Beautiful facility!
Enjoyed the heated pool everyday. Was very clean. Able to watch the beach from the pool.
The pool and beach areas are great. The rest of the facility need my determine effort to keep room and open areas are kept cleanen
Great beach and staff. Beautiful property. Highly recommend!
Pretty grounds and beach. Great service expect for housekeeping which came very late each day, never emptied our ice bucket. Hire more housekeepers! I was told they clean until 9pm’. Ridiculous! Also our AC was programmed to rise to 73 when they was no motion. Well, there’s no motion while you sleep. I kept waking up hot all night and constantly had to turn the AC on. And I couldn’t set it below 68. The customer should have complete control over the room temperatures. Not sure I’d stay again for that issue.
Argument with night staff regarding parking.
The beach!
Excellent place. Great service
Great staff and service, we really enjoyed our stay here! Lillie at the pool was amazing, great food and drinks. Prices were pretty high on everything, some repairs to the facility needed, only one working elevator on site. Overall a very good experience and we will be back!
Very comfortable. Services were great! The stay definitely made our vacation more enjoyable.
There was something wrong and every room. I went in the bathroom. The restaurant always something was broken. One of the elevators was broken down for the whole week. I did not like the valley parking. I parked behind the hotel for 3 days that I was there.I was charged forty eight dollars a day. I am a contractor and I think the place needs a real lot of work.
Very nice beach
Seems like a nice place, just didn’t have the best experience. Pipe broke while we were there, toilet would not work for a half day. Turned shower on one morning and the water was chocolate brown for a good 3-4 minutes. Room seemed clean and I felt comfortable, staff were very nice.
Great property- beautiful beach and pool. Didn't have any problem getting chairs at pool or beach. Enjoyed walking to all the sights, very convenient location!
We loved that it was close to Duval St and other sight seeing locations. The staff is great and very accommodating. We loved the gazebo and the beach! Definitely we will be staying again.
Great location and beach. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and house keep did the bare minimum
Wedding was loud, had to wait until 5 to check in.
DO NOT BOOK HRRE. I paid $1677 a night for a oceanfront studio. It was horrible. You walk in and you feel like you are at a cheap hotel. They allow dogs and you can definitely smell it in the rooms. I was told by two different staff members ahead of time the expensive resort fee covers fishing gear for my kids. That was one main reason I booked and paid this outrageous rate. Only to find out when we check in (two hours after check in time) that they do not have fishing gear. I asked twice ahead of time for a first floor room only to find out when I get there they do not have first floor rooms. Kept telling me I must have them confused with their sister property next door. I wish I had booked with their sister property. You feel like you are at a cheap Holiday Inn. For $1677 a night there is not even a robe in the room. The rooms and grounds are NOTHING like the pictures. Don’t waste your money.
Fantastic property. Walking distance from everything worth doing!
Great property. We will definitely stay there again.
Perfect for a couples getaway!
Just perfect. In the quiet part of town, but within walking distance of everything. Pool and private beach were wonderful.
They charged me abunch of extra for I have no idea why
Very nice property. Modern design and upbeat. Spacious room but bathroom set up not ideal given all the space they had. AC output not great. Decent gym area. Restaurants very good. Sister property is nicer but was great being able to access their amenities.
Room view was not accurate. Really no view. Room faced the other rooms.
Older property in a prime location. Staff can be helpful when they want to be.
The TV and most of the lights in the room did not work. There were tiles missing in the bathroom and only 2 wait staff for the entire beach and pool. The location was beautiful but the hotel was somewhat run down.
Great location, terrible customer service
Check delayed till 5.30 pm, concierge did not deliver luggage to the room for another 2 hours, we paid for a 3 bed room but housekeeping did not get the third bed ready, so ended up just with the king bed. Toilet over flushed at 4.30 in the morning flooding the bathroom, nobody attended to this till 10.30 am despite repeated requests. Housekeeping never came to dry up the toilet either. Terrible terrible guest servicing for $1500 per night charges. The hotel is badly managed with limited to no staff. The hotel needs to focus on improving customer service instead seems to be more focussed on charging abnoxious rates for terrible service. The location is brilliant but the stay was highly compromised by the services and the inconvenience throughout the stay.
Definitely not Hilton quality. The rooms need updating and for the price could be more spacious and inviting. It is built like a motel and not a 4 star hotel. Please renovate when possible. The location is great and access to beach is wonderful.
