Comfortable enough although there were some irritating issues in the room. Main one being the safe! Impossible to manage with one hand. Ceiling looked unfinished. Very little space for tea/coffee making. Coffee was awful. Tiny fridge didn’t allow anything to be brought in. TV “encased” wouldn’t allow personal devices to be hooked up to it

They had a big tour group in house during our stay so the restaurant/bar staff was overwhelmed. The front desk staff was very helpful with directions and advice on travel into the heart of the city. But, this hotel is not close to the tourist sites and they are difficult to get to by car. Lots of traffic and many roads not accessible by car.

Apart from our room being rather small and the glass in the bathroom allowing light into the sleeping area, our stay at Movenpick was excellent. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was clean.

We booked last minute because we missed our flight. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and nice. We didn’t get to use all the facilities because we left early

Nice hotel near airport

This is a nice, clean, modern hotel that we stayed at before we had a very early flight out the next day. Very economical and clean and close to the airport.

Tranquility if it’s part of what you are looking for. Very clean and modern hotel. Quality breakfast but very very very very basic. Options very limited and same very basic breakfast everyday. But all else is great. Slept well. Cool. Peaceful.

A new modern hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Just on the outskirts of the City of Zagreb it is a total that offers comfort and all the modcons at affordable prices

We waiting 2 hours for a dinner at the room. Staff come round 23 o´clock, when we already slept. But by the check out we have all food at the bill. On the reception cant cancled the dinner. :(

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again..

Very good, modern facilities. Breakfast and Bar and service excellent. Not far from airport. In an industrial area, you can take a bus to city center, a taxi would cost 10 - 15 Euros.

In our room, part of the wall between the bathroom and the room was glass. At night, turning on the bathroom light would light up the whole room. No night lights in the bathroom or room. The bed with down bedding were wonderful.

Nice hotel but location is not great

This hotel is very nice with excellent service, but the location is not beneficial if you want to visit old town. It's definitely a taxi or Uber ride. Their is a small mall within a 30min walk and a lidl supermarket 5 minute walk. This hotel has a chocolate hour on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. I just missed on Friday and was told sorry no leftovers.

Room service forgot my order, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, the room wouldn't cool off, and the room lighting was poor. Interesting, but not a place I'd stay again.

Good for an airport hotel.

Hotel was beautiful, but in a more industrial area, so not convenient to walk to anything. But, convenient to airport.

Accommodations are excellent and the staff is top notch. Highly recommended when in Zagreb.

Nice, clean, not very close to the city center

Very nice hotel, very clean but not in the best location. It’s about 15 min from the city center.

This was the fanciest high tech hotel. There is remote control of mechanical windows and you have a master access to switches and outlets

We stayed at this hotel last year, and we give it five stars… It was absolutely outstanding… However, this year we stayed there twice and the second time it wasn’t the greatest We arrive to the hotel 15 minutes before 3 PM and they actually made us wait till 3 PM to give us the key to the room… my wife and the two year-old were sitting in the car in front of the hotel waiting for 15 minutes which I think is pretty unreasonable… the girl that (Josipa I believe) was checking us in was trying to call I believe housekeeping to see if the room is ready, but they refused to tell her so she had no choice but to make us wait… She really tried everything to get us in as soon as possible When we made the booking for this room requested some extra towels… When we got to the room they were definitely extra towels, but they were real tiny towels… We went downstairs and asked for a couple of big normal size towels, and they only gave us one saying that they ran out of big towels Which I also think is ridiculous… Hopefully next year they earn their five stars back…

Lovely staff and clean room.

The staff are really friendly and full of tips, the room was comfortable and nice! to get to the center you have to drive about 12 min but other than that it was really convenient and comfortable.

The best hotel I have stayed in when on my trips to Zagreb. All staff, to a man and woman, were obviously briefed and certainly executed. Wonderful. Real care. I will be coming back.

Hotel is very trendy and the staff is amazing.

Very good stay

The property is fairly new and in great shape. We were given a handicapped room because we had two small dogs. The staff was great and dining was good. There is nothing spectacular about the hotel, but very solid service and infrastructure. It was clean and safe.

Must stay!!

