What separate Raffles Jakarta from other 5 star hotels is their staff. They went the extra mile and made sure that my stay there is perfect. Whatever help I need, I contacted them through WhatsApp and they immediately took care of me.

Raffles was great staff couldn't be more helpful and the whole experience was fantastic..

Manager in breakfast buffet Mr Fachrul paid attention to each customer.Cleaning staff and reception were very attentive and polite.

The staffs at the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond excellent. Highly recommend!

Room is kinda big even for the entry level Well maintained albeit the hotel is not ‘young’ anymore Decent breakfast with plenty of variety but quality can be better Not that many dining options in the hotel and the food at nearby mall is not that good either

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Outstanding facilities, spacious rooms and great staff who go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The hotel is in a great location, conveniently situated above a large shopping mall that has everything you need. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta, will definitely stay again

Beautiful stylish rooms as usual

Generally an excellent hotel. What I did not like was some guests wandering round the hotel restaurants and other public areas in their pyjamas/nighty/dressing gowns. That's not what I expected at Raffles or any other five star hotel. Otherwise, my wife and I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel has it all. It was my partners birthday and they went above and beyond with spoiling her. I would totally recommend to upgrade to the suites. The hotel had a promotion on including free unlimited un-alcoholic drinks / butler and suite for an additional $1M IDR per night. Very good value. There is a sincerity to the staff in all departments. The breakfast is fabulous. It is more focused on catering for the Asian cuisine, however if you want a western breakfast, all you have to do is ask. They even have pork bacon! The bar is beautiful downstairs..... if you are a gold Zomato member you can have the package of buy 2 get 2 free. There is a superb steak restaurant just opposite- Ruth Chris. FYI they do a BYO, defo worth it as there wines are very expensive. Pool is stunning, the little touches help. Was provided water straight away and asked if I wanted some sunscreen....

Excellent service by the staff who were courteous, friendly with recommendations of good food and places to explore without having to ask, served our personal requests with no qualms! Book the garden-view room! It is worth the money :)

The costumer service in this hotel is one of the best services I ever had, the concierge was super helpful with a positive attitude and a great smile, the entire stay here super comfortable, I have no complains at all only positive feedback, I want to highlight as well the excellent job provided by Indira Gabriel, she was always super professional and willing to help (Tours, schedules, taxis). I want to bring up the great job provided by Ari one of the guys that made my room every day, thanks for your hard work in keeping the room in perfect shape. Thank you all for a great services, I see the great team work this hotel has in all areas.

It was amazing. Such a classy hotel with impeccable service. Staff members are efficient, resourceful, knowledgeable and professional. Location is central with conveniently linked to the Lotte mall. Highly recommend it.

Expertly trained staff, wonderful amenities, truly luxurious hotel. The dinner and breakfast buffets are average quality but they include a good selection of choices. Rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds, large bathtubs with bath salts, and in-room Nespresso machines. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met. The spa services are a must.

1-night layover with upgrade

We were upgraded to the second-best suite, which ended up being the nicest suite we've ever stayed in. Thank you! Overall, great value for money.

Excellent!

Excellent weekend get away. It is highly recommended. It is luxurious and artistic. This was the third time that we stayed at this hotel. We enjoyed every moment in this hotel. This hotel is attached to a high end shopping mall Lotte Avenue. We just walked over to the mall. There are many good restaurants and a good movie theater.

Accessibility to the hotel is tricky given the road works in Jakarta. On the flip side it is one of the best hotel i have stayed in Jakarta. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast spead is extensive.

A wonderful stay made brilliant by all the staff

The most amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. We have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world but we have never had better service from the staff than we have had at Raffles Jakarta. Everyone has played they're part, with Volker the concierge pulling everything together brilliantly. Thanks to you all.

Amazing. Easily the best hotel I've stayed.

Raffles Jakarta is the best hotel which I have stayed in. Their service is excellent, from checking in right till the day I left. I was in a rush to go to the airport on the day of my departure and was not able to have tea with my breakfast. The waiter kindly offered to prepare the tea for take-out. I was most touched by his gesture. Raffles Jakarta is definitely willing to go the extra mile for their guests!

Elite hotel connected to good mall

Spacious bedroom and bathroom; I wish the the bath tub were bigger. Generous toiletries with multiple TVs in the rooms though many of the channels were not yet in HD. Spa facilities and pool were really nice. The location is strategic but the exit near a small road that's more often than not congested

A comfortable stay at Raffles. The check in process was swift and service levels very high. Breakfast also very good range of options. The rooms are well laid out and spacious.

Great Hotel with excellent Service

I enjoyed the hotel comfort and services. The adjoining mall is a plus factor. However location is not good with traffic conjestion.

It was a pleasant stay. Everything was satisfying. Room is very new and very spacious. Connected to a huge shopping mall and the hotel serves good breakfast too. The only thing bothering us was it was raining on the night we stayed and there was rattling sound whenever the rain water hits the metal bar on the building structure. It was pretty loud and if you are a light sleeper like me, it might bother you a bit. Otherwise everything else was pretty good. The services they offered were top notch

Stunning hotel and very welcoming staff

Although only an overnight stay, the staff were extremely welcoming and always addressed us by name. It was the last night of our honeymoon after returning from Raja Ampat and they ensured that it was made all the more special and had placed a cake and card in our room congratulating us. There is a beautiful outdoor poor and jacuzzi on the 14th floor enclosed within a rooftop garden. Also the breakfast buffet has a phenomenal selection. I would love to return.