A little outdated rooms
Check in was very slow and very odd. The person that checked us kept saying if we didn’t like our room we could switch… for a fee. There ended being nothing wrong with the room so it seemed to be just a way to get more money above an already expensive price…the balcony door wouldn’t close but they fixed it right away… there was an issue with our cabana but they took care of that too. Restaurant was good. Beach was nice with no rocks but it was too cold to swim.
Rooms need to be improved Hallways looks to older
A great getaway for couples
We loved the food at the restaurant and cocktails on the beach. The beach front is beautiful and the sand is perfect everyday. Service was great with friendly staff everywhere.
Very nice property in Key West. We will definitely be going back.
Great hotel - must stay
Nice place
Excellent location and beach... Staff was accommodating and cared for the people...
They need new mattress, my back is killing me
Avoid, disgraceful customer service Stay elsewhere
Not worthy of the Hilton Franchise. The attitude of the staff was generally very poor. Had it not have been for the intervention of Michelle Belton we'd have checked out at day 1. There are far better hotels in Key West & this one is resting on its laurels from a by gone era. We had some complaints & were assured the General Manager would visit us personally, he didn't make contact & wasn't available! Instead he sent a bell boy with a couple of bottles of water & some biscuits! How arrogant! Don't expect your room to be cleaned until around 7:00pm & if you dare to say you booked & paid for a room with a sea view the response could. be (as it was with us) "well if you can see the sea from your room you should think yourself lucky"! As a result of the attitude here we cancelled the bookings we had with Hilton for the remainder of our stay as a point of principle. If it's the only Hotel in Key West then choose a different destination. Avoid
Very nice place and very friendly staff
5 star
We had a great time there! The view was amazing! Love four marlins
Great
Feels like our home away from home. Always.
Very nice place for a holiday away. On the beach and the second hotel had extra pools and entertainment. We enjoyed both properties.
Room was not very clean. And only had one trashcan in the entire room. Also the pullout couch bed would not pull out because it would hit the entertainment center. So we had to do some rearranging. We definitely would stay here again, but a few things could use a little attention. Overall good.
Building needs to be renovated.
The lady who checked us in wasn't really nice.
Nice beach hotel, would stay there again.
I liked the friendly and accommodating staff. The scenery snd restaurant was great but a little pricey. I did not like the rooster crowing at 0500 am. On my last evening my room was never cleaned, but the front desk sent coffee, water and cups to my room upon request. Overall I may return soon.
Really liked that there is a beach. The restaurant and ocean view are wonderful.
Beautiful property with friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and quiet. Restaurant was very expensive (almost $100 for a Caesar salad and fish and chips and only water to drink) Luckily there is a grocery store/deli close by which we used often.
We loved everything about this place. The staff, the room, the view…we don’t want to leave! We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Key West
Good service staff, kitchen staff fumbled several simple meals though. Front desk staff had several rookies & managers had to intercede. Excellent location but when we checked out we had been banged for 4 nites of Valet Parking and we had no car, it took the manager to comprehend this for the ‘challenged’ rookie desk lady.
Nice place to stay. I didn't like mandatory valet for $45 per day. The hotel has a nice beach and nice grounds. I felt safe here. I like that they are pet friendly, but there isn't much area for dogs to relive themselves. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5.
Property itself, gorgeous.... Roosters in the courtyard crowing all nite long made it impossible to sleep.
3rd stay and always a problem
Wonderful place to stay, close to all that happens
Beautiful property, ocean side with wonderful food and service.
Beautiful, beach front resort.
Great place !!
Our favorite resort in keywest for family
This is the absolute worst Hilton property. DIRTY, RUDE, and FALLING APART First-check in we were offered no information about property details, amenities, dining options, or other details. First room on the first night was dirty and falling apart. Took a shower and the shower leaked everywhere had to take all of our clean towels to wipe up the water on the floor. Toilet ran constantly, and the door handle on the shower was falling off. Tried to tell the front desk and they wanted to move us. Being as if we were staying for 6 days we were hesitant as we had already unpacked but we decided to make the move. Next room was no better and was extremely dirty. The stand up showers floor was dry rotted and cracked and falling through, the dust on the doors, mirrors, fans, ledges were so thick it was disgusting, the floors were stained and not cleaned. We went to change our sheets and the sheets that were brought had stains all over them and when we pulled the fitted sheet off the mattress cover had pee stains all over it. We asked a manager to come up and there was no one available and the front desk attendant ask us to bring the mattress cover down to the lobby in front of everyone which was very embarrassing. We asked for a manager to come after that and no one came we also asked for them to come make our bed with clean sheets and no one came for 6 hours and we had to go back down and ask again. We had to call Hilton to get a manager to come up which took another day. When t
Super friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. The seagulls and pigeons bath regularly in the pool. The water is full of feathers. It didn’t seem to bother most people though.
