Large clean rooms, everything works! Delightful staff, hourly shuttle to town and the beach. Ask for a room towards the back of the property for xtra quiet rest!

Great bang for the $$! Very clean large rooms, decent WiFi very attentive and kind staff (limited English …) Hourly free shuttle to beach/ downtown. Ask for a room at the rear of hotel away from the street. Not much in walking distance except 7-11, wine and weed shops

Good hotel in Hua Hin

Clean room. Breakfast is good and copious. Friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. Not in the city center but no problem to get around with the Grab app.

Checking in was quite bad. Front desk was like so confused with the 5 rooms we booked. Got names wrong and was very slow.

Nice room, modern hotel

Enjoyed my stay at Riche Hua Hin and will return. Did not like the highway noise but there is nothing that management can do about that. Did not like the wifi setup and management needs to change and it is possible to improve. Constantly had to log in and register the password several times daily. This is not acceptable. The wifi works well in the lobby, sometimes not well in my room. Not acceptable. Please address this issue, I see from other comments that this is an ongoing issue with your hotel. The breakfast buffet quality was ok, but not hot. Should be improved. I did appreciate the shuttle service, very convenient. The staff is friendly and tries their best. Female manageress is very professional and helpful.

OK hotel not great for the price.

The stay was ok, comfortable but the wifi is poor, bathroom is very small and has no box or curtain, then it get all wet. pillows are hard, the pool is in the edge of main busy street. The breakfast is not good. Horrible coffee, no cheese, no yogurt, not hot milk to compliment the coffee, Just rice, rice and rice..... The hotel is really far from the beach and down town. Not a value for price.

Excellent stay

A very nice hotel, nice and modern.. Good spacious and clean rooms, lovely infinity swimming pool. Ok breakfast maybe lacking choice a bit but was sufficient. Location: a little far from the town/beach however the hotel runs regular free shuttle transport so was excellent and very efficient. Staff: very friendly and helpful to every need.. Only the guy working in the restaurant could do with some customer service training! I cancelled an order after the manner he presented himself.. Everyone else went above and beyond for the guests and it was very pleasant.. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Located on the main street, easy to find

Cleaned room, quite new, breakfast is good, enough car park, polite staffs, easy to find because it on the mail steet

A little bit out of town but worth it.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was excellent. The shuttle service every 2 hrs into town was very handy and they will pick you up as well if needed. Would recommend in future.

Perfect Stay

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Nice swimming pool. Good food at the restaurant. Overall good value for money.

6 lane highway out front

My major criteria for hotel are price, location, and fitness facilities. Having breakfast included in price is a plus. 1. Price was okay for the quality-nothing special. 2. Location on 6-lane highway was a drawback but fact that hotel operated a regular songthaw into town was good. 3. Fitness facility is bare bones with no free weights and low quality treadmill. Recumbent bike was adequate. Pool okay for dip but not for lap swimming. Check in room key not working but fixed within five minutes and never a problem again. Staff didn't realize that they offered a special discount for seniors on trip to Water Park (Vana Nava) though that was handled. Staff also didn't realize that there was only 1 bus daily to Pattaya and gave us misinformation so we missed the bus. However, staff was able to get us to another location for van to Pattaya and price was about the same so no harm. Breakfast is ordinary. Will try another location on next trip to Hua Hin though Riche was fine, if not exceptional.

Nice hotel just not near beach

New hotel,staff friendly,pool small but nice ,right on busy road the only drawback but didn't really hear the noise to be honest,breakfast ok ,has small gym which was good,no English channels on cable tv though,would stay again

Far f On my way! town center

Hotel is new with comfortable room. However, it is quite a distance from the town center. Breakfast was not bad but they did not replenish the food.

The Riche was new, 1 month new, and with some 'kinks to work out. 1st day there was a buffet breakfast, next 2 days, a menu breakfast; not enough guests it seems, and some were unhappy. Hotel is a long way from main beach area, but provides a shuttle; more guests would make current set-up problematical I think. No buses to center. Very small 2nd fl.salt water pool, room for only 3 chaise chairs. Staff was fine.And rate for 2per. was $48! Too much for the location. Oh, and nice balcony but no table/chairs?

