Loved everything!

Location, owner and room were really lovely.

Perfect location to beach

Comfortable soft bed. Private patio. Clean and updated room. Next door to supermarket mini and Captain Corner taverna for food. Highly recommend!

Great hotel and staff

Mario's studios were wonderful staff and room were perfect and seaview made our holiday

We loved Studios Marios. It was a nice quiet location, had a lovely swimming pool - and was only 3 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants on the seaside. The management was super helpful. We will visit here again!

Lovely stay and helpful people.. organised taxi and from airport recommended where to eat etc

This is a small, clean, non-chain hotel, with self serve kitchenettes; so I could buy groceries and beer locally and make myself at home. I appreciated my room with the small, private patio off it where I could have my breakfast, listen to the birds and see Mount Vouno. The pool was clean and a real treat after a day of hiking in the region, or swimming at the beach which is a five minute walk. Yes, I swam at the beach...crazy Canadian...to me it was warm:) Thank you Mario, Therio (still not sure how to say your name), and the pleasant housekeeping staff.

Property was good, service was excellent, only downside was we came before busy season so most businesses were closed. We thought the season would start in April, but found out it won’t be until May this year.

A top place to have a getaway

The week was amazing even though it was the end of the season. The concierge concierge was amazing. Helpful full of information. Offered me a transfer via email before my arrival. The property was clean and the house keeping was super helpful.

Perfect little stay in Santorini

Amazing little find. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. Very peaceful and quiet and only a 2 minute walk to beach and amenities . Very helpful friendly staff who will help you in any way possible. Pool is just so relaxing and perfect size with plenty of sunbeds with a little resonable bar. Fantastic restaurant across the road and supermarket next door. Could not of asked for me .

Great stay

We paid a third of the price that we usually pay to stay in Santorini and couldn’t fault this property for its location to the beach, reastaurant and bars; the view; the helpful Marios with suggestions of things to do; the cleanliness of the room; the comfy beds and the brilliant undisturbed sleep due to the quietness. We would definitely recommend Captain’s Corner, the traditional restaurant opposite, as the food was great. We would definitely recommend staying at Studios Marios without reservation.

Great location, lovely accommodation, pool was great! Only negative was bathroom was a bit tired.. the shower cubicle has seen better days, bit grubby and didn't stop the water from flooding the floor. Shame as everything else was good. Room was cleaned daily and staff helpful.

Great location, great hotel

Superb location with the black sand beach and all the beachfront restaurants and shops all within a short, pleasant stroll. The room was clean and comfortable and having a pool was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful and organized our transfers to and from the port. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Fantastisk utsikt

Stedet hadde en fantastisk utsikt, med boblebad inne og ute. I tillegg svømmebasseng. Frokost på rommet hver morgen. Bare å ringe for å bestille. Ligger flott til på høyden, mange spisesteder hvor en kan nyte mat med en fantastisk utsikt med solnedgang 😀.

In general we enjoyed our stay and friendly staff.

The people are nice. They were very hospitable and accommodating. Offered helpful information on things to see. The room was equipped with a mini kitchenette area as well as clothing rack on balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Felt very safe. 5 mins to the centre. Would definitely book again.

Helpful and friendly

Experience was great. Very helpful when it comes to booking excursions, travel to other parts of the island etx. My room wasn’t quite what I expected from the pictures but it was clean.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect in every sense! Top location, pristine, safe, the staff was very professional, couldn’t do anymore to make your stay enjoyable. The prices are very competitive for the comfort and quality you get. I strongly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at Studios Marios. Mario was very helpful, staff was excellent, great suggestions for touring the island, quick and easy check-in. The room was great, clean, beautiful view of the sea. A perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. My husband and I would visit again.

Clean room and lovely hotel with a lovely staff.

Clean, modern, fab location

We stayed for 5 nights and loved every minute! Clean modern room with kitchenette, bathroom and sun terrace. Friendly staff who greet you each time they see you and arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Location is next to a supermarket, mini golf course and has a bus stop very close by. Right by the sea front and close to all the amazing reasurtants that line kamari beach. We will be back :)

Fantastic hotel in a great location

Stayed 12th to 16th July 2018 in a deluxe room with a sea view. We have returned to this hotel after we stayed there in 2016. Its in an ideal location 2 minsfrom the beach. We would always try to book this hotel when we stay in Kamari. Good size rooms and bathroom and a nice balcony. A well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Rooms have great Aircon and also has a room safe. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staff at reception were very helpful and polite.

Pleasant little hotel with friendly staff.

