I'm always glad to see a kettle & fridge, and the tray of fruit left in the room as a welcome was extra nice. The breakfasts were very expensive. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. I've deducted one star as the bedside "table" (it was an imitation log?) was too small to put anything on, and there was nowhere to sit at the main table. The staff were excellent, but when I checked out I was given vague (and incorrect) information regarding onward transport to the airport by the person at the desk. Another star deducted for that.

I was asked extra charge about VAT when checking in. The hotel is nice but with bad sound proof glasses. The party nearby was going on all the time

This hotel is great in a prime location but what’s most unique is the staff here !! Exceptional such as Yael and Eyal but also each and every one of them is amazing , kind , caring and only wants to make sure our stay was nothing but the BEST!! We will def coming back this will be our hotel when we are in Israel again .)

Fantastic property. Peaceful ☺️ and clean 🧽 and yet in the heart ❤️ of north tel aviv. I highly recommend this property and The breakfast in the morning is five star and sitting out on the terrace too is great. They have a swimming pool and a sauna, and very few locations in Israel have this. Special thanks to. Eyal Gal Adi and Asaf night clerk I will definitely be coming back to this property Port Tower,l

It was a good stay but I paid for ocean view more money and since I arrived later they gave a room facing in the direction of the ocean on the second floor. I should have just save my self money and gotten a less expensive room with the same results also they said parking on site but when I arrived they told me they where at full capacity and got to look and pay for parking elsewhere. Paid for breakfast and it was soak and would had been better off going out to one of the near bye restaurants for a better and cheaper breakfast. The highlight is the location.

No restaurant - just a very limited options snack booth. No parking. Area is congested during the afternoons through the late night hours. Rooms are not soundproof. Noisy neighbors and their barking dog kept me awake through the night.

The hotel is new and located in a very good place. The view from the balcony is breathtaking specially on the sunset. It is a very short distance from the old Tel Aviv port that it is a very popular restaurant and promenade area. The only thing that i really did not like in this hotel is that the elevators and specially the room corridors are not air conditioned. That is very unpleasant in hot weathers. They have to air condition all these areas. Other than this, recommended.

Location was great as was all the staff. The view of the sea from our room was wonderful . The only complaint I have is that there were people cleaning the AC or other machinery up on the roof one night till 23:00 and it was noisy.

nice modern hotel - nice sea view on the higher floors although some weird design choices (tv is on the side of bed, no regular sitting chair near desk) towels could be upgraded to better quality location is far from city -center but there are plenty of bus options. so that is not a problem unless you stay on a weekend we didn't have breakfast as it was overpriced but there many dining options near by staff was friendly

Lovely relaxing week at port Tower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. This was my 2nd visit, will definitely return and recommend to others

The hotel itself was ok. However the room was small, hardly any storage space and the bed was super hard. The lobby was freezing cold and their oil diffusers that they sell are super strong so that you’re hit like a ton of bricks when you walk into the lobby. My biggest complaint though is the customer service….there is none! The staff almost seem annoyed or confused whenever you have a question or request. There is no welcome with a smile or helpful information offered. I will definitely not be back.

Liked views, smart elevator, classy eating area and breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Did not like bizarre room layout where bathroom was bigger than bedroom and had no door. Workout room too small and not well equipped (no exercise mat, light weights). Pool water too hot. Also, street was very noisy at night.

We booked on Expedia and pre paid for the room on Expedia but when we checked in they charged again. When we called this to their attention they said they would refund it immediately it’s been 4 days and have not received a refund. Hotel manager could not make a refund go through. We are very upset. Also the rooms are very noisy from street noise and the blackout curtains don’t work lots of light comes in. The hotel is relatively new and modern and nice design but the rooms are extremely small.

Was great for price point

We spent two nights at this hotel in the northern part of the beaches. The property is very clean and location is easy to find shopping and public transportation.

Nice new hotel

This hotel was very nice, new and clean. The bathroom was quite large and nice, with good counter space for your things. If going back to Tel Aviv I would try to stay slightly further south because traffic can be quite bad and this seemed slightly removed from restaurants and everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast was $30 apiece, which seemed crazy high, so we did not eat there, but we also did not see many bakeries or breakfast stops nearby in our brief stay.

If you like waking up to construction at 9am or calling management 5-6 times to get a different accommodation this is the place for you. If like rude customer service and basically being told to F off - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. If you want to amend your reservation and like to get flat out said no to - you guessed it... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Very nice hotel, great rooms with a beautifull view to the see. Very good breakfast. The location to the Tel aviv port is perfect - service was exceptional. The only problem is the parking - after checking out it took a very long time till the y brought our car.

Would definitely go again but the only thing is the cleanness is not the best

Great location in Tel-Aviv. Mainly for couples.

Great location in front of TLV port. Small rooms but have everything needed. Noise from the street is not that bad. Bath robe and sleepers could upgrade the experience. Breakfast is great. Parking is limited and cost 100 ILS for full day. The indoor pool is nice and could have been even better if it had been heated. Great place for couples. Less for family.

Superb hotel, rooms a bit small

Beautiful design, especially in the rooms. Nice swimming pool and sauna (no bathrobes though). The hotel is clearly new. Friendly staff. The rooms however, are quite small. Even if all the amenities are there.