Clean and good - a little bit away from city cente

Based on the price, the hotel was just perfect. It’s quite new, everything is working well - friendly staff and not very long from city center. If you’re having a car, parking place is for free. If you have to stay in the middle of the town, this hotel will not be your first choice. If you, however want a nice hotel - a little bit away from noise - even when the hotel is close to the road to Cha am - I will recommend it - even to my closest friend 🙏

Nos chambres sont super grandes et propres avec balcon . Le lit est très confortable. Il y a un service de shuttle qui nous emmène au marché de jour, nuit, et plage et qui vient nous chercher à l’heure qu’on veut. On s’est fait traiter et dorloter comme des rois et reines

Tyytyväinen asiakas

Tulimme Bangkokista Huahiniin bussilla ja matka meni nopeasti. Aamulla lähtö ja klo 10 oltiinkin jo perillä hotellissa. Henkilökunta oli todella mukava ja osaava. Huone oli siisti ja se siivottiin joka päivä. Kuntosali oli aika pieni, mutta noin 500m päässä oli todella hyvä kuntosali. Aamupala buffet oli täyttävä ja thaimaalaiseen tyyliin erittäin maukas. Hotellilla oli oma uima-allas ja siellä ei meidän lisäksi ollut kertaakaan muita. Poreet olivat altaan päädyssä ja vesi ihanan virkistävää. Halutessaan saimme tarjoilun myös altaalle. Hotellissa oli paljon muitakin asukkaita, mutta enimmäkseen kiinalaisia, ehkä sen vuoksi allas-alue oli vain meidän käytössä. Hotellilta sai kyydin keskustaan, sekä rannalle ilman lisämaksua. Kyydit olivat aina ajallaan. Hotellin lähellä on mukavia ravintoloita, rauhallinen ranta ja "huvipuisto". Otimme melkein joka päivä kyydin keskustaan ja takaisin. Keskustasta oli kävelymatka apinavuorelle, vesipuistoon sekä moneen erilaiseen kauppakeskukseen. Suosittelen Blueport-, sekä Market Village keskusta ostoksien tekoon. Night market oli melko pieni verrattuna samanlaiseen Bangkokissa, mutta ei siltikään mikään huono. Hotelli ei ole lähellä keskustaa, mutta otimme silti toisen viikon tänne. Palvelu pelaa ja hinta/laatu kohtaa toisensa erittäin hyvin.

Fint hotell, långt från stad och strand.

Bra hotell, dålig frukost, vill man till hav och strand 5 km långt, lika till stan, finns inga bra restauranger därute, hotellets mat är dyr, men ej supergott! Personalen, toppen, glada hjälpsamma, städning, toppen, stora fina rum med A. C. Stor balkong inte trevligt att sitta på för all trafik!

Also strandnähe kann man vergessen Ein bisschen ausserhalb gelegen. Jedoch guter fahrservice Gratis flughafentransfer.

ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาดดี แต่รำคาญเครื่องแอร์ในห้องมีเสียงดังตลอดทั้งคืน สระน้ำเล็กดี พอดีไม่มีคน แต่อยู่ชั้น2มองวิวถนน เป็นสระน้ำตกขอบ ส่วนอาหารเช้าคุณภาพค่อนข้างดี พอดีมีแขกพักน้อย ทางโรงแรมเลยให้สั่งเป็น A La Carte อร่อยคุ้ม แต่อีกวันเป็นบุฟเฟต์ รสชาติ ธรรมดา ไม่หลากหลาย ถ้าจะสั่งอาหารรูม เซอร์วิส ราคาค่อนข้างแพง

ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย ระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศและน้ำดีมาก น้ำไหลแรง สามารถปรับอุณหภูมิของน้ำได้สม่ำเสมอ อาบแล้วชื่นใจ Wifi ใช้งานได้ดี สระว่ายน้ำระบบเกลือเล็กไปนิดนึงแต่สะอาด น่าเล่น พนักงานน่ารัก สุภาพ ที่ตั้งโรงแรมอยู่ไกลทะเลแต่มีรถรับส่ง ถ้าไปหัวหินก็อยากไปพักที่ริชเช่อีกค่ะ รู้สึกปลอดภัย สะดวกสบาย และราคาเหมาะสม

신축 호텔이라 그런지 침구류 부터 모두가 깨끗하더군요... 저렴한 가격에 하루 정도는 묵을만 했습니다.