Nice place with pool, very close to beach and restaurants. Staff were very attentive and helpful. One excellent bonus was that there was free transportation to and from the airport (I think this was only for guests staying more than seven nights). You can do a small amount of self catering as there is a kettle and fridge and some cutlery. I found it odd that no crockery was provided apart from a mug, but when I asked to borrow a plate and bowl these were provided straight away. There is quite a good supermarket which is cheaper than the local shops, about ten-minutes' walk away. The staff were really helpful (but not intrusive) and happily answered all my questions. It's very easy to get the bus to Fira from the bus stop just around the corner. In order to go to most other places you have to change in Fira so not so convenient if you don't have a car, but there are car hire places nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

Cosy in Kamari

Amazing small hotel close to beach and amenities

Close to the beach, very comfortable beds and clean modern rooms. Marios is a very welcoming host. Also I liked the fact he has recycling bins in the reception.....being green is the way forward and it doesn't always happen in Greece! Will be re-booking for next year.

We had a lovely ten nights at Mario's Studios..been to Santorini four times and this is the best place we've stayed..the room we had was spacious the shower great and it was cleaned ever day spotless..Mario was so helpful with anything we needed really nice guy..pool area was lovely just a lovely place to stay definitely go back again..Thankyou Marios :-)

Nice hotel, close walking distance to beach

We had a nice time. It was conveniently located near the beach as well as car/ATV rental shops so that we could get around the whole island on our own. The guy at desk was very helpful and accomodating.

Was good especially at this time of year when the island is not too busy

Beautiful apartment and amazing value for Santorini. This is a quiet place to stay which is exactly what we were after. We loved relaxing by the pool through the day. Mario is very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay - would definitely recommend!

Friendly staff and close to the beach

A fantastic hotel and roughly 50m to the beach. The room was very clean and made every night and the staff were super friendly; nothing was too much trouble. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by.

Gorgeous little hotel in a great location

We had a wonderful stay! The decor of the room is lovely and the balcony was a great place to sit and relax. I would recommend paying a little extra for the view with a sea view, it's worth it.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange transfers and book restaurants. Hotel is in a great location. Really close to the beach, bars and restaurants and the bus stop for Fira. We had a great stay and I would recommend Marios.

Just one street back from the beach.

Great little Studios with a good sea view,one street back from the beach. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Well equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need. Very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. The only negative was that i contacted the hotel to arrange couple of days before we arrived pick up from the airport. Usually you are met with a driver with an A4 sheet with your name on it. Not here,every driver outside the airport said yes i know Marios and gave different prices.I eventually agreed to go with one of the shuttle buses,not knowing if it was the correct driver and at the price of 20 euros as per the hotel quote and he had to ask a local the location of the hotel when we arrived in Kamari. Found it very confusing and unorganized. Must be improved. Also Expedia show Additional Hotel Services Airport Shuttle fee as 15 euros per vehicle round trip when it is actually 20 euros one way or 40 euros round trip.

We stayed at Studios Marios recently after it was recommended to us by a friend of a friend and it didn't disappoint. Kamari is a nice friendly area and I would recommend Studios Marios to anyone. It was convenient, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

close to the beach place

mostly like a girl in a reception, very polite, helpful and patient to all visitors (was sitting few hours near, making my booking). nice pool. quiet street

Very tidy and clean hotel, smells beautiful. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants - only a couple of minutes walk away. Small but well kept pool area. The decor was lovely throughout the hotel. Staff very helpful when we had a late flight returning home. Would definitely recommend and likely to return.

Marios was a great host. He is friendly and has the best recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel is not the typical Santorini Caldera View but with the money you save you can rent a vehicle/scooter/quad bike and explore the entire island. You feel such at home woth Marios and his family and their dog. He gave us a piece of delicious cake that his wife made on his birthday. The room was very clean, green energy, and had a great view of the ocean. we woke up every morning to watch the beautoful sunrise from out balcony. Not all rooms do have the view but the beach is 1 min walk away. Highly recommend this hotel!

Studios Marios is great!

Studios Marios was truly great.The owner was so helpful with answering all of our questions, giving us food recommendations and renting an ATV.The ATV was brought to us and we didn't have to bring it back and had the best rates on top of that! So easy! A great pool and bar welcomes you when you step foot into the hotel. The room was Greek feel with modern touches. The room had a big bed, awesome balcony, and a kitchen; hence the studios part of the name. Was able to cook breakfast every morning with a market right next door. I would recommend this place to anyone. The town is amazing with tons of bars with sea views and beach chairs to sit at during the day serving you drinks while you relax on the beach.
