Cats around check in area TV and bathroom fan not working

Excellent. The room was clean the beds were so comfortable and didn't have to ask for extra pillows. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stop here again

Property was not clean. Don’t book if you are allergic to cats as there are cats roaming around inside the property. Side door was not operational so we had to park on the side and then walk to the front with all of our luggage to then go all the way back to get to the stairs. Hotel appears to have a lot of long term guests. You could see cat litter on the window sill of rooms and fur stuck in the carpet outside the doors. Would not recommend staying here.

I will never stay here again Noisy all night people yelling in the hall way. People trying to open doors. People’s boots outside their room. Pool and hot tub was disgusting. Front Desk has cats climbing all over the place and people smoking in the hallway. Advertise a laundromat the Dryer was not working. The floor in the room was caving in. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

I was charged an additional $100 and was told I would be reimbursed after check out and I was not reimbursed.

They should hold the deposit, NOT charge me for it then credit my card. this cost me 8.00 dollars in exchange. I did not appreciate that.

My kids went to the pool and say a car with a mouse and rooms smelled and dust dirt nasty this place should be condemned safety needs to come to this spot to shut it down

Waffle maker & variety of options in self service breakfast room was excellent. Non working key card pad to Hot tub Spa and or pool area was disappointing, we had no access, despite the front desk staff replacing our key cards for working ones, which didn't work either.

They post having a pool and hot tub but they're out of order/ broken for 2 years.

Avoid! I wouldn't have stayed there except changing reservations on this site is a pain

Room had broken lampshades, an open vent with no cover, and in the morning I found a cockroach on the floor. The manager refunded me $12

Disgusting rooms

We got 2 rooms and One of the rooms my daughter was staying in and she woke up to a mouse on her pillow. They moved their bed and there was a mouse trap. The mouse then ran under our door because we were right next to them and then ran under the neighbors door, the front desk just told us to go and let the other people know there’s a mouse in the room. They wouldn’t do anything to fix the situation so we left. The faucet was falling apart in the bathroom overall, the room, which is dirty the customer service at morning time. She was rude and inconsiderate. We asked to speak to a manager or had the corporate number to make a complaint, and she told us to look online she didn’t have it.

Nothing I liked Hallways unkept hadn’t been cleaned in days. The swimming poor and hot tub were dirty and murky. No breakfast, maybe some cold coffee if your lucky.

If you can avoid staying here, I highly recommend you do. I should have done more research. We needed a quick place to stay overnight. This place was disgusting. The second we walked in, it smelled horrendous. Our room was terribly dirty. Everything is old, and the AC is so loud it woke out child multiple times in the night. The shower was clogged with so much hair, which they didn’t even try to clean up and the faucet was coming out of the wall. The “hot” tub was cold. There was an alarm that kept going off in the middle of the night- not sure what it was, but it was inside the building. When I checked in, I asked for a late checkout, they said they charge $10 for every hour past checkout and I said fine whatever(definitely not worth it by the way-we already paid a significant amount of money for a crappy room) anyway, when we were packing up to leave, a housekeeper knocked on our door and I politely said “we’re still in here” and she said back “yeah check out was at 11” in a really snotty tone. I told her I already spoke with the front desk about it and she yelled back “yeah well nobody told me” I’m not sure why she felt the need to be rude, but she was. Don’t stay here. Spend a little more for better accommodations and a staff that’s actually nice. This place is an absolute dump.

Horrible Service

Lady couldn’t check me in with my card. She cancelled reservation and redid it. I received two charges one yesterday for the stay plus taxes and then this morning for $69.99. Need to wait for them to clear before I can dispute.

While the building is older, the rooms are in excellent repair and well-maintained. The room was recently painted and the furniture was fairly new and in good condition. The front desk service was very helpful and friendly. There are fast food and family dining nearby, as well as fuel and it's right off I-15 and visible as you get off the exit. The pool and spa are clean and conveniently indoors.

My room had an incredibly noisy air conditioning unit. Also, the water in the shower took quite a while to heat up. The sink faucet was loose and the refrigerator didn’t work. When I left for the day I told someone at the front desk about the fridge and they wrote my room number down but when I returned 8 hours later it still wasn’t repaired. Not that it really matters but it’s August and the lobby still has a Christmas tree up.

Stacy was great

Stacy was fantastic. I was on a bicycle and she helped me carry my bags up the stairs! Great customer service.

Has to switch rooms 2 times before we could get settled. The 1st room none of the electricity worked. The 2nd room everything was pulled from the walls, the appliances were in the middle of the room, the tv was face down on the dresser. We got into the 3rd room and lights flickered, there was a dead wasp in the toilet, dead bugs in the shower, which made very loud noises while being ran. At this point we were too exhausted to complain anymore and took the bugs. Staying at a motel 6 comes with knowing it will probably not be the best. But having to switch rooms so many times is ridiculous.