Didn't care for the restaurant food.
Beautiful Location
Very nice
We stayed at the Key West Hilton Curio Collection this past week, October 6-10, right during Hurricane Milton--Key West was just on the fringes, but we got a lot of wind and rain. The Hotel was great during the storm, the staff was very helpful, nice, efficient, friendly. The restaurant was excellent. Loved the room, the location (right on the beach), loved the fact that we could walk to Duvall Street and all over the Downtown/Oldtown. Trolley stop half a block away. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks!
Elevators not working. Room ready late. My wife and I had to get ready in gym bathroom for a boat ride. Housekeeping not good. Very disappointed. Spent alot of money for this trip.
Great trip!
Only 1 elevators operating and was mostly out of service for the whole hotel. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. This is an ongoing problem and had nothing to do with weather conditions. Poorly maintained elevators. Unacceptable for what they’re room rates are. Will never stay there again
Return trip to the Reach. We absolutely love it and will go back. The entire staff bar were all amazing. Only had one working elevator. Funny enough, even that one did not work both when we check in and out with our luggage.
After we setlled in we went to beach, pool and top restaurant all at once that was very nice and convenient.
Very pleasant and responsive staff. Pool and beach very nice.
property well maintained and very pretty.. Be4ach was very nice, even though we were there while Hurricane Helene passed by.
Loved the private hotel beach and many things were walking distance. Our room was way in the back of the property and was far, but when the AC broke, they upgraded to a room close to the elevator with a much better view.
This beautiful, romantic, quiet hotel is the Atlantic side of Key West. I Cannot say enough about the staff, their customer service is amazing and endless! The hotel is Close enough to all the shops and restaurants but yet far enough away it’s quiet. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will no doubt stay there again.
Love that you have access to the Hilton Casa Marina amenities. That place is gorgeous and it was nice to pay the lower price at the curio and be able to use the amenities at casa Marina. Curio was walking distance to everything duvan street has to access and is one of the only properties with its own beach. The room was super spacious! Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.
Amazing stay. Property was beautiful. Though bathrooms were a little outdated and rusty.
Everything was wonderful. We were celebrating our anniversary and The Reach made it very special! Highly recommend!
The staff was amazing! The property was clean and great all around environment! We would definitely stay at this property again.
Unfortunately, with the sugar ants all over our bedroom, we did not like our stay, I was hoping that they were going to make it right, but ended up charging me even more between the amenities and the valet or comp for another visit, but did not
Area
I loved The Reach so much! It has its own little beach and lots of things to do! Dining on the beach was amazing! The staff were all so nice! We would definitely stay there again!
Nice hotel and beach little priced
We arrived to the property to only learn it was being closed for renovations. We were moved to a different property. The staff did provide a courtesy vehicle for us to move our luggage back into and take us to the new property
Amazing property and very helpful staff
The hotel is terribly old, the pool is very dirty
Room should have been Ocean view but really it was court yard. Door wouldn't close so unlocked all night. Staff was was great
The beach and pool were excellent. Walkable to Duval
Need to clean elevators
Private beach was nice with plenty to do in the area
Thumbs up
Location was great and reasonable
Everything was overall really good. I would suggest renovating the elevator that looks like to enter in an oven and the exterior of the hotel, but the room are comfortable and nice, recently renovated. The pool area and the beach are nice too. The staff is great. The dock at the beach was really dirty due to the colony of pigeons that live there. The property should do something to avoid the pigeons in the restaurant area. Unfortunately, there was construction noise during our stay, close to the beach and the restaurant. it wasn't the best experience, but this is just an unpleasant situation that should have been notify before booking by the property.
The room air was super loud
Beautiful place everything was perfect I will go there again in the future
We loved the area and the resort.
This place really is paradise. Really nice staff, beautiful courtyard with beautiful cabanas and games, the private beach is beautiful. There is sea weed but overall i definitely recommend!!
Thought the general property was in desperate need of an upgrade the lift we had access to was a disgrace dirty rusted and just old. property did just not seem clean. Candles in lanterns in restaurant had fallen over and were covered in dust, lanterns were rusted went there on 1st day not tempted to go again during our stay. Overall disappointing.
Location was great but issues with room were unacceptable!!
