love this hotel and it is my goto for London. the area is sketch which is why this HOxton is by far the cheapest. but the hotel itself is top notch and the staff is excellent. I got upgraded for a very small fee and also given an extra late check out for a very nominal amount.
Lovely hotel Lovely staff Very clean
This is a really lovely hotel, modern and excellent quality. I booked a basement room with no windows and wasn’t expecting much, but it was a really good room, didn’t feel dark and dingy at all. really nice bathroom, great shower. Impressive!
The Hoxton is a wonderful boutique hotel that has all the amenities and is in a great location. I was so grateful for the early check in and the super friendly staff. Thank you, Kevin at the front desk. Highly recommend.
Cosy Neighbourhood
I stayed for one night and had a great experience overall. Check-in was quick and friendly, and I was upgraded from a Snug to a Cosy Neighbourhood room, which was a lovely bonus. The room was beautifully decorated with a vintage, stylish vibe—loved the DAB radio, sculpted mirrors, cool lighting, and the sunset view over the skyline was stunning. A couple of small issues: the TV didn’t work, not a big deal as I used my phone, but still worth noting. The rainfall shower was leaking where the head connects to the pipe, which caused water to spray over the glass door and flood the floor. I fixed it myself by tightening the head, but it was a bit chaotic for a sec. The bedding was super thick and plush, which felt luxurious—but I ended up sweating loads in the night and woke up drenched a couple of times. Probably just me running hot, but something to keep in mind. I didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast this time, but from the menu and photos, it looks amazing. The vibe of the reception, lounge, and restaurant area is super chic and really inviting. Despite those minor things, it’s a beautiful luxury property and honestly a steal for the price—cheaper than a Premier Inn! Would 100% stay again when I’m in London.
Clean, helpful, and comfortable
D
I had a couple of days of solo get away here. Beautiful room and nice view to the park. I wasn’t aware/told that I had to request room clean so my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay but otherwise everything was great.
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was lovely, clean and the bed was really comfortable.
.
Charming, artsy hotel in the middle of a very diverse area. Older area of London, check out the Shepherds bush market. Hotel itself only 2 years old, very clean and fun.
Fantastic overall experience
This property was located near the train station which was wonderful. However it was very dirty and very busy. I would however recommend this stay.
.
Cosy and stylish rooms with comfortable bed and shower facilities. For the price, would expect a few additional luxuries like a coffee machine, complimentary refreshments/snacks etc. We requested an iron and ironing board as well as a new kettle (to replace the leaking one we had that burnt my partner) and this was sorted quickly and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a lovely hotel but wouldn’t say it was worth the price we paid.
Had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush, staff were friendly and attentive, and the downstairs bar/restaurant had a great atmosphere. Room was spotless with a super comfy bed and nice bathroom. Very quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
The staff is very nice and helpful. Megan and everyone was very nice and helpful.
Everything was great,
Love this hotel
Just wonderful. A beautiful hotel, great service, great location.
Great hotel, would recommend
Bed was very comfortable! Sound proofing is excellent! Staff were very helpful and very quick! I like you could purchase drinks and snacks from reception and that you weren’t bothered by cleaners unless you requested it! Great access to two underground stations! Not a lot to do in the area other than westfields unless you’re attending a concert but it’s super easy to get where you need to go by underground or bus. Lovely feeling to the hotel, always felt safe and that I could get whatever I needed!
Lovely friendly stay
The Hoxton was so lovely and clean. There was a great atmosphere when you first walked in through the doors. Friendly reception staff, bar and restaurant. They all made sure we had everything we needed. The room wasn’t huge but it was comfy and clean and plenty adequate in size.
Great location on the green and lovely rooms and the staff was excellent and helped me get a room in the morning after a long flight which I really appreciated
1 night stay couple - will be a back
One of the best we've stayed at.
Very good location.
Great
Lovely hotel, well situated.
Great stay
Fab staff - helpful and welcoming. Really friendly and very stylish hotel.
If you are two or plan to spend any time in your room don’t get the snug. Snug is an understatement. Otherwise great
Great
Not great
I had booked a room away from the road as I know how busy it is. I arrived late and was 'upgraded' to a slightly larger room but overlooking the road on a 'high floor'. level 4 is not high so not great. also the soundproofing from next door was non existent. I can tell you everything about the 2 ladies lives from their normal conversation voices!
Really lovely welcome, nothing was too much, clean and great decor. Simplistic and contemporary
A great stay
Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and room cosy and comfortable. Handy location
Fantastic hotel in a mildly not so great location. Clean, modern, quality, would absolutely stay again. Great value for money.
I've stayed at numerous Hoxton properties in several countries, and I've never had a bad stay. Staff at this particular location were incredibly helpful, and the rooms are lovely.
