A beautiful property and everyone that worked there was so attentive and nice. Always making sure the guests were comfortable. I was especially impressed with all the valets, from late night to early morning and even though it was really cold always happy to be there!
We thoroughly enjoyed at stay at The Sinclair. It is a beautiful hotel within walking distance of the Bass. Our breakfast at The Wicked Butcher was delicious and the staff at the hotel was very attentive.
Very well-maintained property in the heart of Fort Worth. Convenience to Sundance Square and not far from Stockades. The latest technology in the rooms made for a fun diversion from typical hotel rooms.
Sinclair!
Amazing stay- amazing hotel!!! Perfect location!!!
Beautiful revisioning of a 1930’s office building into a unique retro themed hotel. I really enjoyed the combination of the 30’s styling with totally modern conveniences in the room. Touchpad controls for lights, curtains, shower, and room temperature. Bluetooth connectivity to the tv and even the built in screen in the bathroom mirror. The food and drinks in the restaurant were well prepped and delivered. Prices commensurate with the setting. The service was attentive and timely. One small glitch at check in( due to computer software) was immediately rectified with grace and generosity. The location is PERFECT for a downtown Fort Worth stay, within walking distance of museums, Bass Hall, shopping , and dining. Valet parking was quick and attentive. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend The Sinclair for your Fort Worth stay.
Very nice staff , rooms clean , roof top was amezing and everything in the room was modern and most importantly the bed was great!!
Beautiful property with fantastic amenities & comfortable bedding. Love this hotel.
Gorgeous hotel with helpful and friendly staff! The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere was professional and clean! Loved our stay!
Amazing Hotel!
Excellent stay at this property. Attention to details.
Love
Very happy with this hotel. I will be staying here again.
It’s a really nice hotel. Very quiet and the staff was great
I will definitely be back to The Sinclair. The Assistant General Manager Matthew McDaniel is excellent. While we loved the hotel itself, and most of the staff was wonderful, we had some issues with the restaurant and concierge service. The first night there, we waited almost 1 1/2 hours after ordering to receive our food. Our server did not apologize and was very dismissive of the situation. Before our stay, we called the hotel and when there was no seating at the hotel's restaurant the second night we were there, the concierge told us they made reservations for us at a different restaurant we wanted to try. After what happened the first night, we called the restaurant directly to confirm the reservation was made. It was not. That restaurant was booked, so we had to find some place else to eat. When we brought these issues to the attention of hotel management, Matthew McDaniel was very professional, courteous, looked into the situation right away, communicated options to us, and went above and beyond to make things right. Mistakes happen even at the nicest hotels like this one. I think what's important is how those mistakes are addressed. I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel itself is quaint and lovely, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and it's in an ideal location, walkable to great stores, restaurants, Bass Performance Hall (also beautiful), etc. This is my second time to do a family staycation in downtown Ft. Worth, and it doesn't disappoint.
I loved the art deco facade, lobby, elevator doors etc. However, the rooms are ultra modern. They’re very nice, but I was a little disappointed that they didn’t give them a vintage art deco look. The guys at valet were great. We really appreciated them.
We were put in the room directly next to the elevator. Shared wall, with no warning from the front desk at how loud it would be. Constant banging and noises at all hours. Very hard to sleep. When arriving we basically HAD to do the $50 valet per day. I asked about the $25 a day parking that wasn’t valet and the valet attendant just kind of dodged the question and made me do valet. Pillows are incredibly flat and the blankets are thin.
Magical
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and our stay. From check-in to check-out the service was nothing short of amazing. The complimentary Mimosas, the room upgrade, the customer service, everything was perfect. This is a top notch hotel with staff that takes details into account. We will absolutely return.
Will visit again!
Great location and service.
The technology and the atmosphere and service and food was all excellent.
Architectural thing of beauty
This hotel is absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful building. The veiw from the rooftop bar is just the icing on the cake. 10/10 stay.
Everything was great…except valet parking. They need some work on this aspect.
Shower gel was empty both days I took shower. Had mentioned to housekeeper, was not corrected.
A very well updated older building. Great facility. Excellent service. This is my new preferred hotel in Fort Worth.
Great!
Check in was quick and smooth, excellent customer service, great staff, I would definitely recommend this hotel, Wicked Butcher was superb, service was great and food and drinks were excellent.
