Great place to stay. The front lady very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you.

Felt very safe as the property is located adjacent to the French Embassy which has security outside. Convenient location to walk to major tourist sites. Lots of restaurants close by in an adjacent piazza and a daily market.

Fantastic little hotel!

This by far is a little special place that is not a typical hotel; this is such a special place with unbelievable service, staff, breakfast daily and quite frankly a diamond in the rough and location is by far its most hidden treasure!! Would stay again if in Rome!!

Beautiful comfortable and everyone was so kind couldn’t ask for anything better!! we would recommend this to everybody !!!

Great boutique

Great boutique hotel. We had the 2 room sweet but the second bed was a pull out couch. Very conveniently located.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, they even helped us with our luggage. Anverly did a fantastic job catering to our needs during breakfast! She was very sweet and always had a smile on her face!

Loved everything about this place, especially the staff. Very welcoming, attentive, and provided some great advice and guidance. We will be back!

Excellent hotel and location

Fantastic stay- the hotel was excellent and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was incredible and a big hit with the children. Location was excellent- close to all the sights and lots of excellent restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again when we visit time again.

Amazing service

AMAZING service. They go above and beyond to help you. The desk attendant dragged my luggage to the piazza so that I could hail a taxi. She refused to let me touch it. My second stay. Will be back for a third.

I had the most amazing stay at PIAZZA FARNESE Luxury suites. From check-in to check out and everything in between was beyond my expectation. Notable staff that made my stay that much more exceptional were Joy, Verly, Carlos and Joshua. I highly highly recommend

This is a wonderful small hotel, so convenient to all the sights. Service was excellent. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, great bathroom, delicious breakfast. Staff was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick visit to the Piazza Farnese Luxury Suites on our way home. The staff greeted us warmly and were very attentive, especially Joy. Our room had a delightful queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC. Everything was very well designed and chic.

Wonderful - can't beat this location. Joy & Ana were excellent hosts. Ciao!

This hotel was great and clean and the staff very friendly the only reason I’m giving a 3 on area is because we paid for the luxury room with balcony expecting to have 2 huge fountains in the square but the fountains were under renovations and workers started at 6:30am

Awesome spot to stay. Unfortunate there was so much construction in the area, but that certainly isn’t the hotel’s fault.

We have been to Rome many times and have stayed in all kinds of accommodations. Piazza Farnese Luxury Suites rates as one of the best places. It is convenient, well designed, spacious, affordable, and right near some of our favorite restaurants and of course many of the must see sites when in Roma. All of the personnel from the desk staff to the cleaning staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The Bathroom in our room was five steps up from the sleeping area and felt more like a lounge than a bathroom. We had a very pleasant time there and will definitely stay here again.

Maryjo was the best! She went above and beyond decorating our room for our 25th anniversary upon our arrival with flowers, balloons, wine and cake. She did a fabulous job taking care of all the Guests! Although our shower head in the bathroom was not operational, (thankfully there are 2 showerheads in our bathroom -the actual shower head and a smaller one), Maryjo made up for all the inconveniences. Great job Maryjo, keep up the fantastic work!!!

This hotel is one of the best! From the moment you step inside you are greeted by lovely hosts. The rooms were spacious for our family of four and four large suitcases. Comfortable beds and soft fluffy towels. The morning breakfast was amazing with delicious cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, cheese etc. served by a friendly morning host. Fresh coffee, cappuccino etc made to order. My kids enjoyed the snacks that were left in our room. The location is perfect! You are close to everything but quiet at night for a restful sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

They are excellent Joy is an excellent person, she help us with our luggage, explain every detail with patient and love. She and Joshua helped us with our Uber and the owner with his own car was the one how take is and it was there at 2 am at the dot They are Súper responsible, take very serious their work and super super nice… The room was super clean, very cold, the bath is very spacious and clean. Location was very good, because they are in the middle of all touristic places!!! Joy thank you for everything and hopefully I will visit you guys again!!!

Great staff and great location.

We have a lovely stay. We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so we had plenty of space. The location is amazing, right near a wonderful market. The air conditioning was strong which is unique for Italy. The staff was very helpful. We have a minor issue that they resolved immediately. The only other minor issue is that our room was right next to the elevator and it is quite loud starting at 5:30 am some days. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend possibly not staying in this particular room. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful!

An incredible gem of a hotel!

I very rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with my experience here that it is necessary! I needed a hotel for a 1 night stay in Rome and this was an incredible hidden gem that I am so glad I found! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and explained everything thoroughly when I arrived. I was in Rome a few weeks ago for 3 days and am upset I didn’t find this hotel for that stay too because I loved it so much. The beds are comfy and the rooms are so beautiful and spacious (and the AC rocks - a hard find in Rome)! I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here for any future trips I have to Rome.

Great for families. 2BR/2B room available.

Great for families. We have a 15 & 17yr old and it was great to have the multiple rooms. Very safe as the French Consulate is right next door and there is always guards present. The piazza a block away had a market everyday and great restaurants in the evening. Close to many of the big attractions.

Staff was great & very helpful!

Excellent service and communication by property owner Carlo! Right on time to let us in and explained everything we needed with keys, etc. and always available with just a phone call! It actually has a lift if needed. So nice of them to hold our luggage after check out time for a few hours! Not every place will do that! The place itself was very clean and large enough for the 6 of us with one big Queen down and one up w also 2 twin beds. And 2 br! Had a little fridge. The location is amazing because it was very close to a piazza with multiple restaurants around and was easily walkable to Vatican and Trevi fountain. A Catholic Church is very close with an English mass offered even though we missed it 😩

Central location , friendly and helpful staff

In the true city centre of Rome, with history and magnificence at few steps, this accomodation is convenient to visit the city, but is far from the adjective “luxury”. Rooms need to be restoreted, mattress in uncomfortable, steps everywhere (including in the room to reach the bathroom!). Good solution for a couple of nights, nor more.