Stayed in many Zagreb hotels in last 3 years but always in the city where is very hard to fin a carpark or expensive. Really liked this hotel as clean, smart and cool but some drive to the centre which I didn't mind.

My room did not have Television. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Nice Overnight Stay, Close to Airport

Great place for our stay prior to our flight the next morning. Room had cool enhancements for lighting and a nice shower, but all we really needed was a nice bed for the night. Mission accomplished!

Fantastic hotel - quiet, comfortable, good wifi

Great hotel, friendly staff, good gym, excellent breakfast and coffee. Would love to have better lighting in the bathroom (for putting on make up esp).

The TV location in the room is surprising and convenient. The rooms are well designed and spacious. It has all the amenities that a hotel room should have. The restaurant serves excellent local meals at a good price. If you have a car, they have parking in an underground facility that is secure. Opaque Glass walls and door for the bathroom are not my favourite thing.

Highly recommended

This is an amazing new hotel about 7 Km from the airport and very easy to find if you have a rental. It is reasonably priced and has an excellent breakfast where the chef will make eggs/omelettes to order. The parking is underground and a hotel key is required to access the floors.

The area where the hotel is located is on the outskirts of the city, towards the airport. Fine if you're travelling early in the morning, too far from the city centre and anything else.

Stopover on road trip

This was a last minute booking as a stopover on our way to Budapest. Could not have been more comfortable and conveniant.

Fantastic hotel...wonderful value...restaurant was great....we used as a layover hotel.....would not hesitate to book here again.

Great hotel for business men. Would not be the perfect choice for women needing good bathroom mirror lighting or hair dryer cords or for families. Really enjoyed the friendly service.

Great hotel totally new, very clean, close to airport

Hotel is new very modern .has free parking ...a greatvshower and good blackout shades.. Its 3 km from center so a car is helpful .highly recomendedespecially forbthe proce.

The style was very modern and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed how open and light the room was with all the windows and natural light.

New stylish hotel

This is a new hotel. I think it is very nice, modern and stylish. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Good bar and the meals in the restaurant were lovely.

Broken electrical holder beside the bed. Was no personel in the breakfast area so had to ask in the kitchen for help. A lot of personnel but perhaps organise it a bit better would make the experience better.

Hotel incrível, tudo moderno, quarto amplo, cama confortável, excelente atendimento. Restaurante muito bom. Recomendo.

깨끗하고 친절했지만 불편한 미니멀리즘

깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되고 프론트 직원들은 친절했지만 몇가지 아쉬움이 남는 호텔. 풀만, 이비스와 같은 체인으로 이비스보다는 위, 풀만보단 아래 등급이라고 나와 있다. 이 호텔은 친환경, 미니멀을 내세우는데, 미니멀이 오히려 불편한 점이 많다. 초모던한 디자인의 샤프TV는 넷플릭스, 유튜브 말고 TV는 나오지도 않고 아무리 이것저것 눌러보고 조작해도 지상파 TV가 나오지 않는다. 리모콘에 표시라도 자세히 하든가 아니면 따로 설명서라도 있어야지 아므것도 없다. 기본으로 제공하는 물도 없고, 그러면 정수기 물이라도 이용할수 있게 해야 하는 것 아닌가. 그냥 욕실물 끓여서 차 마시란다 커피포트도 모던한 디자인인데 뚜껑이 열리지 않아 한참 헤매디가 프론트에 문의했더니 세게 꾹 누르란다. 해보니 되긴 했다. 조명과 냉난방 컨트롤도 명칭도 없이 아이콘으로만 돼있어서 이 역시 불편하다. 이럴거면 매뉴얼이나 설명서라도 있어야 하는 거 아닌가. 조식은 그럭저럭. 빵은 맛있었고 다양한 치즈도 좋았지만 주방 조리직원이 인 보여서 즉석 조리는 없나보다 생각했는데 나중에 보니 오믈렛을 해주었다. 난 못 먹었지만... 어매너티는 당연히 1회용 아니고 고정돼 있었는데 품질은 아주 좋았다. 호텔 위치가 도심에서 떨어져있어서 그룹투어하는 날 나만 픽업 못 받았는데, 자그레브는 댜중교통 요금니 저렴하고 이용하기 편해서 크게 문제는 안 됐다.