Pros and cons
Our window faced a brick wall like an apartment in NYC and valet parking is $50 but there is no other parking available. The room is tiny. Service great bar closes at midnight. Rooftop bar only open Friday and Saturday. Restaurant closes at 10pm. Food wasn’t great. Really beautiful art deco hotel. Smart tech to operate everything and the shower was amazing
Pretty incredible hotel and priced brilliantly. Very cool deco and lovely staff. Highly recommend!
Perfect location close to Sundance Square and lots of restaurants. Great rooftop bar!
Beautifully restored 1930 building. Former headquarters of Sinclair oil. Close to everything in downtown Fort Worth. Valet parking. Room amenities are excellent and modern. Kind staff. Definitely worth a stay.
Love the Sinclair staff, luxury of the hotel, fine dining, and location. Will book everytime I stay in downtown.
Staff is great and the hotel is beautiful.
Great hotel, will stay there again!
Property is unique with really cool amenities.
Property staff was helpful and the room was large.
Great property safe and wonderful food.
Aamir and Brittany at the front desk were amazing from the start! They took care of my wife and I and made sure that we would enjoy our stay! The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed every bit of it. Natalia from the wicked butcher was another great person in the staff. Some of the best staff and a quality environment.
The room was wonderful and the lunch menu at the Wicked Butcher was fantastic!
Amazing! Hotel was beautiful, staff super friendly and accommodating. Roof top bar was a great way to end our days. Perfect location!
The Sinclair was exceptionalll!!
Courteous professional staff. Welcoming this is hospitality
Stayed here for our anniversary. They put us on the top floor with a great view. Staff was very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the high tech ammenities in the room.
Beautiful hotel and great staff. Location was perfect.
beautiful hotel, cool rooftop bar. walls are thin so you do hear your neighbor.
The hotel is nice and pretty up to date. Its in a nice area of town. The elevators are sketchy at best. One of the Elevators had a mind of its own. Got stuck a few different times so we started avoiding it all together
Lovely stay and hotel my only complaint very small and sometimes slow elevators.
It was great
Nice stay
Great! Well appointed room and the bed was comfortable.
First time at Sinclair and Fort Worth. We loved the hotel and the entire area. Very clean room and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely go back!!!
I booked my stay with Expedia arrived on Friday evening (September 20th). Valet was excellent and very friendly and told me if I needed my car the next day ( Saturday, September 21) I would need to pick it up on sixth Street due to an event that was happening that Saturday (Saturday 21st). Check in was excellent room was nice and clean. Friday evening after returning back to my room, my key card would not work so I had to have the front desk reactivate my card that night was very nice quiet and Pleasant. Saturday morning cars were very loud and the streets were jampacked. Due to the car show and concert. The hotel became very loud. This went on all day Saturday. I called the front desk to expressed to them that I should have been made aware that the evening was going to be very loud. The young lady that answer the phone told me we sent emails out to all of our guest, letting them know. I told the young lady that I did not receive a email and felt like I should have been informed when I checked in Friday evening. The loud base and loud cars and loud music continued until 7:30 PM. I called several times to ask for bottled water and ice to be brought to my room. I never received bottled water never received ice. I can say an expensive lesson learned. Next time I’m in town I will make sure to say at a different location. A simple solution to the problem I had was to just let me know upon checking in that it would be very loud due to the car show and concert.
Roaring 20’s vibes with a modern touch. The building was once the Sinclair oil and gas head quarters built for various office spaces and was once a bank! The wicked butcher is a resturant that has an amazing yogurt panna the Sinclair is a classic egg and bacon breakfast plate with delicious rosemary potato’s. The hot tea is so flavorful I didn’t need to add anything extra! The Gym ni missing free weights along with treadmills, bicycle machines and is located in the second floor along with a board meeting room. I did not see a pool. You can access the rooftop that gives a breathtaking view of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. At night, it draws a medium -large size crowd that serves food and drinks. It does get extremely loud. (Where you can’t hear to the person next to you) with burning man type of music. The room was upgraded and advanced with touch pads through out to turn on the shower and lights. Even the mirror is touch screen and can play music!! The room was clean with a fresh clean smell throughout the building. The doors handles and elevator buttons could have been wiped more frequently. The front desk was very accommodating which made the stay for the weekend even better. There’s a CVS right around the corner. The hotel is just a few steps from an outdoor event space where they play live music nightly and a dazzling cowboy hat at the center of it. Lots of shopping centers near by like sunglass hut and other local shops. Near by local coffee shops as well. Great experienc!
Alright place. Would try once.
Decent stay. Electronic light switches were nifty but added extra seconds. After a few drinks it gets old when using the bathroom. Flush knob didn’t work that well and was coming off the wall. Rooftop bar had a weird vibe to it. Other than that decent room and stay.
