Property is just perfect. Rooms, dining, swimming, are easily accessible. Parking is tricky but can be reserved. I would suggest reserving when you book the room. Use Whatsapp to communicate. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and water!

Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors.

Lovely hotel beach front! We wished we would of stayed longer.

The location was excellent and right by the water; the sea was lovely and so clean. You could see another side of Split from the beach area. However, the place is managed like an apartment which we did not know ahead of time. So we had one towel each, no chairs to sit on (only furniture was a bed and a bedside table). When we went to the beach, we had to pay for towels, pay for chairs, pay for umbrellas and there was hardly anyone ever at the reception to ask a question of. We had to buy our own soap and shampoo. we had cups in the room but no coffee... It should be advertised as is so that people know what to expect.

Clean. Good breakfast and right on the beach. I did not like: either wxpedia posted wrong or misunderstanding. Basic room has sea view, so upgrating to balcony my understanding is that sea view with balcony. The upgrade was a balcony next to public passage , with the view of stairs. Balcony had partitions blocking any view other than stairs. Not pleased at all. Room is very tiny, hardly room for 2 luggages. Owner said what she posts isnt same as l saw on expedia. So somebody isn't updating the info. We stayed only 3 nights and spent Visiting the city or stayed at the beach. Went in the room just to sleep.

The rooms were warm. There are no vents inside the bedrooms .I had to keep the air conditioning set for 18 just to get the temperature in the bedroom too 28. We also had to keep the bedroom doors open.

Nice hotel just outside Split

Nice place with a couple of minor issues. 1.wifi is painfully slow 2. The ac kept beeping throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. On the plus side, few feet from the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and supermarket. It is about 15 min drive to the town though.

We were greeted by the partner of the hotel owner who didn't know anything we had to wait and were required to pay immediately, even though we paid and more in cash there was no one to give us a receipt in the morning we had to wait over half an hour until we received.Most rooms have stairs and the room doesn't even have a table to put your suitcase down.The place is clean close to the sea

Great welcome from young lady at check in desk . We were allowed to get room early so we dropped off our bags and headed to old city. The room was clean with an awesome view.. one room did not have Ac while the other did not have a TV.. We loved the on beach location even though the beach is a white gravel that looks like it comes from Home Depot.. The restaurant had some good dishes and some of the staff was friendly.. We did encounter a couple of grumpy staff members in the morning but we just moved on with our day.. the average Uber to and from the old city promenade was about 9-10$ each way and 15-20 minutes. It is not a hotel room but more like a Air Bnb.. it’s a very nice property with an few restaurants and a nice beach at a reasonable price..

We loved Sunset Split Rooms from the moment of arrival. The very friendly staff welcomed us as if we’d be regulars coming every week ( we wish ). Our room was cozy and clean and very quiet. The first highlight of our day was the excellent breakfast at the beach. We hope we can come back again

Overall, it's very good

Lovely little hotel on the beach. There's a restaurant and also a few other places to eat around. The beach is convenient but the location is far from Split historical tourist spots. The hotel does not have a lift, and it's a lot of steps.

Sunset Split Rooms

The hotel location was great and the receptionist was super nice. Room service however was Very poor. We checked into a room with no mattress covers or sheets. The shower had no shampoo and the hallway had a night light which was supposed to be activated by motion but it kept coming on every few minutes. The receptionist/manager was extremely helpful and nice but room service was gone by the time we checked in. The second night was much better and things improved. Breakfast by the beach was very good.

Would definitely recommend this small friendly hotel for anyone wanting something close to Split and within easy access to the beach.

Nightmare stay

Arrived around 6pm, there was no water in room, no wifi, (worked down corridor at reception). No tea making facilities...We left the next morning having paid 4 nights. A terrible experience...restaurant was not open. The facility should not be advertised..... it was totally unprepared for guests. We left and found another lovely hotel nearby for the same price, it was luxury and wonderfully serviced.

Good hotel right on the beach.

Lovely spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking the beach. This hotel is ideal for those wanting night life as it has a bar and bistro that stays open until late. For myself I would want something quieter and more private. In spite of that it is a good value hotel and the breakfast is good value.