The room/toilet were very clean and comfortable. Conditions of the property were up to date as well as maintining the touch of heritage. 4 stars because it was not as quiet as I would like it to be ... but I appreciate the attempt of soundproofing considering the surrounding hustle bustle.
Great hotel in excellent area for shopping. Nice design and layout.
Excellent hotel
Speedy check in and tidy room
Great location and exceptionally clean
Lovely easy relaxing hotel will stay again for sure
Excellent stay
Lovely hotel, beautiful decor. Would stay again!
Great stay!
Always welcoming
Great team, comfy room
The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located between two underground stations for quick travel around London.
Lovely hotel, staff friendly and room clean and modern. Close to tube stations to explore and Westfield for shopping. Definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Lovely friendly staff on reception
Receptionists were very helpful and nice to talk to. The room was a bit small but very clean and we knew in advance the size of the room. Convenient walking distance to subway stations.
Comfortable but lacks service
All in all had a nice stay and was a great location for my visit. However I felt the service in the bar area was poor. Always seemed to be a lack of staff. Staff that were on the bar seemed to have no urgency whatsoever. Just a lack of self motivation. Restaurant service was a little better.
Free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Great location for the o2
I really enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend it.
Great stay! Staff was very kind and helpful, transportation was easy with many bus stops into central London right in front of the property and a very cute bar/ dining area if you want to stay in. Rooms were a bit small but very clean.
This is an amazing hotel and very easy to get to everywhere in London from here. A lot of dining options in the area as well. The hotel also has a very cozy dining/lounge area (a very good place to have a tea/coffee). The room we got was cozy and clean, but it was very small. I wish it had a closet so they we can at least put our stuff away. Also when I had a noise complaint, the front desk took care of it promptly. Aside from the space, we would definitely stay at the this hotel again in future.
I booked this hotel stay as a break to recover from a minor surgery, my main objective for the trip was to relax and just watch tv and sleep. The staff upon check in were very pleasant. I decided to pay a little extra to stay here instead of 2 other cheaper options close by because i thought it would be higher quality. First of all the tv was glitching on the regular channels and wasn't a smart tv so we were unable to plug any of our devices in to get the tv to work and so only had the option to have it off or watch things from our phones , for context i was unable to get out of bed for at least 2 of the days and so this was really disappointing. We asked if they had a hdmi cable to help with the tv which they eventually brought but we were treated like it was an unreasonable request and the person even hung up on my partner. The room itself was very bare minimum , no shelf in the shower, no bedside drawers and no where to sit down we had to ask for a chair. The food was reasonable and decent but the staff at the resturaunt were generally not v friendly is the only way to put it. I think if i was in better physical fitness it might not have seemed so bad but needing the extra accessibility and slower pace did not seem very possible at this hotel. One of the mornings where i had managed to get to sleep very late from being in pain the front desk called the room around 8.30am on repeat until i had to get out of bed to answer, only to ask if i had the tv
Staff was awesome
The room was very nice and comfortable
Good for a quick business trip.
Good facilities. Good food/bar. Room i stayed was very small and cramped even for single occupancy. Good if you're traveling for 1 or 2 nights with a backpack.
Excellent customer service. Every single person was friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean hotel.
Staff was very friendly, park across the street was nice, bustling nightlife at the hotel bar
Lovely property in lively Shepherds Bush. The hotel upgraded me to a corner room with wrap around windows. It was heaven.
Check in staff were excellent. The room was comfy and clean, love the decor. I will stay at Hoxtons everywhere I can in the future.
Staff were helpful, I lost an item on the plane and they tried in many ways to help me get in contact with the airport/airlines. Hygiene products were provided when asked. The hotel is in a great location and public transportation is near.
Amazing staff, hotel has a nice aesthetic, clean and good location. Also, enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel and the bar.
Good price for excellent quality
Wonderful stay. I stayed in a bunk room with my daughter and the room, whilst small, was very comfortable with all we needed. Very clean, lovely bedding. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant. Would stay here again. Good price for the quality of hotel.
Great hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The bar area was cool and the Thai restaurant was delicious!
Perfect mix of comfort and vibe.
Amazing staff. Perfect location. One of my faves and always a part of my visit to London. From hanging in the lobby, my morning coffee, the comfy bed, and great vibe.
Loved it!
Ok, so the room was small, but I expect that in London especially. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Service was great. Neighborhood was great. Lots of restaurant options and an easy walk to the tube.
Great atmosphere staff I would stay there again 😊
Small room but super comfy bed. Lobby was a great place to hang out or get some work done.
We loved the friendliness of the staff the most.
The friendliness of each staff- made us feel right at home. They were also helpful with suggestions and making taxi arrangements. We loved staying here and would do it all again.
Good location for Heathrow and west end.
Very nice stay in London. Convenient to the tube. Only complaint would be that the room was a tight squeeze.
