Sweet little suite

The room was quite the Waldorf Astoria and some of the appliances seem a little outdated but overall it was a perfect home away from home. For my first visit to Chile, I was happy to find a place in a such a clean, safe area and within walking distance to so many shops and places to eat

The property is very safe location, short distance to the metro and bus station.The room was cleaning everyday. If I return to santiago, I will stay in this facity again.

The room was dirty and one day the hotel stayed without water from 11:00 pm to 05:00 am. Another point the quality of internet, was bad.

It is an excellent hotel for the price. The rooms are renovated and clean, the service is wonderful, the restaurant is excellent. We stay there every time we go to visit the grandkids and it is always an excellent experience.

Hotel facility is only outdone by its accommodating staff. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again and again.

Expedia confirmed a 2 bedroom suite.

Not only they didn’t have the 2 br available but Time suites gave us 2 rooms in a different floor but the check in at 7:30 pm!

Because the hotel instalations are old, there are many things that don't work. For example the sofá bed was a disaster and we had to have a change of room. Hotel staff were not friendly and were not very helpful when we asked for help or services. Restaurant is a block away.

American in Chile

Location was very good for metro, restaurants, and downtown area. Staff was very patient with our family who spoke almost no Spanish, slightly disappointed with room only for the fact that shelving was loose and closet door as off its track, I shopped around and thought this was in the higher end but ice stayed in hotels in USA for less, room had everything our family of 4 needed, wifi was spotty and frustrating at times

Bad option for Las Condes

Hotels business's been booming lately in Santiago due to the high demand. And as a consequence many new hotels and other lodging options have appeared. Most of them apparthotels with a very low standard regarding, comfort, service and knowledge... easy money for the owner that's it. In Time Suites, the staff is not proffessional, the quality of the rooms is terrible (AC, bathroom, TV,etc.), cleaning very bad, Internet sucks and for breakfast you have to walk a few blocks. Not a good idea to stay here!

A big riom, for a family

I had been there e repeat the experience, a nice hotel, very confortable, a near of good areas, and a great welcome. The only not interestig situation is the break fast, it is in other building.

An excellent choice in Los Condes

We used this as a base for skiing at La Parva and Valle Nevado.It is in a great neighborhood with a choice of fine restaurants and bars.

Very helpful front desk. But room services need to improve. Overall we had a good time.

Happy in Santiago Chile

we arrived around 2 o'clock our room was ready they let us check in early. Someone was there to help us carry up all the luggage. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was ham and cheese fresh baked bread delivered at our door at seven in the morning, cold cereal milk juice strawberries pineapple cantaloupe cookies and yogurt. The bed was nice and comfortable. Not too soft nice and firm just the way we like it. The place was very clean quiet & restful very happy with it.

Our time @ Time Suite

My friend and I stayed at Time Suite for 9 nights. Overall we were very happy with amenities, location, and the desk front service was excellent, however there were definitely inconsistencies with breakfast and cleaning!! We needed to chase up on room service on several occasions. Over 9 breakfasts we received only 3 lots of jam!! Great morning fresh breads though!

Santiago Suite

Work trip. First time at this hotel. The suites with own kitchen and living room were convenient for a training we held in the suite. Great and friendly service by the staff. Walking distance to some great restaurant. metro is close by as well.

Not even worth $50

I could not wait until I got out of this hotel to write this review. I checked in 3 nights ago and still have 2 nightmares to go. First of all, IT IS NOT A HOTEL !!!!, it's a mini studio and they make you sign a day by day lease contract. Now, it's not the fact that the TV is falling apart barely hanging by a screw (they never fixed it), NOR the fact that they left me without towels and there is nobody to bring any, NOR the fact that the breakfast is a paper bag with some rotten and hard bread they hang in the middle of the night (no bfast area nor restaurant), NOR the fact that the internet is worst than the dialup times, nor the fact that the heater is broken and impossible to regulate, but it's the RUDE staff and lack of staff. I have been trying to call for about 30 min to get someone to help me, the lines are always busy, I go down to the lobby and there is a young abnoxious woman, Catalina, who's the only one there, on the phone taking a reservation, and when I asked her to send someone to fix the heater she was extremely rude. That was 30 min ago, still nobody showed up to fix the heater, it's about 40 degrees Far (5 Celsius) in the room. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY PRICE, NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION, WILL NEVER COME BACK TO TIME SUITES OR ANY AFFILIATES, HOTELS.COM SHOULD REMOVE IT FROM THE LISTING !!!!

