Pros- Great location to the beach and Cape Canaveral. Condo is in slightly above average condition. Owner provides basic essentials for cooking and cleaning. Which is a plus. (The pictures of the condo look better online than the facility does in person.) It's a decent rented beach condo. Cons- -The property did have a slight mold smell. Family had allergy flare ups -The community pool is small for the size of the community.

This property and our room were amazing! Glad we chose this over a hotel. Had a ton of amenities and close proximity to the beach!
