Overall really good property and nice accommodations with a friendly staff. Conveniently located near 5th Ave. A little noisy at night with local ambience. But recommended and would stay again.

When we arrived we were down graded from the suite we had booked to a regular room because of water damage to the ceiling. The water damage looked like it had been there for quite some time when i went to view it with the guy at the desk. When questioned why would they have that room available for booking if it wasn't rentable. They said they had no answers for us. We had no hot water and very little water pressure for our whole stay. When questioned about the temperature of the water and the water pressure. They again said there was nothing they could do about this. The walls and ceilings in both bathrooms were full of mold. The lighting was horrible in the whole apartment if it wasn't for the patio doors we would have had no light. The patio doors also did not lock. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time water was very cloudy/milky and the walls were slimy to the touch when i stuck my hand in. When i asked the guy when was the last time it was cleaned. He said he didn't know and would get it cleaned. We were there for 10 days and I don't think it's been cleaned yet. The elevator reeked of mold and was very hot. Felt like it could have broken at any point. I spoke with the property manager when we first arrived on the phone. She offered us a free gift for the inconvenience of the room degrade. We did not receive a gift of any sort. I asked for her to come have a face to face chat about the condition of the room and she said she was unavailable.
