Dirty bedding, odor in room, toilet did flush, ac unit didn’t work properly, requesting a refund
Nice place.
Wasn’t very clean, appliances outdated. Headboard was ripped up, floors covered with previous occupants hair. Shower full of hair
Relatively inexpensive, good internet and support. good breakfast, good room. All expected overnight amenities were provided. Front desk "Gary" was helpful.
I stay at this location often for work
Good: great location, right off I465 with a close proximity to shopping, restaurants. Seems to me like the management recently invested $$ to makeover the hotel, which is nice. Sample parking. Bad: the hallways were smelling of smoke. The breakfast was below par for a Quality inn. Several of the trays were empty at 8am. The cereal was stale. We had to grab breakfast outside. All in all I will not recommend this place
We have stay there before, seems to be a little nicer now
It's nice
Always stay here when I’m in Indianapolis working
The property itself had struture damage such as cracks and meldew. The chair individual logging was dusky with visible dirt. The shower didn't work, the lever was stuck. One of the lamps appeared to have stained splattered liquid that wasn't clean. I was in town to work but I couldn't wait to leave. When I checked in front desk clerk was rude, when I said I made the reservation including my one dog and he said the charge is in addition to. Do I want the room or not. I didn't need that attitude just becauseI expressed I was told it was an additional charge. So, to receive a room in this condition really topped my night off. Although, the location worked for me. I don't think O would recommend or stay there again. I didn't even receive an apology, which can go a long way.
Average hotel-decent price.
The room showed signs of age and use. Average hotel, was only there for one night. Price was good compared to other hotels in area.
Great location with lots to do in area. Right off the express way. Not to noisy. They need to do some updating. Get rid of nasty carpet and redo the bathrooms. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Cold showers and the breakfast was poorly paid attention to such as no eggs, sausage, forks etc.
Decent place. Only thing was the cats out back fighting lol. Not really their fault
Very clean and location was great
A lot of people hanging out outside.
Worse experience in my life at a hotel. Front desk person, DJ was very very rude. He hung up thd phone on me. Reservation was total messed up. He was nasty and did not help at all. I will be calling to report this awful experience
Staff was very friendly and room was clean.
.
It had the most comfortable bed with nice crisp clean sheets. It was very inviting after a long drive. The TV was confusing in both Quality Inns.
We were only there for a short bit. We had an event thst we spent the entire day at. The front desk allowed us to check in earlier thsn the posted time. We are so grateful. It allowed us to go and enjoy the day. Thank you for that.
Most unsafe. Felt my life was at risk
Great hotel!
Everything was great!
I didn't like that there was no working phone in the room and no fruit available for Breakfast, everything else was good
The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was good for the price. I did think that the free breakfast is bogus. We went down at 0830 to eat something little and the breakfast had been stripped clean by a girl’s sport team. The hotel knew how many guests they have and they should be able to provide the free small breakfast they advertise.
Beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet. Convenient to the highway for a short stay when traveling. Looks like the hotel was upgraded in recent years. Breakfast was cleared out at exactly 9:30 on a Saturday, so don't go late.
It was cool.
Friendly check in, clean large room.
Door keys had to be reset every day to enter room, back door key scanner never worked so we had to walk half way around the building and use the front door, tall overgrown lawn, moist carpet that smelled like mold or something weird, door was propped open with a hanger when we arrived (probably to vent the stench and moisture). But overall it was a bed and warm shower.
Bathroom door didn’t close. ‘Hot Water’ at breakfast buffet was cold.
The hotel was located in a hard to get into(hard to get out of location. The place was clean enough though the air conditioning was off in the hallways on hot days. The staff were fine though we never received the visit from housekeeping on the third day as their bathroom stickers advertised. It's a perfectly serviceable place but that's about it.
Better than expected!
Just passing through and stayed one night. Bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky!). It was very quiet. Only 2 issues: there was an alarm clock in the room that went off at midnight and the carpet seemed damp (first floor). I would stay here again.
Loved this property.
Super clean, excellent condition, very awesome night of sleep
Convenient location and clean. Great breakfast!
