This is a good Hotel , clean, modern and excellent with a profesional staff. The only reason I can’t rate as a 5 ⭐️ personally is because the location is far away within walking distance to any public transportation or any restaurant or supermarket very limited so you need to buy everything in the hotel at a higher price but other than this the Hotesl is a great place to stay with very nice Rooms.

Close to airport but boring

Cheap place within reach of airport but the immediate area is corporate and boring

We were disappointed that the hotel was so far away from the airport. I booked it on the understanding that it was 0.9 kms from the airport. It's much furthr and cost €28 in a taxi. Secondly, unlike most hotels, there is no tea/coffee facility in the rooms. Thirdly, prior to arrival, there was no mention of a "tourist tax" of €3 per person per day. We visit Germany annually and this is the girdt time that we"ve had to pay it. We're travellkng on to another hotel for 7 nights. It will be interesting to see if we're charged again for this tax. Apart from that, the hotel is fine.

Absolutely amazing and would recommend

What I didn't like was that basic dental kit, shaving kit or slipons for bathroom were not provided despite being IHG hotel.

Good

The Niu is conveniently close to DUS. It cost 17 Euros to get there by taxi from the airport. Check-in was quick and easy, although be aware that you need to pay a city fee separately from the cost of the hotel room. The person tending the bar was very friendly and spoke perfect German and English. Flammkuchen and goulash are available 24/7, so no need to go hungry. While somewhat spartan, rooms were clean, interestingly decorated, and provided some information about visiting Düsseldorf. The built-in Bluetooth speaker was a fun perk. Breakfast was a typical satisfying European buffet with lots of options.

Modern hotel on the edge of the city. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. It's not in a particularly inspiring part of town but it's fine for easy access by taxi to the airport and city centre.

A nice hotel in a good location. No food on site except frozen pizza and the worst comforter in all of Europe. the Duvet cover is made out of sandpaper, rougher than a stay in New Jersey jail.

The worst experience ever at a hotel!!!

Bloody shocking. It took 3hrs to checkin from arriving to getting my room. Plus I had a guaranteed booking of a superior room and the hotel did not have one. Not happy and expect compensation from you.

Good for short stays, lacking drinks facilities in

Nice clean hotel, ideal for short stays. Lack of kettle, drink facilities in the room a big negative as this is expected as a standard in hotels these days. Comfortable beds clean room but nowhere to put clothing except for a small rail on wall. Overall nice environment would use again.

I love that thd property is close to the airport and not too far from Old town dusseldorf. Presently, thats no gym. But we were tokd that it will be established soon. There is no business center and the parking cost over 15 euros per day. Which i found a little high considering i was stayi g in the hotel. Regardless, I will stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting Dusseldorf Christmas markets, good transport links. The only improvement we could reccomend was hot drink facilities in the room would’ve made it a 5* review

Wir hatten 2 einzelne Betten und das Bad war sehr groß! Angenehmes Zimmer und Hotelbar hat zumindest pizza bis 00:30! Falls plan A mal schiefgeht!

Super Hotel in Flughafennähe, sehr freundliches, junges Personal, Zimmer sehr schön und ausreichend für eine Nacht, alles sauber und komfortabel. Essen an der Bar wäre noch ausbaufähig ( Pizza, Flammkuchen, Salat als Fertiggerichte); in Laufweite nicht wirklich Alternativen zum Essen. Sind aber trotzdem satt geworden. Preis Leistung ist aber nicht zu toppen, wir wűrden definitiv wiederkommen,,

Ich finde die Unterkunft gut das einzige ist, dass es keine Fenster gibt die man öffnen kann. Aber eine Klimaanlage

Sauberes Zimmer, aber enttäuschender Service

Insgesamt war es ein durchschnittlicher Aufenthalt. Zunächst einmal ist die Lage des Hotels nicht ideal – die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur nach einem 15-minütigen Fußweg erreichbar. Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch das Zimmer. Obwohl wir auf der Website ein Doppelbett gebucht hatten (diese Option war eindeutig verfügbar), bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Als ich dies beim Personal ansprach, hieß es, dass es im gesamten Hotel keine Zimmer mit Doppelbett gäbe – obwohl solche Zimmer sowohl auf Hotels.com als auch auf der eigenen Website mit Bildern angezeigt werden. Auch der Kundenservice von Hotels.com war keine Hilfe, obwohl das Problem eindeutig war. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber die Fenster ließen sich überhaupt nicht öffnen – nicht einmal zum Lüften. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das der angenehmste Teil unseres Aufenthalts war.

War alles ok. Die Zimmerausstattung war gut, bis auf die WC-Spülung die nicht richtig funktionierte hat. Hotel liegt in Flughafen nähe.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, nur die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war schon sehr schlecht. Außerdem war das Zimmer relativ laut.

Nettes Business-Hotel ohne Frischluft

Sauberes Hotel, Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, absolut freundliches Personal. Mein einzuger Negativpunkt ist dass man kein Fenster öffnen kann, man ist gezwungen mit aklimaanlage zu schlafen, was ich leider garnicht vertrage

J’ai vraiment aimé l’état de la chambre. Par contre j’ai pas apprécié le fait que le lit sépare et le service a oublié une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. C’est sûr que je vais recommander cet hôtel à tous Ami et connaissant merci pour votre accueil généreux.

Mat kveld i bar var kun knapt akseptabelt. Pizza i micro grill greit , salat i pappbeger med kun ferdig dressing rundstykke men ikke olje eller smør ikke salt og en av de to varme Flamkuchen var ikke tilgjengelig fra lørdag, kanskje fra tirs/ onsd... eller helt ok

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war super bequem und das Preis Leistung Niveau war suoer.Gern wieder

Moderne Ausstattung. Leider ohne Schrank im Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein (Flecken neben dem Lichtschalter und dem Waschbecken, Steckdose im Badezimmer komplett zugestaubt)
