It’s not. Hotel but a bed sitter condo unit. Check out time is too early at 7 am which is unusual

I had a very comfortable stay in the property. No problem encountered. The owners are very accomodated. They even offered me to pick up at the airport (with minimal charge) since it was too hard to book a Grab Car at time of my arrival. The room was quite big. I recommend this property for your next stay near the airport.

Too difficult to locate and check in and out

The property is just a soso, the breaker tripped by itself, the instruction is not so clear. I am not picky as long as the place is clean, but it was irritating to have a long wait for someone to escort me to my room because this is a condotel and each unit is privately owned and individually managed. So, my experience might be different from others.

I like the area so convenient

Fair stay for a very fair price. The location is great! Lots to do! The apartment was clean. The only issue we had was the check in as it was a little confusing. We went to a lobby and it was not that one. We then went to their second lobby only to end up staying across the street. I do want to share that they were very flexible with late check out, the only minor issue with this was the price per hour was different than the one showed on Expedia.

Nice place close to the airport (walking distance)

Lady that help me check in was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Close to supermarket and Newport mall. Only downside was that TV didn't work. Overall nice stay.

Clean, convenient, no frills accommodations with plenty of nearby dining options. Easy access to terminal 3. Staff were great! We are already making arrangements to stay here again on our return. The price makes it a great option for anyone with a long layover at Ninoy Aquino International AirPort.

Exactly the place that i’ve been looking for. Just right across terminal 3 in NAIA. I recommend this place for someone looking for affordable yet elegant place.

Wi-Fi very slow had to go outside to get free Wi-Fi from Newport, and of course Netflix and YouTube as well.

clean and safe place

This is a great place to stay overnight while waiting for a connecting flight, as it's walking distance from the airport. After reading other reviews online we were a bit worried that there would be cockroaches in the flat, but luckily we did not see any - and the flat was in good condition. Only thing to note is that there was no hot water in the shower, and finding the right place to 'check in' is a bit tricky as the building has many different reception areas - but if you go to the wrong place like we did, they will direct you to the right one.

I asked for clean towels and I was told I had to use the 2 towels they provided for my 11 night stay. And bring your own toilet paper.

The area is wonderful and worth the price of admission.

Stayed there for several hours whilst waiting for my plane. Famtastic price and fantastic communication. Hospitable staff. Only 6 minutes away from Terminal.

Walkable to T3. They need to change their towels. They were showing wear and tear and the smell is not very pleasing.

everything was great , the wifi was intermittent, which was a bit of an inconvenience with having kids with us , more clarity on the pool useage would have been better kids didnt get enough pool time , booking pool time is not noted in the booking process , so that was a big issue with the kids and not open monday was a big issue being our last day there and not knowing childeren were very upset about that bad news so that should be transparent in the booking ad . fix the pool rules , childeren look forword to that one convence .

I do not like cockroaches and this place had them.

The property looks nice as you enter but the rooms are very poorly maintained. Broken amenities and the ac leaks water in the room. The communication was terrible - I msg them to know where to meet them and no answer. Called them and no answer. It took me sitting in the lobby and calling them multiple time and with the help of Expedia before I got a response

Most of the equipment is broken

I tried to reach the owner prior to day of arrival and didn't hear back. It was only after we've checked-in that I received a response. On check-in day, the front desk reached out to the mgt to check us in. We were brought to the North wing section for our room. It's not clean so I swept the floor. We turned-on the aircon and water started to drip on the floor so we have to use bucket to catch the water. We asked to be moved to another room and we were immediately transferred to the South Wing section and toilet paper was provided as it was lacking in the other room. We've seen small cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen and dining area. I mentioned it to one of the staff who sprayed the bathroom and kitchen. However, we continued to see cockroaches. The room we got is not the same room pictured at time of booking. The lady staff very helpful and attentive to our complaints and request, however, the room didn't meet my expectations.

Pros - Good price and location. Cons - Difficult to find. It’s an apartment building not a hotel. You have to speak with the front desk and a host will take you to your apartment. The room didn’t feel that clean. Otherwise it was perfect for an overnight layover in Manila.

Staff are helpful

You have all the stores and restaurants on this street. Walk a short distance and you can be in Filipino markets. Great location. I prefer softer bed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I will be staying there on my next visit

No tv no internet, host sent someone three times and they said they would return and nothing!! Under bed full dirt dried food in front of fridge and no hot water in neither room!! The 150 Fremont is a joke, front seat lady is horrible both times!! Multiple stays to try different hosts and same results!

I like it because it’s close to the airport and it’s convenient

Great value. Close to terminal 3. Great for a short layover in Manila prior to traveling home. Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and those that run it worked hard to make our stay comfortable. Even picked us up and dropped us off from the airport (for an additional charge but it was reasonable).

Location to NAIA Terminal is walkable. It's just 5 minutes to the walkway elevator beside McDonald's.

The property looked very nice at first sight. It looked clean and well kept. Although when we had a closer look - it wasn’t clean at all. The bedsheets weren’t changed, it had, what seemed to be make up stains, and strands of hair. If you ever stay here, make sure to check the bedsheets, pillows and so on. Also the fridge has ants. Ants? how? The bathroom was okay I guess. Decent enough to use. The shower was broken, needed some fixing, but we managed to do that ourselves. The AC in the bedroom was leaking, the floor was wet af. They had an engineer come in to fix it. They also failed to mention this to us, the engineer just knocked on our door? No notice whatsoever. The wifi connection wasn’t that good either but whatever. Anyway, we ddn’t have a very pleasant stay. Although for the price I guess it was okay. But please! Make sure the bedsheets are new and clean! Because that was disgusting! I slept on the couch instead because that’s just disgusting.

You can walk from to terminal 3. Reception 24 hs. Condition is good cleanliness also good. Price wise is very good choice.
