Awful hotel not clean and elevator don't work

I recommend this property

Walked into my room to see a pipe had burst, and water was everywhere. Had I come a few minutes later, all my belongings would have been ruined. Hotel did not offer any thing for this inconvenience, but sent a man to fix the pipe.

Awful service

Reception had zero knowledge about how to handle check-in, put the phone down on me and refused to write me an email confirming the rules for check-in and documents required. I was also refused a manager call back

Good value and in the area of the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Metro nearby and one stop from Burj Khalifa station for 6dirhams.

Everything was amazing, just the shower was not good. It was either too hot or too cold. Not sure if it was only our room but definitely something to check, room 1107

Nice hotel near metro for sight seeing Dubai

Amazing 4 nights stay at this wonderful hotel. It's clean and close to the metro (5-10 mins walk) to get around Dubai. Service was excellent as my flight arrived at 5am and concierge have found a room for me to do early check in (with a fee). Nice restaurant/bar for dinner, drinks and shisha. Gym and pool were excellent and staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, in particular Raj who helped and ensured my stay in both the hotel and sightseeing in Dubai worthwhile before flying back to the UK.

ThI best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff. The service from all employees was first class. The only problem I had was some of the taxis that the hotel arranged tried to overcharge me. The driver back to the airport drove 38Km when it only 18Km.

had an exceptional stay at the Signature Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff’s professionalism and warmth made me feel truly welcomed. Every interaction with the team was marked by their genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist. Whether it was at the front desk, the housekeeping team, or the restaurant staff, their service was consistently top-notch. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, but what really sets it apart is the dedication of the staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Poor services Unprofessional staff

From the friendly people on the reception (Especially Mr. Aakash). to the spacious clean and comfortable room, and the very reasonable price. after trying many hotels in Tecom, this is my favorite one.

Overall its great. But the 45 AED tax pay we know when we arrive there. And 200 AED deposits. A journey is always budgeted so when these happens it’s inconvenient for the budget we gonna spend please these must be taken when we do the payments for hotel beforehand then we can budget as per it.

Budget hotel centrally located staff are good beds are hard not comfy to sleep

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Electricity was not working in my room and they ignored my request to fix it twice!! Nobody came

My favourite hotel in this area. It's quiet and comfortable. The staff are very nice. Security is excellent. They watch very carefully who gets on the elevator. Housekeeping is excellent. Close to the metro / free shuttle daily to the mall.

The staff was amazing.

The room was always clean and there was always a hospitable attitude to visitors from the receptionists, waiters, cleaners and pool attendants who did their job with a bang. But despite all that, it was also always very damp in a room, the operation of the air conditioner was not perfect, the shower hose was leaking and room service staff did not bring needed things to the room from the first time.

Not value of money

This was my second visit to Signature one, last trip was better, In this trip I stayed @ 6th floor which was not renovated, room service was not up to the mark. I asked to shift to another room which I paid for premium room but stayed @ classic room. Breakfast was good.

Crowded, loud and noisy, sketchy crowd, do not allow room charge, amd even free ice is $3!

Been staying at this hotel for several years now. Sad to say that it has dropped down in quality so much that I actually left the hotel during the middle of my stay and moved to a hotel next door. I have stayed there many times, always in the largest room type they have (1-bedroom apartment), they still don't respect the room preference no matter how long you book ahead. The front desk staff fail to recognize me as a repeat customer. It is important to mention that the front desk staff, including their manager(s) lack the pleasant customer service quality, unlike any other hotel in Dubai, they don't smile, they gang up against the client to prove that they are correct, and they never provide solutions for any problems, they just stare at you with a straight face and wait for you to leave. I booked a non-smoking 1-bedroom like i always did, 1 week ahead of my arrival, they failed to find me one. So i ended up in a smoking room that smelled like dumpster. Add that lately, the carpets in all the room i have stayed in since the end of covid are stained and dirty. They have professional working girls staying in the hotel in certain rooms, and are roaming the lobby at different times during the day. They even have professional girls working in their spa, so don't ever think of it a proper spa. The staff are a gang of losers, and obviously this is the only hotel that will ever hire them. I have moved next door to TRYP by Wyndham with zero regrets and so should you!

Cool place, full of dining and drinking alternatives around. Not far away from metro.

For a Solo traveler, hotel has the basic requirements for a pleasant stay, and the area around the hotel is very good and convinient, specially with the many supermarkets, restaurants, and convinient stores around.. Highly recommended..

