Very nice room and updated bathroom with shower. Refrigerator with trendy coffee and tea service was a nice treat!
Again easy to get in and we got early check in which was a nice bonus! Rooms spacious and fittings decadent. Comfortable bed. Gorgeous bath at the end of the bed was a wonderful relief with the unexpected cold weather. Close to all attractions. Only question is that a toaster for breakfast would be great. Otherwise fantastic stay.
Disastrous check in
This place has no reception and I was not sent any email with instructions. Luckily a cleaning person let me in, and a hotel guest explained to me how checkin worked. I had to call the chain's call center, where they sent me a link where I had to provide some information and had to scan my ID, but that did not work with Firefox. Then I tried Chrome, and luckily that worked, so finally I was able to get the code to enter my room. Worst checkin experience ever!
There was an issue with the C02 detector beeping in my original room - was an issue trying to get a hold of a real person to switch room. Once the room was changed everything was pleasant and comfortable.
Lovely Salzburg hotel near Mirabell Palace
Lovely hotel with great amenities. Would be great to have more luggage storage.
Simple online checkin and checkout
Great location. Contact with NUMA was easy
First class boutique hotel. Excellent. Deco, comfort, amenities, quiet My third stay there in the past few months. Will return if price is right (very big flacuations).
Various bus stops nearby along with the train station very easy to get around
Best place for me and my girlfriend to sleep away from the crowds yet close enough to the old town. Check in was perfect. The storage lockers were awesome for our last day before our train in the afternoon. Definitely staying here next time I visit
Hotel was perfect for our needs . Good instruction for access via code & wifi. Quiet & comfortable . Easy to walk into city centre , including Christmas markets. Loved every minute. Only dropped a star for an issue with no hot water on one day of our stay. Had to enquire via messenger to resolve the issue. Communication was good. Would stay again 😀
great hotel
Close to cultural events. Great place!
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed! It
Quiet, well decorated and comfortable room. Free. Water/beer/chips, good bath (though small) with heated floor. Very well designed and was pleasure to stay in. The only negative (with sometime is positive...) was the lack of any human interaction from reservation till checkout. All by email, receiving the code etc. Worked fine, but felt a bit strange... Perhaps this is the future...
Not worth it
For the price paid, it's just not worth it. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just a hassle. There was NO reception desk which I wasn't aware of at the time of booking (I just thought the virtual supplemented an physical) and it was a hassle to whatsapp chat with them for anything and everything - from wifi, to getting toilet paper, iron etc. Everytime I was messaging with them, it was a waste of time on my holiday. For example, our shower didn't have enough pressure - so they asked me to make a video and share the issue (not what I want to do on a holiday!!), instead of sending someone over to have a look which is what is usually done in hotels as pricey as this one. There is also no housekeeping daily - which wasn't mentioned on their page either. The pros - location was great, good amenities, easy check in.
Excellent place, friendly staff, professional, all things very well organised except for the luggage lockers , some of which were faulty
We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything, easy to get around, and the check in/out was very simple. Highly recommend!!
A very comfortable room. Check in was easy.
Although no reception it is convenient to have code to access our room. It is nice and clean. Coffee is good too.
Lovely hotel
Loved this hotel! Beautiful spacious nicely decorated room with a comfy bed and every amenity you could ask for, all complimentary. Conveniently located near the train station, many dining options and tourist attractions, including old town. Nice restaurant/bar in the hotel. Complimentary luggage storage lockers. Had a glitch with virtual check-in but they were readily available by phone.
Really poorly cleaned and maintained room. Disappointing
Very nice, recently renovated, well-priced. Within walking distance from the train station and the main sites. The self-serve check-in/out works great (assuming you have cell service). Offering free luggage storage lockers if the room isn’t ready is brilliant.
Bad service
Very nicely decorated and big room. There is no staff on site but the self service work well. I found the links to the website often didn’t work on my phone but we managed to check in and out using other means. Hotel is in a nice and quiet area a short walk from the station but close to the main attractions
Beautiful room and close to shopping and attractions. Great stay at numa!
There is no reception staff and this is a big downside for me. Room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning, but the room was actually pretty comfortable in spite of 90 degree F heat during the day. Staff in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were amazing and very professional.