Staff was extremely nice and helpful
You need to install USB plugs in your rooms!
Needs total renovation.
The whole place is so outdated. The hallway carpet has holes and stains The towel rack is rusted and about to fall off The door latch is wobbling The TP is at elbow level when sitting on the toilet (I had to remove the roll to sit comfortably) The curtains were dirty and half broken The lamp stand was rusted The mirror frame had major rust spots closer to the faucet….
It was a nice stay
One the best around!
dirty
Every floor in the place was filthy. The bathroom floor was sticky and left black dirt on bare feet so we didn't go barefoot in our room. The dining area and entry hall floor were obviously dirty and shoes made sticky noises as we walked across. Every horizontal surface needs a good scrubbing. Even the furniture in the room felt sticky to touch, but that could have been from the ambient humidity. The whole place needs a good scrubbing.
Friendly staff and quiet
Every comforter I asked for 3 different times had soiled stains all over.
The breakfast was awesome!
Good place to stay
We have stayed here numerous times and it has always been a great stay.
Meh
It was okay. But the pool was a bit dirty with hair and stuff flowing in it. The pool water was a bit stinky. In face my swimsuit smelled real musty right after my swim. The breakfast could’ve used some more condiments for the waffles and non powder creamer for the coffee

The staff was nice.
Poor Service
The popcorn machine in the lobby was cool, but it was empty. At that point, the machine should have been turned off. Popcorn was spilled in the elevator and throughout the hall. It was still there in the morning. At breakfast, the coffee containers were empty. After being refilled, they were full of grounds. I literally took a sip of coffee and had a mouth full of coffee. Overall, poor service.
Good price
If you don't take advantage of this amenity??
The room, service, and hospitality were spot on. The pool is in excellent condition and the staff monitors the condition of the deck and the pool water. If you don't take advantage of this amenity you are missing out.
Property was great! Breakfast was good! Beds were amazing and wpuld love if they sent me an email to let me know what beds they have! I slept like a champion!
No continentla breakfast
A decent value
This hotel was built in the '80s, and it shows. It has been updated, but there is only so much you can do to hotels with room designs from that era. On the plus side, the location is very convenient to NE Indianapolis, and the room rate is very reasonable.
Good
Good, helpful staff. Lousy breakfast.
Staff was attentive and courteous. Breakfast: sub standard. Coffee was not necessarily hot. No cream or half and half, just lame powder. Sausage was not labeled, but suspected a stack was turkey not pork. No sugar free syrup for waffle. Everything else was mediocre as expected at most hotels.
Average property, breakfast was a little below par. Stayed six nights with no housekeeping. Would have stayed longer. Moved to another hotel about the same price.
On one lounge chair not broken at pool…no other complaints
Shower was warm at best. No room in bathroom/shower
.
quiet place to stay , need better breakfast options
Run down, a bit dirty. Breakfast is reasonable. Very uncomfortable being outside at night.
Bed bugs
Variety of breakfast items. Easy check in and out. There was ample handicapped parking.
The breakfast was inconsistent, the pool was nice but a bit cold. It can be hard to get in and out of the area
Simply amazing.
hard to get to
I absolutely love staying here. The staff is extremely helpful as well as do the upmost to keep the guest safe.
Fair pricing
I think it is in need of updating linens, towels and bathrooms. Getting into facility parking lot was easy. If leaving and need to go North bound on Allisonville Road, that can be unsafe during heavy traffic times to cross over to make a u-turn.
Decent place, easy access. Pretty clean for 2 Star hotel.
Would recommend to a friend anytime.
Nice stay, convenient
Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in, first room smelled like mildew so they moved us, the next room was right next door and the carpets were wet to the step.
Room was smelly, had bugs and breakfast was never ready at 6am as posted.
The staff was very accomodating. We requested an early check in which was provided. Coffee was very good. The breakfast looked good but we didn't have time to try it out. There were fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and fresh waffles. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Our only complaint is that the room had a musty smell. Once we had the A/C on for awhile it was better., There was a popcorn maker in the lobby which was a nice touch if hanging around in the afternoon. Overall it worked for our stay.
Breakfast was good.
