TravellerWhat an amazing time we had at Senkei. The staff and service are superb, and the atmosphere is pure relaxation. Our initial note about being vegetarian did not get passed along so we thought we’d miss the beautiful private dinner included in our reservation. The chef and team did all they could and it was perfect. If what we had was their “last minute” planning, we can only imagine how over the top delicious dinner could be (although it is hard to imagine it could be better). As first-time visitors, who speak little of the language, to a Japanese Onsen, we could have had a few more instructions on the proper protocol on everything, but everyone was so gracious!!! This is a must stay onsen.

My family and I had wonderful stay at Shiratama-No-Yu Senkei. There were a total of 14 of us staying at the hotel and they provided us with everything we needed. One of our family members had a slight medical emergencies on our last night and the hotel staff were great. The hotel provided us with a new hotel room in the middle of the night while one of the staff members accompanied us to the hospital to make sure everything was okay.

Traveller施設も料理もスタッフも素晴らしかったです。お風呂も大きく且つ大変清潔でしたが、温泉が露天風呂だけなのがとても残念でした。内風呂まで温泉であれば１００点ですね。
Traveller温泉はもちろんでしたが、朝食会場で餅つきをしてくださり、その場でつきたてのお餅を食べることが出来たのが嬉しかった。米どころ新潟で食べるお餅は最高でした。

Indeed, they took the time to completely change our evening meal in order to adapt to our dietary restrictions without having to pay extra. Despite the language barrier, because the staff do not speak English very well, our requests have all been treated with the utmost care. The room was up to the prestige of the hotel with impeccable hygiene! We highly recommend this accommodation!
Traveller부모님 모시고 아이데리고 간 여행 너무 친절한 직원들 감사하다. 아침조식은 쏘쏘 저녁은 배가 터지게 일식 코스요리가 나온다. 너무 훌륭함. 틈나는데로 즐길수 있는 온천욕도 즐거운 시간이었다. 오려면 렌트카를 빌리는 것을 추천함. 렌트카가 있어야 근처 다른곳도 돌아볼수 있다.
Traveller飯店本身非常好，無可挑剔~但是周邊的月岡溫泉街非常冷清，平日下午整條街的商店幾乎都沒開(但是其官方網站的時間表，卻都是該在營業中的....)，整條街冷清到無言...可惜了超棒的飯店

이 정도급 료칸은 친절도는 그냥 따라온다. 다만 직원분들 영어 실력은 꽤 떨어지는데 아무래도 아직 외국 관광객이 적어서 그런듯 하다. 우리말고 한국팀은 2명 뿐이었다. 카이세키도 아주 훌륭하고 조식도 좋은 편이다. 무엇보다 온천수가 유황으로 매우 좋다.

泉質が非常に良いです。お風呂は硫黄泉と普通のお湯とありお湯が強すぎの方に気遣いがうかがえます。お部屋も窓ガラスには一枚ガラスを使っていて、景色がきれいに見えるように気を使っています。お客さんが居心地良いように心配りを感じとてもよかったです。
