Total disappointment
Cuatomer Service = disappointment. There was no hot water on night 2 of the two nights my family and I stayed. We asked for helped which we were told they were going to fix the problem in an hour. We waited until midnight and the problem was not solved not even until the next day. Cusco is so cold that a hostal needs to have hot water. The worse part came when I was checking out. My stayed was already payed but the lady at the counter told me that I was charged too little and that my family and I shouldn’t have been allowed to stayed there for the prices I paid. She wanted Hotels.com to refund my money so she can charged me a different price which she said was a decent priced. I wish I could’ve have get the name of the person that was talking to us because at first she was friendly but when we told her she has to talk to the third party we booked and resolved the issue with them, she got really mad and said she will take the money the hotel is loosing out of the person that checked us in and to get out. She was so rude, blamed us for the price I payed through Hotels.com. It was such a disappointment as I have never experienced such a bad customer services. On the other hand, Breakfast was decent and is very close to Plaza de Armas. Do not stay in the rooms with balcony as the main road is very loud. Also, if you risk to stay here and pay in advance have a copy of your payment as she told us she wouldn’t have let us in for the price we paid. Good luck if you stay here.
Good services and good place ! Good breakfast tee all the day
nice hotel close to the main plaza. too much noise coming from below but you get so tired from walking all day that you barely feel it when you go to bed. You get charge a little bit more due to taxes of you decide to pay when you arrive at the hostel.
Hotel has shower dirty, mildew on wall . Bed so uncomfortable . We has a room for a family of 5 and they only give us 3 towers. We spend 2 night, they don’t change the sheets neither the towers . They said they have transportation to the airport. It’s not true you have to pay for a taxi. The only good thing it this hotel is so close to facilities, restaurants, shopping and museum.
A hotel can ruin your vacation. This one did!
I had a two nights stay booked here, one before my 4 day tour to Machu Picchu and another the night after I arrived back in Cusco when the tour ended. The first night I was asked to go to another hostel across the street because they were overbooked and I agreed, the second night they just said I had to, no questions asked, even when I refused because the other hotel rooms were freezing and had no hot water. To top it off they told my agency I had booked a transfer to the airport with that I did not have reservation there, when the agency called to give my pick up time, so I lost my ride to the airport. In short, I had to get a police officer to get them to help me get a ride out of town after the streets were blocked due to a protest. They did not move until the officer told them to do it now or I would miss my flight , at which point a worker walked me about 20 mins out of town to get a ride. Yes, I missed my flight and had to book another one. Thanks Peruvian Hostel
a dever.
Uma boa ducha quente no inverno.
Bom hotel. Boa relação preço/qualidade.
Bom hotel. Bom custo beneficio. Gostei.
Decepcion
