, and it was done within just a few hours. As Americans, we are not used to the heavy and hot spices in Indian food, so the kitchen staff/wait staff provided us with non-spicy foods so we could truly enjoy the Indian flavors without the hot spices, and it was amazing! This truly allowed us to enjoy the hotel even more. Everyday we had food provided for us - along with the normal options provided on the menu or in the buffet - that were especially catered to us. Akash (dining manager?), Moscan (server), and Monica (chef) were truly amazing to us and made us feel important and welcomed, and very much like incredibly special guests. But I guess this is what 5 star service is all about. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, and if we ever return to India, we will be sure to stay at the Trident again!

We stayed at Trident Jaipur for 3 nights recently. Our experience was par excellence and one thing that really struck us was their staff service. Having travelled widely across the world I would say without hesitation that their staff hospitality is one of the best if not the best. I would like to single out 2 staff for appreciation Mr Akash and Ms Monica. Akash was very responsive to our needs, checking in constantly and providing helpful advice when asked. Ms Monica treated us to her recipes which werent on the menu and was even patient enough to explain them to us. All done with a smile and warmth. I would like to congratuthe entire staff team for their hospitality. Please keep serving and make the hotel and the country proud. Best wishes, Mr Jayanth

Stayed at Trident while on a personal vacation trip. The hotel room and amenities were amazing and the staff were very caring and friendly. They had programming in the night with local artists. The fitness center was great and the restaurant food and service was pretty good too. Only downside was the location which is not very central and had limited options for dining out. We went in the tail end of monsoon season and the roads surrounding it can get flooded very easily. One night we were worried our car cannot make it back.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The service was impeccable. The rooms were on the small side from what we are used to in the USA however, they were fully functional and laid out nicely. The beds were as comfortable as any we encountered in India the bathroom was nice and the water pressure was incredible.

This place deserves 6 stars! The staff are amazing. They made us pongal for breakfast even though it was not on the menu. The facility is well kept and the rooms are very clean. You have a nice balcony at least on the garden side which also provides some glimpses of Jal Mahal across the lake. There is a lot of trees in the front to hide the busy and chaotic street view just outside the gates which also obscures Jal Mahal. The location is in between Amber fort and the Pink City which makes it a good location if you are a tourist. Very family and kid friendly as well. There are cultural events in the evening like puppet show, bangle making and folk dancing if you wish to see some artists up close. The biggest feature here are the gracious staff members. On our departure day they packed us a lunch without any asking or expectations on our part.

My recent stay at Trident Jaipur left much to be desired, as the hotel seemed overwhelmed by the influx of tourists and lacked the charm and warmth I had experienced at other Trident properties. The lobby felt cramped and overcrowded, making it difficult to navigate, and the reception staff appeared weary and less welcoming compared to my previous experience at Trident Agra. While the food served at the hotel was satisfactory, the breakfast selection left much to be desired, with sparse options that failed to impress. In terms of room amenities, there were notable shortcomings. One side of the bed lacked any outlets, making it inconvenient for charging devices, and the absence of USB ports was a notable oversight in today's tech-savvy world. The bathroom door had a peculiar design that often blocked access to the toilet, which was frustrating and could easily be rectified with a sliding pocket door. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities appeared outdated and in need of renovation. The absence of a makeup mirror was surprising, and the lack of a dedicated spa facility was disappointing. Instead, guests were directed to two converted hotel rooms for treatments, which lacked the ambiance and amenities one would expect from a spa experience. On a positive note, the placement of the shower faucet was thoughtful and well-designed, providing a comfortable showering experience. Location is great with the view of the lake. Compared to the other 5 stars in India (Agra and Delhi) this was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was great and staff there were friendly. The rooms were a bit dated.

Best hotel in Jaipur fully recommended

Extremely happy with our 3 nights stay at Trident. Room is spacious and facilities are as expected from a top hotel. Hotel staffs are very courteous too. Dinning option at the hotel predominantly Indian and Rajasthani cuisines which I absolutely loved it.
