You get what you pay for

My stay was doable. No clock. Shower was not so clean and rod was loose causing curtain to not close completely. Towels are stained and dingy. Floor had tears in it. If the room is by the front parking lot, truck drivers parl there overnight so be prepared to hear their engines running all night.

The staff was super sweet. It was decently priced, but there was no elevators and they were putting old people and people that have trouble walking up the stairs up the stairs. The floors were scratched up the breakfast maintained cereal and waffles and bagels. Only the beds were hard, not there was roaches which I reported to staff member that night even though the staff was amazing I will not be going back

Check in was okay.. But the housekeepers were loud during the day while I tried sleeping. There were bugs in the room. I wanted to soak in the tub but couldn’t because the thing was broken and only allowed showers.

Do not stay here.

The room had roaches everywhere and the smell of poison for the roaches made it worse, it did nothing for them. And the front desk dose not care . They offered to give my husband another room but im sure the whole hotel is infested with roaches. My husband had to stay at a different hotel . This was unexceptable!

It was a good stay, but they need heavier blankets on the beds. And a lamp would be nice. Other than that it was good

The room was FULL of roaches. Pictures online are very deceiving and not accurate at all.Very nasty. The stairs going to second floor plus the entire 2nd floor are carpet and full of grime. Bed sheets yellow/white. Refrigerator door literally comes off every time to open fridge. Room is hot af when you enter and took almost an hr to cool the room. The room is verrrry small for one bed.

Roaches and Mold

There was many many roaches and bugs all over, falling into our drinks crawling on our bed on me and my boyfriend. many sings of mold on the walls. Tried to speak to the front office and they refused to give any type of refund and were very rude.

Room was in terrible overall condition. Broken and worn out items throughout the room. Smell of fish in hallways during entire stay. Unidentified smell in room. Cockroaches and other bugs all over room. Cereal and bread for breakfast. Worst hotel I have stayed in in over 40 years of hotel/motel stays. I have no idea how this property can have the number of good reviews it has.

The room was very large and fit my family well the breakfast was standard but bathroom was kinda gross there was no ice and half the lights in the room werent working they also didnt want to give me towels I requested

Worse hotel experience ever !!!! Staff very rude did not let us check into our room Will never recommend to anyone spend your money elsewhere like the next door hotel who gladly solve our issues !!!! No matter wat they believe everyone should have a place to sleep after a long road trip

The night staff where super friendly and helpful. Some of the towels and sheets had stains and the room smelled weird, like an attempt at a lavender cleaner.

I am disappointed that this was a Microtel Inn and Suites as I have stayed at others for similarly low prices and gotten great, clean rooms. This particular room seemed in great need of an upgrade. In particular, the multitude of roaches and sunken mattress as well as broken sink counter and uncovered pipes coming out wall need to be addressed. I would not stay here again.

Convenient access

There were cockroaches everywhere and it stank. In the bathroom there were several broken things and mold.

Not enough towels in the bathroom and stains on bath towels. Not enough breakfast food available TV did not work at all.

Room was good had some stains on sheets no bath stopper in tub laundry didnt work and they basically said tuff and the website said breafast was available till 11 but its cleared before 9

Great experience

Room was infested with bugs. One of the most disgusting hotels overall I’ve ever seen. Avoid this place if you can.

Check in was fast, got to the room and there was long black hairs all over the bathroom floor, and one in the bath tub, and mildew all across the bottom of the shower went to thedesk she moved us to another room I went to check it and it looked like it wasnt cleaned since the last person stayed in it, there was hairs on floor by the bed and food crumbs along the baseboard and in the corner behind room door.. I went back to front desk and I told her that room was even worse and that I would just stay in the original room just let me have a broom and dustpan, so I cleaned up the hairs and about 10 mins later another lady just walks in the room doesn't knock or anything and says she will clean the bathroom so she did and went on about our day, this morning I took all the sheets and pillow cases off the bed (to hopefully make sure they get washed) and when I got all the sheets off the bed the bed had so many stains that I almost threw up! Went to tell front desk of what I found and requested a refund... Was told I could only get 10% refunded which is a whopping $6.68.. She told me to contact hotels.com for the full refund because I booked thru them I contacted hotels.com and was told only the hotel can refund me so I called the hotel back and the man that answered was very rude and would not refund more than the 6.68 and when I told him that I would post the pics I took to my review he said to go ahead they have my records whatever the hell that means so I am posting pics

Lost power around 10 and it was never restored during my stay. This made it unbearably hot, staff did not offer to comp or discount our rooms. Leaky windows in another guests room. Breakfast was stale.

It is near a highway but I would have thought that the sound proofing should be better. It is a very basic hotel, ok if you’re only looking for a bed but nothing more.