6 Great Days in Croatia

This is a great out of town and great little hotel. I would highly recommend it. Location is great on the sea front. Laying on the beach. On the back is a main road, so be careful crossing it. There is a supermarket opposite and another only 100m down the road, so great for snacks and packet lunches. The rooms are nice with a terrace and a sea view. Just one thing there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. Remarkably friendly and professional staff. There is a small kitchen, but the staff certainly can make tasty food and you get what you order. You will find both very nice meat, vegetable and seafood dishes. Next door is another great family run bar/restaurant so really worth a try. Life's a beach bar has some amazing cocktails. I could not fault it and when I come back again I would definitely stay again. Well situated for different activities if you like water sports you can hire boats and deck chairs etc. Take the local bus (No. 60) 12 kuna each way to the Split Old Town or catch the ferries to many of the islands.

Fantastic hotel on a beautiful beach location

We instantly felt very welcomed by the staff who run the restaurant and bar at the hotel. They were warm and made us feel at home when they showed us our room and the facilities. They really went the extra mile to suggest activities, local knowledge and places to go that aren't on the tour guides. The hotel itself was very clean and well looked after, modern and trendy. Great room with a great view. Food at the restaurant was of a very high standard and better than many stand alone restaurants that we visited elsewhere. Their cocktails were incredible and very reasonable value for money too. Being just a few miles outside of Split was perfect for us as we had rented a car as part of a package, so it gave us a very relaxed location with lots of local amenities - supermarket, baker, fast food and restaurants without being too hectic and expensive in a central location. Lots of free on-street parking was available just by the beach front. We would happily stay again if we were in Croatia.

Stop looking this is it! 10 min from downtown split, clean and fun. Literally on the beach. Food at the restaurant was best we had in croatia.These guys are the definition of hospitality. The owner Tony goes above and beyond. You will not be disappointed we loved it and can't wait to come back.

Sunset Split hotel lives up to it's name and more. The decor is beautiful, hotel is clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The food is very good and the setting is idyllic. Couldn't have asked for more and is excellent value for money. Will definitely go again and recommend.

A wonderful stay at sunset split.

My daughter and myself needed a hotel for 2 nights close to split. We arrived on Sunday afternoon after a windy landing and made our way to sunset split; we were warmly and efficiently welcomed then found ourselves in a bright clean room with a side window that looked onto the beach. Lovely!

Loved it!

Loved this place. While we only stayed one night we loved the location, view, room and most importantly the staff! They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The perfect holiday

We were greeted very warmly by the owner Toni, Toni was so helpful through out our holiday, the hotel was very clean and over all in excellent condition. I can fully recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, close to the beach

A lovely hotel situated next to the beach very friendly staff, food was excellent and very clean hotel. Only 20 minutes from Split centre town. I would highly recommend this hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had a two bedroom apartment comfortable beds, a sea view balcony, mini bar and AC.

Sunset Split Hotel

Family of five spent a week at Sunset Split in late July. Easy transfer from/to airport - taxis readily available (paid about 40 EUR each way).

Lite, moderne og koselig familiedrevet hotell med super-service. Bra størrelse på firemannsrom med balkong og sjøutsikt. Rett ved stranden med fine badeforhold for alle. Ligger rett ved fin strandpromenade mot Podstrana med mulighet for gå, jogg og sykkel. Ellers kort vei til Split med lokalbuss som kjører forbi regelmessig. Alltid behjelpelig og mulighet for transport til/fra flyplassen. Anbefales og ville besøkt igjen.

Sunset Split Rooms & Life’s a Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Split Rooms. The rooms are clean, modern, and while not large, they were more than spacious enough for a comfortable vacation. The sea is directly in front of the hotel—no more than 10 meters away—which made the location unbeatable. Breakfast is served at their beachfront restaurant, Life’s a Beach, which is also a great spot to relax during the day. The food was good and the views even better. There’s a beautiful coastal walkway just outside the hotel. I walked over 5 km in one direction and never reached the end—perfect for a peaceful morning or evening stroll. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to service really stood out and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with great hospitality.