Once again I had to convince the front desk that my hotels.com reservation was paid in full. They insisted that the reservation was only paid for one night and requested my visa in order to check in. I had to show the front desk my visa statement to prove I paid for both nights in full prior to checking in. The front desk girl insisted I provide my credit card to pay for the remaining nights. I plan on staying here again since it is close to my place of business. I hope I don't encounter the inconvenience again. The hotel is maintained well.

Time Suites

I was with my family,my wife & twins for 3 days in this Hotel,we had booked 2 bedroom apt,was comfortable,clean. The staff is multilingual,very helpful. The hotel is located in good area,very safe & walkable distance to good restaurants,starbucks is right next to this hotel. The downside is there is no free wifi,breakfast is ok,overall our stay was satisfactory.

Very nice hotel

I have stayed in this hotel with my family in a two bedroom apartment. Staff is very friendly, rooms clean, quiet and comfortable. Well located, it is in a residential area, but close to supermarkets, subway, restaurants and bars. On the top floor there is a swimming pool with very nice view of the city. The only down points are the breakfast and lack of free wifi. The breakfast, which is only served at the room and you have to pre set the time for it, does not vary at all, but comes with fruit, eggs, milk, juice, yogurt, bread, cheese and ham. Internet access free only using cable and they provide it at the front desk, but wireless has to be paid and it can be bought by hour or day.

Times Suites

Good location near the metro but on a quiet side street. Breakfast was delivered to your room? and always more than you wanted. There were lots of eateries well within walking distance.

Colchão ruim, velho é torto. Banheiro aspecto ruim. Móveis razoáveis. Na reserva diz que tem cozinha mas não tem panelas… Ar condicionado deu problema e com certeza nunca havia sido limpo.

Hotel cómodo con buena ubicación

Hotel muy cómodo y con una piscina con hermosa vista en el techo. El desayuno en un restaurante cerca fue muy bueno con fruta fresca y mucho más. El personal del hotel atento y en especial agradecemos a Flora por el buen servicio de nuestro dpto.

Bem localizado em Las Codes, os quartos são com apart-hotel, portanto contam com cozinha. O estacionamento é dentro do mesmo prédio, que divide com salas comerciais. Estacionamento super tranquilo de para o carro, sem problemas de vaga. Staff extremamente atencioso e vale informar que o café da manhã fica em outro hotel, na esquina da mesma quadra. O único incoveniente fica no banheiro: é numa banheira (mas é o padrão de apartamentos em Santiago) e sabonete e shampoo liquidos de ruim qualidae.

Piscina fechada

O meu check-in demorou. O café da manhã era bom, mas acho que faltaram opções integrais e sem glúten. A piscina, um dos principais motivos para a minha reserva neste hotel, estava fechada todas as vezes que tentei usar, só serviu de enfeite para mim. O quarto era confortável e a a localização, muito boa.

Exatamente o que estava procurando

Fomos em um grupo de 3 pessoas e haviam 2 camas de solteiro e 1 sofá cama. Foi perfeito para nós, a cozinha super bem equipada, camas confortáveis (o sofá cama tinha um colchão que poderia ser mais grosso mas tudo bem). O quarto era bem grande, com dois ambientes. O banheiro também estava bem limpo e diariamente dava para perceber que foi higienizado novamente. Recomendo muito e ficaria lá de novo!

Perfeito para Longas Estadias

Hotel muito bem localizado, apartamento aconchegante e amplo, cozinha bem equipada com o essencial, armário embutido e cama muito confortável. Ambiente sem carpete, somente tapetes isolados, roupa de cama e banho sem cheiro. O staff do hotel muito educado, solicito e prestativo. O único ponto de observação é que o café da manhã é servido em outra unidade da rede, que fica a 200 m do hotel.

Gostei bastante, a recepção muito simpáticos e pro ativos, únicos adendos são que o vaso do banheiro estava entupido, o banheiro do corredor é bem apertado mas dá pra relevar e falta conexão das tvs com a internet.