Don't stay here!

This hotel is very run down. Room OK, beds comfortable. there was only one electric plug in the room and it was partially behind a cabinet. In this day and age of having electronic equipment to plug in this is not acceptable. Also no ice machine and laundry facilities not working either.

Saw mice in the hallway. Tv didn’t work. I notified the desk but no one came to see about it. My husband had to move wires around to make connection. Every time we turned it on he had to do it again. I would not stay here again

Bugs and Dilapidated

This is a very old outdated hotel that is dirty and not kept. There were bugs and spiders in my room. The air conditioner was so loud had to have it off in order to sleep. The room smelled and the mattress was absolutely the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I am very disappointed in this hotel.

Staff was great and room was comfy but toilet broke and neighbor had horrific loud fan that rattled my teeth. Woke my kids up at 3am.

The property is in disrepair. There was no working TV in our room. The toilet broke after the first flush, and the noise level was very bad. The woman at the front desk morning and evening were very sweet.

Everything was amazing

I like the location of this property. It feels safe. Bed had clean sheets, fairly comfortable , bathroom was clean and towels were clean. Floor in the bedroom wasn’t clean. I wiped off with paper towels. It was quiet. Had a good sleep. I stay at this property because it meets the requirements for passing through and allows dogs. We’ll stay again on my way back. It’s cleaner and safer than other motels 6. Have never had a really bad experience. Have stayed here several times.

Limited amenities

You get what you pay for. We had a quiet night but the bathroom was atrocious! The toilet squealed like a hyena caught in a trap, the fan sounded like a diesel engine on a cold morning, the taps of the tub were falling off the wall and the doorknob was falling off. This unit (room 104) has had zero maintenance.

Very run down. It's dirty and needs attention. Even though it's inexpensive, it should be clean and not falling apart.

The place is old and needs a renovation.

Paper thin walls and you can hear alarms and phones ringing in adjoining rooms. Fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and I could hear staff arguing in the hall about how to shut it off. The place was just all around noisey.

The rooms had most lights were not working There was leftover food lots of it, n the min fridge, used soap in the bathroom. The beds were good and the tv and bathroom facilities. Back side of motel had a bunch of junk laying on the far end. Maintenance is poor!

Whst you would expect from a Motel 6 at this price point per night. Bonus was the pool, my kids enjoyed it.

Will not stay here again. Upon check in the front desk lady was not professional and couldn’t get us checked in. Another lady came up and tried to help and they were arguing in front of us. The person in front of us came back and said that their room wasn’t cleaned…. The lady was not very professional at all I was embarrassed for them.

We checked in early morn hours which according to motel 6 advertisment. " They leave the light on for you" which is why I always stay with motel 6 while traveling because they don't make you wait until 3 pm to check in, which motels do. They will let you check in around 5-6 am and you can stay until check out the next day which is the normal checkout date. But this particular motel 6 was trying to make us leave at 5 pm basically saying we could stay 24 hrs and we had to leave before check out at 11 am . We did get it worked out but I don't think we should of even had to deal with that lady telling us she was going to make us leave at 5 pm. Especially because we offered to wait a few more hrs to check but the very nice night clerk seen that we had kids and said she wouldn't make us wait in the cold.

Very old and unkept place to stay. Bugs in the room and a wierd smell

Room was comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff had been really nice and helpful. Only con was no ice machine and the coffee ran out early.

This property is very outdated, I don’t think it has been renovated since it was built. No ink for printer, thus no receipt, no breakfast, luggage cart falling apart. This property should not be listed on Expedia! Very disappointed!

Slept in an Ash Tray

I understand you get what you pay for, and most things about this place were adequate. However, our room smelled like an ashtray. They gave us some febreeze when asked, but it was a pretty rough night.

Reserved this hotel because it had indoor pool and hot tub. Arrived to find it closed for remodeling. Checked ahead to verify reservation, arrived and found room was occupied by someone else. Was told by staff "this happened the previous night". Waited at least half hour before we were finally given another room. Jenny the clerk, had just come on duty. She was helpful and friendly.

The room was a little over priced for the cindition it was in

The room was not what I expected. It was dirty, the windows were dirty and there wasn’t a fridge as advertised.

The back door or side door, by the pool area had a door that had a piece of plastic where the glass was to have been. The emergency buzzer had been disconnected as they were working on the spa area. The hot tub was down the three days we were there but were advised we could still use the pool.