Zero stars the place is horrendous and stingy people. I don’t want to throw the race card but they were disrespectful and unprofessional will report my experience to better business bureau

User friendly and easy access

Very clean and a fantastic location!!!! If you just want a clean place to sleep! My air conditioner was extremely loud !!! My last night my tv wasn’t working to ask for service ! She tried to fix it then said she would call someone! They never came so I ask to move to another room beside me(I knew to was empty and I was told they didn’t have any room for me to switch too!!! NOT TRUE!!!

Poorest conditions and they said it was recently remolded..Had my Two small kids with me and the Sheet and pillow cases had HUMAN BLOOD Splatters. Bathroom looked like an old 7/11 restroom that hasn’t been attended to in days. Staff was very disrespectful. They called the cops on me when I asked for a refund because of the room’s condition. Very horrible experience indeed. Would NEVER recommend this Hotel to ANYONE

It was the cheapest place I could find. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and serviceable.

A $35 deposit on top of what I paid through Expedia. Not sure who's doing the house keeping but completely missed the first room given, it's a good thing they had extra availability. Reasonably priced for last minute stop for a small town off highway on a Friday night. Second room was clean, not a fan of fabuloso smell. At least it let's you know someone cleaned room.

They make sure the rooms are very clean. The staff are real friendly and helpful. They have hot shower, comfortable beds and the ac/heat works well. You can't beat the price. People complain about stained towels but that's one way of keeping the price low. They could throw them away but then they'd have to charge more. We have been here for 3 months while waiting on our place to be ready. This is our last night here. It's bitter sweet. We're excited about the new place but we'll miss it here too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable inexpensive stay.

There were no chairs at the tables where the continental breakfast was and there was no protein available. The hotel owner operator eoom window had a miniblind with burn marks on it as if they caught it on fire. Looked tacky. Will not book this location again.

The toilet seat was way loose. The counter top to the bathroom sink was broken and patched with caulking. The room smelled musty no deodorant or disinfectant smell of any kind.

Ugh…so frustrating

I booked a room at the Castle Rock, CO location and the confirmation had me at the Ardmore, Oklahoma location. Called and explained and the desk manager kept saying to cancel on my end, which I couldn’t do. I hate being this person but he spoke broken English and had a hard time communicating with me.

While traveling we started trying to contact the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. After 1hr 30 mins of being able to make no contact we decided to call Expedia and see what they could do. They also tried several times with no answer. Expedia told me they would send a email to the hotel to let them know about late check in. After arriving to the hotel at 3am we were placed on the second floor (no elevator) not a issue for us but it was for my mother. Getting into the hotel room we walked through the door and 3 small roaches ran across the bathroom floor. The room was about 100 degree so we instantly turned on the a/c. My mom and wife were instantly ready to leave after seeing the roaches but i convinced them i would search the room really good (I had just got done driving several hours and had no interested in trying to find another hotel last minute) I was tasked with going to the restroom and killing the roaches. Was able to kill one the other two ran back into the light fixture. The shower was disgusting. It had hair on the sides of the tub and either shampoo or conditioner on the walls ( very obvious you wouldn’t miss it) the rags were brown and the room smelled awful. The hallways smelled like you were at a animal shelter. The smell of marijuana was strong walking down the dirty hallways. The morning of check out we went downstairs and waited in the lobby for someone to show up to check us out. While sitting there, there were also small roaches running.

The building inside was ok, but once wr got i to out room, cockroaches apperead in a bunch, plus the lock equipped did not work we had all of them missing besides the card lock, the shower was ok more hot water than cold and when they came to clean the room they only did one bed and not both, plus the sheets were very dirty. Over all will not be staying here again

The room we were in had many issues. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were coming out of the wall. Toilet seat not secure. Mold along the floor and around the tub. We had been here before and were impressed with the property. Very disappointed this time.

Don’t book at this hotel, even to save money. It was dirty as hell. I had to go down to the lobby 3 different times for new sheets and pillow cases because the “clean” ones in the room were so filthy.

I asked for clean towels and the towels that they gave me smelled dirty and had a stain, the bed smelled dirty too. I don’t even think they wash towels or sheets in this hotel, the room was really dirty too, plus the guy in the night and the lady in the morning they were really rude

Mediocre

You get what you pay for. Extremely fair price but lacking even for no frills. The place simply needs a little TLC and it would be an exceptional value.

No frills, but the price is right.

Thankfully it was truly a non smoking room but was musty and hot as they keep air units off to conserve energy. Took about hour to cool down. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The bath and shower curtain was full of mold black mold. The mattress, pillows, sheets,pillowcases, sheets where nasty and dirty. I want my money back. We left and got another hotel.

Room was dirty, we stayed in room 111, shower curtains was filthy and the shower handle was not working right, bed sheets and pillows were stained. Has a weird smell in the bathroom. Just dirty, wont recommend staying here.