The room hard wood flooring and electronics were nice features. The location close to restaurants Mi Cocina and Jake’s is great. However, this 14th floor exterior room was not soundproof from motorcyclist noise till 3am. We asked for a quiet room for a good night sleep. Next time we will ask for an interior room to be specific.
Beautiful hotel
Wonderful stay
We loved it! We loved the upgraded technology in the room. Bed was so comfortable. Staff upgraded us for our anniversary. Food was great.
Fantastic stay
The rates on hotel.com were not what I was charged, they have a HUGE incidentals charge that they charge every day of your stay. These are separate of the valet charge that I did know about but there were also other crazy fees every day for destination charges and things. Plus it’s very loud, the bed was broken, shower looked cool but did not get hot enough and had very little pressure. Staff was rude and snobby. Just because I asked for explanation of charges that I was not expecting doesn’t mean that I need to be treated like I’m homeless. I am cautious about my money. There is a huge difference between being homeless and knowing how money works, thus why I travel around and do as I please and you work as staff at a hotel. Afterwards they would not bring simple requested items to the room that they specifically asked that you call down to the front desk for. Not a good experience at all and it’s so disappointing too because we were so excited to go. Definitely will stay at the Omni next time.
The staff were all so nice and went out of their way for anything I'd need. Beautiful building, cool room, great area
Nice place to stay
The Sinclair exceeded my expectation
Fantastic hotel, if you want a modern/classic blend in a hotel that's in a great location for downtown events and the food was really good as well! I'll definitely be staying here for future events
I loved the spacious rooms and the fact that there is no rugs in them.
N/a
We loved our stay at The Sinclair. Its has a Great Gabsy feel, gorgeous hotel. Our experience at The Sinclair was great, both by atmosphere and staff.
Awesome property everything is updated
Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Valet was friendly and the area is easily accessible. Rooms were clean and nice. Area around the hotel has food, entertainment and plenty of social life. I would absolutely stay again.
The hotel was nice. Staff attentive. Our dinner at Wicked was fantastic! The elevators stopped working and there was a line waiting to go to their rooms. We elected to walk up. On checkout we had questions about being charged on both Hotels.com and then again at the hotel. After looking into it I was told there was a 3rd party issue and that they would try to remburse me in a few days. Apparently I was not the only person with billing issues as the lady behind me was also waiting for an explination to charges on her bill.
Clean and friendly staff
The best
The most amazing hotel!! Technology was superb and the shower was the best. Great location
Working desk in rooms are a joke you can even sit down cause the bed blocks the chair, $50 parking when previously stated included, restruant staff rude went to grace to eat, no wifi unless you sign up or pay.
Cool hotel! Loved all the automations in the room-blinds, lights, even the shower!
Not so celebrated rooftop lounge.
The stay was fair. A little overpriced for the condition of establishment and size of room.We were looking forward to a relaxing evening on the celebrated rooftop cocktail lounge, after a nice dinner at the Wicked Butcher, but were overwhelmed by the loud volume and terrible selection of euro trash techno dance music (maybe some mellow whiskey type blues or jazz would have been more appropriate) . Also, not enough waitstaff and bar tenders to accommodate guests on the "celebrated ' rooftop cocktail lounge. Valet parking is twice the amount compared to Hilton, Marriot, and Omni, something you should know before your stay. Should've stayed at the Omni for same price, with better lounge, restaurants, and accommodation.
The hotel is amazing. We were greeted by the friendliest staff. The room was very nice and clean and was equipped with smart technology. We enjoyed it very much. Our only issue was with the hotel bar staff. We thought they were rude to one another and on occasion, rude to guests. We were treated nicely, however, it did not go unnoticed. Otherwise, it was wonderful.
Five Stars!!
Amazing room and service! They were such a great help every step of the way and I would definitely stay here again!
Great for Couples Get Away!
This beautiful old building was a great place to take my lovely wife for a few days to get away and reconnect. Right in the middle of downtown FTW, it was within walking distance of several places we could choose from to eat and relax together. We went to the Flying Saucer and it was awesome food and drinks where we got to catch up and just talk over drinks. That being said, the room we stayed in was very nice; it was a little smaller than we expected; however, it was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and courteous to us and took their time to make us feel like the only people there when it came time to check in or check out. Room service was consistently timely whenever we needed extra coffee pods and water bottles to be sent up. Whenever we made two orders for room service from the Wicked Butcher, they arrived within the 20-minute or less period. The burgers we ordered were phenomenal and were very high quality, with the beef being raised on Nolan Ryan's farm. The desserts we wanted were available, which I thought for a moment might have been problematic because we stayed over during the busy 4th of July Holiday. We watched fireworks from the rooftop patio and got drinks. The only real issue we had that was taken care of for us by the staff was when we got a ticket on our car because it was parked in the valet parking garage, and our plates were not entered into the database. This issue was handled by staff, we did not have to pay the fee. We will be back again soon!
