It worked for me

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Breakfast was terrible! 4 over ripe bananas, 5 over ripe/rotten oranges, ran out of waffle mix. No hard boiled eggs, 4 bagels and 3 slices of bread. We alone had 10 people staying there-not enough food or good/fresh choices.

Quiet and clean.

Older property but very clean. Bring your own coffee if you need it in your room - pretty much the only thing we felt was a bit of a miss.

It was a great experience.

Nice hotel for a small town

I really appreciate the cleanliness of this hotel. Things are really spic and span, and it appears that things are in good repair as well. Very nice pool area, although a hot tub would be really nice. When you go down to breakfast an extremely nice and helpful gentleman named Rob will make a delicious waffle for you, and assist you in any way he can.

The hotel was very clean and neat. Rather Spartan, however, with no coffee pot in the room and no accessible electrical outlets to plug anything in. Wasn't fond of having to lug all our stuff up to the second floor because there was no elevator, however the staff was more than willing to help us with carrying our stuff up there.

My family and I stayed here and got 2 rooms. Ours was a suite and it was amazing! The bed was so comfy and the jacuzzi was perfect. I recommend this hotel for an amazing place to stay while vacationing.

Everything was fine

Liked: Room was clean. Coffee available 24 hrs in the lobby. Disliked: No counter space in the bathroom. The pillows (king size) were hard. Though I did find 1 comfortable pillow in a drawer. I have one complaint, not about the hotel but about Expedia. The price I paid through Expedia was $25 more than there going rate! I don't think I'll use Expedia any longer.

Paying alot for nothing.

Pleasant stay, but wish there was a different entrance to the pool instead of having to walk through a locker room. The showers in the locker room were not cleaned, found a bug in one. The towels should be bigger for the pool area, and kept near the pool. No hot tub. Couldn't access the entrance door closest to our main floor room, even though we were told we could. So I parked near that door instead of the lobby after midnight with my sleeping grandchild, having to wake and carry them through the lobby instead of closest to our room. Breakfast choices were awful, had to go to a convenince store/deli across the parking lot, and their hot breakfast was horrible 😫. The hotel is back off the road behind a car wash and convenince store. Pricing was too high for what we got. Won't be staying there again.

The only complaint would be the breakfast they offer is a thumbs down. Not much to offer and what they have we’ll just go next door and pay for a good meal. Other than that I love staying there it’s quiet clean and very friendly staff.

Room was nice and big. Easy access to the building and room. Was just what my spouse and I needed for a night away from our crazy lives.

Our stay was great. Very friend during all shifts. Very clean. Definitely would stay again and high recommend.

On the positive side, the hotel was clean, quiet, and reasonably comfortable. However, the bathtub was small, the only chair in the room was a wooden chair at the desk, there appeared to be no bathroom fan, there is no lounge area, the included breakfast consisted of two choices of cold cereal, oatmeal, apple or banana, usually waffle mix, and bagels; there were no protein options other than milk for the cereal. On the whole, we felt that this hotel is overrated and overpriced. Unfortunately, it is the only choice in a roughly 30-mile radius.

Too loud!! Couldn’t sleep well! Had to call front desk to complain!

It was a nice stay.

Had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Rooms a bit outdated but clean with a comfortable bed. There is a big convenience store directly next to the property with all of your food/beverage needs and a Dollar Store across the street stocked with items/snacks that you might have forgotten to bring. A nice, affordable place to stay!

There was a child's pool party going on and kids running all over being very loud. Otherwise the property was nice.

Everything was very, very nice except the pool area. It was dark, the water was cold and there were no towels so we hd to drip back to our room. It would have been nice to have a hot tub. No elevator. At least let folks know. I would have asked for 1st floor accommodations.

The pool is wonderful! The town of Edmore is really charming. Many nice shops and restaurants, there. I overslept and missed breakfast, but day manager Rob got me a bagel, peanut butter and fruit! On the way home I avoided the highway and visited Sleepy Hollow State Park! 40 miles of hiking/biking trails. Much old growth forest there w/ beautiful swimming beach. A must!

Jucuzzi me no

Well everything was alright, clean room and all how ever when it came time to draw my jucuzzi water the hot water wouldn't be hot the whole time when i turn on just hot water. By the time the water in the tub was full it was cold, i started up the jets to see a bunch of stuff come out frome them. I went to the front desk to question them and they said theres was nothing they could do. So i spent 198 on a room with a tub i couldnt use. Not sure if ill ever stay here again

Nice

Nice, clean hotel in small town. Not much around. 1 restaurant open, no bar and a golf course down the road.

We stayed one night while in town for a family event. The good: All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The negative: there’s no elevator. This was an issue because we had a small child with us, along with a stroller, pack n play, etc. It made getting to the room difficult. Also, the doors at the top of the stairs SLAM all night long. If you stay here, be sure to ask for a room AWAY from the stairs. We were directly across the hall and we were all woken up multiple times during the night, including the baby. Breakfast was free, but a little sad honestly, even for a hotel breakfast. I’d stay again, but I would adjust my expectations accordingly.