It broke
The room was a little dirty, and the eggs for breakfast were powdered or something. They were definitely not fresh. But the staff were accommodating and easy to deal with. Overall, not a bad stay.
The hotel was clean, it was not a scary place to stay being a woman by yourself. Plenty of shopping areas around. The bathroom was very tiny. No Complaints!
Good location
Never got deposit back
I'd rate this a 3.5. The person at check in was friendly and welcoming. The hallways and room definitely showed wear and could have been a little cleaner. Every time I walked into the room I thought it smelled like body odor. We were there for the eclipse and so the price was jacked up pretty high.
This hotel is older and the upkeep can best be described as "doing the best that they can." Our room was cleaned, but one of the pillows smelled strongly of a men's cologne. We left it on the floor. The desk chair was broken and tipped back so far that my husband almost fell. The window did not have a "sheer" under the curtain so the only option was to have the curtains closed. We were on the ground floor and if we opened the curtains, anyone walking past the window could and did look in. the furniture in the room was old and worn. Not dirty but it did not make it a room we wanted to sit and hang out in. The shower had a fabric curtain, but not plastic curtain backing it so the water went through the fabric which made for a wet floor. The tub did not have any adhesives on the bottom so there was potential for slipping. I tried to use the hair dryer but it was not working, it was not worth mentioning as we needed to leave on time and I can go without. The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate but if we were to return to the area again, we would pick another provider for a more modern stay. The hotel was clean but just looked worn. I wouldn't want to stay there if I was traveling alone. Simply put, we had our reservation for 2 nights and when we returned to the hotel on the first day, we had the option to stay in the room for one more night or leave to drive 5 hours to arrive home after midnight. All things considered, we took the drive.
Any motel near a freeway is going to have traffic noises, so I expected that. But the place was pretty easy to get to once spotted off the roads. Friendly staff, especially when had to recode our door keys more than once. Easy drive to three shopping centers and gas station.
Good
Nice and quiet property
Good Location
Gary at the check in was very nice. Hotel is in a great spot for shopping and restaurants right if the freeway. Room was really basic and could have used a more thorough cleaning. First floor hallways REEK of cigarettes but our room thankfully did not smell.
This appears to be a run down older hotel. It is convenient as it is just off of 465. If some TLC were given to the hotel to spruce it up I would have given it a higher rating. It just smells old and musty and the carpet in our room was quite dirty. I had on white socks and they were so dirty after walking around the room for one night I just threw then away. Staff was polite and considerate. The room said it was non-smoking but I don't believe that was the case.
The location of the hotel is great. It's very easy to find, just right out a highway exit. There are many shops and restaurants around, too.
Toilet did not flush in room 223. Reuse white flat sheet with a yellow stain on it. They should have thrown away the stain sheet.
Its always a bonus when they offer breakfast! They had a nice breakfast. Our over all stay was good. Would stay again!
The breakfast was bland and cold. Other than that average. Building is definitely showing its age.

Should not be considered to be handicap accessible as far as the bathroom/shower should be considered, it still has a tub in it & the tub was very slippery.
Good place to stay
This hotel touted itself as a non smoking property and in fact it was not. I smelled cigarette smoke constantly. I am an asthmatic and allergic to it. Had I not paid in advance, I would not of booked at this property or would of left. The breakfast was just ok and was not serviced as well as it could of been.
the right choice,
You deserve BETTER
Terrible experience- wont book with Quality Inn again.. hallways smell like cigarettes.. first room - bathroom was dirty w/ hair and water residue on walls.. second room- appeared to be cleaner until I found what looks like an old bed bug nest just behind the fridge- remote was sticky with GOD only knows - only booked because their was an emergency evac at my apt building due to flooding and this place wasnt too far from where I live- Had my toddler son w/ me who was scrtaching and itching after showering. Checked in around 8pm and checked out by 11:30p… just dont do it- pay the extra money for your comfort and health!! You are worth it!!

the hotel is in a safe place, shopping around is good breakfast is not as supposed to be, rooms bathrooms are so small , comparing to other hotels with the same price i didn't get what I expected
