Ok for what you pay bit out of the way but Uber service is excellent

Love the esthetic of this hotel. Staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable, breakfast was a great variety, and so helpful that I was able to have my bunny with me as its pet friendly! I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

On entry to our room there was a distinctive unpleasant odour that I believe came from the drain in the floor of the bathroom that emanated beyond the bathroom to the bedroom. The temperature of the room remained at 27 degrees C overnight despite attempting to reduce the temperature using the panel control. Breakfast was fortunately included in our booking (it certainly wasn’t worth the €10 that was on a sign on entrance to the breakfast room). There were a number of options available but no basic bread to toast. Some of the pastries were dry. Overall my sister and I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean tidy rooms Excellent reception staff on afternoon Breakfast was very European (olives meat pastries etc) not to our taste in morning and unfortunately wasn’t offered alternative until after requesting just toast. Dogs in hotel bad enough but when your eating - is a no go

We had a wonderful stay, and the receptionist was very helpful, the breakfast was good! Had a good time!

Hotel and room is great but no kettle in the room to make coffee or tea

Hotel seems new with on site free parking. Room was quite big and buffet breakfast was decent.

Friendly helpful staff, good sized quiet comfortable rooms, good choice at breakfast. Easy to get to using tram #6 which stops outside the door (almost).

Nice clean quite hotel. Nice cafe downstairs with outdoor seating. Only stayed for one night but that was still enough to know it was a good hotel and the price was also good.

Loop Hotel Zagreb 2018-06

Nice hotel slightly outside of Zagreb. Perfect if you have a car rented as there are parking available. Staff was very friendly.

Trendy hotel with flaws

Perfectly situated just next to the Slavonska avenija and close to centre of Zagreb on one side and Sava recreational areas on another. Big parking lot (unsecured though). Rooms quite big with trendy decor but in need of refurbishment already (chair almost colapsing, worn out mattress, no couch?). No tea/coffee making facilities. TV constantly crashing. Breakfast mediocre. Nobody cleaning the tables, just on request. Staff cold, unproffessional. In short service upgrade needed urgently!

Very unpleasant!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this hotel from 19th May till 22nd May. When we first booked this hotel we received a nice acknowledgement of our booking from this hotel and our request for late checkout was approved even if it meant having to pay an extra 200 kuna. Two days before our scheduled arrival I emailed the hotel to remind them of our late checkout on 23rd May only for them to reject our request claiming that the hotel is fully booked on the day of our departure. I explained to hotel receptionist Draga our flight will depart in the evening on 23/5 hence the request for late checkout but still our request was turned down. The irony is while it was rejected by Draga it was approved by another hotel receptionist Marina when I requested for the extended checkout on 23/5. Unfortunately our stay in this hotel is very unpleasant. When we arrived on 19/5 we found the room to be rather hot and the aircon is not working. Tried to call reception but the phone too is not working. Next to the aircon panel is a call button for assistance. We pressed the button and there was a beeping sound but no one came. We pressed a total of 3 times, still no one came. It could be the sound was drowned by the loud piped-in music so no one could hear us. We wonder what will happen if there is a serious incident? I decided to go to the hotel reception personally and was told by Draga the central air conditioning system is switched to winter mode. Oh my goodness! It is end spring and summer

Nice hotel

We stayed one night mid-May; the room was clean and confortable, but the air conditioning did not work and it was hot, and opening the window, we did not get much air and it is very noisy by the highway. We were told at our arrrival that breakfast was included, so we had breakfast and then at check out, we were charged an extra 25.00$ for it. We did not appreciate being tricked like this. If you go, be sure to make it clear before hand what is included and what is not!

Enjoyable Stay

Visited Zagreb for business recently and stay for the first time to the Loop Hotel. Brand new hotel with great taste in furniture and good lighting. Stayed on the 3rd floor with great view. Breakfast was good and well prepared. Close to the city center.

Hotel used to be better. Bed was small. Not the queensize as booked. Staff was nice. Parking was good. Breakfast was average.

Valeu a pena

Muito bom, fora do centro, mas perto do TRAM. Local não é muito bonito, mas tem um bom custo beneficio.

Ein ganz toll organisierter Hotelbetrieb neben einer Dentalklinik, die eben dazu gehört. Aussen wie innen, ebenso die Zimmer und Flure sehr ansprechend modern eingerichtet.

Le but de notre voyage :Les chutes de Plitvicé. L' hôtel (Patricia)nous a conseillé et réservé les taxis avec efficacité. Ne pouvant pas prendre notre déjeuné prévu l' hôtel nous donné un lunch déjeuné. Conseils pour le tram et la visite de Zagreb avec beaucoup de professionnalisme .