I made reservation online for my son , and gave my C.C. #. When he checked in the staff asked him for payment. He didn’t want to cause a fuss so he paid using his card. I expected they would simplvbill my card that they had on file.

quiet, we had the pool to ourselves- perfect temperature. nice locker rooms. Would have loved a hot tub Breakfast was nice, person was friendly and did everything to keep up with clean and fully stocked service along with helping us at the desk (pool towels)

Not impressed with Rob at the front desk. Extremely rude and lied about the condition our room was left in because he didn’t appreciate someone matching his energy when he starts a conversation being a prick. Never again.

I checked in a day after my initial reservation however I called them three days before to let them know that I was changing they said that was fine because that was their policy yet on check out they charge me for the day that I didn’t check in on so basically they charge me for a night that I wasn’t even there.

Disappointing and Smelly!

Very disappointing! Old and smelly! We got there at 1:30am due to traveling and they were going to charge me $71 for a late check out at 1:00 which i requested b/c my daughter wasn't feeling well.

We picked th Inn because it had an indoor pool. When we arrived we found out the pool was closed for repair.

The rooms were great,pool area very clean. Hotel staff should be around check in desk more and greet people.

Clean and comfortable for a one night stay

Amazing from the time I checked in. Rob was so accommodating. I had special requests and he was so sweet to help make sure I had what I needed during my stay. I have a hurt ankle so they actually came to my car with a cart to help me get my bags n took them to my room for me. So nice and rooms were so clean and inviting. Yummy breakfast every morning. I was Very pleased. Just wish they weren't so expensive.

Not Even Close!

The room was dirty, the shampoo and conditioner were so small and were different brands, breakfast was the saddest thing I’d ever saw. Only grape and apple jelly, hard bagels. Room keys wouldn’t work half the time and when asked if they were next to a cell phone and told them how if it’s in my purse and the keys are in my hand or on the bedroom table. Told hotel we had a Halloween extravaganza for charity in town and we wouldn’t be back to hotel until late and when we arrived back hotel were told to use side door earlier at check in and when we tried our key wouldn’t work. Come to find out after walking around to front entrance of hotel that entrance is closed for use at that hour. Was pretty upsetting since our hands were full of our belongings and car was parked away from hotel to have to haul everything to front of hotel not having the easy convenience of side door with our room just inside hallway. The lights in bathroom are way to dark to use mirror especially if you are a woman doing her beauty routine. That was terrible and very frustrating. Overall for $145 a night we were definitely not happy and to pay this is nothing, as we do a lot of traveling and you pretty much know from price point to price point what kind of room you’d be getting and we unfortunately did not get even a room worth half this amount I’m sorry to say. And I feel bad to even be mentioning these issues at all. We love staying in hotel and get excited to compare our experience from hotels to hot.

Enjoyable even without an elevator

Great bed. Had a good night sleep. The remote did not work so good. The only problem we had that we expected a microwave and frig in the room. Were diabetics. The internet was slow or did not work most of the time. The staff was friendly and kind.

The staff were all so friendly and willing to take care of any requests that we had. So refreshing to have great customer service! We did not have a chance to use the pool or workout room, but they looked very clean. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room but it was easy to go down to the lounge area downstairs to use the microwave. Nice to have some choices for juice, coffee, and waffles, bagels for breakfast too!

Comfortable beds and clean room

I went out and back in but forgot to lock the door because someone just entered our room without knocking or saying who they were. Then, they tore down the bagel, I mean continental breakfast, so early. Since there are no coffee makers in the room, it was a little rough without my go juice.

Rooms were really nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Air unit worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Our AC unit kept trying to cycle (I swear every 30 seconds) at night. Luckily it was not a hot humid evening or it might have been a different rating. Two of the lights in tbe room did not work nor did the vent fan on the bathroom. And the toliet was plugged. But other than that is was a nice hotel. I would stay there again

It served its purpose

Nice hotel. Clean. Convenient for Mid Michigan Motor-plex. This town needs more dining options.

I left my i pad and 2 chargers in the room, they tell me they are not there? I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with the manager.

No fridge or microwave in room, very basic for the price that was paid.

Alex, at the front desk was excellent....we would come back just for the good and friendly service. The room was clean, the pool was fun....it could have been a little warmer in the pool room. we will book there again when in town.

Rooms were very clean, I had no refrigerator or microwave, breakfast was OK. Way over priced for what you get, but then again they are the only place around.

The hotel was clean, bed was comfy, shower had good hot water with decent water pressure...while their was nothing particularly bad overall about this hotel it was the price for a one night stay that was really over the top. At $145 bucks for one night with nothing extra special, no coffee maker in the room, no microwave, no jacuzzi, no mini fridge, what makes this hotel so expensive? For those reasons i would not chose this hotel again.

No fridgein room

a fridge in the room would have been great! Otherwise a little pricey. Located on bike trail. Nice convenience store next door with nice selection of snacks.

Agent at front desk could have been more welcoming. We had just traveled 775 miles and he didn’t even ask how our trip was. He did The minimum he needed to do to get us registered and made no extra effort to make our business feel welcomed.