The smoking floor smells so bad and disgusting, the room is also not that clean. I told The receptionist to change my room to non smoking floor, and they said come back next day we'll change it. But next day they told me they can't change my room. So I paid for 6 nights but I checked out after only 2. I do not recommend, terrible experience

I am totally satisfied it is a 4 stars hotel but i can rate it as 5 star hotel ,with our 5 nights stay , the staff were professional with a smile on their faces, the room is well furnished ,the view was good ,quiet & clean room , no noises at all,it was 8 min.walking from dubai internet city metro station which is great ,there were many intersting shops like carrefour supermarket nearby and costa coffee, zaatar w zeit ,a pharmacy. I totally recommend it.

Difficulty communicating with the hotel to change

I called the hotel many time to make date change but no body receive my call or call me again ,, Which forced me to pay and not stay on the same date of booking

Neither lamp worked in my room, one had a plug for use in Australia. Other than that, hotel and room were fine.

Check-in process is not good, property over booked and delayed check-in.

Better options in the area

Pros: Gym is nice and there's a Starbucks in the lobby. Cons: The hotel is pretty dirty and the standards seem quite low. The curtains for example we sticky and dusty. Lots of little things were broken and needed touching up. Chipped wood, fixtures hanging off or broken. Room service etiquette was poor.

Location is very Good.

This hotel is very good for the price point. The rooms are small and simple, but perfect if you don't plan to spend much time around the hotel. The quality of the bathrooms is very good, clean and well maintained. The gym and pool area are more than adequate. Plus, Signature has close proximity to other hotels in Tecom if you are planning to make new friends amongst those staying in the area.

Poor old hotel . Not clean at all

Satisfied. When I reached there was no towel or the soap in washroom. But cleaned space. Called reception many time since they were so busy. But overall cool stay.

A lovely stay, close to the metro - so it was easy to access all of the sights. A great bar for a final drink before sleep. Everyone was extremely helpful.

Terrible communications. My 3 Email Starting 2 days before not replied. Hotel auto reply has wrong email for front desk. Telephone number they provided for front desk isn’t answered. Room air vents dirty. Breakfast service disaster.

Bad service

It was really bad ! we supposed to check in at 2pm and I arrived to the hotel 3:30 ! but the we stayed for like 1 hour to check in the services was bad and the room was't ready they were like surprised that people coming to check in. I was having plans to go places and I have booking for it but because of the hotel I was late and I lost the whole day that day all because they are not ready and so late for the check in!!!

Regular hotel visitor to Dubai

Second time here. Good value. Clean. Nice pool on top floor. Ill be lookimg for a Long Term hotel in 2021 and this could well be it. Very reasonable rates and few good 'expat' pubs within walking distance for good food and atmosphere. All reasonable.

Rooms aren’t what you expect

I booked a non smoking room however the room was stinking of cigarettes. When I asked to change the room they claimed that the hotel is fully booked and there’s no possibility to change. So I went down to reception and complained again, that’s when they gave me a new room.

It's a worse service i have got with a rude staff

It's the worse experience I have faced, the staff was not helping anymore and very rude... In the first, my booking was 5 nights from 17th till the 22nd of November but I faced some problems so I called Hotels.Com to amend my booking for just one night and they were so helpful and said there's no problem just will speak with the hotel to confirm it, after 2 minutes they informed me that everything is done and even they send me a new confirmation number with all updates... After 20 minutes I called signature Hotel to confirm my booking but unfortunately, there's some guy from the reservation department called Mahmoud answered me and I gave him the reservation number but he said there's no booking here so gave him my name and my phone number but he still couldn't find it after some minute I told him can u check with another name then he found it but suddenly he said Hotels.com called me to amend this booking for just one night but I find here they canceled it and they made another one with a different name and he involved me in a lot of details between him and Hotels.com itself with trying to blame me and giving me a faver in the same time so I told him why u r telling me all these things this is an issue between u and the travel agent you can fix it with them and I'm not aware about the contract between both of you, after then his voice tone is changed and said right now I can charge yor credit card for the reservation that hotels.com canceled and I will not accept the new bo

Good but hotel needs development and fixes The shower was broken Walls not cleaned enough bathroom’s door has big scratch on it.

Hotel close to jbl beach and emirates mall. Also 24/7 super markets, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff polite, friendly and professional. Rooms were nice but ok for my taste. Also I would recommend more lights in the bathrooms, bit dark with only two lights. Overall great stay and location. Also security and staff by the main entrance super friendly, always smiling and asking about your stay or, if they can help with anything. Also hotel offers pick up/ drop shuttle service to some beaches and malls.

Room was worn out. Temperature of water in showers and sink would not stay constant. Elevators smelled of cigarette smoke. Room service very slow. Restaurant food was average.

The hotel location is wonderful and the services excellent as I arrived so I checked in immediately no waiting for paperwork only a signature of guest.. The hotel furniture is very nice and comfortable as well as clean and environmentally friendly.

The best, easiest and quickest check-in in Dubai! Self parking excellent too!
