Good

The Niu is conveniently close to DUS. It cost 17 Euros to get there by taxi from the airport. Check-in was quick and easy, although be aware that you need to pay a city fee separately from the cost of the hotel room. The person tending the bar was very friendly and spoke perfect German and English. Flammkuchen and goulash are available 24/7, so no need to go hungry. While somewhat spartan, rooms were clean, interestingly decorated, and provided some information about visiting Düsseldorf. The built-in Bluetooth speaker was a fun perk. Breakfast was a typical satisfying European buffet with lots of options.

Modern hotel on the edge of the city. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. It's not in a particularly inspiring part of town but it's fine for easy access by taxi to the airport and city centre.

A nice hotel in a good location. No food on site except frozen pizza and the worst comforter in all of Europe. the Duvet cover is made out of sandpaper, rougher than a stay in New Jersey jail.

The worst experience ever at a hotel!!!

Bloody shocking. It took 3hrs to checkin from arriving to getting my room. Plus I had a guaranteed booking of a superior room and the hotel did not have one. Not happy and expect compensation from you.

Good for short stays, lacking drinks facilities in

Nice clean hotel, ideal for short stays. Lack of kettle, drink facilities in the room a big negative as this is expected as a standard in hotels these days. Comfortable beds clean room but nowhere to put clothing except for a small rail on wall. Overall nice environment would use again.

I love that thd property is close to the airport and not too far from Old town dusseldorf. Presently, thats no gym. But we were tokd that it will be established soon. There is no business center and the parking cost over 15 euros per day. Which i found a little high considering i was stayi g in the hotel. Regardless, I will stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting Dusseldorf Christmas markets, good transport links. The only improvement we could reccomend was hot drink facilities in the room would’ve made it a 5* review

Odada Almanya daki birçok otel gibi telefon yok. Ütü istedim. 20 Euro depozito istendi. Ütü masasını sormaya çekindim. Kahvaltı orta düzeyde. Çarşaf değişikliği ücrete tabi. Temizlik ve konfor ilk gün için iyiydi.

Slechte service!

Mooie kamer, schoon en fijne douche. Service erg slecht: bar gaat gewoon een uur eerder dicht terwijl het hartstikke druk was. Praten als brugman maar je kreeg gewoon niks meer!!! Ontbijt: slecht bijgevuld, geen glaasjes, kopjes etc. Broodjes waren zo wit, nauwelijks afgebakken. Pasjes van de kamer werken slecht, met 1 overnachting 3x 1/2 uur aan de receptie geweest. Kortom: absoluut geen aanrader!

I could not open the door to my room on two consequtive days and the drain in the bathroom was clocked and nobody fixed it. At Check-in the receptionist wasn't helpful at all and communication was poor.

Alles bestens. Ich bin ziemlich spät im Hotel angekommen, dachte ich eine Flasche Wasser wird verfügbar sein, ich habe mich geirrt. Im Hotel eine Flasche Wasser hat 6 Euro gekostet, das ist eine Frechheit.

Personal unfreundlich und schlecht organisiert. Mir wurde am Empfang die bereits bezahlte Buchung erneut berechnet. Gebäude selbst sauber und modern. Liegt komplett vom Schuss weg. Eine Aldi Filiale wenige Gehminuten weg, ansonsten keine Möglichkeiten. Für eine Nacht, wenn man eine Veranstaltung besucht okay, ansonsten nicht empfehlenswert.

Neues Hotel. Sehr modern. Die Bar & der Vorderhof des Hotels sieht schick aus. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Keine Minibar, kein Kleiderschrank oder Ähnliches. Das was mir persönlich überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war, dass das Zimmer gar kein Queenbett hat. Es wurden einfach zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt. Wenn man als Paar zusammen schläft, kann es passieren, dass die Betten sich einfach trennen und man in die Lücke zwischen den Betten sackt. Wir mussten mehrmals in der Nacht aufstehen und die Betten zusammenschieben.. Deshalb war die Nacht nicht erholsam.. sehr schade..

Unterkunft war in Ordnung , Personal war nett nur zu wenig Personal für die Anzahl der Gäste

Bra och fina rum stor toalett ,sköna sängar Lite dåligt utbud i bar/restaurang , hyffsad bra frukost Eftersom det inte finns någon restaurang i närheten skulle det finnas lite mer i matväg att välja på.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich wirklich sehr schön und auch die Rezeption war freundlich, jedoch hat mich gestört das sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ und man somit kein wirklichen Sauerstoff über nacht reinholen konnte. Das das Thermostat für die Belüftung der Ventilatoren war nicht toll. Es hat nicht gekühlt geschweige das Zimmer von der Temperatur gesenkt sondern wurde eher mehr vom Gradmesser was es noch schlimmer gemacht hat fürs schlafen. Die Sauberkeit jedoch sowie auch die Toiletten waren echt toll.

Klasse Service, Sauberkeit ist groß geschrieben und nachhaltig sind sie auch. War zuerst skeptisch eine neue Hotelkette auszuprobieren, aber wurde nur positiv überrascht

Ett mycket bra hotell. Rent, snyggt, fina rum. Avstår man städning på rummet får man en gratis drink i hotellets bar. Ca 10 min från flygplatsen.

Es war sehr ruhig im Zimmer war es sehr schön eingerichtet sauber man konnte mit den Straßen Bahn sehr gut überall hin kommen Supermarkt in der Nähe also hat mir gefallen das Personal war sehr höflich und sehr preiswert
