Ness View Apartment was hands down the best place I have stayed on holiday. The apartment was cosy, quiet, and was in a well situated area. You could walk to all Inverness has to offer. Eleanor is a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment as a home base for all the Highlands has to offer.

Clean, comfortable, accessible/close to downtown town/attractions

We are a family of four. It is a beautiful apartment in the very center of Inverness. Very clean and spacious. Communication was clear and timely. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to other visitors.

It was so nice to stay in a “hotel” that felt like a beautiful home. Our only regret is that we were on day tours during our stay and weren’t able to enjoy it more. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Being able to do laundry was a real bonus. Views are great, pub just up the road with good food. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable and clean two bed apartment with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Excellent location near many delicious restaurants and fun pubs. Lovely to walk along the river. We wish we had spent more than just one day in this location. Easy drive to Culloden and the henge. Right before our trip we received an email that our credit card did not go through and we still owed payment and a link was sent. Expedia advises not to reply to these, and I had trouble getting email confirmation on the legitimacy of the request from the owner even though I emailed the owner through Expedia and through the lodging's own website. In the end we took a chance and paid through the link as we did not want to lose our reservation on this special place. We really enjoyed the place and should we go back will definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved the area and the location of the property. The apartment was very comfortable and roomy. Honestly, we would have booked it for a longer stay had we realized how amazing it was.

Perfect location and apt had everything we needed. Parking was on street below but so easy and just a few min walk. Very easy to load and unload from parking space.

It was really close to the main part of town. Everything was walkable. Water views. Right next to the castle. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and clean. Was provided a parking permit. Inverness is a great town.

Lovely apartment, a comfortable oasis for a family

My family and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Ness View - it was actually our favorite place to stay in two weeks of travel throughout the UK. The apartment was roomy and clean, and the location is excellent. It was nice to take a break from fish and chips and haggis and cook a few meals for ourselves, using the kitchen and a nearby grocery store to whip up some pasta and breakfast foods. It was also great to do some laundry, and to hang out in the dining and living room area together. There's no front desk, which (I've learned) typically means some logistical challenges during the check-in/check-out process, but everything worked smoothly at the Ness View and we had no problems. Well, I guess we had one minor issue, as it took us a little while to figure out where to park our rental car. The parking space is not at the site and not on the street where the apartment is - it's a permit to allow free street parking on a street down the hill. An additional instruction or a map directing us to the actual street might have been helpful, but we managed. The good news is there were plenty of spots available, and it wasn't too far away. Aside from that, everything was flawless. Highly recommended - a real treat!

Convenient spot within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The flat is clean, modern, and well-equipped. We loved it, but had a few minor inconveniences. The top step riser is much wider than the others, so it's a bit dangerous, especially so since the light on the landing was burned out. One of the hair dryers needs replacing. Otherwise, we had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to return.

Bedding was plush and comfortable. Living area cozy and social. Able to cook “in” easily, but able to walk easily anywhere. We would stay here again, and longer!

Amazing place! It didn't lack anything for our stay. Location was excellent also.

The property is just amazing. Very nicely furnished with everything you need. Spacious and super clean. In addition there is a permit to park the car just in the street below that is a big plus.

Wonderful apartment in Inverness

Wonderful apartment! Great location near the river and close to many good restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice and clean the apartment was. Also, the location was perfect for exploring Inverness and a good base for starting day trips. We will definitely recommend this apartment.

Ness Apt- MUST arrive in daylight & NOT on River

The apartment was misrepresented: it said “on the river”, it was several blocks away and had a small view from the smaller bedroom. More importantly, it’s self check in and it was the worst process i’ve ever had. My adult daughter and I arrived in the dark and the apt. Is totally unmarked, exceptionally hard to find, and the emailed directions really bad. IAnticipating difficulty, I had emailed my question several days ahead of time to the two emails haphazardly listed in the Ness Apt. instructions but never received a response.) Then the parking is on another street from the apt. and it was so difficult to figure out where that a LOVELY employee from a nearby (and Well Marked !) hotel from whom I (frantically) asked for help, gave us her personal spot, located much closer, because it was so much simpler than the process of getting into the apt., locating the parking sticker, coming back downstairs and then driving to a different street on a specific side, etc etc. The 2BR/1 bath apartment itself is large, somewhat shabby, but it is spotlessly clean and their are plush white comforters and good pillows on the bed. I had reserved (no refund allowed and AmEx not accepted) two nights; we left the first morning.