Sauberes und modernes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Besitzer war auch immer erreichbar und hatte auch einige Tipps und Empfehlungen. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Meer, bei dem integrierten Restaurant gibt es leckere Cocktails mit Strandblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein von Croissants zu verschiedenem Brot und süße und salzige Optionen, Säfte, Kaffee. Eier können frisch bestellt werden. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte von Split. Auch nach Omiš kommt man mit der Expresslinie 60 in circa 20 Minuten. Die Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Dusche, Schrank, etc) der Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, es wirkt alles neu und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und konnten aufs Meer schauen. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder :)

Litet men modernt och rent hotell

Bra hotell. Nyrenoverade rum. Trots ganska små rum fanns det mesta. Allt var i mycket bra skick och fungerade. Receptionen var inte alltid öppen men det gick att skicka ett sms eller ringa för att få hjälp. Städning endast var tredje dag. Bra frukost. Mycket trevlig miljö precis på stranden. På stranden fanns en restaurang för lunch och middag samt en bar och glassbar. Överlag trevligt. Enkelt hotell men det hade det mesta som man behövde. Smidigt om man har bil.

Vakkert og nytt hotell rett ved stranden! Stille og rolig område, men du fant alt du trengte. Vi valgte å bli i området heller enn å dra til Split etter første kveld i byen ;) Hotellet oppleves nytt, og rommene er vakre!

Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et aux petits soins pour ces clients. Ils ont été très arrangeants pour le petit déjeuner. En revanche, nous avons eu malheureusement la mal chance de tomber à côté d'allemandes faisant des allers-retours pendant la nuit nous empêchant de dormir correctement. Etablissement propre et très bien situé

Fantastisk mottagning i receptionen av en supertrevlig kvinna när vi kom. AC’n på rummet var dock inte bra, den var placerad i hallen och ena sovrummet fick därför ingen kyla. Det var 29grader i rummet och väldigt svårt att sova. Det var även väldigt lyhört. Lät som att någon slängde glasflaskor under natten.

Trevligt familjehotell med bra service

Ett mycket mysigt och trevligt familjehotell precis på stranden. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Nackdel att hotellrestaurangen öppnade först kl 14 för mat och att de inte hade några snacks att sälja innan dess. Finns dock två hotell precis bredvid som hade lunch innan kl 14.

Très déçue malgré des commentaires elogieux. Pas de shampoing ni savon dans la chambre. Un parking payant sans être annoncé à la réservation. Une chambre exigue. Bref pas une super expérience. Le seul point positif est le chouette emplacement de l'hôtel sur la mer.

Gezellig familie hotel. Kamer, restaurant en strand alles dicht bij elkaar. Kamers voorzien van goede airconditioning, opberg mogelijkheden bagage beperkt, extra haakjes en koffer standaard zou efficiënter zijn in opbergmogelijkheden.

Hotel del cual esperaba más y me decepcionó

Esperaba más del hotel y me decepcionó, en mi paso por Split de 4 dias, el dia 1 y 4 no los cuento ya que llegue muy tarde el primer día y el 4 me fui muy temprano. En cuanto al servicio de limpieza deficiente es poco, no se hizo el aseo de mi habitación lo cual se lo mencioné al administrador y le di a entender que dos veces que no se hiciera era mucho. Incluido a lo anterior no hubo cambio de toallas. En cuanto al desayuno deficiente, poca variedad, empezaba de 8 a 10 y si ibas a las 9 ya casi no quedaba para comer y no había reposición, en cuanto a la pieza, sin detalles como para servirse un té, café, tazas y termo que creo que marca la diferencia en preocupación. Lo mejor del hotel es que tiene vistas al mar, un restaurant en un sector que prácticamente no hay y una playa directa saliendo del hotel con muy poca gente que va, pero en si esta bastante alejado de la ciudad.

Zimmer war super hatten Balkon mit Meerblick. Direkte Lage am Strand man geht unten durch das Restaurant und schon ist man am Strand. Frühstück war okay fand ich nur eintönig jeden Tag das gleiche. Wer mit Auto anreist sollte direkt auch Parkplatz reservieren am Hotel. Drum rum ganz schwer ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Chef vom Hotel war nett und Hilfsbereit. Also wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen,war ein schöner Aufenthalt

Super schöne Lage direkt am Strand, sehr nette Gastgeber auch das Personal super freundlich, gutes Essen, saubere Zimmer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Lage direkt am Meer, kurzer Weg nach Split, toller Strand (ab Oberschenkelhöhe nur noch purer Sand, keine Kiesel mehr), sehr gute Cocktails Parkplatz relativ klein und eng, vor allem die Ein- und Ausfahrt direkt an der Straße kann beschwerlich sein; in der Umgebung (Podstrana) relativ viel Verkehr, ein Überqueren der Straße bei ausgeschalteten Ampeln (auch an Zebrastreifen) kann teilweise gefährlich werden, da Autos nur selten anhalten und man einfach irgendwann rotzfrech loslaufen muss.