Only con is no microwaves on premises.
Nice staff and housekeeping
I recently stayed at The Sinclair an awesome hotel in Fort Worth and had a fantastic experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy any palate. The ambience was inviting and perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s prime location, close to the convention center and main square, made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, my stay was super! and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fort Worth for business or pleasure…
The staff were great. The room clean and the digitial controls fun. We were in 413. The room connected with the next with a very loud vocal neighbor. If you stay here, realize, they can hear your conversations. Couldn't hear a thing from the other side, so this is just the connection. But roof was fabulous. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant excellent. Staff was helpful, flexible and nice.
Great stay. Madison very helpful.
Great staff and were extremely accommodating
Fabulous hotel and great location.
Great experience all the way around. The room was great, and the staff was professional and courteous. We will come back sometime.
Loved this place
Fabulous hotel with lots of modern touches
We loved it here. Clean, comfortable, quiet and modern. Very pleasant check in staff and we were surprisingly given complementary breakfasts during our stay. Bottled water is available in the rooms and replaced daily. Towels are amazing and the internet connection is excellent. This was part of a 3 week trip around the States and the Sinclair was the best hotel we had stayed in during our trip. Service in the restaurant was excellent.
Love the Sinclair! Modern with old world feel.
My stay at the Sinclair
My stay at the Sinclair was amazing. Roof top bar was marvelous! Everyone was very respectful and helpful.
Great!
Wife and I were celebrating 10 year anniversary with 2 night getaway. Upon learning it was our anniversary, Sinclair staff did everything possible to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Great location by Sundance Square. Bed and room were extremely comfortable. We hope/plan to return for another stay in the future.
From the valet to the front desk our arrival and departure experience was exceptional. We were there for a mini staycation to celebrate our anniversary. The desk clerk offered champagne, unfortunately it isn’t permitted do to health, so they gave us breakfast vouchers for both mornings we were there. The Wicked Butcher breakfast was wonderful both days. Our server on day one was the best. We will definitely keep the Sinclair on our list of places to stay in Ft. Worth.
Lovely visit!
The Sinclair was beautiful and comfortable. We had a great visit. They even have a special touch of champagne for our wedding anniversary.
Very nice room, amenities were perfect.
Best hotel in downtown Fort Worth
This is an amazing property, rooms are awesome, beds are awesome, restaurant is awesome. Location is awesome. Nothing negative to say at all.
Nice place but keep and eye on your card
I was charge a fee on my credit card, went there the following week and the front desk said I shouldn’t have been charged and some one would call… never did… I’m disputing with my credit card…
A WEEK END OF DISAPPOINTMENTS
THE ROOM WAS SO SMALL WE HAD ZERO SEATING NO DESK TO USE. THE 3 RESTAURANTS OR BARS, ONE WAS A GLORIFIED COFFEE SHOP WITH SEATING AT ON END FOR 6 OR 7 AND SEATING AT A BAR. IT WAS THE ONLY THING OPEN BEFORE 5 AND WITH THE ROOM SO SMALL WE COULD FIND NO PLACE TO SEAT. IT WAS VERY TRENDY AND A GOOD LOCATION. THE FIRST NIGHT GOING TO SUPPER THE PARKING ATTENDANT GAVE US THE WRONG KEY. IT WAS JUST GOOD LUCK THE ATTENDANT AT THE RESTAURANT REALIZE THE PROBLEM THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE THE CAR BEFORE TURNING IT OFF.
Clean
Very clean room
Fab art deco hotel
Fantastic stay! Lovely, art deco hotel, with really comfortable and classy rooms and friendly, helpful staff!
Great
Good hotel.
I definitely would not recommend eating at the hotel. The food is way over salted. Their chicken strips were way overcooked that they were so hard. The fries are like eating pretzels. It's just an average hotel that looks Fancy no extra or special free accommodations for the price that you get

A must stay
Loved It! We only wish we stayed longer! The staff was so friendly and really went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancled and our credit cards were frozen. They gave us food vouchers to help and it was so amazing! Great location. Amazing rooms. Good food!