Looks like this property is under construction... little noisy, but we understand... people came in after us, but the desk clerk was missing ❓ 3 different peoples left the property for other places to stay ...the dryer door needs to be fixed also...

Was lowest cost room in Nephi. Hotel was far enough from interstate to not be noisy. NB off ramp near hotel was closed due to road construction. Room facilities were in poor shape. Plumbing in shower was falling off the wall. Lots of holes and cracks in walls.

Pretty good motel.

Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. Price was excellent. Stairs were dirty and back door broken out. Pool advertised but out of order. Not a 4 star motel but would stay there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No plugs for C-pap

If you use a c-pap or need plugs by the head of the bed. Don't count on a plug unless you get down on the floor and look up under a small table on the wall. crazy.

Told they had one room left in 1st floor but wouldn't give that ine in case an "old" peraon came in. Why would you take a chance that the room may not be rented qhe. There is physically someone i. Front of you? Told I had a non smoking room but it smelled heinous like cigarettes, there was a literally hole punched thru the door. Like do they even care?

The motel is being reroofed and it is messy and things are shut down. The side door we entered to go to our room didn’t even have a window. It was a plastic covering. Not super happy we weren’t informed when booking that it was being remodeled.

Nobody at front desk. Was checked in by housekeeper. She did a good job. Older property, pool and hot tub not available.

Lady at front desk nice! But SUPER slow! Beds were comfortable but I worried they were unclean on the top blanket?

It was run down, and a lot of people living there in the hotel. The pool and spa were under renovation so that wasn’t a big deal. Coffee was cold in the morning and the bath didn’t have a plug which I wish it had just for my baby to have a bath instead of a shower. The hotel smelled like dogs. The staff was lovely and helpful, and we appreciated them so much in making our stay just a little easier.

Bad time in Nephi.

Lots of renovations going on. Messiest front desk I’ve ever seen. Took front desk clerk 10 minutes to show up. Bad.

Would not recommend. Definely needs maintenence. Water faucet in bathroom broken, molded boards under bathroom sink, smelled like cigarette smoke throughout hotel. There were other rooms throughout the night going up and down the hall from room to room. Would have slept better in my car.

Pool and hot tub out of service. Lumpy beds dirty dusty room bathroom would latch. Outside door covered in plastic bag. Generally one of the poorest upkept places i have ever stayed

Room lock was broken, sounded like we were in a dog pound, black mold in bathroom, handle on toilet fell out, room really not clean. The night staff was pleasant.

I did not like anything about the property. It was under remodel construction, which was disturbing. It smelled like a dog kennel. The rooms had dirty stained sheets with bedbugs and I did not stay there. The only good news is I did get a refund, but I checked out five minutes after I checked in this, horrible the most horrible hotel, if I’ve ever seen in my life.

Check in was a mess. Beds have hairs all over in them. Worst place I’ve ever been.

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations and we had no idea. Also they gave us a smoking room when we booked non smoking. The gentleman working the desk was trying his best. There was no breakfast... Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Do NOT Stay Here!!!!!

Room was filthy. There was pee on the toilet seat, dirt on the walls, half a piece of soap in the shower. The curtain did not cover the window because the rod was broken. There was a mop bucket with mop in the hall with dirty water. We did not even dare get in the bed. We drove to Provo to stay with family.

Excellent customer service Property in need of upgrade

It was the worst place we've ever stayed. Hole in bathroom door, dirty, noisy, no shampoo, no hairdryer, had to leave a $100 deposit like we were going to destroy the room, (which we haven't got back),very unsatisfactory. Would recommend not staying there.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed in. Sorry. It’s the truth. Nothing at all wiped down. Noise all night long.

Fuzzy, Hairy Bathtub

This was a disgusting hotel…… the minimum you expect is CLEAN….. there was mud in the hallway, looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time…… but when we got to our room the bathtub was “fuzzy” with so much hair…… pubic hair everywhere….. I just about vomited!! The clerk offered another room, then someone met me outside the room and said he’d clean it which he did….. at that point I had lost confidence in the room/hotel….. we switched rooms but it was by the front desk and very very noisy……. We were exhausted and will never stay at a Motet 6 again!!

Motel 6 ways of torture

Staff was nice.. the everything else was terrible. The website shows indoor pool and hot tub. Seeing them in person and the amount of dust prove they haven’t been in operation since Bill Clinton was in office. The hallway carpets were green but are now black from the amount of filth. The lobby smells like Oktoberfest! Brawts and sauerkraut mixed with a little hint bellybutton lint. The side entrance was smashed and covered with a garbage bag with holes poked into it, which let all the freezing cold air in, right outside my door.

It was dirty and smelly, a construction mans paradise.