Tudo dentro do esperado. O café da manhã é oferecido no Rugendas Hotel, que é na esquina do Suítes by time, e é bem bom, no dia que fizemos um passeio saindo bem cedo, avisamos no dia anterior na recepção e prepararam um kit de café para levarmos. A limpeza bem ok. Os utensílios de cozinha são básicos, atendem aos pequenos lanches de um pós dia de passeio. A localização é boa, mas talvez em uma próxima ida a Santiago eu prefira outro local visando ter uma localização ainda melhor. Por fim, recomendo.

Buen lugar para ir de Negocios

La estadía estuvo bien, el hotel es confortable y muy bien atendido. Un poco de descuido en el Aseo, muy poco personal en algunas areas lo que hace que algunos servicios no sean de la mejor calidad.

Ok Hotel in excellent location

Nice location. Breakfast was ok. They didnt clean our room/apartment every day, but every two days. That was a minus. As well that they tried to give us a different room until we complained (tried to gove us a smaller room). Altogether it was ok but not as good as we expected.

Departamento bueno, servicio deficiente.

En general hotel correcto, pero en servicio no tanto, primer día (en vacaciones) pasadas las 8 de la mañana tocan la puerta una vez y después entran solo para preguntar si queríamos servicio de lavandería, muy inapropiada hora, sol el primer día nos dejaron shampoo, jabón,etc. Un día ni toallas nos dejaron. Además falta información, en ningún lugar está el número de la recepción, en la cocina hay un refrigerador con cosas (Frigobar) en ninguna parte los precios, un calor horrible con aire acondicionado que más que enfriar hacia mucho ruido. Si bien el departamento está bien amoblado cómodo, le falta mucho en menaje de cocina para que se pueda usar, y debe mejorar servicio. Además al hacer check out me dijeron enviarían en unos minutos la factura al correo, les escribí y aún nada, ya pasó más de un día . Lo mejor el desayuno (que no lo sirven ahí sino en un hotel de su cadena a media cuadra)

Gute Lage, Zimmer (Apartement) eher alt. Frühstück in einem anderen Gebäude, aber sehr lecker. Pool auf Dachterrasse mit bequemen Liegestühlen.

Região muito boa, atendimento bom, limpeza, tamanho do quarto excelente, apenas o ar condicionado que faz um pouco de barulho. De resto ótima opção.

Está muy buen situado, la atención es excelente, el aseo del lugar impecable. Ofrecen desayuno buffet con una gran variedad de productos para que tu escojas lo que más te guste. Check in y Check out ágiles.

No início tivemos alguns problemas, nos colocaram em um quarto que o ar condicionado estava com defeito e a piscina estava fechada, muito embora não conste nada no site . Porém , nos trocaram de quarto e abriram a piscina . Ainda , era aniversário da minha mãe e levaram um bolo no dia . Excelente atendimento ! Recomendo bastante.

Excelente! Muito agradável, confortável, ótimo café da manhã. O ponto fraco foi que a piscina estava em manutenção quando fui mesmo no calor que estava fazendo na cidade e nao podemos utilizá-la.

Excelente, toda la gente tiene una muy buena actitud, hablan varios idiomas y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.

Los baños tenían muchos insectos muertos en nuestra llegada (MUCHOS). Fuera de eso todo excelente.

Los muebles de piel en el lobby, excelentes. Y la decoracion minimalista es lo que me gusto.

Buena experiencia, lo único es que el restorant para desayuno no queda en el mismo hotel.

El hotel brinda muy poco. Tanto en la atencion desde el check in hasta toda la estadia. Muy pobre de servicios. Pesimo estado de habitaciones. Muy pero muy por debajo de su tarifa. Ina lastima porque esta en una linda y agradable zona.

Muy buen hotel

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona elegante y tranquila, cerca hay una estación de metro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con pisos de madera y balcón, las camas son muy confortables, no tanto así el sofá cama. Tiene buenos servicios de piscina y gimnasio, el wifi, incluido en el precio pero no tan bueno. El desayuno, excelente. El personal nos atendió bien pero en general no tenían respuestas precisas cuando consultamos sobre transporte. Buena relación calidad-precio