Great price for the location, you are in the heart of the city and have any things walkable distance even the Rome Forum, Colosseum others. Place was chill, quiet and the staff was lovely.

Loved my stay at this gorgeous property. The suite had a mini gym and good sized bathroom…..and everything was immaculate. Great location and wonderful staff. Would definitely stay again. A

Property in a perfect location. Couldn't be any better in my opinion. Close to everything but on a quiet piazza. Room was clean, a/c was great. Above all, staff was awesome, responsive and very helpful. Their assistance in arranging transfers was one less thing I had to worry about. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The check-in was great! They took time to explain the area, what places to visit and where to go for good restaurants. You couldnt ask for a better location! You could walk everywhere from this hotel.

Stayed in #103 which is 2 floors. The room was clean and organized upon arrival. The main bed is downstairs by the door, which is next to the elevator, but it wasn't too loud. Nice patio available from the first floor. Upstairs has a loft that connects to a second bedroom. Both bathrooms were well maintained. Shower water pressure could use some improvements. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We stayed here on our last night before heading home and it was very easy to schedule an airport shuttle through the staff. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

This place was filthy! Mold on the ceilings and walls, bugs in the bathroom. Smelled musty and moldy. Food from breakfast was left out for hours and no bussed tables

Staff, location...very walkable; cleanlinest and charm. Great, safe area for singles on their own. Mikela and Joshia were so pleasant and accomidating. This is a place not to be missed!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. It has so much character and charm and the staff are incredibly wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend!

Bathtub

Not recommended.

We had two rooms and stayed three nights. The rooms were clean when we arrived. The room with my daughter and her family had the bathroom cleaned on the 2nd day but the beds weren’t made. On the third day neither room was touched. The garbage was left, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned nor were the beds made. In the room I shared with my husband the AC never worked. They brought in a portable unit but it did only a minimal job of keeping the room bearable. The noise was so bad that neither one of us slept the first night. On the second and third nights were used earplugs that helped a little. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work either. It just kept making weird noises. We asked at the desk and they said to unplug it. On the plus side, there was a really nice lady at the desk on the first day who I can’t say enough nice things about. She made sure we had a van scheduled to take us to the airport at 6AM on the day we left. She was very nice and personable.

We loved everything about this property. Would stay there again and would highly recommend!! We had to leave early in the morning and they left us a note in the lobby by pre made coffee for us. We took cookies etc and headed to the airport. Room was beautiful , great location and the AC was phenomenal!!! Favorite place to stay in Rome!!!!

Great short stay, great locale hotel

Very well located- lots of restaurants, great vibe, easy to walk to all sites. AC very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was basic, but clean, lovely little balcony overlooking piazza Farnese. Bathroom was functional and clean but quite small. Breakfast included is a nice addition. Good selection of food and beverages.

What a welcoming staff! They did everything to make us feel at home. The room was stylish and cosy. The beds were comfy. The location is quite central so that you can walk to all the main sights in 20 minutes (30 minutes to Vatican). We highly recommend this property for your next stay in Rome!

We only stayed here one night because did a last minute flight change and had to fly out of Rome instead. However, the service was great during our stay and the room was surprisingly big. The area had tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The room is very clean, and the linen etc all clean. The general ambience was very dark with very little natural light, even the breakfast room had no natural light. The staff very friendly and the location is outstanding! As we all know location is everthing

Spacious but unfortunately not clean.

The room was spacious to accommodate my family however, was not clean when we checked in. There were spots on the stair railing that was not touched, we left a bandaid we found on the floor upstairs to see if they actually cleaned over several days we were there it went untouched. However, my daughter's personal belongings of jewelry were gone through on the window ledge downstairs and put into her closed backpack but, the bandaid upstairs remained untouched. We love the area but, would not stay at this "luxury suites" hotel again. It's unfortunate.

Love everything from the convenience location to the staff extra attention to details and treated us very well. The hotel staff also helped us organized the taxi ride from the FCO airport, and to and from the port, also gave us ideals how to visit Rome efficiently. Will definitely stay here again. The super breakfast was a great added bonus to our stay at this wonderful hotel!

Astoundingly nice staff. Great location. Good breakfast. Rooms could use a little work, but most rooms in Italy could. Couple of points, some rooms don't have showers, and after hours has to be pre-arranged for arrival/departure (this is a smaller managed facility). Don't let that deter you, rooms are large, and the location is very good.

For some strange reason, there is no one present in this "hotel" after 7PM. We we emailed a note to let ourselves in and find the room door card on the front desk. When we got there, the place was deserted. We got the key to the room, but the note gave us the wrong room number. We tried to open the door, only to disturb the people already in that room. There was no one to talk to and no one was answering the phone number they gave us. Finally, the guests we disturbed told us that they were also given the wrong room and suggested we tried our key on their first room. It worked. The beds were comfortable but the shower was strange, It had disco lights and one of the walls was made of glass where a curtain could be drawn outside the shower revealing the person inside. In the morning, after one shower, the bathroom and shower were clogged and overflowing. We were given a key to a different room to use that room's bathroom. The free breakfast was good, but since there were only very nice 3 people working in the entire place, service was slow. The location is good, right next door to the French embassy and a very touristy piazza.
