Our favorite property on our trip to Italy. Perfect location. Staff were helpful. Was just a great home base and honestly had everything we needed in a room. Balcony was a cool touch and we could sit out and overlook the people walking by. If I had to knock something it would be the arrangement of the room. The sink was in the main room oppose to the bathroom, but if that is your biggest concern then you did OK

Great location, odd room rates

Numa Tullo was a perfect place to stay, it's right on the edge of the lively evenings in Trastevere which you can go out and enjoy, but once you get back to your hotel, you can't hear any of it. The only thing I will say is there is a huge variation in the size of the rooms, it felt a little ridiculous that we paid the same amount for three rooms but one was vastly bigger than the other two.

The area and neighborhood was outstanding to get the true feel of Rome. Highly recommend.

Perfect

It was generally a good choice but the property is shared with a loud bar that plays music 6 nights a week. I was grateful for the earplugs but I still would have chosen elsewhere had I known.

Stayed at Tullo for one night upon arriving in Rome. Very basic stay. Grounds smelled of mold / mildew, but overall clean and fine.

They were amazing and so kind and helpful they went way above and beyond!

The property location is very good. The property itself is small but clean. There is a lot of noise and not much sound proof at all. Free luggage storage is very nice as we don’t have to rent space to store our suitcases before check in.

My stay at Numa was perfect - the space was clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location.

Great little room with modern bathroom. AC stopped working but they got it fixed. On site luggage safe.

It was a nice experience

Location is perfect, breakfast was great, they have it dialed in with electronic check in and check out. Super convenient and quick and easy. It was so clean. The only thing I could say negative is the beds were a bit hard. But given the other ones we’ve stayed in Italy. Seems to be common and definitely not the worst bed we have stayed in. Would stay here 100 x over and recommend. The value for money was great.

Perfect everything, clean, location, updated and would absolutely be back to stay at this property. great communication, pure delight!! maybe a little counter space in bathroom would be an upgrade, but found the window sills useful for two guys, maybe different for women. A experience overall!

Excellent location, close to all the great restaurants and bars in Trestevere. We were so close to all the nightlife but still quiet when we got to our room. Loved having the terrace

no storage space in the room....but the terrace is great. great little facilities in the room. nice touch with freebies in the fridge . nice bathroom , will be returning. helpful staff only through the app though. greAT luggage storage facility on the ground floor

Check in was a disaster 1) not communicated well enough that fully electronic, 2) that all party members must be cleared, 3) no entrance until pin received (sat in street waiting for pin), requested earlycheck in..delayed until 3:30 (maid behing schedule), 4) no entance to wait, 5) no place to check bags, 6) numa wrongly assumes cell phone signal is fast to facilitate electronic processes with no back up process. Once in... was very nice, but just a room with no Customer service.

No daily cleaning services. No staff in the hotel. No indoor breakfast area. You need to pickup fresh towels and toilet papers from the 3rd floor and the elevator works up to the second floor. No shampoo and body wash refill. You need to pay for the cleaning if you need the room to be cleaned. The area around the hotel is fantastic. You will have a lot of fun during the day and night. The area is close to other city areas if you take the bus.

This property does not have any staff so all check in/out is digital, which we liked. Plenty of dining options in the area and a nice atmosphere. The room setup is a bit difficult for a family, as the shower is basically exposed to the room (no door). There is plenty of light inside the room, while trying to sleep, as the outside lights shine in the window and cannot be switched off. Also, plenty of LEDs in the room keep it lit up through the night… I put an eye mask on. Lastly, the AC is weak so it was quite warm all the time, during Roman summer.

Location of this unit is awesome. However, the layout of our room was bizarre. As you go in there was a twin bed (with a trundle) next to a small fridge with the coffee maker, in front there is a dividing half wall and at the other side a queen bed, right in front of the bathroom. There is hardly any space to place the luggage and there is no closet - which we found really weird. Finally, the lighting is very bright - with no dimming option. The unit is new and the beds are very comfy - and while uncomfortable to move around, overall it was good and very convenient to go to all the great restaurants and stores in Trastevere.

Modern, clean, comfortable and keyless!

This hotel is in the wonderfully convenient Trastevere area in Rome. The building in clean, the decor classy and modern. The rooms are clean, beds super comfortable. Free coffee, water and snacks. Keyless entry. Came for family vacation would stay again and recommend. Would like to feel that the communication is a drop less robotic and disconnected.

Hotellet har en perfekt placering i Trastevere, og værelset er pænt og rent med moderne indretning. Det eneste dårlige var WiFi’en, der var meget ustabil og ofte slet ikke virkede.

Hotel che non rifà le camere, hotel.com non lo segnalate (a detta reception era dichiarato sul loro sito) e non ho prenotato un affitto breve ma un hotel. Che sia hotel.com o l’hotel qualcuno deve comunicare sta cosa almeno ci si regola e si prenota da altra parte.

Muy buena experiencia, pequeño hotel, la ducha está en la habitación por ser tan pequeña, pero todo muy limpio, fácil y lo mejor es que es muy independiente.

this accommodation is very centrally located. all sights are within walking distance. the terrace was great. We can definitely recommend this accommodation

Ok but the shower must be fixed

The shower didn’t work. Informed the manager. They fixed it partially. Still an issue with the water pressure and almost no water from the shower coming out at the end. Very convenient with the code locks. Overall pleased with the location.

Cerca del centro de trastevere ,muy buen hotel excelente ubicacion

Vi havde 3 overnatninger, dejligt hotel, god aircondition, pænt og rent, let med bagage før og efter. Lille køleskab og muligt at lave kaffe og the på værelset. Morgenmaden var lækker, var ikke på hotellet, men tæt ved, og det virkede fint for os. Let med ind- og udtjekning via Numa-app. Kommer gerne igen.

Cute and nicely prepared room with terrance

We came as a couple to spend a few days in Rome. What we liked: The location was perfect for Travasrere. It was just in the center Good aircon No noise from outside The terrance was spacious for two and the bathroom was also a fair size All of the room was of a good standard Outside shower was really cool Mini fridge was good Bad: I wished it was more clear beforehand that we are not allowed to smoke on the terrance No real place to store baggage (big luggage had to be stored by the entrance on the ground floor.

Virkelig skønt lille hotel midt i Trastevere. Værelse med stor terrasse - endog udendørs bruser. Ingen bemanding, men alt fungerer tip-top via sms og sociale medier - henvendelser, ind- og udcheckning mv. Beliggenheden får topkarakter. Morgenmad på nærliggende café er god, men servicen på stedet halter lidt.

Sehr schönes Apartment in traumhaftes Trastevere. Gut gelegen um Rom zu erkundigen. Gute Kosmetik und paar Mini bar goodies machen den aufenthalt noch besser. Kaffee und Tee gibt es auch. Kommen gerne wieder
