TravellerAccueil impeccable, endroit un peu en retrait de la ville. Lieu sécurisé. Lieu typiquement marocain, deux piscines et une belle terrasse pour le petit déjeuner inclus . Massages et dîner sur commande avec frais. Unité de chauffage dans la chambre. Wifi impeccable. Côté négatif comme presque tous les endroits visités au Maroc est que les murs ne sont pas isolés donc dans notre situation (voisins colériques avec jeune enfant turbulent) mais malgré tout nous avons apprécié notre séjour avec des hôtes exceptionnels!
TravellerWhen we first arrieved there was no room for us. We had to wait for more than 2 hours and always needet to ask the staff what was going on. In the end we had to spend the first night in an other riad close by. There is no reception and it is not well organized. If you want to have dinner in the hotel you have to order it 2 hours in advance and so that they can order it from another place. The hotel oloft it self is beautiful and the staff is really friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.

TravellerAm Abend der Anreise erfuhren wir, dass kein Zimmer für uns zur Verfügung steht. Die Unterkunft war sehr bemüht, der Fehler lag bei Expedia. Zum Glück konnten wir über booking noch ein Zimmer in einem anderen Riad bekommen.

Very bad experience. No facilities in the room even basic ones , not enough light and very bad air-conditioning. No parking was provided despite of request , not recommended at all