L'hotel è carino, il personale cortese e disponibile. I cani non sono proprio i benvenuti tanto che è impossibile portarli in spiaggia (ma questo vale un po' per tutta la Croazia). La camera era carina, ma piccola ed il bagno decisamente datato. La vista dalla nostra camera era parzialmente sul mare, ma si affacciava anche su una struttura decisamente brutta e mal curata. La zona di Podstrana non è il massimo. Buona la prima colazione e carino anche il ristorante.

Hôtel irréprochable

L'hôtel est situé sur la plage. L'appartement ou nous avons séjourné est composé de deux chambres, d'une salle de douche avec des toilettes et de deux balcons, dont un avec vue directe sur la mer. L'hôtel dispose d'un bar - restaurant avec une terrasse sur la plage. Le petit déjeuner continental (buffet sucré-salé-fruits-légumes-pâtes...) est servi sur cette terrasse. La propreté de l'ensemble est irréprochable, y compris de la cuisine qui est visible depuis le restaurant. Le personnel soigneusement choisi est multilingue, très aimable et à l'écoute. Les propriétaires sont géniaux, toujours souriants, ils trouvent les moyens de faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Un grand merci!

Hôtel confortable donnant directement sur la mer. Le bar restaurant sert de très bons cocktails et plats chauds, dans un cadre très agréable. Le personnel est sympathique et efficace.

Echt netjes, hygienische (open) keuken, vriendelijk en werkelijk behulpzaam personeel. Magnifieke strandbar &mooie kamer met airco en balcon. Enige minpunt : geen frigo op de kamer.

God beliggenhet og senger, men velg riktig rom

+ Sengene, service i resepsjonen, romstørrelse og utsikt (rom med balkong), beliggenhet ift. strand og restauranter, beliggenhet ift. offentlig parkering (ikke bestill hotellparkering, selv erfarne taxisjåfører syns denne er vanskelig å komme inn og ut av, pga. svært trafikkert vei). Ok frokost, men lite brødvarer den siste timen. Hvis du spør kan du få omelett og vann. - Rom 314 hadde to soverom men kun én aircondition = altfor kaldt på soverommet nær airconditionen for å oppnå ok nattetemperatur på soverommet uten. Kun renhold/søppeltømming/håndkleskift hver 3. dag, det vesle søppelspannet gikk fort fullt. Litt lite kjøleskap. Ingen rom med badekar. Gode erfaringer med: Adriatic Shuttle (transport til/fra flyplassen) Taxi: +385 91 753 9611 på det varmeste, et hyggelig familietaxiforetak i Podstrana Bilutleie: Last minute rent a car (rentacarlastminute.hr), kan også hente og levere på hotell Le meridien 800 meter unna frem til kl. 16 Parkering: langs Jurasova ul. 150 meter fra hotellet, evt. på Parkiralište "Strožanac" 500 meter unna På utkikk etter noe spesielt? Mine beste tips: * Carpe Diem beach på Hvar (om du er ungdommelig, liker litt hverdagsluksus og house-musikk), 10 minutter med båt fra byen Hvar * Gabriel smykker i Omiš * og gamlebyen i Split, selvsagt Hva du kan droppe: * Stari Grad (hvis du likevel drar dit, anbefales det at du tar turen innom museet - ikke fordi det er spesielt severdig, men for å kjenne på de sterke energiene der inne)

Unprofessional and disorganized

Very small room, poor WiFi, small and crowded beach. On arrival we have been told that breakfast were from 8 on, we asked to have it at 7.30,as we wanted to leave at 8 and they confirmed it to us, but the next day the personnel wasn’t informed and nothing was ready, so they fetched us some scrambled egg, bread, butter and honey while preparing the room (I assume that wouldn’t be ready even at 8); finally nobody was at the desk for the check out. We paid in advance so I left the key on the desk and walked away with disappointment