Great short stay
Great bustling hotel with a lively vibe. Ideally located for the Empire and underground trains. Staff were super friendly and attentive.
Great
Rihanna (hope that’s how you spell) checked us in and gave the most amazing service I’ve ever received at a hotel! SO kind, friendly and accommodating. The room/lobby was gorgeous and the bar at night and DJ superb. Would definitely stay again!
Was really impressed with the Hoxton. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The room was small but plenty big enough for our needs…it was well maintained with a really comfy bed. Plus it’s only 2 mins from the tube. All in all it was excellent value for money compared with other London hotels and I would definitely stay there again.
A great place for a short break
A beautiful hotel in a handy location for work. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed. There’s a handy restaurant for breakfast and dinner with some delicious options that all have an Asian twist. I was travelling for work, but this would be a great place for a short break too.
Fantastic location, great room, lovely property,
Hideout room fine for one night
Stayed in a "hideout" basement room. Was totally fine for one night. Would be great if there was a show at Shepherds Bush Empire. Ultimately I did miss the windows and glad I was only in the room for one night. It was very clean. There were some interesting smells in the late afternoon and at night that did waft through the room because it was so enclosed - food smells, spices, etc. that must have been from the restaurant. But it ended up being really quiet at night to be honest. Size of room was fine, although I do wish there had been a desk. It was definitely right off the underground stop (Shepherds Bush Market) so it easy to access.
I really like this hotel but I wasn't impressed with the service in the restaurant. Also, I had problems with the television set. Both times, I had to call reception to come up and fix it.
The staff were really friendly and aesthetics of the hotel was amazing!
superb hotel and lovely staff gave me a gift for my birthday. so kind.
My best hotel experience in a long time! Each member of staff I met was friendly, professional, polite and extremely helpful. The room was well insulated, so very quiet at night, and the bed was super comfortable - I slept brilliantly every night. Also, the hotel is well appointed with many transport links and Westfield on its doorstep for great shopping. I will definitely be checking in again when next visiting London!
The Hoxton is a great Hotel and good value. Where it is in Shepherds Bush isn't one of the better areas of London.
Little breakfast bags available in the room
Staff super friendly and helpful. From Shepherds bush station to the hotel, you pass through a bit dodgy street but apart from that, excellent location.
From start to finish my stay at The Hoxton was incredible. I’ve stayed at many different properties in London and this one was by far the best service and atmosphere. The young man who checked us in HOURSSSS early with no extra fee, excellent… the young woman who works at Chet’s from Spain, such a kind person, the young woman from Poland at the bar, super sweet, and Rihanna at check out was the best way to end things. Only slight complaint I had was the first floor was noisy after midnight with slamming doors, when I voiced to Rihanna she was empathetic and offered coffee or anything to help perk my day up. She was lovely. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing, the bathroom was a good size for London, and the bed was very comfy, with a good amount of usable pillows. I will be a Hoxton fan for life. Thank you for making my mom’s first trip to London so memorable with your kindness! You guys are a true gem! It should not be considered luxury to be treated kindly, but you make it second nature.
The staff was amazing. Very attentive! The restaurant within the Hotel (Chet’s) has a very gourmet menu set in an American dining style. The full bar has everything you can imagine! I would stay here again, maybe a larger room. Met a wonderful friend Justina! She knew her stuff!
Better with the bigger room (some are small but pay extra and it's worth it). Wifi didn't work for me, but could have been my laptop.
The hotel was very good in general except that the rooms are too small
Overall I thought he property was very suitable and I would recommend it.
Excellent stuff and room, really bad guests
The stuff and room was excellent. I had a problem where the ofther guess was running up and down in the corridor all night me and my Mr's could not get to sleep we because of this. Ever time i went to check the ran away we was frightened because of this. Next time we would like to be in a room where there are camera's out in the corridor. Overall lovely room and stuff.
Soooo...this hotel shares a lobby with a fabulous restaurant/bar. We got the room with bunkbeds - it was a bit tight for 2 grown people but we made it work. Great front desk staff. would stay again but in adult sized room.
Excellent location, close to shopping, dining and transport.
Stylish and Chic
A beautiful hotel very close to Shepherd’s Bush station and Westfields. The hotel has a lovely aesthetic and my room felt like I was the first person to stay. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great too. Fresh milk in your room with the hospitality tray is a lovely touch which I really appreciated. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great, I really couldn’t fault it.
Lovely place
Well what a wonderful stay! Totally blown away by the staff, the decor, the comfort! Didn't want to leave. I booked a room without a window thinking it would be a tiny dark room but nope, felt like the most luxurious room. I would stay here in a heartbeat!
I loved this place!!! Super accommodating and kind staff. Lovely rooms and close to 2 tube stations!!
Welcoming
Lovely welcome to the hotel, good staff, great bright room.
Great service and super clean
Gorgeous, very stylish room!