Beautiful Retreat
Very beautiful remodeled room and bathroom. Outside of the hustle and bustle but still in good walking distance to all attractions. Very quiet neighborhood. Very responsive when I contacted them regarding needing more towels.
Numa is the perfect place to stay in Salzburg for a solo traveler looking to have a few days in the heart of the city. The location is ideal, quiet but still not far from the middle of the city. The included breakfast is well worth it and the rooms are amazing! Would highly recommend!
Clean rooms.
Nice rooms good location
Excellent!
The hotel is modern, vibrant and very quiet! The hotel has minimal staff interaction. You have a key code to open all doors. You communicate with staff (except breakfast) via what’s app. I loved the concept and how the hotel is modern, clean and so quiet! It won’t suit some families and definitely the elderly but it’s great for everyone else!
a nice stay
it was very clean and quite. very nice decor and cozy. make sure you read your check in email so you can get your login code.
Stupid check in process
Decent hotel except for its terrible check in process. I arrived to find the front door locked and no one sitting at the front desk. Turns out this is a non staffed hotel except for the cleaners. Fortunately one of them heard us knocking and they advised us to check the messages emailed by the property. I have never, and will never, read random messages sent by the property before check in. Turns out that you have to pre register yourself through their website. Very stupid, time consuming system requiring a new user name and password. What if my phone had been dead? They need to change the check in system.
This was a lovely little spot! I mostly enjoyed the decor, the bed comfort (not the pillow!), the english tv channels and the free drinks and crisps. My only complaint was the room was a bit hot and it was too noisy to keep the window open (the provided ear plugs didn't help). I could have maybe asked the staff for a fan but as there was no one at the desk I didn't bother with the extra step to reach out.
The rooms were cute and cozy and the included amenities were a nice touch. Although the online check in was a bit frustrating at first, we actually liked having a PIN for access and not worrying about having/losing a key card.
very nice very clean I was please with it all
Location, location!!
Maybe it is typical of the small hotels in Salzburg, or Austria, but there is nobody working at a front desk. You only communicate with the hotel by WhatsApp
This place was great. The room is a little on the smaller side, but didn’t expect much bigger for the area. The digital process was great, there was a tea pot, coffee pot and fridge available. Comfortable bed. The only negative was the bar/restaurant was closed. The WhatsApp messaging made it simple to help with finding parking. Highly recommend this place. Definitely would stay again.
We liked the digital check-in process, it was very well communicated. The room itself was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Location-wise it was pretty close to some streets with shopping and restaurants.
Very nice place. The hotel is close to everything. The room is large and comfortable. The view is very good. The breakfast and the service were excellent. We recommend this hotel.
No AC and on site parking as listed on expedia listing.
Great location, beautiful hotel, great amenities, however the location of the room was right by the stairwell and I can hear every time the front door closes, also the room does not block the light from the hallway that I had to place a blanket in front of it. Breakfast was great.
Location is perfect. Wifi speed is too slow.
Great place,Great location.
Absolute perfect place to experience downtown. Loved the location and was comfy, roomy, and perfect for our 2 days there.
Great botique style hotel. Friendly staff, great location and beautiful ambient! Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again
Perfect location for the Hotel. 15 minute walk to the old city center, 10 minute walk to Mirabel Gardens, and surrounded by many shops and cafés. The neighborhood felt very safe and although due to Covid it was a contactless check-in, the breakfast staff was awesome! They answered any questions I had regarding transportation & directions and they were very very nice. I would definitely stay here again!
Not a great stay.
Because it's a digital hotel, it was really hard to get a hold of someone and when I did, they never came. I ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the closet myself and get it with instruction. There was also a used eye contact on my bathroom floor. In times of covid, I'm not sure how much they are cleaning if that happened. When I asked them to remove it, they did but left the rest of the floor the same. So, did they just walk in and pick it up? Also, when I asked them about it, I got no response.