Nice hotel, perfect location

Very cozy and quaint hotel and very clean. They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend; if I return to Inverness I will definitely make plans to stay here again!

Perfect Choice

Awesome! The apartment was a short walk to shops and restaurants, not to mention the river. All the rooms (bedrooms, sitting area, kitchen) were good sized. Most of all, it seemed clear that hte owner wanted us to feel at home. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if we come back to Inverness.

Great apartment

I was in the Scottish Highlands with my son and having a two bedroom apartment right along the Ness was terrific. We had a small container of milk, a loaf of bread and package of butter in the fridge waiting for us, as well as a package of shortbread. Those little details made the stay even better!! the apartment was perfect, the kitchen easy to use and the location, unbeatable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Central and clean rooms

It is quite central, hence could be quite noisy at times. Check-in and out was easy, flat was comfortable.

Smartly funused place close to town center.

great experience in this stylish apartment. all of the appliances worked, plenty of hit water, the wifi and television were 100% dependabe. I took a taxi from the train station to the property but walked back to the station for the return journey once I realized how close it was. wish I could have stayed here longer!

Great alternative to small hotel rooms

We stayed one night at the Ness View Apartments during a driving tour of Scotland. Communication leading up to our stay was fabulous. We arrived to find a nice welcome gift from the owners on the table. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. We were thrilled to be able to stretch out and enjoy multiple room living (two bedrooms, bath, living room, dining area and kitchen) after staying in small hotel rooms throughout our stay. We're sorry we didn't stay here longer. The location was very convenient and within a short walking distance to town. Parking was easy and convenient. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Inverness.

GREAT Place to Stay!!!

This is a dream place to stay. We had the most wonderful time in Inverness and this was like a home away from home. Of all the places we've stayed in our vacation this was our favorite. Wonderful location right near the Inverness Castle and along the river back. Very very close to everything -- restaurants, city center, train station, etc. But also very secluded and private. But the best thing was the apartment was decorated and stocked with such care and thoughtfulness. We felt pampered. We will definitely come back to Inverness and we hope to stay at Ness View Apartments again and again. Truly wonderful!!!

No me dieron la clave para accefer llame y me dijeron que la manadaban por sms, no me llego nunca, la sra que nos atendio cerro el movil. A las 11.30 de la noche tuvimos que buscar un hotel, y volver a pagar.

Los apartamentos en si están muy bien, tanto en situación como en servicios, lo malo es el personal que los gestiona y por lo que no volvería ni los recomendaría.

位置很好，到城堡很近，到河岸更是只有一分钟，提供了免费车位，不过我抵达的时候车位都被占满，到了晚上我再去移动到空出来的车位中。公寓房间很大很舒适，只有洗衣机是个问题，洗衣机和干衣机不能同时开启否则会跳闸，我使用的时候单独使用洗衣机却依然跳闸。整体来说是一个很棒的选择

Appartement spacieux avec toutes les commodités, Tout est présent pour le confort des hôtes:très bonne literie l, plaid en cachemire , guides etc (Lave-linge et seche linge bien pratique avec même la lessive !) L'appartement est dans une petite rue en pente juste à côté d'un B and B Tout près du château que l'on voit en haut de la rue. Se garer en warning un peu plus bas le temps de récupérer la pancarte pour se garer le long de la rivière en contrebas.On récupère les clés de l'appartement grâce à un code,dans une petite boîte à côté de la porte.À noter, petit escalier un peu raide pour accéder à la porte de l'appartement Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! nous avons passé un excellent séjour