房间装修风格不错,洗手间比一般酒店都大很多,装饰现代。员工非常友好,有求必应。
Greedy owners with no compassion
We had a booking for 8th & 9th June. But, our trip from Australia was cancelled by the airlines due to CV19. However, the hotel would not offer a refund, nor a voucher for future use We had booked a 7 week holiday around Europe. EVERY other hotel, airbnb and airline on this trip has offered compensation. This "family run" hotel refused, quoting the fact that, in January when we booked and pre-paid, we chose a non-cancellable rate. If I was irresponsible or if I had purposely requested a cancellation, I would accept the penalty of 100% payment. But, despite the canx being due to this extraordinary pandemic situation and out of our control, the hotel simply reminded me it was non-canx when I booked it. So, they say that I took the risk & should accept the consequences They have held my money since I booked and prepaid in January. Having given them one month notice of our cancellation, they have had the chance to re-book our room, thus earning double the income for that same room for the same nights I am very disappointed in their attitude and will certainly be staying at a different Salzburg hotel when we do eventually go on our next vacation.
The hotel is situated perfectly to enjoy a visit to Salzburg. Within walking distance to the old town and within easy reach of the Mirabel Palace and bus terminal. The terminal is the departure point for many of the tours in and around Salzburg. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back.
Worth it.
Highly recommended, the decoration of this place is really pretty and gives you a homey feeling, even though the room was a little small it was still so pretty and had everything you may need, also the bed was amazingly comfortable. Friendly staff, great breakfast and really well located, without being in a overcrowed site.
Wonderful place to stay to visit Salzburg
This was a great location. We were very impressed with the staff; very friendly, helpful and went out of there way to assist. Great breakfast as well.
The king size bed was comfy. The bathroom floor was heated. This was nice! The breakfast was spectacular and the bar inviting. A great place to stay.
Lovely place. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Great kitchen, bar, and dining area. Comfortable and luxurious rooms
Staffs are very helpful and always with nice smiles. Modern styles and spacious room with nice views. The breakfast is good.
Nice breakfast spread. Located at a quiet district and close to main attractions.
Loved everything about our stay here, highly recommend!
Great hotel,lovely location
Very nice staff and the rooms were beautifully decorated.
Wonderful hotel, quiet, great location, and excellent breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely, with lots of natural light and a lovely view. Would absolutely stay there again.
A beautiful place to stay in Salzburg! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a historic and elegant feel and high ceilings, the bed was comfortable and cozy, and the bathroom had beautiful tile and finishings and a large walk in shower. The hotel also had a gorgeous restaurant/bar that had incredible food! The breakfast was amazing, a huge selection and lots of options for coffee preferences. Great location to everything, and a value for the price, would definitely stay again!
Nice quiet hotel, wonderful buffet breakfast, no a/c but can open the windows and there’s not much outside noise, loved the atmosphere and the service, highly rate this hotel!!
Newly renovated and quite nice. Fresh made breakfast. Need to request hot eggs and oatmeal though. The pumpkin bread was lovely. Close enough to many sites but across the river from old town. Paid parking is off site and 15 euro per night.
The Mozart - Excellent choice
The Mozart is a wonderful hotel and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Salzburg. A bit of a walk to the touristy area of town but a safe walk. Nice service and friendly people.
It was a lovely boutique hotel with modern yet classic vibe. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we had a balcony with a table and chairs that added to the ambience. The bar and restaurant areas were tastefully decorated and were warm and inviting.
Good location with short walks to sites. Reception staff very helpful. Room was noisy from street and room above
Excellent breakfast — such a variety, made to order eggs, fruit, bread, and even cake.
Within walking distance of downtown tourist sites and restaurants. A good value and a nice property.
Staff was wonderful and property very nice. Only complaint is the shower - water gets all over bathroom as there’s no extended shower door. Loved the area too
Overpriced B&B
This property is overpriced for what is essentially a poorly maintained B&B. For my entire stay there was NO AIR CONDITIONING and NO INTERNET in my room. There were emergency servicemen and no fans or mobile Hotspots to offer. Even without opening the windows, traffic and human conversation noises from the street penetrate the thin walls. The showers don't have full doors and flood the floors. The pictures shown do not represent what is available. The staff (one at a time) at the front and the breakfast staff (3) are very friendly and professional and are worthy of a better property.
The air conditioner never worked, the room was terribly hot! And the WiFi had a really low signal, unusable!

Super apartment with the comfiest bedding and quality linen. Loved the bath in the room.
